I made some parents for Edgar and Bonnie Bo Peep, and I'm also introducing Bonnie's sister Daisy-Bell based on the nursery rhyme.
Bonnie's parents - Benjamin Bo Peep and Dorothy Bo Peep have protected their farm for years. Wolves and creatures have tried to enter property, but failed due to shooting made by her parents protecting it.
Benjamin - When he was young, he was a herder, and has to blow his horn every time his cattle and sheep moved out of border fence to scavenge. He sometimes was lazy and slept, and was woken up by his parents he had to blow the horn for the animals to return. He promised himself to always keep on watch.
He met Dorothy in Poughkeepsie, New York when he was new there for a new life.
Dorothy - She has been a caring and devoted housewife for her two daughters. She loves to help around the farm, and loves to shear and use sheep wool.
Daisy-Bell - Daisy-Bell or simply "Daisy" is a funny outgoing sister.
First appearance: A Twist of Ed X-Treme
_____________________________________
Edgar's Parents - These two are not usually around to watch the kids which was why Samantha and Clara caused so much trouble all the time.
Phillip Steller - He usually goes on a business trip overseas, so he's usually not home. He makes out with his hot wife Veronica whenever he gets to spend time with family at home.
Veronica Steller - She loves to go out with friends. She's so hot that men tried to resist.

Because choosing a Disney hotel after randomly selecting an item was starting to be a bit difficult, I decided that I would randomly select the Disney hotel and create an outfit inspired by it. Thankfully, the first hotel had a very strong theme: Disney Explorers Lodge at Hong Kong Disneyland. Of course, I had to create an outfit worthy of such a theme.
I knew I would go with earth tones, so when I saw those earthy green shorts, I knew I had to add them to my outfit. The shirt, with its front patch pocket, also fits the explorer vibe. The main elements of the outfit selected, all I needed was now was to choose the footwear, the bag, and the other accessories.
Of course, one needs to be comfortable when exploring, so these ankle boots looked perfect. It’s not the time for a fancy handbag; this tan crossbody bag looks practical and fits with the earth tone of this outfit. You also need protection from the sun, hence the hat and sunglasses.
Finally, I decided to add the necklace because the old coin-like pendant gave such a vibe of “old thing I found on one of my digs”. It was just too perfect to ignore.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the 1969 film ALICE’S RESTAURANT, Adam Arkin, Ginger Baker, The Beatles 1967 “All You Need is Love” single, Coco Chanel, Bill Clinton, songwriter Roger Cook, the daguerreotype (1839), Darius Danesh, John Deacon, Dave Douglas (Reliant K), Eddie Durham, Philo Farnsworth, Rob Fenstermacher, Jonathan Frakes (great to have met you), Ian Gillan, Fumio Hayasaka, Susan Jacks, L.Q. Jones, Margie Joseph, The Knack’s 1979 “My Sharrona” single, Billy J. Kramer, Deana Martin (great to have gigged with you), Diana Muldaur, Luis Muñoz, Spud Murphy, one of my heroes Johnny Nash, Ogden Nash, National Aviation Day (1939), Debra Paget, the 1944 liberation of Paris, Christina Perri, Beat Raaflaub, Eddy Raven, Gene Roddenberry, John Stamos, Jason Starkey, my excellent boss Nate Stevens, Clay Walker, Lee Ann Womack, and singer-songwriter and gospel music provocateur Edwin Hawkins. He challenged prevailing notions about sacred vs. secular and broadened the field for gospel music, bridging it with funk, pop, rock, and soul. Despite challenges to his early career and ministry, he earned many awards and made many well-received records, yet still kept his eyes on God. He’s best known for his recording of “Oh Happy Day, “ an extension of an 18th century hymn. Edwin updated it in 1967 and his worship group played it repeatedly at the Ephesian Church of God in Christ in Berkeley CA. In 1969 Hawkins took the church group and made a small budget recording of it on a custom label, with Dorothy Combs Morrison on co-lead vocals. Their modest production is lo-fi by today’s standards but—lo and behold—the track became a surprise international hit, reaching #4 in the USA, #2 in the UK, Canada, and Ireland, and #1 in France, Germany, and The Netherlands.
Edwin’s version won a Grammy in 1970, has appeared in upwards to 20 movie soundtracks ,and has been covered countless times. It was also included on the RIAA Songs of the Century. George Harrison stated the song was a primary inspiration for “My Sweet Lord.” Here’s our modest take on it, and HB EH—thank you for making a joyful noise.

Killing and outrage: little has changed in the Amazon after years of violence
Before the deaths of Dom Phillips and Bruno Pereira, Chico Mendes’ murder in 1988 and Dorothy Stang’s assassination in 2005 shook Brazil
Tumblr media
Before the world was outraged by the murders of British journalist Dom Phillips and Indigenous advocate Bruno Pereira, it was aghast at the killings of Chico Mendes and Dorothy Stang.
Mendes was a rubber tapper and unionist murdered by ranchers in 1988 in the southern Amazon; 73-year-old Stang was a US nun assassinated in 2005 for standing up to illegal loggers on the other side of the rainforest.
Their deaths shocked Brazil, caused international outrage and temporarily focused the world’s attention on the Amazon.
But for those hoping the recent murder of Phillips and Pereira will mark a turning point for the Amazon – some combination, say, of greater environmental protections, more oversight or broader rights for Brazil’s Indigenous communities – the killings of Mendes and Stang do not offer very comforting lessons.
The parallels are clear to Marina Silva, a former environment minister who knew Chico Mendes growing up in their home state of Acre. But Silva warns that the situation is bleaker today under far-right President Jair Bolsonaro.
“The difference I see is that back then governments were worried what the international repercussions were,” she told the Guardian. “There was a fear about how it would harm Brazil’s international image. This government doesn’t care about that.”
