My apologies for taking the TIME of my life on this one, you see, I am a fool. But I am so touched. These will be in no particular order!

My Friends! And making new ones! I love talking to my friends, and being social more and more nowadays. @modchanisnori really helped me come out of my shell and I am so, so grateful! We talk often, and meet new people, and make friends and I just love everyone so, so much.

2. Art! And this comes in a plethora of varieties. Traditional, digital, writing, and gposing. I am so glad when I get see any of it, when it is shared with me. Everyone is so creative, and I endeavor to embody so much of the creativity I get to see here, and around me, in the world. (There was a display in Las Vegas I got to see that was also just amazing, Everyone go see Meow Wolf if you ever get the chance!) Also, I have been writing for as long as I can remember, and while I do not churn out works like I used to, it has been a wild ride to see how my writing has changed over the years since I started writing for this fandom!

3. Coffee! Alas, that I cannot really have it anymore due to a medical issue I've not updated anyone with. It makes me cry every day that I cannot brew that hot cup of coffee in the morning and sit and look out my window. At least, I cannot have it any longer with regularity. I maybe have... 1 cup a week, and that is enough excitement for me and my heart. (the crema of an espresso shot is really beautiful, and the way milk pours and froths over it is such a delight.)

4. My darling pets. I had, up till the beginning of this year, had several, a rabbit and two cats. Alas, due to extenuating circumstances, two of them returned to the life stream, and I have just the sister cat left. But I still love them, and think about them often, the love never fades, and I endeavor always to take good care of she who remains with me. (she got sick this weekend but we are recovering!)

5. Francel! Gosh, I just love him so, so much. I think about him all the time always. When I listen to music, sometimes he is there, and he is all I write about, and I see him every day when I log in, wondering what cute outfits I can put him in next. When I listen to classical, I wonder if perhaps he would have played in that manner, or if he could have written something similarly, or should he know this instrument too. And, because of Francel, I have met so many wonderful people, and been welcomed into some life changing groups and circles.

I hope I can continue to grow, and meet more people, and find more loves, and grow my confidence, as sometimes it flags.

Are you named after anyone?

My grandfather. I'm Baby Kamon at home, to make things clearer since we all live together. I don't particularly like it, but what can you do?

2. When was the last time you cried?

Last time I left Reijmor. I cry every time I leave Reijmor.

3. Do you have kids?

Not technically, no. Meja tells me so much about Reijka I feel I already know her, but I've never met her.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

I try not to. I don't find insincerity amusing.

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people?

Can they crack a fucking joke? If not, then do they at least know how to laugh at one?

6. What’s your eye color?

Dark brown. Meja thinks they're pretty :)

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

Happy endings all the way. Everyone deserves to be happy.

8. Any special talents?

I'm a rigger on a merchant ship, which is a pretty tough job. I like to think I'm good at it, and I've never fallen off the masts.

9. Where were you born?

Mursus. It's one of the Merchant Isles, city-states run by wealthy merchant families in the North Sea. My family works for the family that runs Mursus, so we have a decent life back home.

10. What are your hobbies?

Tying knots and fishing. I'm awful at fishing, but it's a good excuse to sneak away to Reijmor when we're in the area.

11. Have you any pets?

No, but there is a ship cat that keeps the rat population under control and tolerates me on occasion.

12. What sports do you play/have played?

Rigging? Fighting pirates? Are these "sports?"

13. How tall are you?

Uhh. Tall enough to rig? Not much taller than Meja? Who keeps track of that kind of thing?

14. Favorite subject in school?

I didn't really go to school in Mursus; my family only had the money to send one kid to school and my older brother got it by virtue of being born first. I learned some things from him, mainly how to read maps, and the rest of my schooling was conducted by the sailors on the docks that taught me how to tie knots. I taught myself how to climb the rigging at night when the crews were asleep or didn't mind.

15. Dream job?

I love to sail, but I don't know that it's my dream anymore. I could see myself settling down. Perhaps I'll actually get good at fishing. Or maybe become a farmer, so Meja always has fresh ingredients for her cooking. I suppose it all depends on where this goes.

Made some meat pies the other day. I had been listening to Sweeney Todd all week (the new cast recording), and every time I heard God That’s Good, it just made me want to try a meat pie so bad lmfao.

10/10 recommend- they were a smash hit at work. Everyone wanted my recipe, so I typed it up and will share it here too! (I guessed on the measurements for everything. I’m that person that just throws things into the bowl like a maniac, but these are pretty good guesses!)

i think i need a break from art, but not in the sense that im burnt out more like i want to improve and while drawing a lot helps it’s probably good to take a step back and just. observe things. idk how to explain. i think my eye for improvement has sped up though, so now i start to hate things i made even a month ago oughhh ;_; 

it’s probably why im trying to step away from twt, bc i always appreciate the support and people are REALLY nice i just cant help but feel im still not good.... i think my art lacks a lot of technical skill... ahah... imposter syndrome never leaves. i did learn to love art again and not give two shits about what im making bc its for me but !!! i still don't like having a lot of eyes on me...anyways im still on the journey to learn anatomy and i have greatly improved so im proud of that!
