First, he just address you as the same thing he calls his bestie johnny and other members💀 Second, HE WANTS TO TRY A CRAFT THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE😭 and for some reason you agree bc you can't say no to his cuteness and his excitement. Y'all also watch 7 second riddles, and you turn it into a game where if one gets more right than the other; the Loser has to take table spoons of mayo,ketchup, mustard,sour cream, and ranch (I couldn't think of anything else) also Mark loses so...yeah!

fave characters: i have a lot of characters that i love but my most favorites are kazuha, hu tao, xingqiu, chongyun, albedo, benny, ayaka, yoimiya aaand tighnari. there are a lot more that i like but if i had to select just some those would be it i think!

fave 4 star: def one of the three i mentioned before! either benny, xingqiu or chongyun, but its so hard to choose just one.... mmm i think im gonna say benny bc hes very dear to me and has been accompanying me since my very first days playing the game, he has never left my team and i dont know what i would have done without him (i do know, i would have died countless times for sure)

5 stars i have: ive been playing the game for like a year and a half so even being f2p im lucky that i finally have most of my faves! i have kazuha, ayaka, hu tao, albedo, kokomi, yoimiya, xiao, nahida and eula. and from the standard banner, can you believe i only have keqing and mona after that much time playing?? well thats bc i have keqing c1 and.... mona c4. apart from the first 50/50 that i lost, which was with keqing, ive lost ALL the rest with mona and at this rate im sure im gonna get her c6 :'))) hyv stop giving me monas and give one tighnari pls PLS

accidental pulls: i DID have one accidental pull very similar to your case with itto and it was with eula. it was right when i was starting playing genshin and she was actually my very first 5 star. i only did one (1) ten pull on her banner bc xingqiu was there too and i wanted him so bad, but instead i ended up with no xingqiu and one eula that came home at pity 15 and winning 50/50, the luckiest ive ever been and for what... (and the saddest thing is i also didnt get xingqiu until months later sighhh). okay actually it wasnt that bad back then bc i didnt have any more 5 stars at the time so i used her as my main dps until i got ayaka, but now i dont play with her anymore

5 stars i want: since i got kazuha, who i really really wanted and saved for him for more than a whole year bc i lost 50/50 on him the first time (and the second time too... but i was prepared and could get him regardless), now i dont have any other character that i very desperately want as it was with him. and its bc ive been lucky that ive been able to get the rest of my faves too! i mean sure, i do want MORE characters, the ones that id like to get are tighnari, scaramouche (hyv im begging let me win 50/50 this time), nilou, cyno and venti, but i dont have that level of obsession i had with kazuha alsjfdk but yeah when their banners come (back) ill def be pulling for them!

fave teams: and my fave teams!!! im not a meta player and i know there are probably better combinations than the ones i use but idc and im very happy with my teams. so im gonna put the names i have for each team and its members!

permafrost brrrr: kazuha, chongyun, kokomi, ayaka. i loveeee fighting and freezing all the enemies along the way, so this is one is probably my favorite from all these teams. before getting kazuha i used it with xingqiu (hence the name of the team, tho it still works) and i miss a bit playing with xingqiu and chongyun together in the same team but kazuha makes this team even more fun and i like a lot how these 4 work together!

pants on fire!: xingqiu, albedo, hu tao, benny. my team for hu tao! ive been using this one since i got albedo and hu tao last year and ive never thought of changing it ever since, im very attached to it

short kings: kazuha, albedo, xiao, benny. my team for xiao and yes i wanted a team where i could put all my bois together and this one was perfect. a friend that is very invested in meta told me that kazuha wasnt useful at all here but idc bc just playing with them together makes me very happy

papayas quemadas: xingqiu, nahida, kokomi, yoimiya. this team i created it very recently! i was struggling a bit to find the best team for yoimiya and when i got nahida i tried this one and its very fun im liking it a lot! (ajdflsk abt the name of the team it means burnt papayas in spanish, bc the flowers (?) you make with hydro and dendro i call them papayas and then with yoimiyas pyro they become burnt, so yeah :))

queens: kokomi, eula, fischl, beidou. this is a team i have meant for eula using electro and cryo to boost her phys dmg and kokomi too to create electrocharged. i tried it a bit and it was actually fun! but i still need to build the chars better and i dont like eula that much as a character, so i dont really use this one rn. but maybe one day ill finally build them properly and give it a try again!

this was a super long answer but anyway it was a lot of fun to write!!!

“Happy Chinese New Year” He wishes as he extends and offers you the red envelope.

Blushing furiously, you accept it with both your hands and give him your most heartfelt thanks.

Arriving home, you open the red envelope curious. Your soul leaves your body the moment you see good old Benjamin Franklin on the $100 note.

“Kita-san holy fuck.” You cry in shock. Thinking of how you’re gonna thank him.

Ren Omimi:

- Envelope’s square shaped and plain af

- it’s just red with “lucky money” in gold or sum

- He too is very generous

- Gives u $50

- Also hands it to you with both hands

You sit in the gym with your clip board in hand, taking notes of the other players until you feel a presence approach you from your left side.

“Y/n” The deep voice says. You turn to see Omimi’s shadow towering over you, jesus christ this man’s so goddamn tall. “Yes Omimi?” You greet him cheerfully.

The man says not a word, but pulls out a red envelope, handing it to you with both hands.

Your brain short circuits, confused before he gives a nod. Sudden realization takes place, it’s for you. “Omimi!” You cry, setting down the clip board and taking the red envelope from his hands. Thanking him endlessly before he leaves to get back to practice.

As he turns to walk away, you grab your clip board again, shielding yourself opening the red envelope curious. ‘50$?!’ You scream internally.

Running after Omimi, you tackle him from behind giving him a hug, your face buried into his shirt. “Xiexie” You muffled into his jersey.

Aran Ojiro:

- gets you a very fancy envelope

- Like the ones that isn’t sold in packs when u go to the chinese market

- Specifically the ones made from silk and has a jade ring attached

- He gets u ONE LIKE O N E THAT ONE SPECIFIC DESIGN (pls i sound crazy i’ll just attache the image so u kno what im talking abt)

- He wasnt sure how much to put inside so he gives u $40

- He tries to remember how to say happy new year to you and pronounces it perfectly

“Y/N!” You hear someone yell from behind you as you were walking home. Turning you see Aran running to you, trying to catch up.

“Aran?” You run to meet him halfway.

Aran pauses and takes a few breathes before grabbing his backpack and grabbing something from inside.

He pulls out a beautifully crafted silk red envelope pouch with a tassel and jade ring tied to the front.

You stand there completely flustered and frozen.

He looks down, the envelope in both his hands offering it out to you.

“恭喜發財 (gōng xǐ fā cái)” He says perfectly, the sunset hitting his face.

You take a second to process what he had just given you to face. “AKAGI!!” You take it as he hops off your back. Then turning around to smother him into a hug. Giving him little cheek kisses.

You sit with the Miya twins and Suna during lunch, scanning around the cafeteria trying to find Ginjima, usually he’d be with you guys.

As you were about to ask-speak of the devil.

“Y/n-chan” He immediately sits beside you, placing his tray of food down.

“This is for you” He reveals the cutest red envelope with a cartoon cow on it, handing it to you flustered. His cheeks bursting red.

You sit and stare for a second, you start to blush feeling embarrassed. Slowly taking it from his hands, you give him a quiet ‘thank you’ before returning to your meal.

Unsure of what to do, before going back into your meal, you quickly turn your head planting a kiss to his cheek.

Osamu, Suna and Atsumu watched, their jaw dropped as Ginjima begins to turn into his own red envelope. Before you quickly place your face in your palms.

Atsumu Miya:

You sit at your desk, it’s so early in the morning and your parents had woken you up early to help prepare some cooking essentials for tonight’s dinner.

As you were about to doze off to sleep, you hear a CLACK against your desk, immediately waking you up and having you face up.

Just inches away was Atsumu’s face, that lil smirk oh how you just wanna-

You look down seeing the red envelope he placed on your desk.

“CHUC MUNG NAM MOIIIIIII” he greets dragging out the “i” it’s like he didn’t even try to pronounce the greeting correctly. He ruffles your hair and gives another warm smile.

You look back up to him, blushing before greeting back. “Ah, chúc mừng năm mới ‘Tsumu.”

Atsumu quirks his eyebrow staring back down at you. “I’m pretty sure you said it wrong.” He says before walking off to his desk.

You sit there fucking flabbergasted. ‘What the fuck?’ You blink and turn your attention back down to your desk. Looking at the envelope you cringe. ‘It’s so bright...’ you internally think.

Osamu Miya:

- He gives you the basic basic red envelope

- He was running late and didnt have time to stop by the bank, he wanted to be extra and give you $20 in $2 bills.

- So he just gives you a $20 bill.

- When he hands it to u, u notice its all bumpy

- Ur feeling around the envelope and theirs something else inside than just money

- U open and theres lucky candy stuffed inside

“Good-morningggggg” You turn to look up from your desk, seeing the younger twin walk in after his brother. He looks down at you, then to your desk seeing the red envelope his brother gave you.

He cringes with you, before pulling out another, handing it to you.

“Happy Tết cutie” He greets. You thank him and greet him back as you take the envelope, you realize how bumpy and lumpy it is.

You look back up to Osamu, he’s waiting for you to open it. You open it and out drops like 7 pieces of lucky candy.

You look back up to him in confusion before he swoops in and takes back the 7 pieces, unwrapping them all at once and shoving them into his mouth.

Chewing, he winks at you before walking away to his seat. You can hear the audible crunch coming from the hard as fuck candy as he walks away.

Suna Rintarou:

- My guy doesnt even give you a red envelope

- He straight up just gives you cash

- Drops it on your desk and leaves

…

- Im jk he would come back and be like “sike u thought”

- Pulls out a red envelope, cute but has one of the most stupidest fucking design

You listen to the crunching of Osamu’s poor teeth grinding against the lucky candy before-

“Yo” Before having the time to look up, you hear a slap against your desk as Suna begins to turn to walk away. You look down to see a $50 bill on your desk.

You turn to look at him, he stares at you for a second before walking away.

???

He comes back to you after settling his bag down.

He takes the $50 on your desk and slips it into the red envelope now in his hands. After sliding it in he brings the envelope to his mouth and begins to lick the ends as he seductively looks at you before folding the paper in.

You watch him in disgust suna baby you don’t have to lick the ends of the red envelope that’s not how they work. He sets the red envelope back on your desk, his head coming closer to yours, enough for you to feel his breath against you.

He brings his mouth over to your ear before whispering in a husky voice “Happy Lunar New Year đẹp gái qua~” Before pulling away and walking to his desk like nothing happened.

You sit there absolutely shaken, until you look down to see the red envelope he left. Jesus fuck what the hell is that thing.

Hihi! I haven't been here in a bit- I kinda quit tumblr for a while

First off I hope you Christmas is going well- happy holidays everyone! I didn't do a whole lot to celebrate this year, I never really have. I visited some family at the beach for abt a week and studied for an exam I'm going to have after break but other than that it wasn't very eventful.

My luck has been unreasonably good recently when it comes to wishing.. I ended up pulling for albedo and since I've been saving wishes for nearly 3 months, yes I got him (I was on garunteed as well) I ended up doing a ten pull on eulas banner and got her in abt 7 pity or so? I needed a few more starglitter(?) for the kaeya constellation in the shop so I wished a few times on the weapon banner and got eulas signature weapon in 6 pulls 😅 Itto also started growing on me and I ended up wishing (and wining my third 50/50 in a row)

My artifact luck is a completely different story tho.. I've been trying to get even a somewhat decent tusk piece and have only gotten a geo goblet with a single crit roll and the rest atk..

Im not sure if you've done it yet but Gorous hangout event is so cute- I love the Yae Miko routes. His ears and tail are so expressive its adorable 🥺 I haven't done beidous hangout yet due to lack of time but I'm so excited for it as a past beidou main. I've played a few routes of Thoma's and I feel bad for him. He works so hard and no one appreciates him (aside from ayaka ofc)

I kinda wish 5 star characters got hangout events. It'd be nice to be able to re-experience their story. (Like kazuha and xiao- I adore them omg)

hehe Gorou's was definitely cute and I agree about Thoma's (': but it is nice to see him slowly get the recognition that he deserves nodnod not to mention that his struggles with that is incredibly relatable-

I think w/ the 5* characters, while it'd be cool for them to get hangouts, it's understandable that they don't because they get their story quests while most 4* do not nodnod though perhaps after a while we'll see 5* start to get hangouts after the 4* get a bunch :DD

MAG138 - this episode genuinely terrified me. i think.. it’s the scariest out of all of them? i love how it flows though. rly well-written... smirke’s desparation is so palpable that i could feel the abrupt end of the letter coming

MAG23 - the first jonah letter. when i reached this ep in my first listen of tma i was floored by the period change. albrecht’s verboseness caught me in a trance and it instantly became my fav so far. i picture this ep vividly in my head all the time

MAG127- i know i was more worried abt mainplot details at this stage but this ep was so good in hindsight the more i think about it. the concept was really good and gave me shivers. the animosity. the betrayal. fanshawe and albrecht... yes... it’s also the letter that finally made me resolutely assured all these letters were gay

MAG50 - kempthorne is quite detached frm extraneous emotions in relation to jonah especially since his statement comes after mister Albrecht “im sorry for writing this letter so soon after the last you must think my dreadful for not even letting you respond” von Closen. I do not have claustrophobia so it didn’t spook me but his relations to smirke were interesting. he also fled the country so like. perhaps was the only one untampered by jonah what a lucky bastard

In conclusion: bitches be absolute clowns focusing on these completely irrelevant side characters (im bitches)

That all being said, Everything Trish does he's paying attention to, she keeps him alive during the Grateful Dead fight not because she needs him to serve for a cause ( a cause might I add even Bruno the near saint he is was ready to let Nara go right then and there for bc death is in the job description) but because she doesn't know him well yet and shit he even swung a knife at her when they first met over who was in the bathroom, but he's a person suffering and in pain and to let him die even if it's Expected Of The Mission is garbage to her even if she respects Bruno down the line as a father compared to fucking evil Diavolo,

Trish constantly goes out her way to do these things for Nara bc Trish instinctively knows he's the most vulnerable mentally and her sense of compassion and justice (likely something Donatella made sure to instill in her before her death by cherishing Trish and spoiling her even as a single mother) will not stand to not help someone when she could've- and he reciprocates it even if in disbelief bc he can tell This Person Is Safety, This Person Is Like Me Yet Not, A Better Me I Want To Be, by the time he's about to die someone with his fragile mind was actually gaining conviction about taking control for himself on his own terms and he would risk even those chances to defend the person who actually helped him arrive there (along with Gio) in the first place,

I think by the end of his life he rly did love her or start to, it being romantic or not is up to individual interpretation to which you know I'm in the romance camp, point is he found someone who truly taught him strength without him fully realizing it and did so without belittling him, if anything instead treating him only with love and kindness and patience (not being a door mat for him, but like, not treating him like ass like everyone else has their moments of either), I think anything Trish asks of him, this is all why he's so willing to do it on top of feeling deep empathy, I've written in my character notes as well that like this goes even further to sex being one of the most intimate things there is, like I kno we jest and jape abt Teens Doing Dumb Shit bc we're clowns

Yeah, it is going to sound like a dumb take but the topic of sex and sexuality itself is not inherently sexual, by which I meant it isn’t the focus — there’s SO much more to it and in this case especially it can be like the ultimate sign of love, trust, intimacy, compassion, trying to make your way as a teen through a harsh world, like I can go on. Nasties Dont Interact but the shying away from the mere mention of it in a non-sexualized context is unrealistic.

all these elements of complication and similarities between their characters is why ive gotten so passionate about both them and their relationship (whether romantic or platonic it’s really fucking strong and good), the story of two kids making it through adversity, learning to unshoulder their burdens and lean on others, the Found Family™️, and learning and growing together is just so much more fucking deep and complex than the mainstream bs that exists.

now im not any type of elitist hipster but esp in male and female relationships portrayed in what feels like basically fucking everything are just like CompHet Bullshit and they’re together bc They Are Just Supposed To Be (not to mention the toxic masculinity culture within that where the women barely have character arcs and are just seen as objects anyways) But what I’m trying to say is that in this the relationship is real and it feels earned in a way that just isn’t there in so much other media out there(edited)

yes gillette night 1! it was a shit show lol i got tickets w two taylor friends and we all had 2000+ people in front of us and luckily after abt 45 mins mine starting counting down but once i got in it said i couldnt buy tickets and i ended up getting kicked out and put at the back of the line. when it wasnt working i had sent a screenshot of the notice i got to the lovely tamar and when she responded she asked if i had gotten in and when i said no im at the back of the line she said “im in do u want me to get u tickets” and then i started crying and she bought all three tickets and i literally am so so grateful!!!!!! the prices were also really stressful because we had gotten the 50-400 range (prices hadnt skyrocketed yet) but my friends and i went in w a strict budget but there was a huge gap in pricing- like there were $49 seats and then the next price was like $160 so it was stressful to make snap decisions abt money when we thought we had an agreed upon plan. but regardless, i got really lucky and feel super grateful!

it's been a rlly long time but welcome cold anon and ❄ anon!!! i haven't been on tumblr for like 2 months so i hope i didn't miss anyone.

anyways, 2.1 is coming in like 11 hours!!! i'm still fluctuating on whether to pull for baal bc i'm 77 pity in and i have abt 110 spare wishes. i would have risked 50/50 for her considering she's probs gonna be another op support so i wouldn't care abt losing or winning 50/50 but—

i think 2.2 will have 2 reruns and if we're going in chronological order, albedo and ganyu are gonna be next rerun banners but that's if and only if thoma is a 4 star, which he is datamined as. i don't think they'll release yae in 2.2 but who knows rlly.

maybe i'll just single pull until i (hopefully) get sara before i lose/win 50/50. i was extremely lucky and got sayu on my first pull on yoimiya's banner so let's see if that luck lasts. i would legit prefer losing 50/50 if ganyu and albedo are the next banners but if all else fails, well, i have money for a reason.

baal is pretty, but i can save for her rerun. god knows how long albedo/ganyu are gonna take before having another rerun. decisions, decisions...

also, i listened to some of vocaloid's 'of evil' series (daughter of evil, servant of evil and regret message and daughter of white) and oof, that rlly hits hard, especially regret message. i also rewatched ayano's theory of happiness by jubyphonic and once again i realised how easily i can cry for fictional characters. i watched it like 2 years before and i still cry even now.
