not to over-indulge in my own tags and this extremely hyperspecific au but walk with me for a minute. it's this scene from the series finale of LOST except make it rick and michonne. and instead of it being them reuniting in the afterlife it's them reuniting after the poof! no apocalypse timeline reset and they're getting flashbacks of the original zombie apocalypse timeline. do you see my vision.

90 | Call it copium if you must, but I still think we could be getting more of Yor's backstory soon. This chapter had some content talking about the past and so did the recent Yuri chapter so I still think we could be building towards it.

On a different note, I hope we get to keep the lovey older couple that just moved in next to the Forgers.

I think there's some fun things that can be done with them. I'll admit I'm partial to the idea of someone who is pro Twiyor, but clueless about their relationship being "fake", visiting the Forgers and making a comment about how they can convert the guest room into a baby room when the time is right and these two might just be a good fit for that.

I remember being so distraught when we thought Hirotsu and Gin died, and then when it's revealed that Tachihara was the perpetrator, i was literally like "nvm theyre fine. That's his family, he wouldn't kill them no matter what" and i was right.

This is probably the most flattering compliment I could get about my dueling scenes. The answer is yes, but I only did it briefly, and a long time ago, so my knowledge is heavily weighted towards vocabulary over practice. I know what things are called, but I was never good enough to get to the higher levels of strategy & technique, so a lot of that bit is spun from whole-cloth. I also follow the advice of a writer whose name I've forgotten, but he basically said that young writers get hung up too much on blow-by-blow action, and forget that they're not choreographing a movie, they're writing a scene — you don't need to describe every move if you can capture how it feels. So I tried to capture the feeling of fencing, which was a high-energy kind of antagonistic dancing.

fencing was so good today… i won two matches, lost 11-15, then lost 3-15 and 2-10. figured out that i wasn’t scoring because my hits kept landing flat and did some work with a coach on point control and he called me a crab because my posture sucks 🦀🦀

god i just love this sport so much. i’m learning a lot and having a good time… the coach also asked me if i was interested in competing, and while i don’t think i’m good enough yet, there’s a very chill open comp in september that i think i’m going to work towards.

how long after christmas is it still acceptable to post fluffy christmas fic

asking for a me-shaped friend who's got various Standalone Sections, but some are more done than others, so trying to figure out if I should scrap the less-done sections that need more work in favor of posting sooner, or keep working on all of it until sometime in january
