mc.u!bucky has his arm removed and becomes a sad puppy broken boy, by people who are supposed to love and support him, connecting his agency (ironically) to a prosthetic given to him by people who stripped him of his agency
616!bucky has his arm removed and uses his opponent thinking he’s defenseless to his advantage, maintaining his agency regardless of whether he has his prosthetic or not.
it just happens that he maintains this agency in a visually hilarious way
