For real tho, i think Imogen wants power and control So Much that everytime they interact with someone who knows some kind of information she will bully it out of them. She doesnt have to do it, she's not being intimidating out of necessity. She just enjoy the rush of power, the knowledge that she can lash out and be mean, cruel even, and it wont have any consequences on herself or the people she care about. The hint of glee in her eyes everytime she can diminish someone, make them doubt their own mind or beliefs, when she can hurt someone that is defenseless.
