Listening to the new Criminal Records and very enamored with the apparent iron-clad Law of History that goes
There is a giant war
The war ends - hurrah!
The number of soldiers is now incredibly surplus to peacetime requirements
A bunch of armed men without much in the way of prospects are just kinda hanging around
Violent and organized crime spikes massively for somewhere between a few years and a generation

Peter Capaldi Reasserts That He Won't Return to #DoctorWho
Sad news for all us Twelfth Doctor fans: Peter Capaldi has reaffirmed that he won’t be returning to Doctor Who anytime soon — or maybe ever. Asked how he felt about coming back to the show in a similar fashion to David Tennant playing the Fourteenth Doctor as well as the Tenth (and Metacrisis Doctor…), Capaldi dashed hopes with a resounding “no”, before explaining: “I like the idea that my…

🚨How to have an erroneous arrest removed from your record 🚔
🚨How to have an erroneous arrest removed from your record 🚔 This reel gives some insight and solutions for all whom have been arrested but didn’t receive a conviction. It is therefore a erroneous arrest by which they should automatically remove it for the person they wrongly accused and detained, but no. The system is set up to force people to jump through hoops to clear their names behind a…

I gave Criminal Records a try for two random episodes, and they sure said "Are the goyim ok?" a bunch. Is that one of their catchphrases, or did I just get unlucky?
Not...that I recall? Like I believe you that they probably say it a few times, but not enough that it ever registered as any sort of recurring thing to me.

Does Chloe tone down her direct bullying/harassment of Marinette after that day to just the dead mom jokes out of guilt, or is it more that Marinette now being homeschooled means Chloe just lost access? Also, does Lila try the whole lying/sabotaging thing on Marinette and just fail or does Marinette just not care?
Lila has no reason to sabotage Marinette because Marinette isn't threatening her little empire she wants to build. In fact, she really wants Marinette on her side BECAUSE she's not apart of the school, so she doesn't need to keep up an elaborate web of lies! She can just try to befriend a talented girl who makes AMAZING food and try to get freebies~

i’m actually surprised i haven’t gone to jail or whatever. i’ve literally committed crimes and shit and never got punished for it.
even if i was a minor (and knew nothing) when i did these crimes, i still should go to jail.
maybe that’s why i’m so spoiled.
———————————————————————list of my crimes:
1. alleged assault on a police officer
2. dated a teacher. (IT WAS MY FAULT)
3. vandalism
4. cut off my ear and my sister’s
5. animal abuse
———————————————————————can’t remember the rest or even if there was any other crimes.

Expungement Vs. Sealing of Records: Which is Better and Why?
Nobody wants to live their entire lives with the stigma of being a criminal due to prior criminal charges. Since a criminal record can prevent you from enjoying the pleasant things in life, regardless of blame. This is where expungement enters the legal system, aiding the public in seeing a chance.
If you have a criminal tag, you will always feel as though you are in the criminal justice system and that people are judging you because of it. Even a simple arrest or conviction could result in you living with the consequences for the rest of your life. When two options are presented, your records will be cleared and you will be given a fair start.
According to Expungement Lawyers in Texas, a criminal record can be sealed or erased. However, state legislation and eligibility requirements have a significant role. There are always repercussions when you have a criminal record. Background checks may be necessary for several reasons, including employment, home rental or purchase, passport verification, and even other situations.

Expungement vs. sealing
When determining the differences between these two processes and which one will be more advantageous. Understanding the comparison is crucial. While sealed records are focused on proving that your arrest or conviction is overturned, TX expungement entails wiping your records of any past incidents, including arrests and convictions.
When a record of a person is sealed, it signifies that the public will not have access to it. When talking about sealing records, it should be noted that this can only happen if the court orders it. Expunging, on the other hand, entirely clears the forms!
Is sealing of Record Almost the Same as Expunction?
The purpose or result is almost the same but still differs. Expunging and sealing a record may look related but are different, as they differ state law-wise. Typically, criminal records are available to the public. But when requesting an expunction, you can expect your documents to get destroyed, with no proof left of it.
But, when your records get sealed, they’re not destroyed; they are closed. And, anytime law enforcement or government bodies need the documents, they can access them after requesting to open them. The forms are definitely out of the public, but not law bodies.
Eligibility
The most important step you need to take is eligibility TX expungement, which grants a clean slate. when you are detained or found guilty. It would be beneficial if you could take a deep breath, unwind, and consider clearing your reputation of the criminal stigma.
If you can completely erase the records, it can be done through study. Check the criminal court, the law, and any other relevant information first;
Is the crime committed admissible? Some jurisdictions allow for the expungement of arrest and conviction records for Texas Class C Misdemeanor offences. while prohibiting the erasure of records involving felony convictions.
Where do you qualify? In some states, persons who have served their whole sentence — including probation — have the option of being executed. While some states give judges the authority to reduce probation terms and grant the case’s expungement.
The method? You could occasionally need professional assistance. The finest expert to choose to assist you with the process of expunging criminal records is an expungement lawyer. Several courts have a “Motion for Expungement” form. The technique is fully explained there!
Any repercussions? Will your name appear on the form even after the criminal record is sealed? How far up the search results list will your name appear is one of the most important things to know. The records are often kept by police agencies and some licensing boards.
Conclusion
Now that you are aware of the distinction between sealing and expungement of records. Making a decision about which is the best option is simple. You must also be aware of your eligibility for either sealing the record or having your criminal record expunged. If so, you can quickly decide whether to remove the criminal stigma from your name. It’s time to evaluate your life and make the decision to expunge your criminal record. To understand what to anticipate from your case, either learn the law or enlist the aid of an expungement attorney.
