boyfriend very kindly ran a bath for me tonight so i could use the jack-o-lantern bath bomb he got. however, the moment i stepped into the bathtub, i realized the water was Scalding Hot. i still stayed in there for like 15 minutes using the bath bomb and trying (and failing) to submerge myself fully in the water until i finally called it quits after the second bath bomb i tried started burning and hurting the open wounds i have on my fingers. when i got out of the bathtub and walked in front of the mirror, i realized that the entire lower half of my body was Bright Red, literally there was a line across my stomach where i stopped trying to get deeper into the water. my boyfriend is now cutting a pear🍐 for me as penance. thanks @mortalkombat4
