I'm finally able to provide a design for the first set of animatronics! Each of their designs is based on a certain aesthetic;

Freddie and Barnaby are showrunners Bon is a farmer (much like Spring) Callie is a 50s diner waitress Foxy is (obviously) a pirate

Bon was supposed to have a banjo but I fucked up on him holding it so I removed it instead of making things worse.

Daughter of Satan, Queen of the Underworld

More Lili lore??? Yes please!

She joined the Sisters of Sin when she was twelve, having grown out of her previous job as an altar assistant (plus the birth of the twins, the ones that follow Nihil around). She was the youngest of the group but her singing was immaculate, as expected from someone coming from the Emeritus bloodline. She loved being a part of the group, she wished she could have stayed.

I like to think that Jon created some sort of (childish) reality that he and Chloe could reside in to escape their pain. They would talk about how their lives used to be and their desire to return home.

Sometimes the other souls would wander in. However in this particular case, someone new happened to stumble in.

Being the youngest Emeritus, as well as the only grandchild, Lili was the little golden ray of sunshine the Satanic Ministry needed. To the disdain of her uncles Primo and Secondo she had to be the Cardinal's daughter. But none of that mattered after Copia was entered into the line of succession.

She was an amazing singer, getting her talent from both her lineage and her late mother. So much so that at the age of 12 she dropped her "job" as an alter girl to join the Sisters of Sin. She had planned to carry out her role there for the rest of her life.

She had no idea she'd be Cardinal, and eventually Mama.

I'm so delusional over a possible Mama that I cooked this up. I doubt it's possible for a woman to be a cardinal but eh, it's a free world. I have some drabbles in a Wordpad document so allow me to list some of the head canons I stirred up:

- Lili's birth name was Elizabeth (as seen in the image), her mother's name. But she preferred 'Lili' or 'Lilibet.' The only person who was allowed to call her by her birth name was her own father, but rejected it from anyone else, including Imperator and Nihil.

- She began attending choir when she was 12. Much like her father and uncles, she had an outstanding voice (I guess it runs in the family lol)

- Lili used to ask about her mother. Not just to her father, but to anyone who knew her. She wishes she got to know her like they did.

- She was very close with her uncle Terzo.

- She was caught once trying on Terzo's papal cap. Thankfully by Terzo himself. He laughed it off and even complimented her. "Ah you'll make a fine mama, nipote" If she had been caught by anyone else she'd surely be scolded.

- Imperator isn't cold toward Lili, but she's distant. She and Nihil wanted a grandson to carry on the Emeritus lineage. She was very vocal with her distaste the moment the baby popped out of the womb.

- But the other three Papas never had children, leaving Lili as their only successor. Nihil was slightly resistant with Copia, but only because he because he was the last male successor (as well as the bastard son of Nihil and Imperator) but he pushed back heavily with Lili. Being Papa was a heavy task, a woman would never be able to fit his shoes. - And like Copia, he eventually gave in.
