So it just dawned on me that Mon’s actually been living with Sam for a while now, like we’ve kinda seen it on the show (its just been overshadowed by their “sexy times” 😏 lol) but now its made me curious as to what on earth they get up to when they’re not having sex 😂 Like i wonder what they talk about? it's simultaneously baffling and yet so on brand that Ranboo keeps ending up in these situations. like yeah of course they're so socially awkward that, when a security guard for the genloss set angrily tells them to leave (the set Ranboo has 24/7 access for as, y'know, the OWNER) Ranboo would go "haha yea man my bad ill scooch on by-" and let himself get kicked out by his own security. I still CANNOT hear vividly like as if I were listening to actual music out loud.. #but I think it's developed more than my sight. AND interesting how this varies the creative process. a friend I was talking to on the phone #said they write by literally just watching stuff play before them like a movie. where my process is COMPLETELY different. No but why do I feel like there’s definitely something that’s gonna happen between Buck and Eddie during the bachelor party. Now I’m not saying there will be actual cheating involved. But imagine they’re so happy and having fun, letting go, enjoying each other’s company. And maybe there’s a moment in which they look into each other’s eyes and something just *clicks* Maybe even they both lean in for an almost kiss but something happens and *poof* it gets interrupted. Obviously there’s more drinking and they both knock out and when they wake up, there’s the concern over Chimney missing so they clearly don’t remember anything from the previous night. Shit happens, things are hectic and neither Buck or Eddie recall their almost kiss in the midst of chaos. But then, then maybe they make eye contact during the vows and boom, it all comes back to them. The longing in their eyes, the way they felt alive next to each other, the almost kiss. Maybe it happens at the wedding when they’re dancing with their respective dates and can’t keep their eyes off each other? Or maybe it happens a bit later but I feel like that’ll be a wonderful catalyst for each man separately. And to further it along, Eddie seeing Buck with Tommy would quicken the turmoil he’s facing within him. Yeah it’ll be chefs kiss tbh.

new yoke gets shard ; a grumpy loner who particularly enjoys being a thorn in the council's side. he's fine with the resistance, but the way they make him out to be some grand hero can annoy him. rebel and knucks are the real heroes for keeping the fight going for so long, they deserve that credit. he's not sure who this 'traitorous fox' guy they keep mentioning is, but he's curious. maybe he could get an explanation from the council after their next fight. or he might steal a ship and go find the fox himself

boscage maze gets spirit ; a happy, optimistic, very animated hedgehog. he's clueless to the previous battles between "the monster and the scavengers" but he doesn't seem to mind. he's great at finding a middle ground for prim and thorn whenever they get a bit too heated. he also seems to be able to read mangey like a book, able to hold conversations with him easily despite the fox not saying a single word

no place gets tonic ; a more chill guy to contrast dread's anger and grief and black rose's high energy. he mostly lazes about, but sails seems to take a liking to him so they let him stay aboard the angel's voyage 2.0 despite the fact he doesnt see to be able to swim. he doesn't really talk either, but he's pretty damn good with a sword

Though Roderick and his followers didn't realise it at the time, the magic in the circle and the glass orb meant that the only people who could see Dream were the ones that were there when he was summoned, so as far as the guards are concerned they're guarding an empty glass sphere that a delusional old man thinks holds something. And then of course, Hob gets hired as a guard and it's dealer's choice if Dream has realised by then that no one but Burgess and his Order can see him.

But then because Hob is sort of aware that magic and esoteric things do exist, he sees Burgess (sr or jr) talking to the globe and is like, huh. Maybe there is something in there. But maybe it's a demon like the rumours say and I shouldn't let it out. But Hob starts talking to Dream anyway while the other guard takes longer and longer smoke breaks.

Whichever Burgess is around at the time realises that there must be something about this guard, because the next time he comes down to yell/bargain/threaten, Dream has moved. He's hidden his face, there are handprints against the glass, and the dreamlord's shoulders are shaking.

It doesn't take him long to figure out the pattern - that this only happens around Robert, for whatever reason, and the man himself has no notion of what's in the circle - and eventually he sends the guards out so that he can tell Dream exactly what he'll do to this Robert if Dream doesn't comply. That he may not understand what it is about this one man that compels one of the Endless so, when he has been so unaffected by everything else but the death of his familiar, but that doesn't matter. He will find out, and he will leverage it, however he needs to.

He turns and leaves, and basically I want Hob to wander back in none the wiser and settle into his chair and his usual routine of talking all moony eyed about his stranger, while Dream is roaring his fear and fury and beating his fists bloody against the glass

back to studying hellsing's style to figure out how to draw the characters... specifically Anderson due to my drawing break.

his face is so funky and complicated, and I've been trying to figure out what all the reasons as to "why" are, when I realized the outline profile of his face has 6 core line behaviors instead of the usual 4.

its not even an art style diffrence, because Alucard and Integra both have 4. And Seras has 3! A demonstration of what I'm talking about;

basically sections of the face outline. A dip in for the eye, curve out then in for the cheek, out for a more defined jaw/chin (which Seras doesn't have), and of course the forehead which leads into hairline.

Anderson on the other hand... has 6. With the addition of his eye brows and mouth.

Provided, this allows more emphasis on his eyes and grin which express ALOT about everything his character is. But for that to be visible in character outline? WACK.

I also need to point out Alucard, Seras, and Integra have symmetrical faces (Which is to be expected within animation, its less work and saves costs).

But Anderson's smirk is often a little lopsided (and I love him for it)

even his full blown grin, tends to be skewed one way or another.

its one of those small things that make him feel more human, even when he's unhinged feral with instant access to the 4th dimension

i've had this irredeemably terrible plot idea in my head for YEARS abt being childhood friends with the miya twins, and having both of them secretly confess to you within rapid succession of each other. you're so flustered you don't know what to say to either of them, so for a few (AWFUL) days they both think they're dating you.

the three of you are hanging out and you're dying inside. the secret that you're holding in feels suffocating but you just don't know what to do about it. then they need to leave, so osamu goes to get his jacket and atsumu takes it as an opportunity to dip down and kiss you goodbye. you're stunned. wide-eyed and completely gobsmacked when osamu comes back in (jacket on) and asks his brother if he's ready to go. they leave. you can finally relax a bit. and then osamu comes jogging back in, plants his own unexpected kiss on you, and tells you he lied to tsumu about forgetting something so he could come back and give you a "proper goodbye."
