the diet / rules that have worked best for me:
-> 500cal goal + 700cal limit ~ the rules below help me stick to my goal
-> coffee in the morning with 35cal creamer cause i cant drink it black ~ any suggestions for lower cal creamer is appreciated
-> i usually get cravings around 2-3pm, so i give myself just enough that my stomach has something to process ~ a couple of crispy minis, carrots, or veggie sticks, around 15-30cal
-> a 300-400cal supper with lots of veggies, some meat, and low-cal carbs like rice or whole wheat wraps
-> IF i feel like i need a snack after supper, i will just have the low-cal snacks i have mentioned above ~ i used to binge at this time, so it prevents me from feeling the urge to binge
by following these rules, i have found that i have no urges to binge, and i have been able to stick to my 500cal goal. if i go over, i also give myself grace. that's why i have an ultimate limit. the longer you go without eating fatty foods, sugar, and carbs, the less you feel like binging.
the biggest thing ive learned: figure out your strengths and weaknesses in this process and work with them :)

Protip: if you're afraid of bread, tear off the crust and just eat the rest because who likes the crust anyway? It's only extra calories. And yes I meant tear not cut. You'll accidentally tear off more than you meant to and end up eating a smaller slice.

Blueberries 🫐 (high in antioxidants)
Egg white/ egg 🥚 (high in protein)
Fish 🐟/ salmon (high in protein, either 200 or 100 cals a serving)
Greek yogurt/yopro protein yogurt
Watermelon 🍉 (2 slices is about 30 cals)
Porridge made with water 🥣 (37 cals for 100 milliliters)
Broccoli 🥦 (35 cals for 8 pieces)
Snow peas (55 cals for 10/15)
Peach 🍑 (46 cals each)
Popcorn 🍿 (90 cals for 1 plain serving)
Berries (depends on the berries most are low cal)

rice cake with whipped cream cheese. 35cal for the rice cake and 50cal whipped cream cheese 85cal total also kinda tastes like a bagel if ure into that + u can even top w strawberries if ure feeling the xtra cals lol

grilled chicken and broccoli. 80cal for 1/2 skinless boneless grilled chicken breast and 30cal for cup of broccoli + around 20g protein. u can add seasonings like italian seasoning and pepper or garlic powder/onion powder and those are all 0cal!! 110cal total and super filling because of all the protein

nonfat plain greek yogurt w/ stevia + strawberries. 80cal for yogurt, 0cal for stevia, 25cal for strawberries. 105cal total and super great if you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to lead to a binge

super coffee mocha latte. not only is it only 80cal total but it also has 10g protein which is really good for coffee, has a sweet flavor so it can help w fulfilling a sweet/choc craving without binging, and has lots of caffeine so it’ll help fight the nausea or tiredness from not eating. tried it for the first time today and i felt so full and so much better after not eating all day lol

fruit yogurt bark. if you use nonfat plain greek yogurt, that’s 80cal + whatever fruits you use so strawberries (50cal for 1cup), blueberries (40 for 1/2cup), or even apples (60cal for 1cup) so around 130-150cal total for the entire bark and if u cut it into pieces it’s around 50-80cal total per serving. this can help if u need something lowcal w a crunch

How I got my binging under control!!
Been binge free for over 6 weeks:)
-when I crave something sweet I eat something sweet but something that is very low in calories (unter 150cal)
-I drink sparkling stuff until my belly feel so full it feels like I’ll explode
-I sometimes eat when I’m fasting but only under 30cals!!!!!!!!!!!! Like 2 pickles so I won’t feel too hungry:)
-but I think the biggest help comes from my medication it makes my appetite go away for like 4 hours (Ritalin)
-I always try to distract myself especially at night I’ll make a list of distractions later:*
-sometimes I lock myself in my room and even tho I have the key and could get out anytime it still stops me In some way
-I sleep or go for a walk
-watching triggering stuff
-eating in front of a mirror
-I eat something that tastes absolutely disgusting so I won’t feel like eating for a while
-i brush my teeth
-I smoke a cig

This is so good and actually so filling!! I like to eat a variety of flavours, I find it keeps late night cravings away. This lunch is savoury, salty, and sweet!

Buffalo chicken wrap : 186cal
Protein up flatbread x1 = 120c
Mini cucumber 29g = 2c
Cherry tomatoes 19g = 3c
Iceberg garden salad 18g = 3c
Shredded chicken 15g = 19c
Light ranch 14ml = 9c
Franks red hot 3ml = 0c
Tex mex shredded cheese 9g = 30c
*you can also leave out the cheese, to make the wrap 30cals less. I just find eating a little bit of it when I’m craving it keeps me from binging later*
Add all ingredients to wrap, roll it up and grill on high heat pan for a minute or two, on both sides, this helps to seal the wrap so it’s not spilling everywhere, cut in half, enjoy!
Ranch flavoured cucumber chips: 7cal
Mini cucumber 84g = 7c
Powdered ranch seasoning 1/2tsp = 0c
Cut cucumbers into slices & sprinkle on the seasoning, mix well, enjoy!
Dessert: 70cal
• Made Good choco chip cookies 14g(2cookies) = 70c
I usually don’t eat desserts, but I was really craving sweets, I’d rather eat sweets in the middle of the day and knockout the craving, instead of caving and binging late at night.
