dogs or cats? My entire life it’s been cats. I have two. But my daughter got a Shorkie and now I’m team tiny dog. This baby girl brightens my day. Luckily I get to dog sit while my daughter is at work!

can you play an instrument? I played clarinet in high school, but I tried playing my daughter’s a few years ago, and the answer is…no.

what’s your sun sign? Virgo

do you have any tattoos? I have one. My daughter and I have matching Shorkie tattoos!

what can i expect in the zine? all of the gallacrafts magic PLUS so many interactive mini-crafting projects! some of the supplies are even included! it's really cool, trust us 😏

zines will be printed in color and approximately 8.5in x 5.5in (21.5cm x 14cm).

zines will be shipped out from the US starting early july—given the state of the world, it will likely take 3+ weeks to reach non-US destinations. because we are mailing it ourselves, we will *ideally* have tracking numbers for each package.

concerned about the shipping process? that’s fair given that we are packaging it ourselves. however, we decided that this would be the best course of action given that it reduces cost and it allows us to track packages. we understand the importance of anonymity and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have about the ordering process. we suggest submitting an order under a pseudonym if that would make you feel more comfortable! but also, trust that we respect your privacy and that we have no intention of abusing your trust or being creepers—we just want to craft and celebrate each other! 

MUTUAL AID INFORMATION we are doing everything we can to ensure everyone who wants a copy of the zine will receive one! we have a question on the form about whether or not you're in a position to contribute to a mutual aid pool, but what exactly do we mean by "mutual aid" and how will it be used? this zine is 100% not-for-profit so we are only asking for funds to cover printing and shipping expenses. however, we acknowledge that 1. we are a global fandom and 2. not everyone has access to financial resources, especially in a fucking pandemic

Ian noticed long ago, Mickey doesn’t phrase a question like he's looking for an answer. Ian thinks it’s because Mickey could care less about what most people have to say most of the time, so he says everything like a statement to throw everyone off. A by-product of being unable to show any emotions in front of his family growing up. A mask to hide his true inner thoughts.

Ian's used to it though. Accepts it, embraces it. Ian likes to think he knows Mickey well enough to understand what he's trying to say, without needing to hear the words spoken out loud.

The only time Ian senses an inquisitive tone in Mickey’s voice is when his inhibitions are lowered, vulnerable, afraid to hear the other person's response.

Like when Mickey asked what he did wrong to make Ian leave two years ago. Like in this moment, right now.

“I’m yours, Mick,” Ian replies firmly. “Only yours.”

Do you wear contacts or glasses? Both. I always wear my glasses to work. Staring at a computer for 8 hours a day dries my eyes out when I wear my contacts. I usually wear my contacts at the weekends or special occasions.

Would you rather read minds or be able to teleport? Teleport. Travelling would be amazing and I can’t think of anything worse than knowing what’s going on in everyone else’s head. My own is enough thank you.

What’s your primary mode of transportation (car, bus, train or foot)? Car. I live in a small village and everything is far away. The bus only runs once an hour and the train station is miles away.

You’ve been given one week’s paid vacation, how are you spending it? Relaxing! Reading, writing, going for nice walks. It would be spectacular.

Ok so now that I’m an adult and out of an…interesting family situation, I tend to eat super healthy. It’s my way of trying to get my life back under control and improving my health. I basically only drink water and Gatorade now, but I’d brink Peace Tea because it’s my guilty pleasure, grapes for a snack, and Greed for a game. I was a really lonely kid actually. I read a ton and wasn’t really good at making friends. So I was bullied a lot. As a teenager I was super mean and got into a lot of fights. Did emo/stoner shit with my friends. But as a taxpayer who buys my own stuff, I’m a lot different. I’m so much happier and freer than I was. This is actually the happiest I’ve ever been in my whole life and it’s still wild as hell to me when I think about it.

I sure do!

- Colin is the oldest. Iggy is the second eldest. I assume like you do that they have one mom and Mickey and Mandy have another mom (Laura).

- Iggy is short for Igor. Because I feel like all of T*try’s baby momma are like Svetlana in the “illegal Eastern European immigrant SW” category.

- But Colin isn’t short for anything and is (like Amanda) just a very American name.

- Iggy was cool with Mickey being gay. As referenced in the show. He and Ian (when he was manic and couldn’t sleep) used to watch infomercials and smoke pot together. Iggy likes him okay.

- Colin had a little bit of a harder time. But after seeing Mickey go THROUGH it he figures out pretty quickly Mickey can’t just pick who he loves.

- Iggy and Colin didn’t come to the wedding because they where trying to divert Terry’s attention (unsuccessfully because he got to Jamie first). They still got them wedding gifts though! Iggy got a duffel bag full of pot and Colin got them some stacks of money that Ian REFUSED to let Mickey put into their shared checking account (it’s hidden in the lining of their couch).

- Mandy knew deep down that Colin, Iggy and Mickey would probably kill Terry if they knew he was sexually abusing her. She didn’t want them to go to jail (and her to be tossed in the system) if she told. So she didn’t.

- Mandy was never in the system unlike the other three. They always got her over to Aunt Rande’s and told them they didn’t know where she was when DCSF asked.

- Colin’s good with computers and mechanical stuff. Iggy’s good with kids and animals!

- If the Milkoviches had a group chat like the Gallagher’s? Iggy would be the Meme King. Mandy would respond with emojis. Colin with either a Y, an N, or a ?. Mickey leaves everyone on read.

- Ian works the late shift at some used book store. Mickey is looking for a gift for Mandy for Christmas. Some witchy shit because she’s gotten into spooky-goth babe stuff and he’s supportive.

- Mickey walks in a la “YOU GOT ANY SLIM JIMS IN THIS SHITHOLE” Only its “YOU GOT ANY TAROT GUIDE BOOKS IN THIS SHITHOLE?”

- Ian of course is like: “In theory.” Because any good used bookstore for sure have an occult/spiritual sections but good luck having that section one, defined and two, encompassing. But he’s bored. The shop’s empty and this short dude is thick and cute in his clearly hand knitted scarf so he walks him over.

- Mickey is understandable overwhelmed because one, holy shit they have a lot of books and two, it’s always been a personal headcanon of mine that Mickey’s dyslexic so all that small print flipped sideways? Just stab him and get it over with.

- Ian is Looking Respectfully at Mickey as he glares at the spines of all these cracked, peeling books and he can tell that he’s struggling but he’s like “nah man. I’m just gonna go close out the til” and so after the requisite “let me know if I can help you find anything” he goes to count the til.

- He notices the snow is REALLY coming down, but it’s the Midwest. The weather is damn near unpredictable, so he doesn’t really pay attention.

- Mickey is still lost, but after a while he says fuck it, grabs four books at random and heads towards the gangly looking fucker running the store apparently. He’s cute. Mickey thinks so. But he’s gotta get home before the trains shut down because of the snow. So he can’t do the patterned Milkovich “wanna bang???”

- Ian has long since closed out everything except the cutie in the store’s purchases, so now he’s just trying to figure out if his gaydar can be trusted around such a cute guy AND what’s the best way to hit on customer when Mickey comes up.

- It’s snowing. Oh god is it snowing. It’s piling up and the streets are slowing draining of cars and people and any other movement except for snow.

- Ian is just printing a receipt, trying to figure out the best way to say “hey. Wanna get coffee or just like fuck and then get food afterwards?” When the power goes out.

- Minor panic ensues. Mickey is pissed because if the powers out in this place then the trains have already shut down due to the weather. Ian is like “oh fuck. I’m the employee here I’m the responsible party shit.” But he’s still trying to shoot his shot (and figure out if his gaydar is working correctly or his dick is working against him) so he goes, “man. I hope this isn’t keeping you from your girl.”

- Mickey, of course, knows what the cute doofus is doing, but he’s still upset about the trains so he says: “the only thing keeping me here is the goddamn snow. Your fishing is fucking tragic by the way!”

- Ian is suitable Dunked. But that wasn’t a “no homo” so he tries again. They end up talking while Ian calls the power company to see when the fuck the powers gonna be on. And then his boss to see what he’s supposed to do. The more they talk the more they realize they sorta-kinda like each other.

- They spend the rest of the time Stuck talking and joking. Ian asks about the books and Mickey talks about his family (a very abridged version) Ian talks about his (a Deluxe version). They talk about their jobs and their hobbies. All sitting kinda sorta close on the couch in the break room because it’s getting colder and colder the longer the powers out.

- The power comes on a few hours later. Mickey and Ian are at the point essentially cuddling under both their coats and when the lights kick on it startled Mickey so much he falls off the couch. Ian laughs at him.

- The trains are still down and it’s freezing cold so Ian oh so casually mentions that he lives a few blocks away. If Mickey wanted to come over. And eat some freezer pizzas with him. And maybe watch some movies. And MAYBE sleep there if the trains are still down. Y’know.

- Mickey tells him again that his fishing is TRAGIC, but he’s a cheap date. So they go to Ian’s apartment. And Ian promises to be a better date next time ❤️🌨📚

ANON!!!!! I’ll be honest I don’t really follow the actors or what they have to say about the characters all that often but for sure! And a lot of people don’t really think about it, but nearly every single medication you’ll take for mental illness makes you gain weight. Which isn’t BAD at all! It makes Ian takes him meds and feels SUPPORTED!!!! But as for head canons!

- Fiona and Mickey are still not close. She has a begrudging respect for him but because she cannot stand being wrong (y’all know it too) she isn’t super close with him.

- Ian and Tami have face mask and wine nights. Lip and Mickey are banned from interacting with them for the night. They tried to hang out once. It ended the wine and face mask night and Tami and Ian were PISSED.

- Iggy loves NASCAR and WWE.

- Mickey’s Justin Timberlake was Billie Joe Armstrong
