Today is the last day of September. And I wanna tell u about emo-tradition in my country on this day.

That's a song called "Сентябрь" (September in English) . And it has the lines "September is burning." And on the last day of September, emos (and not only) set fire to a piece of paper that says "September" in honor of its departure. And it turns out that September is burning. The band that wrote this song doesn't consider themselves to be emo, but they are often listened to by emos, so the "tradition" is considered more emo

On September 29, 2012, Vladimir Putin made some comments on Russia hosting 2018 World Cup for Channel One’s Andrei Malakhov.

Question: When Russia was announced as the host country for the 2018 World Cup, you were risking your reputation in a way, given that Russia had not so long before won the right to host the Olympics in Sochi. In bidding for this new event, weren’t you worried that Russia’s chances of winning might not be so good?

Vladimir Putin: If we want to win, we must take risks and strive towards our goal. The other option was very simple: not get involved, distance ourselves from the whole idea, but as our organisers and friends in international sports all said, our bid would have been almost sure to lose then. The people at the top should always be personally involved. We did this, and we achieved our goal, and this makes me very happy.

Question: Some people say that the World Cup is a celebration of sports. Others say it is an event for the sake of international prestige, and yet others call it a Soviet-style grand national construction project. So, what is it above all in your eyes: a grand national project, boost to international prestige, or celebration of sport?

Vladimir Putin: The top priority is what we talked about at the beginning — getting young people into sport. The idea of a big national construction project is a secondary consideration.

The World Cup project will see state, regional and local authorities investing in a very important sphere, namely, the country’s health. It will create new jobs and bring new technology, and it will develop infrastructure, not just sports infrastructure, but engineering and transport infrastructure, too. It will leave people with something that will serve them for decades to come.

Ночью 1го числа спустя 2 перелета и задержки самолетов суммарно на 5 часов я наконец-таки добралась до точки назначения - образовательный центр Сириус!

Очень классно находиться в атмосфере бесконечного "ботать ботать ботать ботать" (от этого ботать хочется ещё больше))

Но! У нас также есть и развлекательные /спортивные мероприятия, где можно отдохнуть от учебы

В общем, я очень рада, что приехала сюда, в Сочи, "прогуливать" школу)
