A bit of a more personal question you don't have to answer it but, will scout ever get bottom surgery or is he happy as is? I'm just curious cause either is cool.

I don't really see him having bottom dysphoria, and personally I enjoy drawing the current set of bits he has, but I think I might draw phalloplasty as a once or twice thing? Or make a small comic about it

I think that Medic could give him all the necessary surgeries with ease, using the Medigun to assist him- or just go with the transplant route. Since he made an entire eyeball for Demoman several times, I think he can manage a set of genitals.
