I will not begin your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made. Orders with payments not sent within 48 hours will be cancelled.
Payment will only be accepted via PayPal. Please be aware of that before ordering.
You have the right to request updates on your commission.
Waiting time depends on what type of drawing you commissioned and what place in the queue you have. I’ll inform you of the estimated waiting time and if there are any delays.
Payment Process
Once I have confirmed your order you have 48 hours to send payment. Please use only the Friends and Family option on PayPal.
I only accept USD. Please calculate currency exchange rates and fees before paying to ensure you pay the correct amount.

Usage Rights
You may use your commission for any personal uses such as profile icon, forum signatures, page decoration and so on.
You MAY NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to make profit.
You may repost the artwork you have ordered with proper credit and a link back to my Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter page, depending on where you’re reposting.
You are not allowed to alter the image in any way or remove any watermarks.
You are not allowed to take credit for the drawing in any way or retrace it.
I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use it in any way i see fit. ( promoting myself, reposting, etc ).
Alterations
I will send you an APPROVAL SKETCH of your commission before sending in the full piece. The objective of this sketch is to show you the rough look of your commission. This is the time for you to request changes FREE OF CHARGE. Any changes requested after the sketch has been approved will be charged $5 per change.
After sketch approval I will not make major changes ( pose, entire outfit, etc ).
The only free of charge changes you can request after the sketch approval are color ones, but keep it minimal.
I will not be responsible for making changes if you have an unclear or blurry reference. Please ensure your references are of a good quality before ordering.

It’s the middle of the week.. which means the work week is almost ovaaa!

This week I’m bringing you a vlogger.
She started her channel to embrace her journey of self-love and self-care. 
I have known her since my freshman year in college.
I don’t know why we clinged to each other but, I just always loved her sweet soul.
And, she’s pretty funny too. 
She’s one of those friends that has no drama and we always had a good time together.
She has really inspired me which is why I knew I had to feature this goddess on Roseconnexa.
So without further ado..
I present to you all my interview with this week’s #INSPOBAE:

Hey Semone,
Thank you so much for joining me today on Roseconnexa.
Can you tell our readers a little bit about yourself?
I’m Semone, a 26-year-old wine drinker with the home girl vibe. I was born with a Nevus of Ota birthmark across the right side of my face and I want to bring more awareness to it, and other types, as I continue to embrace it. 
What do you want your legacy to be? Or what is your life’s mission statement?
I want to show people how being themselves can open them to endless possibilities. For so long we as a society have been shaped to fit a mold and I just want to show people that they can truly exist beyond societies standards. When you truly walk in your purpose the blessings multiply and who’s not ready for that?!
What inspired you to start Birthmark Bliss?
This page is basically a gift to my younger self. I was so insecure growing up because of the constant stares and rude questions. Some people would walk up to me and say, “So did you get punched in the face or what?” Those questions hurt me, not only because of the sharp delivery but because the answer never seemed to satisfy them. Telling them I was born like this still didn’t register with them, they needed some wild ass story to confirm their imagination.The fact that on January 14, 1993 a Queen was born with an extra patch of melanin didn’t cut it for them. I began to hide behind make up to erase the questions. 
 A year ago I just said screw it, they’ll either love it or hate it and I don’t care either way. I made my page and the out-poor of support from family and friends was amazing. Most importantly I started to find people within my community. This whole time I thought I was alone in the world but I was receiving DMs from people in South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and all across the US who I call my birthmark twins. We just love and uplift one another and that’s been my motivation to keep the page going.
How did you become so comfortable in your skin?
Being comfortable in my skin is a continuous journey. There’s a lot of de-programming going, but my number one thing is to not compare myself to others. I recognize that I have one body so I need to cherish it and that all starts with the mind. I talk to myself with love and that flows into other areas of my life. 
What advice would you give to others who struggle with accepting their birthmark(s)?
If you have a birthmark, I want you to know that you are dope as hell. God had his hand in making you so don’t ever shrink yourself from experiencing your full potential.
What motivates you from day-to-day?
I finally felt it in my spirit that I’m operating in my purpose and that’s what makes me so happy to wake up in the morning. This page and these relationships that I’m developing have the capacity to take me farther than I’ve ever imagined. I don’t feel alone in the world anymore, so giving that feeling to someone else is my motivation. 
How do you manage keeping a balanced lifestyle?
I’m learning to leave things where they are. I leave work at work. I don’t let someone’s behavior rub off on me like a contagion of negativity. Living in the moment is key.
Who would you say is your biggest inspiration? And, why?
My sisters’ are my biggest inspiration. I’m the middle of 3 girls and both of my sisters are so unapologetic about who they are and it’s so inspiring. I’m coming out of my shell because they’ve shown me that it’s ok to do and say what’s on your mind.
What is your #1 beauty secret?
I use raw aloe on my body and I honestly don’t feel like myself without it. An aloe leaf costs less than $3 but has so many functions and has been keeping this baby face poppin!
What is the best advice that you ever received?
*Inserts clap emojis* Get rid of the timeline you have made for yourself!!! This doesn’t mean to just drop everything and go with the flow because I’m an avid believer in having direction. It’s the OBSESSION that had my anxiety at an all time high and contributed to bad decisions just to meet a fabricated deadline. Life happens and opportunity may not present itself when you want it, but it will come and you’ll know when it’s right.
Wow Semone, you are so beautiful and so brave. 
I can def. relate to your feelings towards your beauty mark. I have extra boob meat in my under arms. Growing up; I was so insecure about it. I would never wear tank tops because I was so ashamed. No one ever made fun of me but that’s because no one really knew. I always always hid it. But, today I don’t care! I’m so comfortable with them now. My under arm boob meat occasionally makes an appearance in my pictures. I play with them in front of my fiance from time to time too! I never did that ever. I love them and embarce them as a unqiue part of me. 
You said it best “being comfortable in my skin is a continuous journey.” Our bodies (espeically as women) continously change. We have to be patient with ourselves. Change what we can and accept what we can not change. Only compare yourself to the old verison of you. Like Semone said, we only have one body. You can hate yourself and suffer. Or you can love your being; including your flaws and learn to be happy. Happiness is not a desitnation- I remind you; rather happiness is a jounrey. You have to continously work towards it because as we all know life experiences will test your happiness. And, it all starts in your mind. You can let your mind run you or you can run your mind. 
Walking in your purpose is a great motivator for sure. When you understand and surrender to your purspoe; you become a different creature. It so beautiful how you opened up about your struggles. And, on top of that you made a page dedicated to it! I am so happy that you have found your purpose and passion for helping others in your own way. All while you helping yourself in the process. 
Semone, you really added so much to my life and my blog by doing this interview. Your transparency is so appreciated. I love that I have a platform to promote young ladies such as yourself. You are paving a path for so many!

Your content is all published and you’ve registered all your social accounts. Now what? How do you get the word out about your pages and where do you focus your time? These social media promotion ideas will kickstart your marketing initiatives.
But first, let’s get some of the basics out of the way. You want to make sure you’re taking full advantage of the space in your profiles.
The first step of promoting your social media accounts is making sure people know where to find you. And that means getting all of your ducks in a row.
Here are 12 clever social media promotion ideas to get you from the starting to the finish line of your campaign:
1. Fill Out the Profile
This seems like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised at what you might be missing out on. Unless you’re going for an ultra-minimalistic look, your brand’s Facebook Page should be filled out. Add a monthly check-in to your social media checklist to explore new features.
In the About tab, you have space to add links, including other social networks’ profiles. The Story section allows you to give more information about your company in a storytelling format.
Article uses the About section to let customers know where else to find them. Not all the links are active, but the icons do indicate the networks.
2. Add Your Branded Hashtags
Instagram recently added the ability to link other accounts and hashtags to your bio. Originally, people had to make do with memorizing the hashtags or creatively using an emoji. Now, you can use the space to promote other location-specific accounts and add hashtags.
These hashtags can be your standard branded ones or special hashtags, like for a contest.
Dave’s Coffee makes use of their bio space with both location account tags and their branded hashtag. Followers are easily directed to their account and to explore their other pages.
3. Cross-Promote Across Channels
Some of the easiest cross-promotion for cross channels is occasionally reminding your followers that you have other social media accounts. It can look like a link to the social media page accompanied with a call-to-action asking people to follow the account.
For a more subtle approach on cross-promotion, use space in your bio to mention that you’re on other networks. For Snapchat-heavy users, a profile photo change to their Snapcode works well.

UMD Athletics is active on Snapchat and uses Twitter to promote their Snapchat code. As their Tweets come up in your timeline, you’re subtly reminded that they’re also on Snapchat.
4. Use Unique or Branded Social Icons on Your Website
If customers are searching for you, your website is usually the first to pop up in the search results. Make it simple for them to find the social networks that you’re on. Many website themes now incorporate social media icons that you can easily fill out.
Take the icons a step further by adding your brand’s graphics or colors to it. Some websites use short banners while others are happy with changing the color.
5. Promote Your Social Accounts in Newsletters & Email Signatures
If you’re sending newsletters out on a recurring basis, add the social icons at the base. It’s another subtle reminder to the recipients that you’re there if they need to find you.
For a more direct approach in promoting your social media accounts in your newsletter, add a fan section where you showcase a photo from the community. Most newsletter services allow for embeds. But if yours doesn’t, a photo upload with an account link will do.
If your company often emails externally, like to potential sales clients, add links to your email signature. This is another branding opportunity and should be used to its full potential.
At the bottom of the West Elm newsletter, they add their social icons and their branded hashtag. It’s a call to action for customers to share a photo, use the hashtag and follow them on a network of their choosing.
Sales-Driven Social Media Promotions
In this second section, we’ll take a look at a few ways you can promote your accounts with an end goal of driving sales. Depending on your business, these sales can be captured directly from social media or show up as referral links in your website.
6. Create Targeted Ads
There are many ways to target someone with ads on Facebook. To begin with, you can add the Facebook Pixel to your website. Once you’ve done so, you can set up ads to target website visitors automatically.
Take advantage of Facebook’s audience data to target interest groups. If you’ve recently shopped online for shoes, you may notice that you’re receiving more shoe ads than before. That’s because Facebook noted your shopping habits and added you to that interest category.
Despite never having heard of the company, Nectar’s ad showed up because we clicked on another mattress ad.
Once your ads are set up, use a tool like Sprout Social to manage the comments you’ll inevitably receive. Never miss another potential customer’s question again.
7. Tag Products to Your Posts
A feature available on Instagram and Facebook, shoppable tags are a must for retail brands. They identify your products to your customers and customers can easily purchase from your website through the tag.

Letterfolk uses Instagram’s shoppable tag in the post. Clicking on the tagged product leads you to the product page and a short description of it.
8. Provide Social-Only Discounts
In traditional advertising, you see weekly deals in the newspaper or receive discounts in email. Social is no different. These discounts are served to a certain segment of your audience and end after some time.
The simplest way is to offer a code in a post. Experiment around with social-only discounts. Try doing flash deals with limited quantities in Instagram Stories or posting an Offer on Facebook.
Zappos posted a Facebook Offer for $25 off your next purchase. It’s promoted only on Facebook and the Offer option makes it easy for them to track who takes advantage of it.
Brand Awareness Social Promotions
In this third part, we’ll address a few social promotions you can take on with a goal of getting your brand in front of as many people as possible. Your success metric here is usually the number of impressions.
9. Contests & Giveaways
These are a no-brainer for brand awareness. Setting up a low-barrier contest for your brand is simple and there are many examples of successful contests. The easiest giveaways are those where the fans have to do very little to enter. These are also the highest in engagement. If you’re just starting out on contests, we would recommend this route.
If you want to up your game, try a user-generated contest where there’s a hashtag specifically for the event. To monitor and respond to entries, use a hashtag tracking tool like Sprout Social. Our reporting feature will also track how successful the contest campaign was.

In this post, Tarte Cosmetics used both shoppable tags and a contest to drive interest for their new product. Also note that they added some branded hashtags to the caption.
10. Alter Your Approach Per Network
Writing the same copy for every network won’t get you the best results. Your audience on LinkedIn is likely not the same as the one on Facebook and that’s okay. You may use the same photos or videos but your copy should change.
After examining how your audiences are different, experiment with various tones and vocabulary. If your sales partners are mostly on LinkedIn, then your copy will be more sales-oriented. If your audience on Snapchat is younger, then you’ll use more gifs and memes.
Adobe used an embedded video on LinkedIn to ask their audience their thoughts about artificial intelligence. It’s a hot topic and many people chimed in.
11. Get Your Employees Involved
Employee advocacy is quickly becoming a major source of content amplification for brands. With the help of your loyal staff, you can encourage them to promote specific and tailored messages directly to their social channels for further reach.
If you know your campaign has a likely target audience matching your employees, get them involved with easily shareable content. The best way to do this is through employee advocacy tools like Bambu.
This software allows brands to get serious exposure to new and qualified audiences. And it’s all done by by aligning your organization with the social media networks that belong to your employees.
12. Create an Ambassador or Loyalty Program
The entire idea of an ambassador program is based on brand awareness. You work with passionate customers who want to talk about your product to all their friends. It’s naturally designed for brand awareness.
Creating and supporting an ambassador program takes time and patience. If you don’t have the resources, consider setting up a loyalty or referral program instead. Hand your loyal customers some referral codes and reward them with a discount when their referral purchases. Once this has launched, you can announce this on social media and let customers know when you comment on their posts.
All of your social media efforts would be moot without some amount of measurement. Track your campaign successes and failures through a reporting software like Sprout Social.
As the social accounts grow and you try out new ideas, you’ll need to manage your posting schedule more effectively. Our posting calendar makes it easy to see where you’re missing posts.

Social Media Marketing & Management
I was reading a post earlier by a tumblr user I follow who said she hadn’t been online and marketing very much because social media websites increase her feelings of anxiety.
There are so many mediums to help you manage your social media and I’m going to give you a few ideas to help you manage your marketing and media better.
I want ALL of you to be winning.
1. The first rule of marketing is simple. Only 15% of your social media posts should be self promotion. I see a lot of younger sex workers making this mistake that they are promoting the same videos, chats, etc on a daily basis and when you look at their social media all you see is self promotion.
- This is a turn off to potential customers. They are looking at your social media as a way to connect with you, not to be inundated by your self promotion. This is true for sex workers and regular businesses. The most boring accounts to follow are the ones that exclusively promote their own business and do not engage with their consumer base.
2. Understand what your consumer base is.
If your consumer base is varied it means you will have to have an approach to advertising and marketing that targets each consumer base individually.
Men between the age of 25-40? Couples in their mid 30′s? These are different demographics and you should market to these groups differently and consistently by engaging your followers with relevant information that shows how they will be able to connect with you.
Social Media is simply a way for those seeking a human connection to find it in an impersonal world.
3. Follow a set guide for your promotion and marketing.
Each social media platform that you use for marketing should have a separate calendar for posting. You cannot post on one the same way you would on another.
While social media can be fun, there are times when it can become cluttered and confusing for your consumers. Please remember that they are coming to your social media not just to find out more about you but to see how well you will connect.
Social Media Management Websites & Tools For Success
1. Socialoomph.com
I use social oomph to promote daily on twitter. I send out tweets about my tour schedule, links to the individual pages on my blog, short blurbs from my reviews, and I post every thirty minutes links back to nearly every single post on my tumblr because I want to relay good information.
I also use social oomph to schedule blog posts here on Tumblr and there are a few other ways to use social oomph to your advantage.
Social oomph also lets you post to your Facebook pages (though not sure how many of you are advertising on FB I use that primarily for my vanilla business ventures.)
2. Hootsuite.com
I like hootsuite because of the dashboard. I can open all of my social media, and look at literally every part of it. I can schedule posts, track engagement, and I can also respond very fast to people who are trying to engage with me.
They do have a newer function for scheduling posts on Instagram but you must be logged into your instagram at the time of posting. HS will send you a notification and will post automatically.
The one thing I do NOT like about HS is that you cannot upload gif posts that will animate when posted to twitter. It’s very annoying.
I do not particularly like that as I prefer my social media run without me having to do anything. I want to sit around on a weekday afternoon in sweatpants getting my social media set for the month and then go work on my other income producing activities.
3. Iconosquare.com
Iconosquare is not an automatic posting tool for Instagram but it does a very good job of tracking your engagement with your posts and the tags you’re using that were the most popular. I do a bi-weekly report for myself to see which posts are the favorites and to see who my top followers are.
It’s important to reward your top followers for their loyalty. A little shout out or a thank you for being so engaged in a DM is a wonderful way to make someone’s day and may make that person more inclined to spend $$ on you.
4. Onlypult.com
I LOVE onlypult. This is right now the only effective tool I have found for automatic posting on IG without having to login and post the photo yourself. It automatically posts and it gives you the option to upload popular tags with a simple click as well as automatically delete the post within a certain time frame.
Want to post about an upcoming trip but don’t want your IG filled with the same photo? For example you could post on Monday’s your weekly schedule and then schedule that post to be deleted the following Monday so the only schedule that pops up is your current one for the week you are on. The ways in which you can use this tool to your advantage are amazing.
5. Tweetdeck
I use tweetdeck often to post things that I only want to post one time. Many of my mood gif’s on twitter are posted with tweetdeck and I love that I am able to keep my social media running, engage with fans and clients, and have an active social media presence without having to constantly be online.
These are just some of the ways in which you can manage your social media and feel more in control and less pressured. I do hope that those of you with anxiety about social media will look at these and use them to your advantage. On days where you feel good go on and use these tools to help promote yourselves so when you aren’t feeling good you do not have the guilt I know you carry around for not being online.
No one should feel guilty or pressured to be on and available at all times.
Remember, sex work can and should be managed just like any other business. You’re a business woman. Use these tools to your advantage.
