I have gone out to the park to help relax and to get more in touch with what is real and to watch over my sister and her friends. This is an adventure I am prepared to go

Outfit Is really simple, although this is my first time out fully girlmoding in a skirt so it is a lot of fun. That and stockings. and a black woman's tank top seems sick to show off my tattoos. Oh! My shoes are also important I don't know if they're rare or not but I got them limited edition at a vans store in like 2013. You may also be able to catch sight of blue floral undertakings.

I haven't really done much and there is construction so it is a bit Loud but I am really enjoying myself.

Watermelon flavor Arizona is by far my favorite out of all of the brands. it just hits just right especially with a bit of THC in your system. It is Ambrosia of the gods, up there with girlcum. (Author's note: previous horniness was ironic)

This is probably the best face pic I got all day and I think it really works with this top. Enough of a smoulder to be a dommy mommy? I am fundamentally unsure.

Also rainbow fruit on a stick is wholesome and based. Food is immediately better when eaten off of a stake. Fight me. You'll lose. I have a stake.

Cannabis, Marijuana, Pot, Grass. Certainly, no plant played more of a tune throughout most of my life than Cannabis. The name comes from the language of an ancient Asian tribe called the Scythians who lived in Southeastern Siberia. They called the plant “kanab,” which the Greeks made into κάνναβις or kánnabis, meaning “hemp.”

        Some say the word Marijuana has racist origins. Its use by the US government beginning with the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937 tried to link Cannabis with Mexicans and Hispanics in justifying its criminalization.  The word actually has its origins in a Central African word “mariamba,” used by American slaves in the 1700s, which became the Spanish word “marihuana,” again meaning “hemp.”

           The moniker “Pot” comes from the Spanish phrase “potacion de guaya,” which is a wine or brandy they used to soak Cannabis buds in during the 1930s for extra juice. The phrase translates as “the drink of grief.”

           “Grass” has more ancient origins. In the Hindu text Atharvaveda, composed about 1000 BCE, Cannabis is called “Sacred Grass” and declared one of the five sacred plants.              

            The relationship between Cannabis and humans dates back to the beginning of recorded history. Cannabis is native to Asia and is thought to be one of the first domesticated plants, both for its fiber and psychoactive effects. The ancient Chinese character for hemp, 嘛 or “Ma,” actually depicts a male and female plant under a roof growing indoors. Its use in neighboring India also goes back thirty centuries or more where its origin myth holds that the plant grew where drops of ambrosia fell from heaven.            

           If Cannabis was only good for weaving into rope and cloth, it would be just a blip in human history. Humans learned fairly early that Cannabis that makes good fiber produces a lousy high and vice versa. The difference is the quantity the plant produces of a substance called delta-9-tetrahydeocannabinol or THC, a molecule with a rather unique structure. Curiously, humans have been designed with types of nerve cells that precisely bind to THC, like a key unlocking a door. Even more curious, human brains can produce their own cannabinoid, named “amandamide” from the Sanskrit word for “inner bliss.” Researchers believe the triggering effect such chemical binding unlocks are pain relief, loss of short-term memory, sedation, and varied cognitive changes ranging from paranoia to bliss. These receptors are found throughout the brain as well as in the reproductive system, including the uterus of all places. One researcher, Dr. Allyn Howlett of the Wake Forest School of Medicine, surmises that anandamides not only ease the pain of childbirth but help women later forget the experience so they choose to have another child.             

           Reviews are mixed as to whether the plant, which can easily grow nine feet tall, is attractive. I find the five-bladed notched fan leaves, which include the two small leaves at the base, to be quite a nice look. The flowers, though, are certainly not worthy of a floral display, though that is where the magic is. The flower buds grow at the base of the leaves and have their own small appendages called “sugar leaves.” They get their name from the crystal-like hairy protective coverings of the buds called trichomes. Like the buds, trichomes are rich in THC content.             

            Cultivation of the plant has come a long way since the days when the pot that reached Kent Hall on Maryland’s campus would come with sticks, seeds, crushed leaves and, if we were lucky, some flower buds. Of course, it only cost fifteen dollars an ounce and you could smoke it for hours. Now you grow only the female plants and toss the male plants which are incapable of producing buds but, if kept too close, can pollinate a female plant causing it to produce seeds.             

        In the old days, you pulled up the plant, whatever its sex, before frost, threw it into a brown grocery bag for a day or two until the leaves dried to a brittle brown and then chopped it all up and divided it into neat little plastic bags. (Although once my friend Steve Terrell and I drove to this warehouse and rented a container of CO2 to make dry ice which we packed around the pot, all because we heard the extra oxygen atom would bind to the Cannabis and supercharge it. Didn’t work.)            

       Now, you are supposed to deprive your celibate female plant of water for a few weeks before frost so she thinks she’s dying and puts all her energy into producing more and more seedless buds. Then you carefully remove the buds and place them in a drying rack where they sit for 5 to 7 days in darkness until dry, but not too dry. Then you carefully put all the dried buds in covered mason jars where they cure for four to eight weeks, again in the dark. You open the lids once or twice a day for a couple of minutes during the first week and, after that, do the same but only once or twice a week, a process called “burping.”  

             Clearly, whoever came up with this procedure was not a pothead. As Bill Hicks once said, “I can do anything stoned which I could do straight. I just don’t wanna.”
