2 cups frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Put the almond milk, banana, Greek yogurt, and frozen blueberries in a blender

1 cup of water or as needed
Instructions:
1. Peel bananas, and an apple, cut into slices and put into a blender
2. Wash baby spinach and add to blender
3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon
4. Add water as needed, about 1 cup
5. Blend until smooth

Delicious Mango Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen mango (or fresh)
1 banana
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk (oat milk or almond milk)
5 ice cubes
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender, adding the liquids first, except for 2 cups frozen mango. Blend until smooth
Add the 2 cups frozen mango and blend again until smooth, adding a splash of additional water or milk to get it to blend if necessary
