ABD'den açıklama! F-35'ler Türk firmalarını vurabilir!

ABD Savunma Bakanlığı’nın satın almadan sorumlu yetkilisi Lord, Paris Havacılık Fuarı’nda yaptığı açıklamada Türkiye’de F-35 üretiminde çalışan firmalara ve Türkiye’deki savunma sanayiine ek yaptırımlar gelebileceği açıklamasında bulundu. Lord gazetecilere yaptığı açıklamada “S-400 ve F-35 etkisiyle, savunma ve ticaret sanayimizin geri kalanına yönelik etkiyi iki bölüme ayırdık. Savunma perspektifinden F-35’in dışındaki her unsuru bakanlık bünyesinde gözden geçirdik ve bunlar CAATSA yaptırımlarına tabi olabilir” dedi. Lord, diğer taraftan Amerikan sanayisinin dirençli olduğunu ve Türkiye’nin ürettiği parçalar için başka başka kaynaklar bulabileceğini söyledi. Lord, “Gerçekte yapmak istediğimiz bu değil. Türkiye ile birlikte çalışmayı sürdürmenin bir yolunu bulmak istiyoruz” ifadesini kullandı. 937 PARÇA ÜRETİYORUZ Türk savunma sanayi şirketleri F-35 uçaklarının yaklaşık 937 adet parçasını üretiyor. Ankara F-35 programının ortaklarından biri olarak toplam değeri 9 milyar doları bulan 100 adet F-35 savaş uçağı almayı planladığını bildirmişti. Pentagon şimdi bu üretimi ABD tesislerine ve başka yerlere taşımayı ve böylece Türkiye’nin üretimdeki rolünü gelecek yılın başlarında sona erdirmeyi planlıyor. Türk yetkililer, Ankara’nın F-35 projesi konusundaki sorumluluklarını yerine getirdiğini ve programın planlandığı gibi devam etmesi gerektiğini savunuyor. Rusya'dan S-400 alımının da sadece Türkiye’nin savunma ihtiyaçlarını karşılama amacı taşıdığını ve bu satışın F-35’lere bir tehdit oluşturmadığını belirtiyorlar. Türk şirketlerin 2009 yılından proje bitimine kadar F-35’ler için 5.5 milyar dolar değerinde üretim yapması bekleniyordu. F-35 ÜRETİMİNDE YER ALAN TÜRK FİRMALARDAN BAZILARI Retuers’ın haberine göre, 2004 yılından bu yana programa destek veren Alp Havacılık, F-35 uçak gövdesi yapısal parçaları ve asambleleri, iniş takımı bileşenleri ve motor için F135 motoru titanyum entegre kanat rotorları üretiyor. F-35 Elektro Optik Hedef Sistemi’nin parçası olan gelişmiş optik bileşenler için üretim yaklaşımları geliştirenveF-35 CNI Aviyonik Elektronik Arabirim Kontrol Cihazı üzerinde Northrop Grumman ile birlikte çalışan ASELSAN ayrıca yakın zamanda tam ölçekli üretim faaliyetlerini başlatacak. AYESAŞ şu anda iki temel F-35 bileşeni olan füze uzaktan kumanda arabirimi ve panoramik kabin ekranının elektronik kartlarının tek tedarikçisi. F-35 Elektrik Kabloları ve Ara Bağlantı Sistemi’nin (EWIS) yüzde 40’ını üretmekte olan FOKKER ELMO ayrıca, tüm merkezi bölüm kablo sistemleriyle TAI'yi destekleyecek. FOKKER ELMO ayrıca motor için, büyük bir kısmı İzmir’deki tesislerinde üretilecek olan EWIS geliştirecek. 2005 yılından bu yana F-35 eğitim sistemlerini destekleyen HAVELSAN, gelecekte Türk F-35 Entegre Pilot ve Bakım Eğitim Merkezi (ITC) ve Türkiye’deki ilgili eğitim sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi için öncü bir rol üstlenmekte. 2005 yılından bu yana F-35’i destekleyen KALE HAVACILIK, TAI ile birlikte F-35 uçak gövdesi yapısal parçalarını ve düzeneklerini üretiyor. Üç uçak tipinin de iniş takımı kilit asambleleri için Heroux Devtek’i tek tedarikçi olarak destekleyen Kale Havacılık ayrıca, motor donanımlarının üretimi amacıyla İzmir’de Pratt & Whitney ile bir ortak girişim oluşturdu. 2004 yılından bu yana F-35 Programı'nı destekleyen MIKES, British Aerospace Engineering (BAE) ve Northrop Grumman için F-35 uçak bileşenleri ve asambleleri sağlıyor. ROKETSAN ve TUBITAK-SAGE birlikte, 5. nesil savaş uçağı F-35 uçağında dahili olarak kullanılacak hassas güdümlü Stand-off Füzesi'nin (SOM) geliştirme, entegrasyon ve üretimini yürütüyor. 2008 yılından beri F-35 Programı’nı stratejik olarak destekleyen ve tüm F-35 uçaklarında kullanılan donanımları sağlayan TUSAŞ (Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii), Northrup Grumman ile birlikte uçak orta gövdesi üretim ve montajı, kompozit dış kaplama ve silah bölmesi kapakları ile fiber kompozit hava girişi kanallarının üretimini yürütüyor. Havadan Yere Pilonlar ve adaptörler dahil F-35'in Alternatif Görev Ekipmanları’nın (AME) yaklaşık yüzde 50’sini üreten TUSAŞ, Pratt and Whitney ile imzaladığı stratejik anlaşma doğrultusunda önümüzdeki dönemde FACO ve MRO&U için ülke ve bölgede lider konumu hedefliyor.
