Next weekend is Contropolis Pennsylvania! Jake Abel and Kim Rhodes will be there, along with lots of other stars from Clerks, M.A.S.H. and pro wrestling. The convention is being held in Oaks, PA, about an hour outside downtown Philadelphia. Admin Michelle is planning to be there, so be sure to stop her and say hi if you see her! My table at Contropolis in Marlborough, MA! I had the most convenient loading/unloading experience I’ve ever had at a convention. My table was about 50 feet from where I parked.

There were fewer attendees than I expected. I’m glad I only attended Saturday and Sunday, because I heard Friday was horribly slow from almost everyone I talked to. Even Saturday and Sunday were two of the slowest days I’ve had in a long time. I hope that more people will attend next year, although I doubt I will table at Contropolis again. The table was far too expensive for the size of the convention. I spent $250 for an 8’ table, whereas most conventions this size would charge $75-$120 for a table. There were maybe 2,000 attendees total across three days, and that’s a generous estimate.

Since last time, I’ve adjusted my demo setup a little bit. I added even more bells and whistles to it for Too Many Games Expo. I will post those photos in the next few days!
