Hey! Have you ever watched any of the writing streamers on Twitch? If you haven't, I've found a really friendly and uplifting community there. I swear I'm not trying to promote them, but watching and writing along with people is what I've been doing lately. I hope your day has been well!

I actually have never used Twitch! I knew that writing streams were a thing, but I had no idea there was a community for that. Thanks for letting me know, that actually sounds wonderful!

Unfortunately, I’m not someone that can engage with others while writing. I am so utterly incapable of writing when there’s other people around — virtually or in-person. I frequently DM my writing partner because we do talk a lot while writing together, but that’s really the one exception since they’re my partner. We’re also incapable of being in a call while writing, we have to hang up. 

While I’m not sure if that’s something that would work for me, thanks so much for the recommendation! I’m really glad that you found something that works for you, and I’ll definitely check it out — I’m always looking for more writing communities to keep an eye on.

Hey everyone! Hope you’re as great as you can be. A whole lot of crazy stuff has happened recently or is happening and I do hope you’re managing everything alright.

A minimal themed bujo is a good place to start for any beginner! This type of journaling also works for someone who wants to be organized but doesn’t care about  fancy visuals or doodling. A minimal bujo is good if you want to create daily and weekly spreads that look nice but don’t take a lot of time.

One of the most popular styles of bullet journaling, aesthetic/themed weekly spreads. If you like lettering and stationery, this type of bujo is for you. You can pick a theme for each month and use different stickers, washi tape, pictures, and doodles that match your aesthetic.  You can add in personal journaling, a gratitude log, and trackers (sleep, finance, working out, drinking water, mood).

200901 : i think this tracker is a bit wrong but i havent been keeping track lately so who knows? first day of september and im already done with my monthly spread! i was just gonna go for leaves but then the mustard yellow color reminded me of bumblebees so i went for it. and my boyfriend suggested i add that meme for one of the bees. but overall very proud of this spread

Lavender lattes sound delicious!

Hands down most pretty latte I’ve ever drank. (And it was also very tasty!)

Day 001 - Part 1 Glow Up Challenge

Today, I finished setting up my goals for my “glow up” challenge, a period of time from September 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020 where I will be working on improving myself, my life, and my productivity.

Goals:

Form a habit of waking up at 5:45 am

Form a habit of brushing my teeth

Form a habit of journaling

Make a morning routine

Make an evening routine

Journal for 90+ days

Post to Tumblr for 100+ days

Take a walk on 45+ days

Drink 8 or more cups of water on 30+ days

I won’t be documenting this challenge every day simply because I doubt I’ll have something to put down every day, but you might hear about this challenge every once in a while.
