my roman empire is the thought:
“are all those words the ones that authors have heard from their men or the ones they would like to hear. if second, then did their men tell the authors all those words after reading their books?”

I got tired of Casteel in A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire...there was no single chapter without him. Where are my men Kiran and Delano? I reread their moments just to make sure they are still there.
Also this awful behaviour of a whore of Casteel. Like yes, we got it, you love making out and saying some disturbing stuff to Poppy whenever she intrigues you. I thought Rhysand was sick but here is a second candidate.
Also, as a person whose country is in a state of war, I don't understand how can you fuck in a carriage while there is something going on at the battlefield? After you saw your enemies shooting at you with heads of your friends... Again, something like that happend to Feyre and Rhysand, and I still don't get it how this was more important than fighting.
Thank you for your attention!

okay, thank you a lot! I don't remember thing about beacon, so it was probably further. But that's funny!
I also believe that she is strongly built, since whatever she do cannot be made with a simple body. I bet she has a lot of muscles. Maybe not in the legs, but definitely in arms and core.
I genuinely wonder where it was stated that Poppy Balfour is fat. Like she is definitely not skinny, we know that. But the woman pictured on all the arts is as well definitely not a woman who can wear children's trousers, which are just slightly small.
I read only first book, so maybe it was stated in some others. If so, please tell me.

I just love our bookish society.
We are simply acting up as if characters of our books are real people and not just an imagination of authors. We discuss what characters could have think of before saying or doing something. We discuss their personal desires, wants and needs which were not described in a book. We discuss who are love interests or enemies of our characters. We can even have an argument with each other because some of us invent a whole different personality for a character.
sometimes it's funny. sometimes it's annoying.

people need to stop comparing the crow’s trauma when the whole point is that they are all fundamentally tragic characters who managed to find solace and comfort in the fact that the rest of them seem to be equally broken

I want to tell here about an amazing author Dave Connis and his book "Suggested reading". It once affected me in a very beautiful way and even now, after 2 years, I still reread some parts of this book.
Maybe it will help somebody the way it helped me. Also the author is a very nice person. I wrote Dave today a message thanking him for a book which taught me a lot and basically saved me. And got the loveliest reply.
The book is about books. Banned books. There is no reason to ban them. Or is there? This book is about the power of books and words. This book gives hope.

THANK YOU A LOT! It's actually was really interesting to read your opinion as always. I am absolutely amazed how you remember all those little details. And I was glad to read this Warner analyze, since after seeing so many comments and videos a la the greatest boyfriend, I started questioning myself if there was something wrong with me. Since I really do not think their relationship is healthy either. It also reminds me of Feyre and Rhysand couple, where everything was only about sex too.
Anyway, thank you again!
I am still reading Imagine Me, which is already painful, but I have to finish it. And I have just three questions.
1. Why The Reestablishment is doing all this? Maybe I wasn't the most attentive reader and didn't notice it, but it seems to me that we never read about their expectations of their "party program". All real problematic governments in the world always pursued their own goals and ideas. Still they managed to make a whole world to follow them with only some groups of opposition.
2. How did Warner and Juliette fell in love? Not to be rude, but what makes Juliette so special that a guy like Warner could fall for her. I mean she has been withdrawn from society all her life (which suggests that she should have problems establishing social connections, but miraculously does not). She and Warner share almost no interests. She's a miserable cowered child who can't be educated enough, and therefore not interesting. What do they talk about? I can completely understand her friendship with Kenji, because it's more like a brother-sister relationship, they just care about each other. But it always seemed to me that this was not enough for a relationship. Her relationship with Adam was somehow well explained. Adam was as miserable as Juliette. And they knew each other before and she remembered that. They were more alike which could lead to these feelings.
3. We haven't been explained how does this memory wiping works? Like using chemicals or what. I wish author could just make it seem a little more real, as well as Nazeera's flying skills. For example in Ransom Riggs (husband of the author) books there was also a character who could fly and this was explained that she weights less than air. Nazeera is a normal human being without any wings and definitely without weighted shoes. So I can hardly imagine how she can just start flying even in a fantasy book.

Men are so funny saying that they can't understand what women want them to be like. Like damn! Just read some books written by women. It's almost a written instruction for you.
