fitness journey.
One thing I have noticed once I started my fitness journey 2 years ago is to not only pay attention to your calorie counting but also look at the nutrition and the value of the food you are consuming.
it has a lot to do with how we feel, once i had that figured out it was easier for me to ensemble meals together that doesn't feel like I am overeating or starving myself.
I would have enough energy through out the day to follow my fulltime study and perform as a kickboxer.

...with that being said, a good personal trainer will help you reach your goals, but a great personal trainer will take an interest in your life — your family, your career, your struggles — and can become a confidante of sorts. Knowing that someone is in your corner rooting for you, not only in the gym but also outside of it, it’s a good feeling.
It’s important because everyone faces hurdles in their life that can prevent them from achieving their goals, but having a coach that genuinely cares about your success is invaluable.

A lot of people think that working out in a gym is going to cause some serious health issues, but this is completely false. A gym can be a great way to exercise and stay healthy. But if you want to avoid any side effects, you must follow a few simple rules while working out in a gym.
You should always warm up before starting a workout. If you are feeling a cold, then you should avoid working out at gyms with open windows.
You should also wear comfortable workout clothes and make sure you are well-hydrated before and during your workout. Don’t forget to take a break every hour or so, and you should try to avoid any strenuous activity, especially in the morning, when you’re most likely tired.
