addiction/alcoholism - this is canon but like guys please remember this is just as well a mental issue.

ad/hd - he basically just has a shit ton of adhd stimulant immunity, maybe it's why he can do so many drugs and other substances? And because of how much he might abuse his Adderall, he'd end up supressing all stimuli (somebody get this man a Klokateer to moniter his Adderall use)

low tolerance for stress - he cant "sit with" with many stress worthy things, making him throw "tantrums" like during Snakes 'N' Barrels II (breaking like 50 lamps) and Rehabklok (literally the entire Rehab song w/ the doctors, yelling at Charles, and threatening X2P1158)

social anxiety - this is smaller, but this is shown best when he is around his family, his anxiety gets so bad that he has to use an inhaler, has to lash out, or try to run away

panic attacks - this has happened on multiple occasions lol. Like Dethkomedy after he bombed on stage, and when he repeated "we're gonna get in trouble" during Dethfashion....even though hes in his home....like bro-

paranoia - literally just the entirety of Rehabklok 💀 like when he's thinking Dethklok is going to replace him (they DID but not for what he thought...) or when he thinks that the rest of the band thinks he isnt as good as X2P1158

And also in that one interview, Pickles basically said that that the shit his band mates do sometimes gets to his head and overwhelmes him, so he asks to be left alone to...y'know, get his shit together
