summary: 3 moments during the take me home tour where ynrry shined through on stage.

Y/N could sense mischief from a mile away. From the second the fans screamed to looking over at where they were pointing, she knew she was fucked. Clad in a light pink shirt and crop top that only showed an inch about her torso, she tried to run away from Louis but the stilettos on her feet gave her no opportunity to. 

“Louis! Louis stop, don’t!” Her pleading seemingly wasn’t enough because, within a blink of an eye, she was drenched in cold water. The two of them immediately knew what this meant. 

It meant war. And she was determined to get all of her bandmates on her side to defeat Louis. 

At first, she tried running after him, but when she realized it was no use since he was so fast and she was in heels, she called Harry over and immediately told him to turn around and crouch to help her. Harry, who had seen the entire interaction, was immediately down and got down without question. She hopped up on his back, motioning at Zayn for him to throw her a water bottle, Harry immediately started running toward Harry. 

As he ran, her in-ear monitors made her remember that she was to sing soon, and she raised her mic to her lips, singing softly. “And if we get together, yeah get together, don’t let the pictures leave your phone! Do you guys think I can beat Louis?” She screamed, following her lyrics, giggling at the loud cheers from the crowd. Harry continued running, and Y/N looked down to see that Niall and Liam were running with them, water bottles in their hands as well. 

Louis glanced over his shoulder and saw them running after him, pulling a face and running away faster. Unfortunately, he was too slow, and they all eventually caught up to him. Zayn too, who was right behind him and making sure he didn’t run away. Liam and Niall caught Louis by his arms, holding him still so their best friend could get her revenge. Harry stalked over to them and set her down, Y/N still singing as she had Harry crack open her bottles. Giggles instead of melodies filled the stadium speakers as she poured the water over his head. The rest of the boys handed her their water, and she continued to pour water on Louis. 

“Paybacks a bitch, Tommo.” She grinned, grabbing him by the back of his neck and into a hug, pushing him away when their cue came in to start doing the rowing dance move. They all stood in a staggered line, laughing loudly while they danced. 

Everyone else flared away, but Harry stayed. He bent down, mouth close to her ear as he popped out her in-ear, and very softly, whispered, “Good job on your victory, Princess.”

The band sat in their respective spots, the soft guitar for Summer Love filtering through the air. In front of Harry, a little off to the side was Y/N, who had the brightest gleam in her eyes, admiring the crowd. It was during songs like these that she allowed herself to bask in the feeling of fame, one that often consumed and overwhelmed her. She giggled when she waved at a few fans and they started screaming and crying in response to her. She glanced over her shoulder to see if Harry had seen that, and smiled wider when she saw he already had a grin on his face. 

Raising the mic to his lips, he followed Zayn’s lyrics, and since Y/N was already looking over at him, she twisted on her bottom, being careful of her skirt. Her eyes traced all of Harry’s features, them being nearly enhanced due to the bright spotlights on him. Finishing his part of the first verse, his eyes flicked back to her, nose scrunching cutely. She blew a playful kiss back, laughing when his cheeks became overtaken by a pinkish hue. Jumping down from her spot, she walked over to the back of the stage to retrieve her phone, before jogging back to her spot, confusing Harry when she passed it and instead beelined for him. 

Plopping down next to him, she swiped on her phone until she got to the camera app, holding it up to be level with their faces. They pulled a couple of funny faces before she tossed her phone over to Liam and Niall to the right of her, who grabbed it with ease. They started snapping pictures too, Liam turning to face his back to the crowd, taking a selfie with them too. The mic was on her lips, and they motioned her to catch it, but she shook her head no. 

They tossed the phone back to her anyway, but she missed the catch and clenched her eyes shut, only for them to snap open again when she felt two taps on her thighs. Opening her eyes, she saw Harry grinning at her with a shit-eating grin, holding her phone in his hand. 

She rolled her eyes, grabbing it from him and unlocking it again. She pulled up her camera roll app, looking at the pictures of her and Harry. She smiled and set one of the funnier ones as her home screen background. She turned her phone to Harry, and he grinned at her, trying to subtly move his arm behind her back to rub it. Turning to him, she held up a hand to block the crowd from seeing what she was whispering into his ear. 

The crowd screamed when they saw this, but they would never know that the words she whispered into his ear were ‘I love you’.

 As Niall talked to the crowd, Y/N and Harry pulled their in-ears out of their ears to talk to each other, something that was extremely common at their concerts. 

“What d’you wanna order from the hotel when we get back? ‘M starving and I miss you. I feel like I’ve not seen you all day.” Harry said— shouted, knowing she could barely hear over the volume of the crowd. She turned around, shrugging her shoulders. Harry rolled his eyes, and she tiptoed, the heels on her feet not being enough to be able to reach his ears. 

“I‘ve been craving pizza since this morning, maybe that if they have it. We can cuddle when we get back to the hotel, but you have to shower, you’re all sweaty. As for the pizza,” She questioned in his ear. “I’m not sure what toppings yet, but maybe we can agree on some?” 

He nodded, giving a thumbs up, “Wanna join me in the shower?” She looked at him with an annoyed expression, but he had a boyish grin on his face.”‘M putting olives on the pizza.” 

“Oh, absolutely not, are you serious? Harry, that’s disgusting.” She pulled a face of disgust, putting her hand on his face to push him away. He had the biggest look of offense on his face, and she giggled. He didn’t get far from her push, only about 1 foot away. She laughed when she heard him scream ‘Say sorry!’, and she shook her head no. 

“You know I hate olives! I’m picking all of them off and giving them to you.” She grinned back, and he rolled his eyes again, but with the look he gave her, it was obvious that he would do anything for her.

I know you're just vibing but is it okay to ask what's your fav and worst Louis Tomlinson photoshoot (that happened this year) ?? Also love your hot takes btw uwu 💖

OFC!! the fun kind of vibing! Unfortunately this question does not play to my strengths which barely include knowing what year it currently is let alone what happened when and also photoshoot analysis SO I'm just gonna pick something that maybe definitely is not what you meant....

I really like how they went to that half torn up house* to shoot the OOMS video** and were like we're gonna make a DAY of this and knock out SO MANY THINGS AT ONCE and then did that. I found it very entertaining to watch the endless trickle of various different things filmed and photographed on that day appear (if they've stopped it was VERY recently, the last track by track only came out a day or two ago.) Best part ofc being seeing how many different tops they packed for Louis to change into, I picture him in a weird empty room with a clothing rack pulling shirts on and off between 20 minute sessions all day (and then having to have his hair fixed each time.) They did at least two full photoshoots in there off the top of my head (the apple music photoshoot for which you can see a mysterious wire Louis is holding as if he were using a wired remote shutter, I still want to understand, and some basic 'FITF out now' ones that were used for interview backdrops and spotify and stuff), all the promo video spots for different platforms and countries and stuff, the music video obviously, the footage that played on video screens behind him in album release interviews, the track by track interview.... I can't remember what else. Maybe some other stuff too. Anyway I really did like those apple music pics maybe that would have been my pick anyway!

*this is apparently just a house people rent to shoot videos in or smth??? IDK I have questions, but I saw that one of the indie bands defending Louis on twitter in the most recent dust up (Crawlers, if anyone wants to go thank them or whatever, they're a girl band even) were like funny story we shot our video in that same house. Someone should go find out info about the place for me us all from them!

**the director of that video also shot the Silver Tongues video and wrt to that one he talked about how surprised and skeptical Louis was when he said he'd only have to be on set for a few hours, rather than like 16: on the one hand, given how much they did other than the vid that day assuming this was the same, otoh guessing this was one of those 16 hour days

Least favorite photoshoot hmm I pick the X Ray cause you know ouch... although tbh I kind of liked getting to see it 🙈

Hi Sea! so these two girls from Mexico City went to ragga, the night club we are getting vids from, and acted as if they did not know who Louis Tomlinson was. They were pretty successful in getting into his table. Honestly my respects to them, omfg i could never be that cool. Matt even tried to hit on one of the girls 🤢🥴🤮 Kinda gross since he’s married and has kids and the texts were so cringy. But, anyway the important thing is, it seems like nothing and no one gets to truly interact with Louis in these types of tours UNLESS he directly asks for it. And he’s mostly only ever approached fans or explores the culture. Has he always been like this from One Direction? like the stories I’ve read about him not really hitting on girls or boys or just going out to drink with him mates being nice and friendly but not really trying to get anyone like that. Because these two girls were saying he just interacted with the bands and that’s it. Gosh I hope I made some sense 😂😅

Yeah … I saw about Matt V. Not to cast doubt on the girls, but I hope everyone can take the stories with a grain of salt - everything can be faked on the internet etc.

As far as Louis goes, I have not heard any credible stories where Louis hooked up with fans / partied with fans after the concerts in 1D or in solo concerts. I think we saw the “Louis kissing a girl in the pool” in Thailand 2015– leading to breaking up with El. As far as I know, that’s it.

I do think Louis’ security is tight these days. He’s pretty well protected unless he seeks out interaction.

Karaoke!!! I love that! Honestly, when my parents go outside and I'm left alone, I shut all windows and doors... switch on our home theater (which is basically our TV and sound box system in our hall) and SING MY LUNGS OUT! I'm so glad that we live in our own house so my neighbors didn't yet complain. I have my own karaoke. Having someone else might be fun right?

Plus, though I go through some real Rollercoasters with my parents, I still love them. They're close to me (i actually act like a tsundere towards them). I'm still in Uni. Full time studying and I've no job. Hopefully by 4-5 years, I'll take my dad's place and be the (wo)MAN of the house (as im the eldest and the daughter) there are many things I'm grateful for, because of them. Concluding, no matter what... I love them haha. Also!!

As I said, I went to a different state... that state is famous for its less air pollution ( more noise pollution ) I visited it today and.. Wow! There are so many trees on the road and so many new malls, institutions, new people and there were so many foreigners as well! I saw many designer stores (Louis Vitton, Rolex, Rado etc I can't remember all the names actually haha) but we just visited as we aren't there to visit (yet we did lol) overall, it was a good day. Wish I could show you the scenery I captured but I am unable to.. Tumblr better update a feature where we can send pics/vids through anon. Have a goooooodd dinner. Have a good might now? singing your lungs out at home sounds super fun!! good thing you have everything you need for it, like a home theater system and a house that isn't bothered by neighbors! the most i can i do is sing in the shower while music plays from my phone haha. but yeah, having someone else to do karaoke with is extra fun - especially when you pick a song you all know and everyone sings together!

oh yeah i totally get what you mean by your parents - sometimes they drive you crazy but at the end of the day, they care for you and do a lot for you <3

also the state you're in now sounds beautiful... i love seeing trees in urban areas, they're just so calming and pretty and make the air cleaner too! and window shopping is fun from just looking at all the different stores even if you won't buy anything from them hehe. and yeah lol i wish i could send and receive pics from anons too, sigh

Wow just got back to my town from Louis show and I am exhausted. That crowd was so disrespectful and rude. From singing Sweet Creature by his bus to keep on throwing stuff on stage and hitting him even after he asked them to stop. And now larries are claiming he was not annoyed at us in the audience but at his management… I am honestly so sad for Louis and how this nonsense must make him feel. I felt uncomfortable and awkward most of the show especially since my friend and I were surrounded by people claiming Harry was in the building or waiting backstage or on the tour bus and kept taking everything Louis did as some hint? It really kinda ruined the show tbh

god......it's so wild that ppl will spend sm money on someone they don't like at all. i saw the vid of him asking ppl to stop throwing shit and he was DEAD serious, i don't get how ppl don't realize it's not funny anymore.

Oh you used to be an anti? For how long? What did you think? What changed your mind? How did that whole transition from anti to larrie go?

HAHA i think I’ve answered these before, but it doesn’t matter, I love talking about it <3

So I wasn’t an “anti” in the sense where I sent people death threats lol, just so we’re clear. I was an anti more in the sense like, how the General Internet Populace viewed Larry. I believed that Larrie ruined their friendship with their shipping. Take note that I was a big K-Pop stan before, and people would always talk about how you shouldn’t take shipping too far, and they’ll use Larries and Larry as an example. Actually I remember when I came across a video of Louis talking about F, and the comments were full of Larrie who talked about how F isn’t his kid, and I got so annoyed that I started beefing with them LMAO. I was like really young at the time, forgive me.

But honestly, I wasn’t that aware of Larry. I only knew what I was told — Louis had a “kid” (I actually thought he had a wife lol), and Louis and Harry were no longer friends because of crazy shippers. So I didn’t know details, information, all the pieces and history, etc. I wasn’t even a Directioner!

Anyway, Larry came on my radar again last year (2021) when I looked up the YouTube vid for I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor, and I saw a bunch of Larries in the comments. I just brushed it off, complained to my friend about the “delusional larrats”, and ignored it. Then, a few months later, I looked up the YouTube vid The Story by Conan Gray, and saw a bunch of comments from Larries (actually they were Twarries but whatever). Now I was beginning to get suspicious. Then it was my best friend’s birthday, and she likes Harry’s songs, so I looked for a song of his to play on my guitar. Sweet Creature and Two Ghosts came up on the searches, so I looked at the comments, and — as I’m sure you can guess — Larries everywhere.

After that, I couldn’t get Larry out of my head. I kept thinking to myself, why do so many people believe this? Why are there comments sections full of Larries? Isn’t it a dead ship? It’s not possible that something so small could have such a large amount of people to believe it, right? It festered in my mind, and I couldn’t stop myself from eventually searching it on YouTube, TikTok and Twitter. And, lo and behold, I saw videos upon videos, tweet upon tweet, about Larry. So I thought, clearly, there must be something about this that makes people still believe it, right? I also had a Tumblr at the time (different from this one), so I also used Tumblr to look up Larry.

For a long time though, I struggled with the ship in my mind. You see, in K-Pop, there’s a thing called fanservice, where the band members act really gay with one another so fans can go wild or something. So while I was researching, when I saw unexplainable clips of them being close and having fond expressions and touching, I thought “damn they must be baiting their fans haha… right… right?” Eventually after doing much research — shoutout to the Louis GQ Tattoo vid btw — I accepted that it wasn’t fanservice, because why would it be fanservice when they were trying to vehemently deny anything about Larry at all? And obviously I went through my Twarrie/Houie phase where I thought they were together but broke up or they were just FWB, but then ofc I grew out of that bc there was so much proof they’re still togetherrr.

And I still have more to learn, obviously, but that’s how I’m now a Larrie. Take this as an inspiration that even antis can become Larries once they read masterposts lmao. Oh, and if you want to look at something fun, here’s a post of me sending messages to my friend back when I was an anti. You can laugh at how wrong I used to be.

Happy BIRTHDAY, Louis!! You are: golden, the end of June, perfect now, a rainbow paradise, the habit that we can’t break, and, most importantly, TWENTY NINE YEARS OLD! Fans, friends, charities and industry folks alike spent their day sending well wishes to Louis. Allontheboard put up a poem with only 1D titles to celebrate, Free My Meal, Bluebell Wood, Sandy Beales, Paul Arthurs (Oasis), and many more called him brilliant (or a legend, etc.) and wished him well. Helene, Eleanor and Krystle put up new pictures of them with him and sent him love. Eleanor was denied the opportunity for the usual “clubbing and pap pics” by COVID but got around it by posting an old vid of her and Louis from one of those outings... in 2017, for HER birthday, at a gay club. Why not just a cute cozy pic of their stuck-at-home celebrations?? Oh riiiight cause that's not a real thing lol. Charlie Lightening wished him a happy birthday and said that the LIVEstream was a killer way to end the year (it was!). And then the FANS!! Well, we spent the day trending various hashtags and tweets and reminding the world that Louis’ a KING and a BOSS and a KILLER musician, and only we got a special thank you from Louis- he came on twitter to say, “Thank you for all the birthday messages. The money you raised for all your individual projects is unbelievable. Love to you all x”. (Did the Brit Awards or Only The Poets have a Louis charity drive? No they did not, that's a thank you for US!) We also got the uncut/unedited version of an interview from early March 2019 courtesy of a fan, as a treat! Seeing him chatting cheerfully away, unaware that such a horrible tragedy is about to strike feels- to me at least- somewhere between uncomfortable and vaguely indecent, but if you can divorce it from that his physicality in the unguarded moments when the interview pauses is, always, a beautiful glimpse behind the curtain, and revisiting the familiar rote answers about how he hoped to have an album by next year, maybe, is exciting and satisfying, knowing that it finally happened and it's HERE and celebrated and complete!

And besides all that, I personally would much rather have a video with Harry ballroom dancing than NOT! It seems that someone isn’t completely on board with us having that video yet, though: accounts posting it were gone after heavily on twitter for copyright violations, and if you don't believe us that lots of things happen that aren't directly managed by HSHQ, what do you call HSD getting caught up in the sweep? Clearly THEY thought their connection to HQ meant they were immune, and left the video up when the other UAs saw what was up and deleted it, but nope! Which works out great for us, an excellent birthday present for their least favorite guy, Louis (and for us fans, SUCK IT JERKS!) Jeff does do some things though, and protecting HSD is one of them, so I suppose they'll be back. And speaking of people who do their jobs, we found out today that Shia LaBoef (who was originally cast as Jack in DWD) did not leave due to scheduling conflicts, but rather, Olivia Wilde fired him because of abuse allegations. Good Riddance! Talk about a glow up for that role, Shia--> Harry is a serious upgrade!

Liam and Roman have another socially distanced and randomly cut advent alarm, which claims Liam being afraid of spoons was one of the truths in their little game though he has repeatedly told us that's no longer the case, SUS, and told all of us to get ready ‘cuz * sings * Santa Claus is comin’ tonight! (I’m singing it, but sadly, they didn’t). Liam DID play the part of Santa and gave LP Show DJ Deewan a lovely bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. And he’s not the only one who mentors and spreads love: Alone, an Irish charity serving the elderly thanked Niall (and his Modest!Golf partner Mark) for recent contributions, Casey Lowery shared the story of going clubbing with Zayn’s PA who then put him in contact with Zayn and got him his record deal (awwww I want more mentor!Zayn stories!!), and we got a behind the scenes shot of an old Z photoshoot! The gifts abound! So it looks like we’ve got lots to celebrate: let’s celebrate all of the lights for Louis, H’s sparkly jacket, Liam waiting for Santa Claus, Niall’s phenomenal Christmas Toy drive donation, and Zayn enjoying a Harry Potter filled Christmas. UO? (I saw this topic being discussed on twitter earlier): it’s kinda cringe to see other larries constantly saying that H is “the biggest Louie” and plugging vids of him dancing to no control. I don’t think him not publicly talking about L at this point, is just a Larry thing, but more a part of his crafted image as he rarely mentions any of the boys at all. The other boys (including L) can and do talk about H. I do think H is super supportive and encouraging in private!! I just also wish he could reciprocate the support the boys give him at times haha. i 100% agree! it's one of the things i hate the most about harry's image tbh, the fact that doing this has the aim of making him look like he's better than the others and like he wouldn't 'get down' on their level. also i hate that it actually works!!!!! like?? that's what fuels the solo harrie 'mentality' and I'm?? how can you like that?? if i saw it from the outside i would just think harry is a dickhead, i wouldn't go 'oh wow i love that' ..... i really don't get these people.

Wow can you believe people wasted a whole half a day trading minor clues that Louis was with Harry in Italy only for Louis to blow us all out of the water with his most public appearance in months (performances excluded), IN ITALY? Yes guys gals and non binary pals that's right, our boy (well his team) hired the paps (as confirmed by the pap lol) to thoroughly document him swanning around the Italian Riviera doing some shopping and posing with Eleanor (and, oddly, her mother, presumably her actual vacation companion.) They knocked out a series of pictures in a couple locations in what looks to be a short window of time yesterday morning and then went back to being MIA but the blessing that is these pics of him looking absolutely adorable and oh so flamboyant mysteriously in more or less the same place as Harry yet again will last forever.

For those who prefer their Louis news items untainted by romantic speculation, I got you too! We saw not only his beautiful face today but also his beautiful heart, via sister Phoebe who posted a snippet of their text chats to show off having the best brother in the whole world, and who can blame her. He texts her, "I'm here to protect you as much as I can, we'll take this one day at a time." Also in the "every time you talk my heart expands to a thousand times its normal size" category is his sweet reply to an America's Got Talent promo vid but some are less moved than annoyed by that one on account of it appearing to be promo for the show. If that is the case I'm absolutely living for the way he literally trashes American TV in the tweet, calling it cheesy, like imagine telling Louis he had to tweet about the show and getting that. Louis: I did what you told me to, what? I would also be very entertained though if when asked he names various respectable cool sounding TV shows, as you do, but in actual fact he is watching singing competitions in his down time but I can't imagine that would be at all relaxing for him so option B is probably more like, I happened on this random video and found it moving, which is not far fetched.

As for the speculation that Louis was with Harry in Rome for the gucci event, there's no way of knowing. There's nothing to say he wasn't. But you have options! You may choose instead to believe the fan who says that Harry's driver answered some questions for her. Allegedly the driver said he took Harry's super wasted ass back to his hotel the morning after the party, that he was very sweet and polite, and that he was on the phone the whole drive, with a guy, talking about how nice everyone was and how happy he was and saying I love you I love you I love you the whole time. But if true and if Louis, they were not together at that time.

And what about our little trashed perfume salesman? The reviews are in and his gucci appearance was a smash! Article after article of praise. I was initially confused by how every news outlet was focusing so loudly on the "gender bending" aspects of his look, not because it isn't true but because like, why NOW? But then I saw that ol Memory of A Smell™️ (and indeed the entirety of this gucci season) is being marketed as "designed with gender fluidity in mind" and it made more sense. Anyway, more pics and video from the parties, and from a restaurant today (see him speak Italian to fans! see his lil face get smushed by hugs!)

Also today, a single sneaky pic from an unpublicized outing on Sunday to a football game at Wembley on surfaced. It shows Harry with James Corden and a person in a cap who is standing between them but obscured. Some have discussed that Louis' follow of a football writer on twitter coincided with this game; it was actually the previous day if that makes any difference to anyone. Odds of that person being Jeff are pretty good IMO but in any case it does seem that both Louis and Harry were back in London earlier in the week as had been speculated.

ANYWAY moving on I do have other boys to cover, have you attention hogs not heard? Typical Louis and Harry honestly.

and the descent afterwards not so great as many preceding descents – still elm avenue (began at Launoy) as far as I can see in a long straight line before us – asleep till 1 ½ - all in the chalk descending upon Rethel (now chalck from here to Paris) and drive thro’ the old town on the Aisne river and said to have been built by the Romans in Julies Caesars’ time – pass over 3 bridges (all wood I think) and lastly the canal of the Ardennes which beings here, and then at the end of the town La poste just opposite another wood bridge largeish old town partly built on the hill side – not many good buildings – 5700 inhabitants – off in 9 minutes at 1 58 – at 2 ¼ pass 2 large waggons of coal the 1st we have seen in France – add up accounts – calculate expense etc. as we drove along now that there is no beauty of scenery to call attention – chalk hills – at Isle at 3 38 one long street village – off again in 10 minutes – there has been a great deal of rain here and all our last stage – asleep again till 4 ¾ and then 1st sight of Rheims cathedral an enormous squarry lumping looking pile enough to swallow up all the town – two towers and sharp-pointed spire sun between them – long flat approach – range of hill along the horizon backing the town and stretching in the distance right – shabby streets, or not good streets but place royale handsome and stopped au Lion d’or opposite the richly sculpture cathedral at 3 10 – the landlord came up to the carriage to say he had no rooms – he had but one chamber – I got out to see it – rez de chaussée – largeish double-bedded room – then recollected he had one small double bedded room upstairs – saw and took it – asked his price – found it useless but servants to be 4/50 per day each and our dinner 4/. each of us, mine not included – made no inquiry as to beds - he would be dear enough – thought we were not going to stay long, and it would not signify much – got ourselves stowed into the little chambre – and Oddy well placed at no great distance on the same floor and George somewhere and ordered dinner at 7 – about ¾ hour arranging our effects then A- and I went out – in the cathedral 25 minutes – interior magnificent double aisles – windows of nef and chori all of finely and very anciently painted glass – the windows of the apses behind the high altar modern painted glass with much pink and orange colour throwing a peculiarly rich warm tint against the altar -   never more pleased with a church – worth coming to Rheims to see this cathedral – certainly one of the most beautiful interiors I ever saw – not so fine as York minster – but a painted glass – the blue ceiling with white fleurs de lis, the yellow painted capitals of all the pillars clustered – colours and cornices (looking like gilding) have altogether a charming effect – the marigold window over the great west door, is magnificent – no organ in sight to break the unity of the whole – put out of sight in the north transept – the transepts very small – dinner at 6 20 – and went out about 8 ¼ for ½ hour – into the Place Royale – handsome pedestrian bronze statue of Louis 15 – went to the booksellers’ Luton in the Place Royal – bought for A- letters on the histoire by M. de Thierry and an account of the cathedral for myself – fine evening and night – after the rain and thunder this afternoon (vid. line 4 from the bottom of the last p. ) – F61° at 10 pm a garçon here – the 1st house we have been at this time, where there is no femme de chambre – gave him A-‘s and my things to get washed  of mine two shifts one napkin and ditto cravat dimity waist and broad hemmed muslin handkerchief –

Larry Vs Zarry and more rants

Okay this is a rant that no one asked for but no one in my social circle cares enough about this to hear me out so tumblr will be a decent substitute.

I hate larries. First they try to make everything about Larry like it is so far fetch but they are gripping onto that theory tight. They are so blind and so adamant and anything that debunks any of their theory sets them off. The entire Larry fandom is so toxic that they even affected harry and Louis’s friendship. To be very honest I never liked Louis because he craved so much attention especially in the early days. He probably saw that many fans were invested in Larry and decided to add fuel to the fire by doing stuff purposefully on cameras. It’s so ridiculous. He even admitted himself that he was insecure about being obselete when he left the band as it is pretty evident that the more popular members of the band did not include him. He wanted to be relevant and did this by hopping onto the Larry BS. After it got out of control and compromised their actual friendship and even his relationship with his gf then did he start denying all the Larry theories. Louis was just milking it. Did y’all noticed how harry ignored Louis the last 2 years in the band? They barely even talked. Y’all say its the management but y’all watch too much tv man. Those things don’t happen in real life to such an extreme level because that’s not humane and they know that they can get into a lot of trouble doing that. They won’t go so far by not allowing them to talk H doesn’t even glance at Louis. Y’all keep saying that Louis’s backhanded comments are sassy well they aren’t they are just straight up rude y’all clearly don’t know the difference. Watch drag race and see how sassy is done. Sassy is being witty but if u say the ‘joke’ again and again it’s just being mean bro. Anyways I’m not here to define what sassy is. H did not deserve all those comments in the early days especially the ones about his mum it’s not appropriate at all. If u notice, Z never participated in the ‘hot mum’ convo and stopped teasing H’s voice after doing some impressions of harry in 2011. Harry was just tolerant and a nice human so he didn’t do much about it. Of course as he got older he knew he didn’t have to put up with the bs Louis gives him and started to take matters into his own hands.

Not to go off on Louis I’m sure he is an decent human privately but whatever I see on camera I dislike. His fans are also delusional. Since I’m alr going off on Louis might as well say everything. The main reason why Louis fights to stay relevant was his limited vocal skills. He has a nice tone to his voice I admit. I quite like it. But it’s just so unreliable. I laugh everytime I see a Louis singing like an angel compilation appearing on my ig because even in those clips he was off tune. Imagine his normal live performances. Idk maybe I just have a more sensitive musical ear because of my musical background but literally almost everytime he sings it’s bad. His fans keep complaining about how he never really got many parts in songs during 1D and most were given to H and Z and even Liam. He prob would be given more parts if he sang with technique and consistency as good as Mitch grassi( who has a similar temperament to Louis) but he doesn’t. He has a shit range I prob have a wider range than he does (and I mean the lower range as well); he has shit technique as you can see his voice get more hoarse as time goes on as he pushes too hard for the notes and often strains to hit the notes; bad at runs and the one time he was given a run in a song he screws up during almost all live shows or doesn’t even sing the runs; often off tune like so off he literally has 3 lines and can’t stay on key I can continue you know. Of course I can understand if you’re insecure. (Maybe stop wasting time on fuelling Larry and practice ur technique? Attend vocal lessons?) you want to prove me otherwise? U can watch the live performance after he went solo. Lmao with no one to hide behind and singing with another inconsistent singer (bebe rexha no hate tho I love her songs but she has problems singing live sometimes) the performance was an utter mess. Okay enough with Louis talking abt him is hurting my brain.

The thing I like about the zarry fandom is that they’re so Low key and very patient and friendly. They are always trying to find new content to share and keeps to fandom only. They know that if Z and H knew about such speculations and theories we made, their dynamic may change as well So zarries keeps it to themselves and RESPECTS THEIR PRIVACY. That’s why we Low key panicked when the articles about harry being the inspiration behind fingers came out. You can support your fandom, you can come up with your theories but if you start going off on other fandoms randomly, you are being defensive for nothing. When larries say “I’m just sharing my opinion” but goes off at other fandoms for sharing their’s isn’t that hypocritical? I don’t know why these minute feuds happen there are more significant things happening don’t y’all have homework and exams to deal with? Why do you have to defend them so strongly? Sorry sweetie they don’t know who you are probably never will.

Now the actual ships. Larry were clearly best buddies in the early days. Zarry (maybe not as bff as Larry )but they were very comfortable around each other and were very close ( they slept in the same bed and cuddled during an interview like full on nuzzle into neck Shit) but if u see the interview when the boys were asked to identify who the food thief is, the boys were outing Harry being a food thief but Louis of course had to say some cheesy thing about how he can take his food. Liam was like but the other day you said... CLEARLY Louis had complained about Harry stealing food but once again he was MILKING LARRY. Have you seen Harry say anything like that to Louis? No not really. Maybe said he was funny once or sth. With Zayn, yes many occasions. Saying he is intelligent, funny, pretty, missing his eyes when the question was not even for him???? The list can go on. All Harry had done was deny the Larry rumours again and again and again. Zayn even stepped in multiple times to deny the rumours as well. I mean man watch zarrydocumentary, mah edats or any zarry channles and the Miami incident omg that was so compelling. The eating disorder era and harry not saying weigh like asfghjk y’all won’t know till y’all watch the vids man. Okay I shall end this off with I hope ig stop showing me Louis/ Larry content cos just because I like Harry doesn’t mean I like any of those two things. Everytime I see it, it’s just pisses me off. If u even read this u have gained nothing from this.

HalLUDOween!!

So last weekend I went to HalLUDOween, aka Ludo's one night only, first time in six years concert! They're my favorite band and since I didn't think I'd ever get to hear them again in concert, of course I had to go. Even if it was in St. Louis, an approximately 11 hour drive from home lol But @biffelderberry and I figured it would be worth it, and it so was :D

We started out early Friday morning since it was going to be a long drive and we had to pick up a rental car since neither of our cars was up to such a drive. Of course we found out like an hour into the drive that the model we got had had a recall put out that very morning, but thankfully we didn't have any problems with it. The drive was actually not too bad, despite being so long and being mostly a drive through boring wilderness. We'd put together an approximately 13 hour playlist, so we had plenty of music to sing along with. And we made lots of stops at Taco Bell so I could get their potato tacos bc I'm apparently obsessed lol I ended up eating Taco Bell for every meal Friday, which was probably not a good idea, but it tasted fucking awesome.

Made it to the hotel around 8 maybe. There were two guys from Chicago in the check in line in front of us who we think may have been there for the concert as well, but the cool part was when we went down to breakfast in the morning, we met two other ppl who were there for the concert! They were from Wisconsin and California, so it was cool to talk to them for a bit about how much we all love Ludo and were so happy we were getting to see them again. We'd planned to use most of Saturday to explore St. Louis, since we'd come so far anyway. We'd wanted to do a ghost tour, but that didn't end up working out, but we did do a few other cool things. We went to an antiques store where we couldn't afford anything, but it still had some really interesting stuff. Then we went over to Grand Street, which I gather is kind of the popular downtown street. We ate at Lulu's Local Eatery, which is a small, hippster-y vegan place. I got the mac n cheese and Biff got the sliders, both of which were fucking delicious. Also very filling, which was a little disappointing bc we'd hoped to share the carnitas loaded tots after lol After that we went to a nearby comic book store. The owner was super nice and we talked to him about Ludo a bit (I was wearing my Ludo shirt) bc apparently everyone in town knew about this concert lol He'd had some other ppl in earlier who were going, I think from New York? Or maybe Arizona. We basically spent the whole weekend hearing from ppl in town about ppl coming in from out of state for the concert. Anyway, after that we did a little more walking around, mostly bc we wanted to look at all the pretty trees, and then went to Walmart to pick up some food (they have a So Delicious cashew milk chocolate cookies and cream ice cream that is to die for!). And crosstitching stuff bc Biff wanted to do an AO3 inspired bookmark design, and I thought it sounded fun as well. Also got some face masks bc why not. Which actually turned out not to be the best idea... When we got back to the hotel, I tried out my clay mask and it didn't go well. I did put a little too much water in it, but I don't think that accounts for how I apparently had an allergic reaction to it. Seriously, when I took it off, I looked like I had a rash all over my face. Thankfully my makeup skills were enough to cover it up, but I did end up sitting with a cool cloth on my face for awhile just to be sure the only reaction was the rash. So got ready, blah blah blah. And then it was time for the concert!! Costumes were encouraged, but since we didn't actually bring any, we just dressed up. My outfit of the night, which I loved bc I'd been waiting for an excuse to wear that crop top:

We took a Lyft to and from the venue since we didn't want to deal with parking or driving back at who knew what time. Which was probably a good thing bc the whole area around there was packed. More so for the second show, where the lines were literally down the block, but even for the first show. Bc of my trying to deal with a sudden allergic reaction rash, we were running a little late, so we got there like halfway through the opener. He was pretty good from what we heard, so I'll probably look up his music at some point. We had assigned seats in the balcony, which I was really glad of even if they cost more than GA down below. We would have had to get there hours early to get a good place there and would have had to stand, which I really am not up to for long amounts of time. But our seats were actually really good and we had a fantastic view of the stage. Except for the railing being right at eye level lol Since the concert was Halloween themed, they of course had some Halloween elements for the stage and their costumes. There were a couple of big, glowing blow up ghosts on either side of the stage. When the show started, about a dozen ppl came out in sheet ghost costumes and ran away around for awhile until it was just the band and they took off the sheets to show they were wearing skeleton onesies. Which I really really want one of now tbh.

Here's the vid I took of the intro. It was honestly so so awesome to see them in concert again. The first and only time I saw them before was in 2011, which was right before they basically broke up (ie they all just drifted away to other things and the band was no more). They did pretty much the song set that I'd been expecting, though there were a couple of things they sang that I hadn't expected. (They'd done a poll on twitter with Topek, Girls on Trampolines, and a couple of others, so since Topeka won I wasn't expecting them to play Girls on Trampolines.) And they did my top three favorite songs of theirs! Including Andrew going solo on my absolute favorite, Horror of Our Love! I took a vid of that too of course, which you can prob hear both Biff and I singing along to. They ended the concert with a cover of the Ghostbusters theme song and having a bunch of kids come out to throw candy to the crowd, which was a fun way to end it. There was no new music, aside from the two covers they did, which I think all of us had been hoping for. Even though we knew it was unlikely since the week before was the first time they'd all been in a room together in years. Still, the music and the experience of being part of the crowd was just as fantastic as last time. So yeah, the concert was amazing all around and totally worth the ridiculous drive :D After, we went down the block to the merch store, bc there was definitely no way I was leaving without something. We stood out in the cold for an hour waiting in line, which was fine except for the couple behind us was being really critical of the show and really annoying. We found out the reason it was taking so long was that the band was in the merch store talking to fans and signing stuff and taking pictures, which I hadn't expected. Of course their handler started telling them they needed to leave basically as soon as we got up to the front of the line. But! They were being pretty slow about it bc they wanted to keep talking to the fans, so Matt, the drummer, ended up at the door at the same time we were and he gave us hugs! He also said thanks for coming again, which made it sound like he recognized us? But idk. Anyway, as awesome as that was, the best part was apparently the girl behind us really wanted a hug from him and we were the last ones he hugged before leaving. Vengeance is sweet :D Anyway, I ended up with a t-shirt and a poster for the concert, plus a couple smaller ones from previous tours that they were giving away for free. There was a really cool tree print that I wish I would have gotten, so I hope they put that up online. There was a vinyl of the last CD as well that I wanted, but I really didn't feel like I could justify that as well. Maybe they'll put it up online too.

We took a Lyft back, which was a bit of an experience bc we had to cross the street to get to our ride and some asshole apparently was tired of waiting in traffic and tried to speed around while we were in the crosswalk. He stopped in time, but Biff really thought he was going to hit me :/ But we made it back to the hotel safely and met the lady from breakfast again. We ended up talking to her for awhile, which was fun bc she's been following the band for a long time and is apparently knows them personally bc of that. Sunday morning we slept in a bit bc we'd been out so late. We were both very glad we had decided not to drive home that day lol We went back out to Grand Street and had lunch at Lemongrass, a Vietnamese place there. I got the tofu summer roll and sesame tofu, and the sesame tofu was seriously good omg. After that we did some more walking and went to a bookstore we'd seen on Saturday. It was really cool and had a pretty fantastic variety of stuff spread out over three levels. We met a local Ludo fan there (we were both wearing the shirts we bought) who hadn't gotten to go to the concert and talked to her a little. Afterward we went over to the St. Louis Art Museum since they were supposed to have a textiles exhibit that sounded really interesting. We didn't end up finding it, and we only got to stay about half an hour before they closed, but it was still really fun. Plus they had some gorgeous views out front, some beautiful fall maples, and a statue of, apparently, Saint Louis.

We thought about going to the zoo after that, since it was literally across the street, but they were having some Halloween event and there were hundreds of small children everywhere. We decided that wasn't something we wanted to deal with lol So we went and picked up lunch from Fred and Ricky's Plant Delicious Foods, a lttle vegan grab and go place, instead and took it to eat at the hotel. The food was pretty good, though probably the best part is that I found out they ship nationwide, so I can order from there sometime if I want. Which is nice bc we really don't have many vegan places here. Monday it was time to leave. Because the drive home was long and we had to get back before the rental place closed at six, we got up at 5 am to head out. It wasn't too terrible, but we were definitely still tired. And I fell coming down the stairs with my suitcase and bruised my ass. It still hurts :/ Drive home seemed longer than the one there, probably bc I didn't really want to be going home lol It's so interesting how every time I go away for a fun weekend, it hits me when I get back how much I hate living at my house and in my city and in Texas in general. So I guess good motivation to try to find a way to move out sooner rather than later. So the weekend was fantastic! There were a few other places we would have liked to go, like the City Museum and some more vegan restaurants, but overall we hit some good places and had a lot of fun. Plus just the landscapes up there were so so pretty. We don't have trees like that in Texas lol But we're definitely thinking of going back to St. Louis sometime to see some more stuff. And maybe see Ludo again, if this concert was a sign of things to come! But of course it coudn't be all good. My throat was feeling a bit scratchy on the way home Monday, and by Tuesday I was pretty sick. Thankfully I had the whole week off plus Monday and Tuesday this week (I'd been hoping to go to a Star Trek meet up this weekend, but I couldn't afford it after all). I'm hoping I'm well by the time I go back to work, but it's been kind of a sucky way to spend my time off! But still worth it for Ludo lbr :D
