So she did, every single chance she got. "Speaking of boys.... what's been going on with you in that department? Any progress with Teddy since Founder's Day?" Most people might have thought it weird that she openly hoped for her brother to someday realize that he was in love with Amber, but she really felt they were meant to be and she wanted help in any way she could.
