I have begun Good Health by Yourself (GHBY) 21 Days Immunity Challenge! After spending more than two years in the COVID-19 global pandemic, I am more conscious of my health. I have now pay more attention in building or maintaining a strong immune system. I advise my family, friends and patients to follow suit as well. My plan of Action
What natural resources or other environmental issues do you want to tackle (example: fresh water usage, disposable plastic, fair-trade items, food consumption, personal production of garbage, paper products, fish consumption, carbon footprint, etc)?
Personal production of plastic waste 
Why did you choose these natural resources or environmental issues as being important for you? Briefly research the issues, and provide data/statistics to support your statement on the severity/importance of these issues.
For centuries we have depended on plastic as an affordable and accessible material without fully understanding its impacts before purchasing and disposing of it. This plastic material is sent to landfills and takes centuries to degrade yet we are still producing and consuming so much of it. When these landfills then fill up, this plastic waste is dumped in our lakes and oceans where it drastically threatens our marine life and has many environmental impacts. It is evident that we can not keep up with the amount of plastic being produced and need to change our behaviors to ensure a safe and healthy future for our planet. 
FACT: Canadians produce a lot of plastic waste; an estimated 3.3 million tonnes per year. About 2.8 million tonnes of plastic waste ends up in Canadian landfills every year which is equivalent to the weight of 24 CN towers.
What environmental impact is your lifestyle directly or indirectly causing? Outline this problem in detail.
In my household I produce a large amount of plastic waste without fully understanding how this mindless habit affects the environment around me. Some negative daily habits that I have become aware of include; buying breakfast from fast food places that use a significant amount of plastic packaging, purchasing plastic water bottles, packing my lunch in plastic ziplock bags, and not paying as much attention to the companies I purchase from and support. 
Describe your environmental action plan.
I plan to use these twenty one days to become extremely mindful of the plastic waste I am producing and  further take the necessary steps to reduce this problem. Everyday I am planning on being mindful and changing multiple bad habits. First of all I will wake up earlier in the morning. This adjustment will give myself more time to make breakfast at home so I no longer need to buy it on my way to school. Most fast food restaurants produce a ridiculous amount of plastic in order to package this food. Consumers like me become blind to the fact that our money is supporting these companies in the production of this meaningless plastic. Secondly, I will stop purchasing non-reusable plastic water bottles and instead constantly use my reusable water bottle. In addition, I will stop using plastic ziplock bags to pack my lunch and instead use reusable containers. Another thing I will become mindful of are the companies I support and shop from. I will only choose sustainable brands that produce recyclable and environmentally friendly products. By moving my actions in a more responsible direction I believe I will play my part in supporting and sustaining our environment. I will spend this time educating my family on how their actions affect our environment and encourage them to be aware of how much plastic waste they produce. I will suggest that they start grocery shopping locally and use reusable bags while shopping. Not only this, I will encourage them to participate in this plan of action with me as well. 
What aspects of this environmental action plan do you think you will find most difficult and why?
Single use plastic is almost impossible to avoid and has become a force of habit for most people, especially me. I believe the most difficult thing for me will be to remember to notice my plastic use. I believe that the actual behavior changes will not be a problem for me and will not make a huge difference in my daily life, it will be more the remembering to ask for no plastic when I'm shopping or noticing when I might have forgotten.  
How will you honor the commitment you have made in your action plan? What are the rules you will set for yourself? What will you do when you want to cheat? What will you allow yourself to do and not do?
I will most definitely honor the commitment I have made in my action plan. I will make sure I follow my plan every day for twenty one days. If I do find myself accidentally breaking my plan, I will note it in my blog and try to then go out of my way and do something significant for the environment. Changing my single use plastic habits is something I am confident in so I do not believe that I will want to cheat.

DAY 8 OF MY 21 day Health and Wellness Challenge
Welcome to new week!!
Healthy habits continued:
👉Reduce intake of saturated fats and trans-fats (such as partially hydrogenated oil) as much as possible.
👉Use vegetable oils (like Olive or canola oil) instead of solid fats.
👉Reduce daily intake of salt or sodium. Reduce to less than 1,500 mg per day if you are older than 50, or have Hypertension, Diabetes or chronic Kidney disease.
👉Restrict or eliminate "junk food" — foods that contain refined white flour, solid fats or trans fats, added sugars, and are high in sodium.
👉Restrict or eliminate sodas and other sugar-added drinks that are high in calories and contain few or no nutrients.
👉If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in moderation. Drink only when it doesn't put you or anyone else at risk.
👉Suppliment your food intake. There is no way you can get all needed nutrients and vitamins your body needs from the food you eat. Supplements especially natural supplements are needful. (We will talk more on this as we continue)

Leveling up is for you! People will see the results, not the actual work in how you got there. They will see the abs, but not the early morning workouts. They will see the flourishing business, but not the late nights, broke days, self doubt, and fear. They will see the new house, but they won't see the credit repair, the houses you couldn't get, self discipline will saving for that down payment. They will see the awesome career, but they won't see the time studying, the working 2 jobs to pay tuition, the studying instead of hanging out. The results will be seen, but the level up will NOT be televised.

So my mom never let's me workout on periods, she starts scolding me
Today was insane, I was doind blogilates 21 day tone, it was my 3rd day, and I don't get heavy bleeding.
She started to bang the door then came in and started shouting, u will damage urself, utereus will be taken out.. Yada yada
Kind of made me feel so embarrassed, cause she shouted so much I am sure other people might have heard.
I don't know wht she is saying is correct but acc to her we should not even move during these days, unless u are like a working lady etc.
What's your opinion? I had like to know.
