I think the frustrating thing about Spotify recommendations is sometimes it really does introduce me to lots of cool Indie Bands that I really vibe with and allow me to try some new stuff and sometimes it keeps telling me that I need to Listen to Mother Mother (I have not listened to Mother Mother ever and at this point I never will because it is a pride thing.)

Or a random unfunny tiktok joke song from 3 years ago/ a viral YouTube song from over a decade ago.

#simon says #will probably delete this later #but yeah my recommendations are all mother mother and my spotify weekly is a mix between sweet ass new bands and unfunny bad joke songs #my spotify weekly has Cherry Bomb by the Runaways which is a good recommendation and then the Creative Song from don't hug me im scared #which is a bad recommendation to be clear #i know I have a couple of odd songs from things like shows or cartoon bumpers in my playlist (i got whats new scooby doo on there)#but that doesn't mean that I need to be recommended fuckin Death By Glamour??#like there's no videogame soundtracks in my playlist why the fuck is that there #If I wanna listen to Undertale music I would just listen to the vinyls I own!!#anyways this is just a vent against spotify #my weekly seems to have a LOT more indie stuff so imma check it out real fast #i want to discover more music because I do eventually want to just swap to mp3s and an mp3 player instead of spotify #that is one thing I like about Spotify the most is that it helps me find more bands that I like #but I could probably find stuff via looking up youtube playlists as well #so it's not worth paying for anymore #I asked for an mp3 player for Christmas so hopefully I get one and I can just start using that instead #i miss my mp3 these last 7 years without it have sucked I miss my designated music device #anyways dont have to worry about going ad free if you just have the digital files on your computer and put them directly in a player #😎👍

So for all you bringing up a tmnt 2012 and rise! Crossover, first of all- YES yes yes yes

First things first

//ROTTMNT MOVIE SPOILERS//

Ok so- I’ve seen people bring up potential angst at 2012 seeing rise! Splinter since they lost theirs, and separately from the crossover I’ve seen plenty of Leo dying in the prison dimension, and plenty of ideas on how that could’ve happened, but I haven’t seen anyone connect the two yet

Here me out

2012 turtles get shuttled into the Rise!Universe through whatever means, and Donnie is the first to land. He gets separated from the others and is found by the rise!Turtles while trying to find his way back to them. Since the 2012 bros have been through this kinda thing before he’s not too shocked (although the Rise gang obviously is). He mentions that his brothers should be back there where he first dropped in and that they should go find them before they start figuring out a way home. He’s definitely weirded out by Raph being in charge but he knows shit gets weird in diff universes and since he hasn’t seen their Leo yet he figures this Raph might just be in defacto leader mode while their Leo is out on solo patrol.

This all obviously goes to shit almost immediately when the groups meet, as the 2012 bros already figured out what’s going on but are still shocked to see a huge Raph escorted by their Donnie. It gets much worse when Raph notices there’s a fourth turtle with a blue bandanna. He looks nothing like his own Leo, and doesn’t seem anything like him either from his calmer disposition, but he’s still a Leo and hearing that name is enough.

Cue a clueless Leo being swarmed by a crying Mikey for hugs, Raph having dropped to his knees, still processing the thought that there’s a version of Leo that Lived, how happy it makes him that one survived, how angry he is that theirs didn’t, and how much it might’ve been his fault. Rise!Donnie is more standoffish than ever, backing away in horror? Fear? A swirl of emotions that he couldn’t identify, staring at this twisted funhouse mirror version of his lost twin, a distorted ghost of what used to be.

None of the 2012 brothers know what to do or even really whats happening, but after processing Mikey’s sobs about how he missed him, raph finally taking his turn to shed some tears but willing himself not to yank this unfamiliar version of his brother into a stranglehold of a hug, and the distinct lack of a another Leo, they slowly dawned on the horrifying realization that this version of their family seemed to be missing a brother.

I’ve been writing a longer version of this, something more like a ficlet, but I thought I’d put the concept out there first and see if people like it!

This has been on my mind so much lately, what if Player in fancy clothes? like... maybe a suit or those fancy dresses with a slit on the side(s)? How would the boys react?

I can just imagine Deimos being extra flirty bc of it and Hank just having to stand there and control himself before he overheats from flusteredness, as well as Sanford's going all shy n stuff about it and Doc is basically speachless...

Omg, this looks so good! The Player is definitely gonna turn some heads all dressed up like that. And the three quartet's reactions are really cute too, I love how much character you portrayed in each little iteration of them. Excellent job on this, I love it! :D <3333

I also believe that, considering how having to dress up for anything in Nevada is extremely rare, most of its denizens don't really think about something like that very often. (Perhaps only when imagining your possible wedding?) So when you do actually decide to dress up for whatever reason, it's even more surprising. There's that additional question of how and why you did it, combined with the realization of just how stunning you look. It's a little overwhelming for them, as you can tell by the way they go red when you reveal your new outfit to them.

You're definitely right about how Deimos would be very flirty with you at that moment, but I also think Doc would give his own little comments after he's gotten over his surprise. Nothing as obvious (or borderline indecent) as Deimos' flirts might end up, but with how you can feel him gazing at you like you're the only person in the world, it's hard not to feel a tiny bit flustered. You're spot on with Sanford and Hank as well; any compliments that Sanford makes are given in almost a whisper until he figures out what exactly to say, with almost a hesitant undertone. It makes you giggle, and if you tease him he'll probably get even worse. (Even if making you laugh makes him feel a lot brighter. Especially when the others give him a pointed glare for it.)

Hank doesn't speak at all, content to simply stare and admire you. (Though he will stand next to you protectively if anyone tries to touch you. This includes people in his own group.)

Since you brought him up in your second pic, I think Phobos would have the exact opposite reaction; he wouldn't shut up about how good you look. It seems that all he speaks are elaborate compliments, even bragging about you to any Nexus worker who's close and having them acknowledge your beauty as well. But he also gets weirdly angry when they look at you for too long, which is another thing. Jeb is a lot like 2B in his genuine compliments, though he's probably very reverent in his words if that makes sense. Hofnarr is even more shy than Sanford would be though, probably not even approaching you until hours after he first sees your outfit, just so he has time to compose himself and compliment you properly.

(Also, you've provided a new outfit for the Nexus Agents to make art of you in, which causes quite the stir in your dedicated fanclub lol.)

About half a year ago I watched my friend beat P4G. They had an obsession for the sports club—specifically Kou and therefore basketball. “Ball is life” became a common quote and “for the love of the game” was (and is) a frequent inside joke. We would play that one song from Like Mike that goes “we’re playing basket baaaallll🎶” any time we felt it was required (which was more often than not).

I promised them I would draw Adachi getting dunked by the protagonist “Tuna $alad”, better known as “$Cash$Dojima” for their second play through after they screwed up the Golden ending in the first.

Here it finally is. They are very happy.
