The reason we've never seen an on page wedding or mating ceremony in Sarah's book is because she lacks the ability to write the emotional intamcy or creativity needed to make a scene like that truly meaningful without relying on long sob stories about a characters past and massive amounts of monologue.

Yall and SJM all acting like Rhys is the best option to be high king of the continent because of how "fair" and "just" he would be. Like dude we are canonically only shown one city in his entire court (which is also the biggest) that is idealic and that when it comes down to it that's who he would give it all to protect. The other cities or people we see in his court he canonically despises and has poor leadership or control over. What makes you think he'd be a good high king if he's not even really a good High Lord?

Don't know how it goes in the rest of the world, but in my country student leadership positions (council or clubs in general) always goes to the rude popular cliquey kids who just help their friends get into those positions to and everyone I know hates it.

Look I vibed with some of SJM's stuff when I was younger and so that and specifically a few of her characters have a special place in my heart.

And I guess that's why it feels so sucky that Rhysand is such a key player in all three of her book series it seems.

Yeah he's the main love interest in ACOTAR and that's fine. He's meant to play a big role there. High lord and all that. Fine.

But he's the one who saves Aelin when she's falling through the world's? He's the one who gets name dropped when Bryce gets to prythian? No doubt he's gonna play a major part in the next book.

But bestie you wrote 3 books series with woman as your MC and Rhysand is the one that has weight in all of those books.

Feyre is reduced to a pregnant female when Aelin sees her, and Rhys is the one reaching his power out despite not being the MC of that world and again, feyre is just a pretty female when Bryce sees her for the first time. And feyre is happy for Rhys to introduce himself and not the both of them. Again he's not the main character of that series

It's honestly just gross that this sad man has so much importance to Sarah he is actually forms part of the plot in her other series

I'm just gonna say it. I hate that one of the changes they made was Inej joining sturmhond's crew to take down slavers.

The absolutely tragedy of Inej not being the captain of her own ship. Part of the bueaty of it is that she starts something. She finds a crew. She leads them.

She no longer works for someone and has to take orders, even if they are from people she loves. She truly gets to choose a life for herself.

They also took away her discovering what her new dream was! And I hate that. Figuring out what you was is as important as achieving it.

I also just wanted to see Kaz continue to spend money on his knife wife. Let the man buy her boats! She deserves it for putting up with this man's kak.

I want a story about a king whose son is prophesied to kill him so the king is like “whatever what am I supposed to do, kill my own kid wtf is wrong with you” so he just raises him as normal, doesn’t even tell him about the prophecy, and instead of some convoluted twist of events that leads to the king’s murder the son grows up and when the king is very old and dying and in excruciating pain the kid is just like alright I'mma put him out of his misery.
