Day 4: the Tower

A Bad Ending

Set during The Ring Of Solomo

Bart stays trapped in the bottle that Khaba and Ammet put him in. For some reason Asmira doesn't release him and he slowly goes insane like Honorius did. A couple centuries/millenia (pick what you find more realistic), the bottle breaks and some magician finds his state of insanity right for whatever job they had in mind. Maybe an insane, unpredictable , and powerful spirit is ideal so spread a specific kind of fear? The spirits forced to oppose him are of course familar to us, I imagine Faquarl or Queezle, and because they have a clear mind and charge without wiggle room, they put him out of his misery.

Is that enough of a bad ending? Sure breaks my heart at least.

The character design is inspired by a couple of lines from the book:

When Asmira releases him, he takes the shape of a yellow-eyed Kusarikku, a bull-headed spirit from the late Uruk period. That shape also has tusks.

The bottle possible held perfume before becoming his prison, smelling like limes and rosewood.

He takes the shape of a scarabaeus inside the bottle which is where I took the mouthparts from. The scarabaeus is associated with the sun which I put in between his horns, and the hieroglyph there is the sparrow, meaning small (lmao), evil (noun), injustice and sin, empty and missing, disease. (Gardiner's list)

The general pose and look of the drawing was heavily inspired by the last panel of the first Tokyo Ghoul volume. (If anyone recognized that, you get a cookie haha)

random night talk due to recent events.

I dunno hwo can i be this lucky about this, but i am literally keep getting best jobs without ever applying to any agdjdkajkakd.

First, the radio. I was literally half asleep on lecture when a classmate looked at my band shirt and invited me to radio where all i had to do was to add music i like to their music database. How cool is that? honestly? best job ever. Only, it wasn't really anything groundbreaking in terms of salary but it was still fun with great community so i keep going there from time to time.

Few years later, when i started to bit looking for a job in my field (programming) randomly, i met a guy because we were in a same clan in mobile game XD and he hired me to help him developing mobile app for hospitals. Paying really generously, but i wasn't very good at it tbh. Eventually i gained some experience and it definitely sweetens up my resume.

And now, few days ago, a guy who got contact to me through a friend i used to play dnd with, offered me a 100€ for me, writing a vague script for a dnd session. He is completely out of ideas but super rich so he was looking for some other DMs he may hire for story ideas and friend recommended me. So my job for this summer gonna be writing stories XD i sure can do that.

Meanwhile thanks to experience from my previous job, i am working on my own phone app that i may reveal later this month too 👀 so maybe that will make me some extra money too.

anyway, i hope i wont spook my luck by this post but i am just super excited and thankful for so much luck so far with this i just had to share it or i wouldn't fall asleep agdjfjka

He doesn’t have the luxury of doing anything on a whim. He has to look after them all, but especially Omega because of how young she is. He’s indirectly been referred to as a father this season, meaning his priority will always be the safety of his child and his family.

He can’t allow his emotions to control his decision making and there is every reason for the entire TBB to be wary of trusting Crosshair again. He tried to murder them multiple times and when asked repeatedly to rejoin the group, he always chose the Empire, aka the regime that is actively phasing out clones and is hunting TBB down. We as the viewers know that Crosshair has turned against the Empire for good reasons, but TBB do not. Hunter did the best he could with the information he had at the time and he doesn’t deserve the hate he gets.
