Maybe Ranboo as a [Point Blanc] student?? Like. [Point Blanc] could be just a school for rich kids not rich troublemakers. Ranboo's parents, after learning what almost happened, sends him(them??) to a normal comprehensive school in Britain and it just happens to be Tommy's school.

Homeroom teacher(Sam? Ponk? Grian cameo?): Class, we have a new student today. Ranboo, would you introduce yourself?

Ranboo: Uhh h-hi. My name is Ranboo Beloved-

So basically Ranboo was one of the kids at [Point Blanc] and he and Tommy were friends there. Tubbo of course knows about Tommy's "job", and Ranboo learned when Tommy was saving the kids there, so yeah they all become friends through the mutual secret.
