Today marks ten years since Rise of the Guardians was released. I can and have talked the ear off of anyone who will listen about this movie.
Sometimes, I put it on just to look at all the textures and small details in the character designs. Sometimes, I put it on for comforting background noise. The books are whimsically strange and delightful with such lovely illustrations. I just love the characters, love the story, love that I can visit them for comfort and inspiration.
The Guardians brought magic back into my life, and I’ve been so glad to have them the last ten years. I’m sure these won’t be the last pieces of fan art I ever do (Jack is still one of my favorite characters to draw, you know he’ll be back), but I’m glad I got to finish these portraits to celebrate the film in time for its anniversary.
Saddest goodbyes in animations that made us cry(or almost could do that)
Warning: this post contains spoilers about httyd 3 , rise of the guardians , frozen 2 , toy story 4 and onward so if you didn't watch them yet don't scroll
Well if i'd be honest this goodbye wasn't too much sad but the movie's scenario was sad enough to make us cry! I mean the hero died in front of his sister's eyes and woke up with memory loss as he was stuck in his age and invisible! He lived 300 years alone and he found out that he once had a family when his family died and turned into bones😭😭😭
I can't believe elsa left her sister to live like a homeless in a forest! If we count we will realize that elsa and anna didn't have enough times together! Like 13 years far away from eachother as elsa afraids of freezing her again and now leaving her forever? Hell no elsa HAS to return home in frozen 3!!!
Well this goodbye was unexpected as well! But at least they are living happily ever after with their wives and their children
Aaaaaand the shittest movie's award belongs toOoOoOoOo: pixar's toy story 4! I mean woody left all of his friends to live with her love but couldn't her love just come with them instead?😐
Pixar: toy story 4 will show you the real power of friendship
And i was like:
But if i'd be honest none of the goodbyes above could make me cry but pixar's onward could...
Omg this is so freaking painful!!!😭😭😭😭
Anyway share your thoughts in comments! Which goodbye do you think was more painful and could make you cry? And reblog if you wanna share these ideas with others
