A lotttt of our clients ask us if we can take any of these drinks ass protein drink Now, looking at these so called "Health" drinks more closely.. you would see they are primarily filled with sugar.. aka empty calories, with very less protein... and that too poor quality protein. Here are few reminders for all There is nothing special in "women health drink" except for the pink packaging Some of these that claim to be a "protein drink" are not protein drinks, but tasty "carb" drinks. Make our milk taste better. Whey protein generally has around 20gm protein and 2/3 gm carbs. Much much better option any day.  ✳️Studies have shown that an unhealthy gut microbiome can cause insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism, chronic inflammation, obesity, and diabetes, and may contribute to the development of PCOS. (Reference; Zhao, X; Geburtshilfe und Frauenheilkunde, 2020) ✳️It’s also been shown that people with PCOS tend to have less diversity in their gut bacteria, as well as fewer “good” bacteria. What you can follow VA low glycemic index (GI) diet: The body digests foods with a low Gl more slowly, meaning they do not cause insulin levels to rise as much or as quickly as other foods, such as some carbohydrates. Foods in a low GI diet include whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, starchy vegetables, and other unprocessed, low-carbohydrate foods.
