the plum scene was designed to show us that this arm, this weapon, this part of bucky’s body he never asked for, never wanted, was sensitive enough to check fruit for ripeness, showing us in the process how much bucky felt in that arm. which means he felt a hell of a lot of pain.

Memories(Part 1)
Bucky sat at the small diner, eyes locked on the door. Steve told him he found someone who might be able to help him gain his memories back, and he had no idea who he was expecting. For the past fifteen minutes he watched people come and go, and not a single person seemed even remotely similar or even sent a glance in his direction. The bell above the door rang, telling the whole diner someone walked in. An older woman stood in the doorway, she fiddled with the purse in front of her. She seemed anxious as she turned her head, searching through the crowds.
Bucky wondered if this was the person Steve told him about, and his suspicions were confirmed when her eyes met his and a wide smile took over her features as she made her way to the booth. “When he said you haven’t changed much, he wasn’t joking…”
Bucky wasn’t sure what to say, he still wasn’t sure who this was, he shuffled uncomfortably in his seat giving a nod as she sat across from him.
“And you have no idea who I am…” she gave him a sad smile. “My name’s Charlotte, or CharlieJo. Either one is fine by me.”
Bucky's brow furrowed. “CharlieJo?” He asked.
“Mhm! It’s short for Charlotte Josephine.” She explained. “My Dad came up with the nickname, started calling me it when he got home from the house war and it just stuck.”
Bucky knew that name. He’s said that name before, how did he know that? “Who are you?” He asked.
“I’m your daughter…”

What happened?(Infinity War imagine, major character death warning)
Faye had been pacing the floors for weeks, every possible scenario playing in her mind. The news was the only thing playing on every tv, and every radio. Those were her parents out there, risking their lives again, the bravest men and women she knew were out there. If anything were to happen to them...she told herself she’d go right out and beat the shit out of Thanos by herself. She heard the front door open, and she booked it down the hall, seeing Tony. “Iron-Dad, you’re home! Thank god!” She threw herself into his arms, beyond happy to know she had her fathers back. She looked behind him, seeing Steve was nowhere to be found.
“W...where’s Daddy-A?” She asked, the only response was Tony’s silence, his face twisting in pain. “Did he stay back for paperwork? Or news reports? Or Is he in the infirmary? Is he healing okay? Can we go see him?”
She knew he was hurt during a fight, and he was practically in charge of the group, if Tony couldn’t do it, he handled the press. He was just...shutting everything down. Signaling the end of it all. “Where is he?” She repeated.
Tony’s heart broke looking into his daughter's eyes, hope and fear swirled into her blue eyes, and he never realized how much they reminded him of Steve’s until now. He pulled the girl into an embrace, forcing back his own tears. “He’s not here, Faye.” He wasn’t able to keep his voice from cracking, telling her he was gone was harder than he imagined it would be. Tony knew this was a burden they signed up for when adopting a child in their line of work. He didn’t want to tell her, he didn’t want to keep the memory of Steve’s broken, battered body in his mind, to hear his last words echoing in his conscious, a final goodbye, a request to keep Faye safe, let her know that he loved her more than anything. That he’s sorry he let her down...
Faye shook her head, she hated the way he sounded. She knew that tone. The scratchy voice dripping with woe. She started to feel sick. “...What do you mean? Is he...he can’t be…” she shook her head, lip trembling, tears spilling down her face. “What happened?”
“He said he loves you, that you were the best daughter he could ask for.” He started. “He said he loved watching you grow, you’ve made him so proud. He-“
“What happened to him?” She cut him off as she asked him again. “How did he die?” She couldn’t stand the thought of him lying in pain, fighting for his life when he just fought so hard for the lives of others.
“I’m not allowed to tell you that. He died during the fight, no one knows yet.”
“When’s the funeral?”
“Shield held a private one 3 days ago. Fury, Barton, Thor and myself were the only ones who attended.”
“They...they what? Why didn’t anyone get me?!” She shook her head in disbelief. She understood they wanted to keep it a secret until things settled down, but she couldn’t believe they wouldn’t even contact her to let her attend her own father's funeral!
“I tried getting you, I tried having them call you and send you out. They couldn’t, Faye. Everything was a mess, it all happened so fast. They didn’t even contact Damien for Natasha’s.”
A hand flew to cover her mouth, thinking of her boyfriends mother, buried next to her father. “N...Natasha’s gone, too?”
Natasha had always been one her role models, someone who she wanted to grow up to be like. She was a beautiful, amazing, strong, fearless woman...any girl would dream of being even remotely similar to her. “Who else?” She muttered out.
“What?”
“Who else? Who else is gone?” She loved the group more than anything, they were like a family, the only family she knew. She wanted to know who else had fallen, what other heroes had the world lost.
Tony hesitated, he wasn’t sure he wanted to tell her. “We lost Vision and Loki, we know that for sure. Wanda and Bruce are in critical condition in the ICU, we don’t know if they’ll pull through yet or not.”
“What about Sam and Bucky? Peter?”
“A few broken bones and bruises.”
“What are we going to do for them?”
“There will be a vigil for the public on Monday. Everything is going to be announced Saturday…”
Faye stood there, nodding once, tears falling down her face. Tony pulled her into a hug once again, letting his own emotions show. She didn’t want to believe this is what they had come to, that they had to resort to picture memorials and candles to pay their respects to the ones they love. To the heroes that has saved their lives multiple times, to her father, her friends. She couldn’t believe they were all...gone...

Mom’s gonna kill me(Part 2)
It was Ginny's suitcase, that was it, right? Yeah, he must've grabbed the wrong one when they were all leaving.  "I'll be right back." The red head quickly moved to the cart his sister is in, "Ginny. We must've switched suitcases at home or the station." He stated plainly.
"I don't think so." She shook her head, standing up to check the shelf above her. "No we didn't. Mom put my name on mine, see?" She pointed to the embroidered letters spelling out 'Ginevra' in their mothers signature golden thread.
"Oh." He blinked.
"Fred...if you don't have mine or yours, who's is it?"
He paled. Did it belong to the girl he ran into? The muggle girl? She's the only other possible owner. "Ginny...I'm a dead man."
"What? Who's is it?" Curiosity and concern found their way into her voice. "Where is it?"
"Umm...I don't know her name...and...I don't know where she lives, or where she's traveling to even attempt to find it. I can't walk around school in dresses and skirts! I...I gotta tell mom."
"Fred, she's go-"
"I know...Moms going to kill me."

The Mix Up(Part 1)
It was a usual morning in the King's Cross station for the Weasley family. The group of redheads ran through the station to make it to platform 9 ¾ . Molly Weasley, a charming mother of seven, counted each head as they arrived at the platform. She automatically knew two were missing. Her twins, the troublemakers of the bunch. Fred and George. If those two didn't make the train, she'd wring their necks once she caught them.
The two lanky boys ran through the station, suitcases in their hands as they checked the time. They had five minutes to get to the train. Five minutes to get across the station. The two believed they could manage to get away a prank on a certain spoiled blonde boy, that backfired before they could complete it. "Mom's gonna kill us George!" Fred yelled to the younger twin, the two swerving through the crowds. "It was all your idea! You should've thought it through, Fred! You should've known Lucius would spot us before we reached Draco!" was the only thing he got in response.
Fred mumbled under his breath, turning to his brother, his mouth open to give some sarcastic retort before he collided with something, the breath knocked out of him as he landed on the ground. He looked up to see that something, was a someone. A girl, rubbing her head, as she grabbed a dull brown beret off the ground. "S-sorry!" She muttered quickly as she grabbed a suitcase, extending her hand to help the boy up.
He took her hand as he stood, shaking his head a bit, grabbing the other case. "No worries. We're all in a rush here." The girl simply nodded, saying a quick "Have a good day," before quickly scurrying off in the opposite direction.
The twins knew this was the last chance they had to run to the train, booking it, they saw their mother, and only saw her mouth moving. They knew she was yelling, but they didn't have time to listen. "Bye mom! See you 'round Christmas!" George yelled, "Love ya!" Fred added as the two disappeared through the wall, meeting up with Ron and Ginny waiting in line for the Hogwarts Express. "Where'd you go off too this time?" Ginny asked, though she wasn't sure she really wanted to know. "We tried pulling a prank on Draco, didn't work out." The twins shrugged.
Rons jaw dropped as he looked at his older brothers. "Why would pranking Malfoy be a good idea?"
Like usual, the twins just shrugged as they saw the train pull up. "See ya at school, kids." They said in unison as they went on the train.
Like usual, the two sat alone, sneaking candy from Harry and Ron, performing small spells, napping, the usual for the eight hour train ride. Looking out the window at the sun that just began to set, Fred grabbed his suitcase. "I'm going to change into my robes, be back in a second George." He opened the suitcase to see...was that a dress? "Oh bloody hell..."

A Christmas to Remember(Pietro Maximoff)
This wasn't the first Christmas the young couple spent together, nor was it the first of their marriage, but as Adeline wrapped the small box in the tacky silver and gold paper she knew this would be one the Maximoffs would remember for years to come. After two years of trying, she finally looked down at the test to see two lines basically screaming ‘You’re pregnant!’.
She placed an ostentatious bow the size of a Thor's fist as the finishing touch to her gift. Holding it close, she walked down the decorated hall to the living room. Garlands and paper snowflakes covered the walls, a tall tree stood in the corner of the light grey living room, decorated with ornaments of red and gold and a popcorn-cranberry garland wrapped around it. It was the perfect image, including her blonde husband sprawled on the couch with a handful of freshly baked cookies in his hand. “Ah! Adeline! My sunshine. Cookie?” He offered.
She shook her head with a laugh. “No thanks, I've had plenty already.” She pushed his legs over, and sat down. “I have a present for you.”
“I thought we agreed to wait for presents until tomorrow morning? With the others?”
“We did, but I didn't want to wait any longer.” She placed the box on his lap. “I feel this is a more intimate gift, just for the two of us to see.”
He raised an eyebrow at her, an intimate gift? He knew the different meanings of that word, and it just peaked his curiosity even more. Holding the box up to his ear, he shook it, he heard a few objects rattle around. He looked at his wife, opening the gift with wide eyes. His face held many mixed emotions as he held up the small white stick. Nervousness, shock, excitement. “You're...You’re pregnant? We’re going to have a baby?!”
Adeline laughed, nodding her head. “We did it, Piet!”
The speedster quickly pulled her into an embrace. “Thank you, Adeline. Thank you...I love you so much.”
“I love you too.” She pulled him in for a kiss, as the two sat alone in pure bliss, thinking of the the small addition they would soon be welcoming.

Our First Home
Amelia sat straight in the overly fancy cushioned chair in the bright yellow office, a hand on her slightly bulging stomach. She watched her husband intently, noting how handsome he looked in his crisp suit and how shocked she was her own best dress suit fit, she watched him chat with the man and how he'd scribble his signature down every now and then. The stack of papers grew smaller and smaller, meaning the young couple grew closer and closer to finalizing their purchase.
Bucky had been home for almost three years now, and as they were reaching each charming, exhausting milestone with their two and a half year old, the news had arrived that they were expecting their second child. As ecstatic as they were, as they shared their joy with their friends and family, Amelia had expressed her concerned of how crowded their small city apartment would be adding a fourth person to the mix. Bucky hadn't even thought of the space they would lose adding a crib next to the newly set up toddler bed, and agreed that looking for a bigger space would be for the best. After adding up the costs for doctors visits, and everything else needed for their newborn, the two became worried how they'd pay the expensive rent of such a large apartment each month on top of the necessities for their children.
They hoped to avoid moving outside the city, hoping they could stay in the comfort of the busy streets they grew up on, but houses outside the city were cheaper, and would give them a surplus of space compared to anything else they could find. It took some time, but they finally found a home they loved and even their daughter, Charlotte, fell in love as she ran around the backyard. It was a luxury they hadn’t had before, and that made their appreciation greater.
Bucky set the pen down as he signed the last sheet, grinning as the man behind the desk congratulated them. The sale was closed, they had the deed, the house was theirs! He squeezed his wife’s hand, an ear to ear grin on his face. “We did it, doll.” He spoke as the two made their way to their car.
“We have a house!” She sighed happily, this was like a dream.
“A brand new home sweet home.”
“You ready to be covered in paint and squeeze boxes through doors?”
“Amelia, baby, i was born ready for this.” He kissed her forehead.
The young couple began to make their way back to their apartment, ready to get their daughter and ready to start a new life. Ready to move into their first home.

Writing Prompt #428
“I’ve got to get this off my chest. I’m sorry, this is going to be weird for you, but I just can’t keep pushing it down. You might not want to speak to me again, and it might ruin everything but…I have feelings for you. Really strong feelings. I know you’re straight, so—”
“Wait, wait. Who told you I was straight?”
“Well, you were dating him so I assumed…”
“Well, like, I am really into girls too, and even…you.”

Letters from Bucky(Part 1)
Amelia,
God, baby, I can’t believe this. I’m telling you I nearly jumped up cheering and made a fool of myself. I had to show Steve the letter and tell him the news, I hope you don’t mind. A baby? This is the best news I’ve gotten since you’ve agreed to marry me.
Keep me updated on everything, and be careful, okay? I know it’s not the usual, but I want to know what happens at the doctors and how you’re feeling. I’ll be home as soon as I can, back to you and our baby...that sounds amazing. We’re going to have a family! They’re going to be a good looking kid with you as their mother, you know that, right doll? They’ll have the best mother taking care of them. I always thought I’d want a son, and just that, but I’ll admit that now that it’s happening I don’t think I care. Just a healthy baby’s good for me, doesn’t matter if we have a son or daughter. This is a dream come true, Amelia!
I love you so much, I’ll get back to you safe and sound soon. Steve sends his regards, too.
Yours always,
Bucky

Letters from Bucky(Introduction)
Amelia sat at her kitchen table, eyes locked on the letter sent from where her husband was stationed. Fear settled in her stomach every time she thought of what it could be. It wasn’t until her children were away with her mother did she gather the courage to open the letter, and she felt sick as her suspicions were confirmed.
‘Mrs. Amelia Barnes
Peekskill, NY
Dear Mrs. Barnes,
It has just come to our attention that your husband has given his life in the service of his country. Please accept our deepest sympathy. There are no words which are adequate to ease to ease your sorrow, nor to match the sacrifice that you had made…’
She set the letter down, covering her mouth as her body shook from her sobs. Inside the envelope was another bundle of letters, the first one she recognized as their friend Steve’s writing.
‘Amelia,
I’m so sorry about Bucky, if I could come home to help you and the kids you know I’d be there faster than you can imagine. I want you to know he didn’t stop talking about you once, how he couldn’t wait to go back and see you three. He said he was the luckiest guy alive to have you waiting home for him, to have you as the mother of his children. He loved you three more than anything I’ve ever seen. They were going to throw these away, but I snagged them to send back to you. You and the kids will be in my prayers, give them my love.
Best Regards,
Steve’
Attracted to that, was a bundle of the letters she had sent to Bucky throughout the years, she slowly unfolded the first one, and a small smile found its way onto her tear stained face as she was sucked into the memories.

Do You Want To Know A Secret? (Max Carrigan X Reader)
The sky was clear, dim street lights lighting the crowded city streets for the group of seven. They all knew the days were now limited, that soon the war would take away their friends, their loved ones, their family. The pit of dread in their stomachs was a mixture of nerves, sadness, fear and…love. All meant for one man. Max. The faithful, humorous man of the group had one last night with his friends, tonight. He looked around, seeing Jojo with his arm around Sadie, his sister, Lucy, wearing Jude’s jacket as they held hands, hell, even Prudence was in the arms of her girlfriend Rita. He was leaving in less than 24 hours, and here he was walking with his hands shoved in his pockets instead of intertwined with the girl he loved.
He sighed, flipped his hair out of his face as he glanced at the long haired newbie from Salt Lake City. She wore Sadies wool hat on top of her frizzy head, dark circles under her eyes from stress and lack of sleep and she held another styrofoam cup in her hands. It must’ve been at least her third cup that night, which was more caffeine than she needed at this hour, but they all knew how hard and long she worked to pay rent. He knew he had to tell her, just say it. As dramatic and cliche it sounded this could be his last chance to do anything with any of his friends, and he’d be damned if he didn’t at least tell someone he liked her.
He sighed, making his way to the girl, throwing his arm around her, greeting her with a grin. Only one thought going through his head… ‘You’ll never know how much I really love you, you’ll never know how much I really care…’
“Hey, Maggie?” He started, brown eyes locking with blue. “Listen…”
“Okay?”
“Do you want to know a secret?”
“Since when do you have secrets, Max?”
“Do you promise not to tell?” His arrogant air returning to him as his confidence soared once again.
“Yeah, yeah, it’s safe with me.” She rolled her eyes with a laugh.
“Closer.” His arm tightened around her as she raised an eyebrow, curiosity getting the best of her as she leaned in. “Let me whisper in your ear, say the words you long to hear.”
“That I long to hear? What are you talking about now?”
No turning back now. “I’m in love with you.”
“Y…you’re what?” She basically froze to the spot as he continued walking.
“Listen…”
“No, Max you listen, if this is one of your jokes i swear!” She glared at the shaggy haired man.
“Do you want to know a secret?”
“Oh great, another one? What is it?”
“Do you promise not to tell?”
“Max.”
“Let me whisper in your ear…”
“I’m not so sure I want to hear it then.”
“Say the words you long to hear.”
“Where did you hear that? Lucy? Lizzy? Sadie?”
“I’m in love with you.”
“Max–” Her face flushed red.
“I’ve known the secret for a week or two…”
“And you decide to say something now? As you’re leaving?” Tears began to make their way to her eyes.
“Nobody knows, just we two…”
“That explains a lot…” She sighed, watching him as they caught up to the group. “Max?”
“Yeah?”
“Listen…”
He looked at her, amusement across his features. “I am.”
“Do you want to know a secret?”
“Since when do you have secrets, Maggie?” He mocked.
“Do you promise not to tell?”
“What friend would I be if I didn’t?”
“Closer…”
“Mhm?” He took another step towards her.
“Let me whisper in your ear.”
“I’m listening.”
“Say the words you long to hear…”
“Who said I want to hear anything? Jude?”
The next words left her lips softly, almost a whisper.
“I’m in love with you…”
