YO DROP THE QUICHE RECIPE???

-pie crust

-3 eggs

-1 1/2 cups milk or any heavy cream

-any fillings (meat, veg, cheeses) that you have on hand and sound good to you (bacon, ham, sausage, spinach, mushroom, tomato, onion, garlic, peppers, cheddar, pepper jack, feta, Literally Anything. if it sounds good in an omelette it’ll be good in quiche). amounts don’t really matter you can really load that thing up

- throw the pie crust in a pie dish

- add your cheese as the very bottom layer, then any other fillings (good idea to mix all your chosen fillings beforehand so you have a good distribution)

- beat eggs + milk (throw a lil salt and pepper in that bad boy)

- pour eggs + milk into pie crust w fillings

- bake at 375 for around 45-50 minutes until it’s set (doesn’t jiggle if you shake it slightly) and starting to brown on the top
