Will has always loved showing his partner his music, and they always loved hearing it. When they asked him to sing them to sleep, how could he deny them? He sat at their side on the bed, guitar in his lap, carefully moving his fingers to make the beautiful notes come out just right. And his voice... god how they loved his voice. Eyes closed, a smile was tugging at their lips as they listened to their sweetheart sing softly.

"I see the crystal raindrops fall, and the beauty of it all is when the sun comes shining through..." He started, seeing your grin grow as you recognized the song.

"To make those rainbows in my mind when I think of you sometime, and I wanna spend some time with you..." They opened their eyes, unable to resist the urge of watching their boyfriend sing. The happy couple made eye contact, making the two of them smile even wider.

"Just the two of us... we can make it if we try, just the two of us." As he continued, their eyes fluttered closed, their mind starting to doze off to sleep. They felt a pair of lips grace their forehead. "Goodnight, darling."

hey everyone, update:

i'm in texas and for those of you that don't know, we've gotten super cold within the past couple of days and it even snowed for me. now, unfortunately, texas doesn't know how to deal with snow so our power and signal has been on and off for the past couple of days. the current outage has been the longest, with no power for about 12-13 hours. i haven't been able to post at all. i'll get as many fics out as i can when i have stable power, but i did lose one of my drafts due to an outage happening as i was writing it.
