I think I've said it before, but my guy needs to be knocked down a few notches. He thinks he knows it all and has seen it all, but honey let me tell you he hasn’t even scratched the surfaced until he’s met you. 

I feel like scenario wise if you’d met out and about or I guess it doesn’t really matter the first few sexual experience you two would share would be purely sexual and just straight Carnal Desire

do u have any specific rules for requests on gorillaz characters?

Yes actually, mostly about Noodle:

- I write for 2-D, Murdoc, Noodle, Russel and Cyborg Noodle. No one else! (That includes Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn).

- In headcannons requests, you can only request up to 3 characters.

- I write fluff.

- I do write NSFW content but not for characters under consenting age (in my country 16 is the age of consent).

Eg: I can write NSFW for an older Noodle, but not a young Noodle.

- I can still write for young Noodle though. Mostly just fluff though (also be specific on what age you want her to be).

- I also don’t write for relationships where one can legally consent but the other can’t (aka pedophilia).

- Even though I don’t write character x character, I still want to say that I will absolutely not write Noodle in a relationship with any of the other band members. I don’t care if she is old enough to consent now, that would be grooming and I do not support or encourage grooming or molestion whatsoever.

- You can ask me to write about the albums too or Plastic Beach.

First and foremost, this gif is the DEATH of me. Second, this is a bit messy BUT I LOVED this ask, so thank you so so much!

ZADDY damon (sorry I couldn't resist, let's get this show on the road)

I could TOTALLY see you and Damon meeting in Mali. Don't ask me how, why, or what, it's just written in the stars that for obviously cosmic reasons you two meet in Mali. (I don't make the rules...hehehe)

It becomes your place, your second home (third maybe? considering England and Iceland lol), anniversaries/birthdays/holidays/etc spent there

Learning French together, you obviously taking it a bit more seriously than he does because he’s more interested in learning silly jokes or cheesy pick up lines to tease you with

JEWELRY. If this gif isn’t hint enough...current Damon has been seen wearing more jewelry overall and I could see him coming back from his trips/whatever he’s doing with really important (and I know it in my BONES that if you’re not wearing it he automatically thinks somethings up)

Matching jewelry. Matching tattoos. Matching clothes. Matching everything. The two of you have become one in the best way possible and work like a well oiled machine.

I feel like he’s not huge on PDA, but he’s also not shy with affection and always has a hand on you...fingers connected when walking through a crowd, arm around your chair when you’re out with others, etc.

^^ really just occupying the same space so everyone around you is aware you’re each others but not in a possessive in a they’ve been together since the big band type of deal where if there’s one there’s the other. 

My guy gets butterflies specifically when you’re warmth is directed towards him for example hand on knee/thigh while you tell a story not even noticing you’re doing it, but just to know even when you’re not directly talking to him, you’re still thinking about him (like he does to you)

I’ve noticed from a lot of interviews that he reads a lot more than he once has ---enter an unintentional book club with him (hear me out, it’s silly sounding I know)

Damon travels a lot, we all know this so you’re not exactly sure what time zone he’s in, but you always do what you can to help his jet lag. One day, he asks you to lay down with him (even though it’s only early afternoon) while he sleeps, naturally Damon clings to you while he rests but you pick up the book on the side table

Long story short, any book that’s been in your hands has gone into his once you’re done with it. He wants to connect with you on every level so much so he asks excitedly about the next book the two of you are going to read despite you not having another

Then before you know it, he’s coming home with all kinds of literature from all around the world for the two of you to enjoy

You going to every show you possibly can and the vibes are just immaculate

Without fail, every time his encore song is your favorite song

This next bit is a bit of concept that might not apply but let’s imagine it for a moment

lowkey I think it could be interesting if you were kind of kept a secret for awhile not intentionally, but you’ve both become more private people as life goes on, but you gotta love the fans attention to details so for example your favorite song always happens to play at certain concerts (ie the ones you attend), his eyes always seem to drift to stage left, you’re pictured in the back of a lot of his project/documentaries/videos/zoom interviews, sharing clothes and the fans notice it’s the same versace sweater he wore to the event, etc (ie matching necklaces)

But obviously Damon never confirms or denies...ok, six degrees of separation but vibes of when Jack Harlow responds to “are you single?” and he responds to it by saying “I’m happy” (from his chick shop date)

Kitchen Damon -  cooking for you as a love language, chest/neck kisses while you sit on the island with him between your legs, always making an extra cup of tea for you just in case

This man has not lost an ounce of silliness and you cannot change my mind

However in current days he appreciates routines and schedules more and overall caring for himself which, as always, in turn, is also for you (ex. yoga together, 9-5 work schedule, him always having dinner ready for when you get home from your day)

However, it should be noted that he’s your biggest fan and supports your independence - him appreciating your sense of independence and striving to be like you/admires you

drooling over him in a suit and tinted sunglasses (we all know the pic I’m talking about)

Even as he’s aged, his hands are just to die for so as always...hands, hands, hands, hands, hands, soft and warm and comforting- even metaphorically, Damon is always a helping hand good times and bad times.

He could read you like the back of his hand, knowing when you needed space or when you needed to be as close as possible 

He just seems so relaxing for someone so energy driven, like his countryside vibes/iceland vibes are where it’s at and it’s the perfect energy you need/match

Facial hair, he knows you love a bit of scruff so as part of taking better care of himself (I’m making him out as some self care king over here lol) and pays attention to his facial hair/hair and makes sure it’s that perfect scruffy for you to feel between your-

anywhoooo (hehehe), let’s address the mullet. It was a joke at first, pure fun but then you realized that you didn’t exactly hate it as after all the years you had a little more to hold onto, to play with, something that Damon didn’t let go unnoticed

However, when it inevitably had to do, you looked at Damon and he looked like your Damon, the Damon that you always swooned over, gold tooth and all

Another random thought - Damon teaching you his cigarette trick (and you naturally doing it a little better than him in which he feign jealously/annoyance but in all honesty he just feels pride with everything you do)

clubbing with him - acting like you’re young again and perfectly in your own bubble 

another long story short, he not only loves you but he adores you, cherishes, you appreciates you, longs for you, devoted to you, the list goes on, but he is completely for you.

Ok. Ive thought about this a lot. So let me bullet this out because it’s a little all over the place. This is obviously taking inspiration from his current partner and how they met/how they are, but I think it really works for damon (I mean obviously because they’re still together) BUT with that being said...here you are

Right off the bat, I think he was an absolute punk. Annoying af and needs to be knocked down a few pegs (like how his daughter bullies him on Instagram…esp after all his fame/peak fame/etc needs a taste of reality aka build from the ground up again)

So imagine this he meets you who isn’t a huge fan of blur/doesn’t really know blur/or hell let’s say you know blur, but you’re like okayyy and...like you’re just a celebrity, calm down...or like yeah I’m a fan, but it’s not that deep/only likes the popular songs

He isn’t necessarily bothered by it, but it’s the first time he’s been met with such...idk...passivity? He isn’t a jerk about it, but he’s like how can this not have some sort of pull and you’re like idk what to tell you it just doesn’t, you’re cute I’m not blind, but eh

He’s a total type where he doesn’t stop until he gets what he wants even if that pisses off a few people along the way (I mean look at his track record, love his chaoticness)

But keep in mind, this is a transition period for him so he’s probably a little soul searchy when you find him so you’re like mmmm yeah alright but let’s set some ground rules first (we love someone with boundaries)

I think it would be the type of deal where because Damon was constantly under watch of the public eye etc etc he felt like he had to always be On. and he slowly realizes that’s what’s making you push him away and it’s not the thrill of the chase/game  and once he realizes this you two are a match made in HEAVEN

I could see it being kind of a surprise when you’re like the world doesn’t stop just because we’re seeing each other and he’s like all pouty about it and having the exclusive talk (as if you don’t feel the exact same way)

But fast forward and you two are together and let me tell you right now he’s got it down bad.

Then timing wise from 1998-2000 Damon was recording for Gorillaz in Jamaica so imagine after all this he’s like it’s me and you agaisnt the world and it’s such a nice getaway of sorts to be completely remote and completely with each other 

He takes this time (despite working on solo work) to just give you all of his attention and really get to know the ins and outs of you away from everything and you do the exact same

and while you’re there I can just imagine the sun you’re soaking up and like the WARM cuddles on the beach with a mix of sunscreen, sweat, and just purse enjoyment of each other

when you end up having a deep conversation about your future, dreams and  fears while listening to the ocean’s wave and drinking some wine, the warm soft pink color illuminating your face makes damon realize he is in completely and utterly in love with you and this is his end game

and do not get me started on this boy’s love language

cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles cuddles! he wants cuddles! He is on you ALL the time, hands hands hands smush smush smushed against you

He would express himself through soft touches and small acts like, kissing your forehead, memorizing how you like your coffee/eggs/laundry folded so he makes it just right, soft hand squeezes, and getting you a postcard from wherever he’s at to know that no matter what you’re on his mind

Then I think because he hold you in such high regard his world (even though he’s got SO much going on ALL the time) revolves around you even when he’s away (on tour/interviews/studio/etc)

For example let’s say he’s on the other side of the world but you just found, my guy said fuck the timezone and is calling NON-stop until it is resolved and he knows that your needs are being met

I could also see him being inspired by you/many inspirations for future regarding how to approach music/appreciate music/different things and life and introducing him/reintroducing him to things he now loves and helping him figure out how to completely embrace the journey he’s about to embark on

Some fluffy stuff - he  l o v e s  it when you blush or give him some kinda reaction and loves to tease you about it cause well we all know he’s playful

Him being enchanted by the simplest little things you do like almost every single thing you do from how to squeeze the toothpaste bottle

aka he finds doing just the simple things in life with you his favorite. From grocery shopping, walks around the neighborhood, even getting ready for bed. They make him realize just how much he loves you.  

Him nervous to share the solo stuff/talking about how he’s feeling about blur at the time, but once he realizes he has your full support he does not stop showing you samples/asking your opinion/looking for your input

Imagine getting a little place together, him surprising you with it knowing you wouldn’t want anything too lavish but appreciative of the privacy he looked for

being there through thick and thin (i think we all know what this means) and somehow coming out of it virtually unscathed and appreciative of being by each others sides through it because without your other half it would not have panned out the way it had

I was going to say something on pet names, but I can’t put my finger on what I really think so i’m curious to what others think

Damon loves when you play with his hair. Either it being when you lay together in bed or sitting on his sofa/esp when he’s working and you kind of just walk by and twirl it a bit or scratch right at the nape of his neck or playfully tug a strand when he’s been annoying. all in all though It can calm him down like nothing else.

And on rainy days he would prefer to stay in. Record player on low, windows open to hear the soft patter of the rain fall, and a new book. Especially if it was a suggestion from you.

Having an old-fashioned love between you both. Phones aren't needed to say I love you, you both disliking weird confusing trends, handwriting letters and notes instead of texting an abbreviated message,etc etc

I can also see him giving you non typical gifts but are so catered to you it’s like how did you even think of that

I cannot say it enough. You were made for him and he made sure appreciate that everyday and vice versa.
