In which we pick our favorite 32 numbers and see which one reigns supreme!! Run by the mod of @alphabetbracket we're back with another competition!

Submissions will be open for an indeterminate amount of time depending on how fast I get submissions, so act fast!

And as always please remember this is a silly goofy competition so don't take it too seriously, threats of violence over a Tumblr bracket will not be tolerated, so if you think your comment could be interpreted in such a way, please make sure to put a /j or /lh at the end of your comment!!

Edit: I realize now that 69 and 420 are too powerful numbers that would obliterate the competition, so therefore instead of being part of the main bracket (because I'm going to take a wild guess and say that they'd win every time) I'm going to say now that when we reach the finals of the 32 standard five rounds single elimination tournament (aka round 5) I will simultaneously hold a poll that is 420 vs 69 and then the winner of the main bracket and will go on to fight the winner of the 420 vs 69 poll if that makes any sense, so no need to submit those numbers! (Unless you have a really funny story to go with your submission)

A Quick Update

I have finished sorting through the submissions! Here’s a quick breakdown of how things will proceed:

The main bracket will have 64 participants (128 is too damn overwhelming lol)

So far, 35 participants have been decided, either from being nominated several times, or from the fact that I felt like they suit the vibe of what I’m going for here

The other 29 spots will be decided from polls that will drop periodically throughout the next week or so. These polls will be more of a popularity contest, not a proper fistfight. Meaning, vote for whoever you want to see in the competition

Since a number of submissions were a bit too overpowered, even with my stipulations, there will also be a Heavyweight Class bracket

Also I will also be compiling some of the more insane submissions and explanations and sharing them. Expect that in the coming days

Quick question: Would y’all like to see our already confirmed fighters? Or would you rather it be a surprise?

Wu Zetian (Iron Widow)

Bio: Seeks revenge by seducing and killing a mecha pilot while piloting a mecha together, and is elevated to infamy as an Iron Widow, the term for a female mecha pilot who kills her male copilot.
