at first, she knows she’s being teased. natty is a bit of a brat, and she loves it. but as the day goes on, she realizes that you aren’t giving her attention even for her good behavior. poor lil nat gets so worked up and frustrated, she decides she’s going to ignore you in retaliation.

so then you start teasing her.

walking down the hall and saying to yourself, “oh god, wish my natty was here to pin against this wall.” and sitting on the couch, “just want my baby girl on my lap right now.”

until nat comes running over and plops herself into your lap. “daddy that’s not fair!”

Okay

Imagine Reader being away on a two month long mission by herself. She comes back and everyone says welcome back either hugging her or ruffling her hair up. She asks where Nat and Maria are and the team tells her that they're both in the gym. Reader rushes to the gym but doesn't see Natasha or Maria but can hear their voices and laughs. She walks up to the only two that are at the gym before saying excuse me. When the two turn around she just freezes as her mouth drops open. The two older women just look at each other before looking back at Reader. Reader would be a stuttering mess before fainting to the ground due to the fact that both Maria and Natasha cut their hair short.

Little Nightmares

A/N: I haven’t written baby!nat since the Little Redhead story. So here is another one shot :)

You gently put Nat inside her crib, laying her aside her plushies. Her heavy but soft-sounding breathes filling the nursery. She snuggled with her blanket and stuffed kitty ‘Liho’.

You smiled, internally awing at the sight of the baby assassin. It’s been a few days since the incident of her becoming a baby. You were concerned that she’d stay like that forever, but Bruce promised that he’d find a cure. Though it would take a few weeks.

You slowly walked out the nursery, the door automatically closing behind you. You sighed as you went back to your room, which was just across from Nat’s.

A FEW HOURS LATER

You were awoken to the sound of screaming and crying. You immediately jumped out of bed and scurried into her room. Anxiety pulsing through your veins.

She was still laying down, tears rapidly falling down her reddened cheeks. Her mouth wide open as scratchy wails came through. You raised her up from the crib, holding her not too tightly in your arms.

Her wailing only settled down a little, but she was clinging on to you dearly. Poor baby you thought as you rubbed her back. Her head laid on your shoulder and you could feel her tears soaking your shirt.

You flinched as you heard the sound of the door open. You calmed down once you heard a thick Russian accent. “What happened? Is she okay?!” she whispered cautiously. “She’s okay, she must’ve had a nightmare.” you whispered back. She looked at the sniffling baby with sympathy.

Nat violently hiccuped causing her to let out a gag. You were quick to act, “Hey, you need to calm down for me okay honey? Deep breaths”. You saw her attempts to breath in and out. “Buba” she croaked out between breathless coughs.

“Yelena I need you to make her a bottle, quickly please?” the blonde nodded, jogging to the kitchen. You continued to coax Nat to take deep breaths. About three minutes later Yelena came with the bottle.

You sat down onto the carpet floor, changing Natasha’s position to where she was resting on your arm. The bottle of warm milk was handed to you and you slipped the nub into her mouth. She was too tired to grab the bottle so she let you feed her.

She hummed with satisfaction at the taste of the milk. You were glad to see her finally calm down. You turned when you felt Yelena’s gaze on both of you. You saw the concern that was still present in her eyes.

“She’s okay Lena, no need to worry”

You obviously couldn’t stop her from worrying. You patted the spot next to you and she sat on it. Natty was unaware nor bothered by the situation as her eyes were already closed. Her breaths even and soft while she continued drinking.

Yelena watched her with soft and protective eyes. Watching her older sister (now younger sister) fall asleep. “You wanna hold her?” you asked softly. Yelena stuttered a little “Oh n-no I don’t wanna disturb her—“”I’m sure you won’t, it’s okay.”

She hesitated but was quick to grab her when you passed Nat to her. She stirred but snuggled into Yelena when she was settled. Yelena’s eyes were watching the baby in awe, “She’s so small.” You gave her a toothy grin, “She is, I can’t wait to tell her all this when she returns to normal. Unless she remembers.”

She nodded her head, smiling back at you. “I’m gonna enjoy this time with her, I’ve never seen baby pictures but I’m seeing it on real life.” You watched her, you smile widening seeing her with Natasha. Yelena truly loved Nat and vice versa.
