4 years ago I aquired a set of traditional chakpur sand-painting tools ⏳ Since then I've had the honour to help cultivate and collaborate in the creation of some truly sacred spaces. The people I've had the good fortune of meeting through this journey gives me countless reasons to be grateful, each connection a powerful reminder and reinforcer that this is the right path for me to find my feet on 👣 Each of the mandala sandpaintings made are a fusion of intuition, meditation, healing and exploration. On February 9th at St. Werburgh's Community Centre in Bristol, the first mandala sand-painting of 2019 will be constructed!...and destroyed 🌀 The event, named 'Awakening through Sacred Art - A Mandala Workshop', is in collaboration with The Fintry Trust and will feature guest speakers, mindfulness meditation sessions, and of course mandalas! ...
