The German cameraman Sepp Allgeier (1895–1968) and his Austrian colleague Hans Schneeberger (1895–1970) at Trient Glacier situated in the Mont Blanc Massif in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Both were shooting the movie Storm over Montblanc by director Arnold Fanck (1889–1974), starring Leni Riefenstahl (1902–2003), Sepp Rist (1900–1980), Ernst Udet (1896–1941).
The caption text reads:
