On the bed beside the window lay Jonathan Harker, his face flushed and breathing heavily as though in a stupor. She shuddered and was silent, holding down her head on her husband's breast. When she raised it, his white night-robe was stained with blood where her lips had touched, and where the thin open wound in her neck had sent forth drops.

He put out his arms and folded her to his breast; and for a while she lay there sobbing.

I told how the ruthless hands of the Count had held his wife in that terrible and horrid position, with her mouth to the open wound in his breast. It interested me, even at that moment, to see, that, whilst the face of white set passion worked convulsively over the bowed head, the hands tenderly and lovingly stroked the ruffled hair. 

The contrast here throughout their deliberately mirrored positions...

Dracula stood over Mina; Jonathan sits with her

He held her arms pulled out at full tension so she can't push him away; Jonathan has his arms folded around her as she clings to him.

Dracula is forcing her face down onto his chest; Mina is the one pressing her own face to Jonathan, and when she pulls away he merely gently holds her and she puts her head down again on her own.

Seward directly notes the contrast between Dracula and Jonathan's hands as they both hold her head to their breast.

Mina's white nightdress stained with blood from this attack/violation; Jonathan's white nightshirt stained with blood because of how he is comforting her.

Dracula's thin stream of blood from the wound he deliberately opened; Mina's throat having a few thin drops of blood where her blood was stolen from her.
