“Funny seeing you up here.”
A familiar voice came from behind Ahsoka as she stared out at the busy city of Coruscant. It had not been an easy day for Ahsoka, but somehow peaceful moments atop the Jedi Temple made the days’ worth it, watching as the sun slowly descended, not quite tickling the edge of what of Coruscant one could see from the temple. Especially when a certain visitor joined her.
“You know I am always up for a roof top talk. And it has been awhile, since you have just gotten back.” [Name] stopped next to where Ahsoka sat, slowly sitting about a foot away from her best friend. Ahsoka stayed staring out at the view as [Name] carefully watched Ahsoka’s face, from her scrunched eyebrows and tense in her shoulders she could tell she frustrated. A sigh fell from [Name] as she leaned back on her hands and let her legs move from under her to hanging over the edge.
They stayed like that until the sun was half way consumed by the wide expanse that was Coruscant. Ahsoka had closed her eyes long ago, choosing to use this time to meditate, with a soft sigh she opened her eyes and slowly looked over at [Name] who was still watching the sunset. When [Name] saw Ahsoka’s movement out of the corner of her eye, she looked back at her to see Ahsoka looking at her in a manner she could not quite place. All she knew was she liked it.
Ahsoka found her brilliant blue eyes met with luscious [e/c] and a wide smile that quickly spread across [Name]’s face. She smiled back.
“Rough day?”
“One might say…” Ahsoka scuffed, that was one way of putting it.
“You wanna talk about it?” There was that caring nature again. Ahsoka was finding it harder and harder to keeping considering what she felt for her best friend platonic, and [Name]’s caring nature was not helping. Ahsoka only wanted to be a good Jedi and help people, one thing that is hard to do when one fundamental part of being a Jedi was having no attachments. Especially no romantic attachments. Though Ahsoka was finding that harder and harder to achieve.
Through another sigh Ahsoka starts.
“I just don’t think my master trusts me. Again today on mission, he doubted me. I am a good fighter and can protect myself! Why doesn’t he trust me to carry out the mission?” Ahsoka exclaimed in frustration before slowly breathing out and relaxing her shoulders.
“I just wish he would trust me.”
[Name] watched Ahsoka once more, watched as she looked down at her hands in her lap, how her fingers would brush over one another. She carefully and gently moved her hand to grasp Ahsoka’s and pull it back towards herself, encasing both her hands around Ahsoka’s. [Name] looked at her thumb brushing over Ahsoka’s for a moment before she look up into Ahsoka eyes, eyes that were already watching her closely.
“I think Master Skywalker trusts you, it’s just that you mean too much to him. He doesn’t want to lose you, you’re much too important. My master says that he feels too deeply, that at times his feelings can cloud his judgment. But with that passion comes determination and loyalty. He doesn’t want to lose you and, honestly, I don’t blame him.”
Ahsoka looked in [Name]’s eyes as if they were the window to her soul, a soul that she could only dream was mingled with her own. She sighed.
“I guess I understand that. I just wish he would understand that I can handle myself.”
[Name] softly nodded in acknowledgment reaching her hand to rest on Ahsoka’s shoulder.
“What did you do today, [Name]?” Ahsoka asked turning her body to face her best friend.
“The usual, woke up, ate, meditated with Obi-wan, sparred with a few of the other padawan’s before sitting in on one of Yoda’s meditations with the younglings, ate again, found out my best friend came back from a mission and didn’t come see me.” [Name] smirked at Ahsoka as she rolled her eyes with an amused grin.
“In fairness, you didn’t come see me.” Ahsoka pointed out.
“I didn’t even know you were back till an hour after you landed!”
Ahsoka laughed, holding both of [Name]’s hands now in her lap.
“Miss me, did you?” Ahsoka joked.
“Of course I did!” Ahsoka’s amused smiled dropped the moment she saw the earnest look on [Name]’s face.
“You did?” Ahsoka asked carefully.
“Of course! I love when you’re around. I mean, you know how boring and stale it can get around here. Yeah, training is fun but it is all so much better when you’re here.” [Name] finished with an adoring look in her eye as she stared into Ahsoka’s. Ahsoka smiled softly before looking at her hands, which were now brushing her thumbs over [Name]’s.
“I missed you too.” Ahsoka said quietly. So quietly that if [Name] wasn’t a foot away from her, she wouldn’t have heard. [Name] smiled softly, then turned to look at the sunset again, only to see that the sun was just inches away from disappearing. She gave a light squeeze to Ahsoka’s hands before starting to stand up.
“It’s getting late, we should head in now, I am sure that our masters are looking for us.”
[Name] reached her hand out for Ahsoka to take. After a sigh, she took [Name]’s hand and stood up. As they started to walk, Ahsoka stopped. [Name], noticing she was not next to her, turned to see Ahsoka looking at her, a sad look in her eyes. This sight was hard to bare and luckily for [Name] was also rare. She walked the expanse between them before stopping directly in front of Ahsoka. It was now that they could really see how close they were in height. Ahsoka looked into [Name]’s eyes for a moment before quickly closing the space and pulling [Name] in a tight hug. A hug that [Name] quickly reciprocated.
This hug said everything needed to be said. Longing looks, fleeting touches, the time they got together never seemed to last long enough, but they reveled in it all the same. The hug only lasted a beat, but by the end of it they separated hand in hand as they made their way back to their masters in the temple.

"Plo in his mid-life crisis pace of impulse buying and leather daddy days LOL" - from your reblog
I'm laughing trying to imagine this and everyone's reactions, oh my god, Plo Koon, I would have never expected this of him. Wolffe and the Wolfpack would be HORRIFIED to learn of Plo's midlife crisis misdeeds. Absolutely horrified X'D
So help the Force, Plo Koon, put your Jedi robes back on!
"So help the Force, Plo Koon, put your Jedi robes back on!"
Since our favorite Baran Do sage hails from overly dramatic shenanigans with their desire-to-retire and die theatrically practice, I find it them just be overly dramatic period LMAO
Kit would be on board with this. I love them so much. It's essentially this:
I want silly Plo with dark shades over his already covered eyes to just walk in the Wolves' Den and just finger guns his boys like:

but like, he's still formal and proper about it "Koh-to-yah, my little Wolves. I trust the Force that you have found solace in the fleeting hours of peace."
kohtoyahonthispussythomaybepls?
Want him to paint his starfighter jet black and have a hot pinup chick of a wolf-lady on it.
Want him to cool flick a bottle lid even though he can't drink to with a mask on . Or like assist one of his boys who's about to drink something with absolutely no problem but midlife-crises cool dad just has to intervene
Tumblr media
Starts using slang inappropriately (: Tells the boys "Wolfpack, this mission is perilous." And then ends his speech with "FR FR"
Replies to Grand Master Yoda with "That is indeed the reality of the situation, Grand Master. No cap.... FR FR."
Want him to second anything Windu says with "Smh"

don't call it a warning, this is a war.
Summary: After having a nightmare about his wife, Anakin's loyalty to the Jedi starts to waiver. Only does a mission to Geonosis change the fate of the planet when the beloved Hero with No Fear suddenly vanishes. Characters: Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Padme Amidala, Count Dooku, Palpatine/Sidious, Clones (brief) Warnings: graphic depictions of violence, minor character death Ships: Anidala Word Count: 7,278 words A/N: NO BETA READ WE DIE LIKE MEN LMFAO ILL LOOK AT IT FR LATER BUT I WAS SO EXCITED TO JUST FINALLY FINISH IT!!!! Read here on ao3
Soft winds whispered through the ornate walls and pillars of the palace, and grumbles of thunder rolled in the skies as night lingered for a moment longer. Heavy clouds brought steady rains that filled Padmé’s bedroom with the drops hitting at the balcony and windows. Her figure in the bed only seemed to relax more with the familiar sound of the storm, but her husband’s body was rigid with the nightmare before abruptly waking with the sight of a red blade coming at him from a shadowed figure. His chest burned with anger as he rapidly blinked sleep away when he returned to reality. Looking to Padme briefly, Anakin made sure she was still asleep before sitting up.
Hatred and anger felt scorched in his veins as he carefully got out of the bed, pulling his outer robe on as he moved to quietly exit the bedroom. Slipping into the hallway, tired eyes glanced to make sure no one was around to spot him slipping out — but it was their agreement anyways. It didn’t help the ache as he quietly padded through the halls, breath slow and soft as he let his shoulders relax. Maker, he didn’t know what to make of the crushing dread of the Dark Side, but he was sure it had something to do with his dream… whatever the hell he just dreamed. Usually his visions were vivid, making him wake in horror at the future to come — but this wasn’t as clear as seeing it happen. He had less to go off and it was purely emotion that scored his chest and lungs. Brows were furrowed as he walked, moving to one of the halls that overlooked the lake where he tried to meditate years ago. It had a large covering, and ivy was twirled around the posts as rain pounded against the stone. Deeply inhaling, the sweet, earthy smell slowly brought him back to the present. Still, concern and worry ached within him at the vision, and he let himself sit down on the cold, stone floor. Maybe the Force would bring clarity through meditation.
He wasn’t sure it would, but he still closed his eyes, still forcing himself to begin to meditate. His shoulders and chest were the tensest as he focused on relaxing his muscles as he let a slow exhale out. His mind tried to work on seeing what the Force was trying to show him — a red beamed saber meant this was at the hands of the Sith after all. The hate and anger weren’t a stranger to him — not since the loss of Shmi and loss of Ahsoka from her departure of the Order. Bubbles of loneliness boiled in his chest as he envisioned himself above a calm ocean, skies clear and bright. Trying to understand the vision was more difficult than he wanted to admit, and after thirty minutes of struggling, he let his eyes open. He sensed eyes on him and turned, seeing Obi-Wan watching him curiously at the sight of him meditating so early in the morning.
“How long have you been standing there?”
“Not long, though, it’s good if you haven’t noticed. That means you’re improving at meditation,” Obi-Wan soften as he moved closer, offering a hand to the knight. Taking it, Anakin soon stood, back to towering over Obi-Wan as he briefly pursed his lips. “I had a strange vision, but I can only remember a red lightsaber coming towards me.”
Concern came across the Jedi Master’s face as he got beside Anakin,” have you spoken with Master Yoda about it?”
“No, I’ve just been trying to meditate to get more information from it, but nothing is helping,” irritation coated his voice as blue eyes moved out to the scenery in front of them of the rich green fields with the falls behind it.
Obi-Wan softened as he let his eyes wander ahead,” I know you normally have more detail in your visions. Perhaps what you’ve seen isn’t set in stone, but more of a possibility. Though, if you’re seeing a red blade, then that means we do have a dark side user against us — no doubt a Sith with how the battles have been with the Separatists. Dooku hasn’t exactly kept his ties to Grievous a secret.”
A soft scoff from Anakin came, thinking,” and we know that Grievous was the unofficial apprentice of Dooku.”
“So, who is Dooku the apprentice to, or was? There is a possibility he took Grievous as his apprentice to help with his own Master’s plans after killing his Master.”
Nodding, Anakin knew that there were two possibilities of who the Master now could be. Though, he found it hard to believe that Dooku’s Master was already dead. “I felt the dark side strong within the dream, I remember that as well.”
“You should go to Yoda and tell him of this, Anakin. It might be more important than we know.” Softly sighing, he nodded, looking to him,” I know… but I don’t have a good feeling about this, Master.”
“Nor do I,” he softly said, heading back into the hall of the palace.
Tumblr media
Anakin watched him vanish within, looking back out with a slow sigh as he moved in after him to locate Yoda. After he had to ask around, eventually he found the Jedi meditating on another balcony closer to the falls. Glancing around, Anakin ensured they were relatively alone as he joined the older man, careful as he let a finger move to poke at him.
Yoda’s eyes opened before he could, looking up to Anakin before motioning him to sit. “Sensed you, I did. Troubled you are.” Anakin let out a soft sigh, eyebrows briefly raising as he signed back,” vision, I had.” He then did his best to explain it to Yoda, having to finger spell a few signs he didn’t know. “Bad feeling, I have. Nothing clear.” Yoda’s throat let out an amused sound as he replied,” The Force, a mysterious teacher… Worrying this is.” A nod came from the knight as the sun warmed his back and hair, letting his cheek rest against his palm as his arm rested against his knee.
Nothing was too simple, now, was it?
Looking back to Yoda, the smaller watched him curiously though his face didn’t show it, head tilting quizzically. Anakin pursed his lips a moment, brows furrowing as he signed. “Obi-Wan and I think Sith.” A grim nod came from Yoda as he looked out, his own dark brows furrowing in thought as winds brushed through his robes and peppered hair. Weathered eyes moved back to Anakin,” careful we go. Now uncertain times we live.”
Anakin still didn’t like the cautious waiting, it wasn’t enough. They needed to take action to help protect Naboo and Alderaan since they were the only places still safe from the virus and the Separatists. His eyes look over the familiar landscape, scanning over the familiar green hills before looking to Yoda with a nod signing, he needed to eat. Which he did, he had been up for hours and hadn’t even stepped into the kitchen once. Yoda accepted the change of subject, nodding as he stood with the knight to head back inside.
Tumblr media
Nothing was too quiet anymore with the fight against the Separatists, and word came that here was something happening on Geonosis — enough to cause immediate investigation as Anakin and Obi-Wan prepared for another departure. Anakin glanced to him as he replenished some necessities in his belt,” think it’s Dooku?”
“I always assume it’s Dooku at this point,” he said simply, glancing to his former padawan then. “I don’t know what he thinks he can gain from this, but he won’t be rewarded the way that he’s been told. We must be careful as we look over the region.”
“If there is a lab making the virus, are we going to destroy it?”
“No,” Obi-Wan glanced to him,” that could ruin any cure they could have. Fully developed or not.”
“What if they don’t have one?” Glancing over to him, Anakin wasn’t sure that the Council knew what they truly wanted to do with the factory in their hands. Too many directions that it could go in, and not enough karking answers.
“We can at least gather any data at the compound,” Obi-Wan assured, looking over to Anakin a moment. “You’re more worked up about this than normal. Was it because of the nightmare?”
“We have more questions than answers, and I believe that we should be able to have something by now to go off. Something useful.” He tried to brush it off, ignore the implications of his nightmare.
“We do, Anakin. This compound is something… we need to assess it before deciding on what to do with it. The Council wants to be cautious with their approach to avoid more casualties.”
It still was not enough, not enough for Padmé’s safety, not enough for his child’s. The council seemed to never do enough now. Trying to save those possible while also fighting what they could of the Separatists all while trying to hang in the delicate balance of the world with the Diseased. As if a war wasn’t enough. Taking a slow breath, he glanced to Obi-Wan,” so, they want us to mostly scout it?”
“Yes, that is the plan. See what information we can retrieve while we’re in there.” Blue-gray eyes softened at the knight as Anakin thought a moment,” what about the Natives? We didn’t have a good time the last time we had gone to Geonosis. I’m sure there is still the strong chance that the locals still have their alliance with Dooku.”
“We are not going to fight, not ever mission needs to end in blazes of glory… but we have to be wary.” Even Obi-Wan knew that the war and the ongoing fight against the virus had made the Jedi force themselves to abandon some of their morals for the sake of the higher good. Was it truly more worth it for the cost of a handful of lives of those evil for the sake of the planet? Obi-Wan tried to reassure himself at night that it was crucial, a necessary step towards the peace they had before.
Still, what worried him the most was how much Anakin seemed unbothered by it. He had seen very few kills that his former padawan had dealt out, and it ached deep within his chest, the worry burying deep. Now that he seemed more secretive, the worry only grew.
Anakin made another pass over his utility belt to ensure that it was properly fixed, looking up as he heard the doors open. Ahsoka came through, exhaling softly as she gave a weary smile to them. “Ready for departure?”
“Yes,” Obi-Wan answered, smiling softly at her,” it’s been a while since we’ve seen you, Ahsoka.”
“It has been,” she said simply as she nodded to him, her hair in her usual braids still without the padawan beads. Looking up to Anakin, he gave a weakened smile to her,” good to see you again, Snips. We’ll need your help on this excursion. Maker only knows what messed up things are happening on Geonosis.”
With the reunion, there was new hesitation it seemed from Ahsoka, not with the things she had seen when she was on her own for two months near Buthawui battling the Diseased and Separatists. Unfortunately, she had her own personal encounter with Dooku who took the opportunity to show the younger Jedi the cracks within the Council. It only seemed the more time had passed, Ahsoka had noticed more.
“I doubt that Geonosis is in any better state than Buthawui was. I will say, the Count is getting bolder with his decisions,” Ahsoka said as she moved to the map,” I have no doubt that he could have heard we could be approaching Geonosis. He seems to be a couple steps of head which makes me wary. Something else is happening too — more than the war, more than the virus.”
Obi-Wan’s attention was caught, looking over to her as he paused the final preparations,” why do you say that Ahsoka?”
Pausing a moment, her eyes bounced between them a moment while slowly exhaling. “The Diseased we have been able to house… they’re not being treated right. They’re housed in inhumane conditions and barely fed, Master. It’s not in the best interest of them.”
Anakin had heard whispers of it, wondering how they were able to keep up with the high demand of those being saved. There was always the hope that a cure could be found to help bring back the loved ones lost since the population was being so heavily impacted by the virus. Looking between them, he saw the glimmer of worry on Obi-Wan’s features.
“Where have you heard that?”
“I’ve seen it, Obi-Wan. Some of the compounds are hidden in Rodia.” She softly murmured; eyes downcast as an ache reverberated through her chest. “When I was pursuing Dooku three weeks ago, I stumbled across it.”
Brows furrowed as Anakin watched Ahsoka as she glanced between them, sensing the guilt that wanted to claw at her chest and lungs. His eyes shifted to Obi-Wan as he thought over it for a moment. “I will discuss it with the remaining council members.”
Trying to place trust in that decision, Anakin nodded as he absently crossed his arms. “Until then, we focus on getting to Geonosis first and figure out where to go from there.”
Tumblr media
The transport was silent on the way to the factory, unsure of what was about to transpire as Anakin absently watched the passing canyons. Even with the meeting with Yoda, the fear for Padmé started to resurface in his thoughts as he watched out the window as the comms blared with the announcement for landing. Bracing himself, he pushed the thought away to focus on the reality before them. Ahsoka was able to sense the unease in the Force before it was brushed away, squaring her shoulders as gloved hands briefly held onto her seatbelt as they hit a less than graceful landing on top of a canyon.
Obi-Wan let out a small grunt at the force from the landing, exhaling slowly,” remember we must stick close to another. We don’t know if the Diseased are running around. Try to keep casualties low in hope that we can find a cure.”
Ahsoka nodded as she unhooked herself, standing up,” what are we going to do if there isn’t anything?”
“Then we begin to set up bombs to destroy it after we salvage what we can,” Anakin said simply, getting out to look around with a brief grimace at the familiar canyons. Boots scrape on the sand covered canyon top as the trio moved to peek down at the hidden factory as thick black smoke came from the chimney. Ahsoka’s nose crinkled at the familiar, rotting smell of infected flesh being burned, hand moving to cover her nose. “Glad to see it’s in working order.”
Obi-Wan got out mini respirators out, nodding as he handed one to each of them,” and it will only be worse when we go in… also better to keep the air we breathe filtered.”
She grabbed it with a nod, carefully getting it fitted over her face as Anakin popped his on. Her blue and white twists were compressed by the band, tugging on some of her hair as she made a low noise before adjusting it. Clicking it on, soft whirrs escaped the mask as Obi-Wan pulled on one of his own, slowly sighing,” don’t suppose we should walk through the front door?”
“There should be a back entrance and a side one,” Anakin clicked his mask on, looking over to him,” the side is used for shipments, back should lead into the canon’s tunnels.”
“We can try the back, use the canon as cover,” Obi-Wan moved back from the edge to survey the area, pointing at a ridge,” we can set up a line there to get across.”
“Hopefully it won’t snap on me this time,” Anakin glanced over to him, grinning beneath the mask as he followed them.
Ahsoka glanced back to him with wide eyes momentarily,” one broke on you?”
“Yeah, I was almost at the end too and it sent me nearly into a group of the infected.”
“You lived to tell the tale,” Obi-Wan said while he began to set the line, firing it across before getting the stake set in the ground. Anakin rolled his eyes absently,” yeah, I did.”
Getting across the canon seemed to be the easiest part of the mission, getting down to the bottom level to sneak behind crates of the loading area. Peeking over, the three of them watched as they observed the seemingly empty area. Crouching down behind the crates, Anakin looked between Obi-Wan and Ahsoka,” looks empty at least with the loading dock… I’ll get the door open and signal back.”
“If you insist,” Obi-Wan’s eyes moved to peer at the doors and area, but the uncertainty of inside the factory is what made him worried. If the defenses outside were so lax, he could only imagine it was for a good reason. “Be careful, Anakin.”
“I am careful,” he said as he hopped over the crates, darting to the doors to hide in the loading area before making his way to the door. He got a makeshift scoop link out, shoving it into the door’s port before turning it on to begin unlocking it. His eyes shifted around the area, adrenaline burning in his veins already as he heard the familiar click before the doors opened. Obi-Wan and Ahsoka soon joined him inside, cautious as they were still met with emptiness in the factory’s loading area, carts and mechanical pieces strewn and ready for transportation where needed.
Anakin glanced between awaiting empty carts and crates, brows slowly furrowing again. “I’ve got a bad feeling about this.”
Walking beside him, Ahsoka nodded, already on edge as she motioned to the main door into the factory but as they furthered themselves into the building, they were only met with continued emptiness. Even the machinery was off as a haunting silence lingered heavy in the air. Obi-Wan paused as he felt a shift in the Force, Anakin and Ahsoka turning not long after as they glanced to each other. They got their lightsabers at the ready but kept moving to locate the main servers for the factory’s data system. The walls were vacant of any signs to aid in navigation, leaving the metal labyrinth to the three as Ahsoka paused a moment.
Her eyes slowly lifted as Anakin paused to look back to her, letting his eyes lift as he felt as though they were being watched… if not hunted. There was a creak of metal above them that caused Obi-Wan to pause while his eyes scanned along the edges of the complex stair system. His voice was soft, even as he slowly backed closer to Anakin and Ahsoka,” seems we fell for a trap.”
“I agree,” Anakin’s eyes adjusted to the dark above them to see the extension of gnarled metal twisted and bent. Then he saw the eyes and froze as his body felt cold as he lowered his voice,” we’re being hunted.”
Ahsoka then noticed as her eyes adjusted, voice low,” why haven’t they attacked?” The dread in her chest returned, eyes briefly moving to him as he let out a slow exhale.
“They could be holding more intelligence than the last wave… waiting for the window of opportunity.”
Obi-Wan nodded, speaking just as quiet,” or they haven’t been given orders to attack yet… we need to leave.”
Anakin wouldn’t argue with that, not when this factory was unfamiliar to them, and he nearly groaned in frustration as he could virtually hear 3PO. The odds of survival are a million to one. At least on this mission they didn’t have to hear it. “Okay, slowly, we’re going to just head back,” he started to slowly make his way back to the receiving door only for a shadow to suddenly drop behind him.
The assault began, the infected suddenly darting from their position to block their path outside as Anakin pulled Ahsoka back behind himself. The trio made their way further into the labyrinth, trying to find their way out, or at least to the tunnels. Igniting his saber, Anakin avoided the grasp of another as he glanced back to Obi-Wan. “New plan?”
“We might be able to loop back around to the dock,” he avoids snapping teeth as his eyes momentarily widened. Pushing them further in the swarm of Diseased began to follow, Anakin deflecting attacks as he followed Obi-Wan. As they fought, Ahsoka soon found herself being separated from them while Anakin struggled against a few of the infected. Obi-Wan had made his way along the side, pausing when he realized they were separated. Maker, it can never be something simple and easy.
Anakin tried to cut his way through back to Obi-Wan, but abruptly stopped when one dropped in front of him. Starting to back up again, he held the saber in front of him instinctively but when the infected only tilted his head at the motion, his brows deeply furrowed. Oh, that was different. Too different as he stayed alert as the bright green eyes of the infected slowly looked over him, low chitters escaping from its throat. That didn’t sound good. He slightly flinched at a clang behind him, eyes moving briefly to see another had noticed he was separated.
Ahsoka made her way towards the back, knowing she could still hopefully navigate her way out to the speeder as she focused on getting herself out. Anakin and Obi-Wan could take care of themselves — they’ve proven that before over and over. Still, there was the occasional mission where she had to save them. She tried to keep her attacks as minimal as possible against the Diseased, finally finding the door to lead her into the dark canons. Shutting the door behind herself, she exhaled softly as she pressed against it a moment to try to communicate to Obi-Wan and Anakin. “I’ve escaped into the tunnels.”
Obi-Wan was able to hear her transmission, relief washing over him a moment. “Be careful, there could be more out there. I’m about to leave through the dock.”
Anakin warily watched the two Diseased as they seemed to communicate with each other before the focus was back onto him when they came to an agreement. Now if they could kill him, they could finally eat. Not good. He straightened when their attention went back to him, watching him with sharp eyes as he slowly exhaled. Minimal damage wasn’t going to be possible anymore. He waited for the smaller to lunge forwards, using the Force to push it back before he began to climb up to get on a higher level in hopes of clearing the lower one out. He heard the communication from Obi-Wan, brows furrowing as he tried to make sense of it before avoiding being grabbed by the more imposing of the two. Glancing down, he continued his way up, grabbing onto a chain before swinging into the main area to avoid another one as the others began to swarm the area again after catching onto his scent.
He held onto the chain with one hand, making a soft sound as he used his saber to cut one in half mid jump at him. Huffing out curses, he tried to make his way down only to stop to see a few had begun to climb up the chain. Clipping his saber onto his belt after turning it off, he began to climb up, eyes searching the dark metal to see where it was attached to. Thank Maker it was a beam, but he froze when he saw eyes peering at him again, seeming to glow in the darkness before a low hiss escaped. How many have been made? He swung the chain to land on a platform, running along the path before using the Force to clear a path. Eventually they started to catch up to him, one grabbing his ankle and pulling him down as he swore. Grabbing his saber, he reignited it to swing, cutting the arm off to earn a snarl from the infected. He looked closer, noticing the whites of the eyes were black as he backed away to get back up to his feet. Another swing of the blade removed the head as he started to only get further overwhelmed by the Diseased. Fear pricked along his back and nerves as his eyes widen as he was pressed against the wall while one bore its sharp teeth to him. The canines were longer, vampiric as his hand darted to the throat to prevent himself from being bitten. He plunged his saber through the torso, shoving the body away as only more continued closer.
Using her saber as a light, Ahsoka slowly navigated through the tunnels to try to find a way back to the surface. Then she could have clearer communication… hopefully. She paused as she heard heavy metal moving, slowly turning to see the tunnel suddenly overrun by the infected. Her eyes widened as she started to run, begging the Force to guide her to safety. Glancing back, she could see they seemed faster than the previous wave, softly swearing to herself as she made a sharp right suddenly. The familiar instinctive tug was there, but she grew wary as she sensed a sharp coldness sting in the Force. She reached out, searching for Obi-Wan and Anakin’s familiar signatures as she started to climb along the rock, using her saber to help steady her. Sensing Obi-Wan’s, she only grew more worried when she couldn’t sense Anakin’s. Maker, keep him safe.
Struggling to find a break from the group that only seemed to grow, Anakin didn’t register when a bite was sunken into his arm until his breath started to become too uneven. His motions slowed to a stop as his feet dragged along the metal scaffolding beneath him as the virus overtook his body. The white of his eyes darkened to black, the blue lingering as he emitted a low growl before plunging his saber into the throat of the infected holding onto his arm. Once freed, he turned it off as hunger began to gnaw at his belly. Turning off the saber, his nose twitched at a familiar scent. Something earthy, but now sweeter. Moving on his own, he began to make his way through the Diseased who were now uninterested in him now that he was like them.
Tumblr media
Dooku watched from security room, gaze following Anakin as he dropped further down in the factory before moving to call his Master. This surely would please him to have another Jedi fallen — in Dooku’s opinion perhaps one of the most important ones to destroy. The familiar hooded figure appeared on the holo, masking his annoyance with Dooku at sensing the loss of Anakin in the Force. “Yes, my apprentice?”
“It seems that young Skywalker has succumbed to the virus. He won’t be any trouble to us now.”
“Ah. How unfortunate. Ensure he isn’t harmed and prepare for my arrival.”
Giving a bow of his head, Dooku ended the call, making his way to exit before freezing at seeing Anakin’s form taking up the doorway. Unclipping his saber, Dooku ignited the red blade, watching as an inhuman growl erupted while Anakin made his way forwards. Dooku used his blade to ward him away, noting how significantly faster he was compared to the other infected.
Tumblr media
Ahsoka had made her way to the surface, darting her way across the sand towards the speeder as Obi-Wan noticed her. She hopped in as he drove by, breath heavy as she glanced around. “Where’s Anakin?”
“I don’t know, he hasn’t returned communication or come out of the factory. The longer we stay the more the infected will make their way out to find us. We can’t stay, Ahsoka. Not just the two of us.” It pained him to even think about leaving him behind, but he had felt the shift in the Force as well. He didn’t want to admit it to himself that Anakin was either infected or dead, but that was a reality they would have to face when they had more with them to further investigate.
Her lips pursed before she closed her eyes, settling in her chair,” I don’t sense him anymore.”
“… I know. We need more people with us before we can investigate it. I don’t want to wait either, but we can’t risk ourselves.”
He was right. She knew he was right. With only Windu and Yoda as the other Jedi alive, they needed to wait for the assistance from the clones before they could even try to reenter the factory. She wasn’t even sure they would win the war anymore either with how the resources seemed to shrivel up.
Tumblr media
The war certainly wouldn’t last any longer, not with Palpatine’s plan as he made his way to the factory. Of course, the war was engineered by himself to bring tensions only further and to break the Order more. Inhumane conditions for those saved, having to step away from the Jedi Code, and patiently grooming Anakin had all been carefully planned. Until now. With the easy genetic manipulation, he hoped that he could make Anakin more advanced than the most recent experiments run… but that was to be determined upon seeing Anakin. He hoped that his state wasn’t too irreparable — it would be a waste of him.
Anakin’s gaze was fixed on Dooku, and one could say by the grace of the Force he was able to stay more conscious than the others as he recognized the Sith. “You did this,” he growled out as he ignited his lightsaber again. Dooku’s eyes widened at the realization, using his blade to deflect a heavy hit from Anakin as he moved closer.
“You did this to yourself.”
He bared his teeth at him, eyes flashing he landed a powerful hit to cause the Count to stumble back. Anakin made his way closer, squaring his shoulders as his eyes stayed locked on him. Dooku attempted to make an escape before gloved fingers grasped onto his cloak to slam him against the wall as a choked sound came out. Fear was clear in his eyes before a swift swipe of blue caused his head to roll to the floor as Anakin let the body drop.
He knew who it was, and he was at least aware of what had happened in the factory, but the hunger was driving him far more than the memories. He had already been eating so irregularly from the war, often favoring sleep instead of a meal that being infected didn’t help him forget as he started to move fabric out of the way to expose the belly of the body to tear the flesh apart. Shoveling the warm meat into his mouth, the sweetness exploded on his tongue that he had smelled earlier. While devouring the body, his thoughts still felt rough, choppy. Sluggish even. His head snapped up when he heard metal creaking, blood dripping down his chin as more of the infected came attracted by the smell. Not that they ever made it within five feet of the body.
Sidious made his way through the compound after it was purged from the diseased by droids, slowly following as one led to the security room. “We found this.” Sidious looked into the room, hands folded in front of him neatly as he saw what flesh and bone remained of his apprentice, humming thoughtfully before his eyes slowly followed the blood trail to Anakin blacked out in the corner. Bodies of the infected that dared to get too close littered the floor as the heat only made the bloated bodies decompose faster. “Get him ready for the transportation to Mustafar… modifications must be made in the med bay.” The droid nodded, moving to get Anakin ready for transportation as the Sith Lord made his way closer cautiously. Crouching down, he could sense that he was barely noticeable in the Force, brows briefly furrowing in curiosity. Well, he certainly would be interesting to study.
Tumblr media
As Obi-Wan and Ahsoka returned to Naboo, they were soon met with Padmé as she looked between them confused at the absence of Anakin. Obi-Wan exhaled softly, voice soft,” I need to see Yoda and Windu; do you know where they are?”
“Where’s Anakin…?” She softly asked, looking between them as her brows furrow.
Ahsoka spoke instead, moving closer to her,” we got separated from him. We need to meet with Yoda and Windu to figure out what to do.” Gently holding onto her arm, Padmé couldn’t hide the fear that came to her features as she looked past them. Maker, keep him safe.
Obi-Wan moved closer to them,” let’s go inside. We need to decide what to do.” And confront the obvious.
When they had gathered everyone, Obi-Wan gave a report of what they had encountered, head absently shaking. “When we were broken apart, I don’t know where he went or what happened… but something did happen. I can’t sense him within the Force.”
Windu slowly exhales, lips pursing a moment as he nodded,” I sensed a shift while you were gone. I feared we lost all of you.” Padmé lingered near the doors, and Obi-Wan could sense her there, sighing softly as he settled back in his seat. “Padmé, come in.”
Yoda looked to the doors as one opened, and she slowly came in, movements slower as they took in her worry. Windu’s gaze glanced over the bump beneath her robes, unable to hide it at five months while she came to sit at the table. Obi-Wan spoke softly,” we’ll find him, Padmé. Hopefully, by then we can have a cure… it’s his, isn’t it?” He asked as he let his gaze briefly drop to her robes as she only looked down at the table with a slow nod.
She took a slow breath as she closed her eyes, shoulders falling as she gave a weak laugh. “He was so excited.” Shaking her head softly, she tried ignoring the familiar sting in the corner of her eyes as her throat felt tight. “Please, try to find him.”
Yoda and Windu looked to each other than somberly as Obi-Wan let out a soft breath,” I’m so sorry.”
Tumblr media
Mustafar was sweltering, the lava rivers snaking through its landscape as Palpatine arrived with Anakin taken to the medical bay of the facility. The concentration of the Dark Side had helped craft the virus, and the once ash forest lain region seemed nearly barren with the destruction caused by the Diseased. Following into the compound, he kept his hood up as he followed along the droids as one drew a blood sample from the blacked-out Jedi. While him becoming infected wasn’t in the original plan, perhaps it could be useful.
Looking to the lead droid as they entered an operating room, Palpatine made his way closer,” ensure he is in good health before proceeding with enhancements. I want him better than the previous strains — give him an inhibitor chip to control his hunger. Keep his consciousness intact.”
The droid listened while the demands were dealt, used to it by now with a nod,” the patient will be in full health before and after the procedures.” Only a nod was given in return as the Sith moved beside the Jedi, humming softly at the weakened signature. Had the virus incapacitated his Force abilities? That would be a question for later, perhaps his body was only weakened for the moment.
Tumblr media
Padmé’s shoulders felt heavy as she lingered at the table when the meeting had been dismissed to send a team to search the area. She put her head in her hand, trying to keep a steady breath as she fought back the tears again. A soft hand on her shoulder made her head lift, looking to see Ahsoka as she gave a soft smile while moving to sit down. “Hey… We’ll find him. Might take a while, but we will. He wouldn’t willingly leave you and the baby. How far are you?”
“Five months,” she murmured softly, letting her gaze fall back down as she let out a soft sigh, closing her eyes. “Who will be going to the factory?”
“Yoda, Obi-Wan, and a group of clones. Windu will be taking some clones on a trail of something as well.”
Nodding, Padmé let out a soft sigh,” and I’m sure you’re to stay here with me?”
“Yes. I am, but I wanted to. Until Obi-Wan returns, we can do something you want to do.”
“I don’t think I could focus on anything else even if I wanted to.” Shaking her head softly, she looked over to Ahsoka. “I just want him home again.”
Tumblr media
Waking abruptly as his skull was slowly carved open, Anakin’s heart monitor shot up as the droid stopped and pulled back. His eyes darted around the metal flooring in front of him as he was on his belly, brows furrowing as he tried to understand what was happening.
“Ah, you are finally awake. BN-93, alert Lord Sidious.” Another beep echoed out as Anakin tried to move but found his right mechanical arm had been removed and his physical body couldn’t move no matter how much he tried. The droid moved back to hold his head in place as the tool started back up,” You will not be able to move until permitted.” His eyes widened as he felt the sharp pain again from the saw, letting out inhuman growls as Palpatine made his way in. His hood covered his features again, moving closer to stand near Anakin. A hand gently moved to rest on his shoulder, giving a soft, reassuring pat.
“Be still, my friend. This is to help you with your hunger. If you want to be near your wife, you need to be able to stop yourself from feeding off her or the baby.” He wasn’t going to see them again; it was one lie after another as Anakin’s mind stilled at the mention of Padmé. The droid removed the piece of his skull to expose the fleshy ridges beneath, humming absently as it removed the organic covered chip from the small dish before implanting it. A yelp escaped as metal prongs dug into his brain, his skull was set back and sealed after the droid hit a switch. Getting the skin back over the wound, the droid flipped the switch again to regenerate a fresh pink scar along the seam.
Palpatine watched as the skin was closed and prodded at to check the skin. “It is healed over.” The droid looked to Palpatine then,” but enhancements and chip procedures have been completed. He is better than the last viral strain and should produce similar results in those who he infects.”
“Make him non transmissible. He does not need to be spreading the virus.”
The droid moved to the table strewn with various supplies, grabbing a syringe from it with teal liquid. “We anticipated that and prepared the needed solution. He will not be able to infect others,” the droid came back to him, rubbing his shoulder with alcohol before injecting the mixture. “It will take forty-eight hours to be fully effective.”
“Very well. Let him sit up.”
The restraints on him were cleared up after the droid absently hit buttons on a console, and Anakin slowly sat up, rolling his shoulder absently. He looked over to Palpatine, voice low,” you’re the Sith Lord.”
“I am, and with the power I can give you, you can help save your wife. I know how worried you are of her, Anakin. It’s admirable.” He came closer with the first layer of the robes in hand, offering it to him. Cautiously taking it, Anakin pulled it on slowly and carefully as he glanced over to him,” what power?”
“The power to defy death itself. You’ll be able to protect her or bring her back if needed.”
“Is that what the virus is?”
“No, the virus is something else. Mostly my own experiments. Through the Dark Side you can achieve a power greater than this. You can prevent your vision from becoming true… but you must remember, my boy, they abandoned you on Geonosis.”
“They… did?” He tried to remember, but he couldn’t as he stood up, glancing over to him. He didn’t know if he was lying, but he couldn’t risk taking the loss if he wasn’t. Not when he couldn’t live without Padmé.
“They did,” Palpatine held his hands behind his own back as he moved to the window to oversee the compound. “With the Jedi holding the Diseased and selling them off when there is a bounty, I doubt that they would treat you with warmth and love. I fear they might try to send you back to Tatooine.”
Pausing, Anakin looked over to him,” Tatooine?”
Looking back to him, Palpatine nodded,” yes. They already fear you and your abilities. You’ve told me yourself that they hold your potential back. Knowing that you’ve become infected, they will not let you see the sunlight again. It would be a smear on the reputation of the Jedi. If you study under me, then I will make sure you’re never held back. Your abilities will flourish with the Dark Side, Anakin. You will become much more powerful than you can with them.”
The risk was too much. He couldn’t lose her, and he wouldn’t be able to live with himself if he had a way to save her but didn’t. Letting his eyes return to Palpatine, he nodded. “I will study under you. I will learn the ways of the Sith.”
Moving to grab the cybernetic from its resting place, he moved to help him reattach it. Anakin was still wary, but the aid had to mean something good. “Good. Then you will be known as Darth Vader.” He didn’t care for Anakin’s well-being — he never truly did. He just wanted to use his power for his own design.
When the arm got back online, he moved the fingers absently before readjusting his first layer of his robes. After finishing his dressing, he followed behind Palpatine as he walked out of the med bay. “I’ve sensed something approaching in the Force. I doubt that we will be alone for much longer.”
Looking out at the loading dock, Anakin recognized Windu’s ship as he soon exited. He tried to make sense of it, his mind still a bit foggy from being infected as he glanced to Palpatine who seemed to frown at the arrival. “He’s come to take you, I presume.”
Tumblr media
Obi-Wan was in the passenger side as Cody piloted Yoda and the clones towards the factory, pausing as he heard garbled communications starting to come through. His brows furrowed as he glanced to Yoda, listening to the broken words from Windu.
“Anakin…. Mustafar…. Sith…” The last audio from it was a horrified scream before it cut off, and Obi-Wan looked to Yoda as another shift in the Force rippled through. “Cody, set us back on course to Naboo immediately.”
“Right away, sir.”

Okay so this post by @stagbeetleboy got me fr thinking about Sidious’ training. We don’t know much about it.
Now, we know from other sith masters and their apprentices that sith training is grueling so you would think “okay sith training isn’t fun, why is sidious hung up on Plaguies choking him with the force once?”
Dawg, hear me out, what if Plaguies gave Sidious more of a “yeh it’ll be difficult but I won’t completely crush your whole spirit” type training because he knew Sidious would possibly snitch on him if he felt like he didn’t wanna be a Sith Lord anymore.
Like Plaguies is some old alien banker man in high society. Sidious is some human young man noble. All Sidious would have to do is be like
“Hego Demask influenced me into killing my family so that I could become apart of his sith order club😪I’m so sorry I don’t want to be sith 😢I was only 17 and didn’t know what I was doing😔jedi please help me”
And it’s a wrap for Plaguies. The Jedi and republic on him just like they were when anakin told them Sidious was Sidious.
Whether or not Sidious believes that is irrelevant. You would have master yoda feeling bad for this mf not knowing that if it went a different way, Sidious would be destroying his whole shit.
Like all it takes is one bad training week, Sidious getting his young man pride and ego hurt, and Plaguies turning his back for one second and Sidious bringing the whole Jedi order and republic over.
We see how flippantly the Jedi act when the Sith Lord thing is brought up.
If these people would literally try to take Sidious in DOA after a he-said-she-said situation, I highly doubt they wouldn’t take a “early 20s Sheev Palpatine telling the Jedi order Plaguies’ identity and framing himself as the victim” claim equally serious.
Just a thought tho

Redemption - Anakin Skywalker x Reader
Tumblr media
“If you’re up for ideas, I have one for Anakin Skywalker! The reader is under his training and they end up gaining feelings for each other. When Anakin is slowly turning to the dark side, he begins having nightmares about the future. His last dream was about the reader in TROS. In the dream, he saw that Palpatine returns and tries to lure her into the dark side. He had the same vision as Rey did when she saw herself joining the dark side, only this time, it was the reader instead of Rey. He wakes up after she says, “Don’t be afraid of who you really are.” That’s what stops him from going to the dark side.” REQ: @originalposter96
Warnings: Slight angst
Words: 2k
Extra info: The majority of this takes place in third person POV but in Anakin’s dream. On occasion it’ll be confusing cause there’s two Anakins.. one in the dream and the one dreaming it. But just keep in mind that anything italicized is the dream, and anything not is real life. italicized bold are Ani’s thoughts. I added onto the idea to include more of Ani’s downfall, so I hope it’s what you had in mind!
~*~
The Clone Wars were dark times. Death and destruction across the entire galaxy - murder and mayhem in every corner. The Jedi were doing all they could to stop the Separatists and Count Dooku, but they could only do so much.
It seemed that, almost every battle, they would lose another Jedi Master. Of course, this was painful to say goodbye to a friend and fellow Jedi, but it hurt nobody more than it hurt Y/n L/n.
Young Y/n had been trained since she was 7 years old. She was a young orphan - and her parents were criminals. To say that the Jedi saved her life was to say the least.
Her first Master, Master Yindos, was the one who originally found her. She brought her to the Jedi Temple where the Masters agreed to start her training, since the Force was so strong with her.
Sadly, when Y/n was 14 Master Yindos was killed by Dooku during the battle to rescue Padme Amidala, Anakin Skywalker, and Obi Wan Kenobi. She had to be reassigned to a new Jedi Master, Master Ornell, whom trained her until she was 17. He sadly was killed as well during the beginning Clone Wars.
Y/n felt cursed. Each of the Masters she had both met the same fate - Masters Yindos and Ornell had both died. She begged and pleaded for Master Yoda to not give her a new Master, and to let her train to join the Jedi Service Corps. Instead, he assigned her a new Master - Master Skywalker.
Although Anakin was very adamant to accept a Padawan, he eventually warmed up to her quickly and the two became inseparable. Of course, the two of them being only a few years apart in age did complicate things a bit - because both of them thought the other was very attractive.
It wasn’t until the first time Anakin saved her from dying that they realized their feelings for each other. They tried to hide them - but eventually gave up and decided to date in secret instead.
And now, for almost a year, everything was perfect. Y/n felt that the curse had been lifted and she would finally become a Jedi Knight with Anakin as her Master.
Everything had continued to stay perfect - until Anakin’s infamous nightmares started to come back, and he started to become suspiciously close with Chancellor Palpatine.
He’d lay awake at night for hours after one, trying to figure out what they meant. After his mother’s death, any dream he had he took very literal. He wasn’t going to risk any more lives if something happened in his dreams anymore.
One night, Anakin thought he was having what seemed like a peaceful dream. But it felt different. It felt... foreign. And he wasn’t sure why.
“The wayfinder has got to be here somewhere...” a foreign voice said. “I know. I just don’t know where it could be,” Y/n replied to her. Anakin turned around and saw Y/n standing with a young girl who he did not know the name of. She wore what was reminiscent of a Jedi’s clothing, so he assumed it was a Jedi.
“I think I found something,” Anakin spoke, turning back around to a hallway from the strange ruins he was at. “I’ll go down with you, Anakin. I think the command center is down that way...” the girl spoke, nodding for Anakin to come with her.
“Keep him safe, Rey,” Y/n nudged “Rey” and she laughed lightly. “Don’t worry...” she pulled out her lightsaber and Anakin’s eyes widened.
She had his lightsaber. He touched his lightsaber hilt and picked it up, realizing it was the same as his. How could she have his lightsaber?
“He’s safe with me,” she smiled and attached it back to her hip. “C’mon.”
Anakin turned to Y/n, “Are you going to be alright angel?” he asked her, afraid to leave her. She nodded, giving him a thumbs up, “I’m fine! It’s just the ruins of the Death Star, Anakin. Everyone who worked here is long dead.”
Anakin nodded and reluctantly followed Rey.
Y/n hummed to herself softly as she looked around the dark, cold ruins when she passed by a triangular object. She gasped lowly and walked forward, grabbing it from it’s invisible hold and moved it between her fingers. She grinned, about ready to shout to Rey and Anakin when she heard a lightsaber ignite. She turned around and froze still in place, barely able to believe what she saw in front of her.
She saw herself - wrapped in a black cloak wielding a dual-edged lightsaber, smirking. She twirled the lightsaber between her fingers before speaking simply, “Y/n... don’t be afraid of who you are.”
She dropped the Wayfinder and instantly brought out her lightsaber as the dark version of herself swung to attack, blocking it. The two started dueling with each other, blocking over and over until finally Dark Y/n pins the other version of her against a wall, holding the saber threateningly close to her throat.
She struggled against her grasp as a she heard the labored machine-like breathing of a dark, looking figure. He stayed hidden in the shadows behind Dark Y/n and crossed his arms, “Good job, my sweet apprentice,” he spoke lowly. “We shall take her to the Emperor.”
“Think she knows who you are yet?” Dark Y/n smirked. Y/n gulped, what if this was the Sith Lord?
“I would hope so...” he answered, walking into the light. The tall, cloaked man stood beside Dark Rey and the sight of him fully sent chills down her spine. Half of his mask was broken, revealing half of the face of the wearer. “I would hope she would know her own husband.”
Y/n struggled more and Dark Y/n pressed the saber closer to her skin, starting to burn her neck slowly, “A-Anakin-!” she shouted, completely confused as to why her husband looked like that.
“What did you do? What happened to you?!” she choked out, screaming in pain from the burning. Anakin rest his hand on Dark Y/n’s shoulder and she moved the saber away.
“Like I said, Y/n. Don’t be afraid of who you are,” she spoke again.
Instantly, Anakin’s vision began to blur. All around him the Death Star ruins began to disappear and everything became hazy, but the loud mechanical breathing of the Dark Side Anakin blared in his ears.
The sceneries quickly switched and he was on Mustafar, alongside Y/n and Obi Wan.
“I don’t know you anymore. Anakin, you’re breaking my heart!” Y/n started to cry, “You’re going down a path I can’t follow!”
“Because of Obi Wan?” Anakin replied. He was so... angry. Anakin didn’t know why, and it scared him. He hadn’t been this angry since his mother died.
“Because of what you’ve done! What you plan to do! Stop now, and come back! Please! I love you...” her voice was so broken, so worried and scared that it frightened him. What could he have done that caused her this much pain?
The Anakin that’s stood in front of her snapped once he noticed Obi Wan Kenobi from the ship behind them, “LIAR! You’re with him! You brought him here to kill me!”
“No, Anakin-“ she started to say, then she squealed when she was lifted up and started choking. “N-NO!”
Anakin tried to scream but he couldn’t. He was frozen in place watching him choke his lover.
Then, the scenery changed again, and this time he was in a metal room with robots surrounding him. Instead this time he wasn’t a spectator in the dream - he was looking through the eyes of a charred man, laying on an operating table.
Anakin tried to look around but he couldn’t - then suddenly a searing pain ripped through his entire body. He screamed and started to flail around the best he could, but he was strapped down. He was able to look down for a moment and saw his legs had been chopped off - and replaced with metal legs. His arms were both robotic, and his head felt dizzy from all the pain he experienced at once.
He felt it all - every tool drilling through his skin, every piece of charred skin being ripped off. He felt everything.
Even after that tormenting, it did not prepare him for what came next. He looked up and saw a black mask get lowered down onto him. He tried to move but he was immobile, and the mask drew closer to him.
It covered his face and before it could lock he mustered all his strength to scream out, “Y/N HELP ME!”
But it was too late. The mask sealed, and the same horrifying mechanical breathing from earlier emitted from the mask. Anakin had just become Darth Vader.
Then, as quickly as he arrived, the world around him began to disappear again. Everything grew hazy.
Anakin tossed and he turned until suddenly, “NO!” Anakin screamed, sitting up and breathing heavily. “T-that can’t be true...” he ran his fingers through his hair and sighed heavily, “i-it cant be...”
Y/n ran back into their bedroom, fixing her robe when she saw his panicked face. “Ani? Sweetheart, what’s wrong? I heard you screaming...” she walked over and sat beside him, resting her hand on his thigh gently.
He sighed heavily and pulled her into a tight hug, fighting back tears, “I know what I have to do now.” he moved away and cupped her face with his hands, stroking her cheek gently as he looked at her with a worried expression, “I know you know I’ve been different. And I’m ready to talk about why.”
“Anakin, you’re scaring me...” Y/n frowned, holding onto his hand, “Whats going on?”
“I... started to be tempted. To fall into the Dark Side,” Anakin looked down, barely able to look her in the eyes now. “Because I wanted the power to save you from dying. Chancellor Palpatine had promised me that he would teach me that power, and he revealed himself to me as being the Sith Lord. It was him the entire time...” he sighed.
“Oh my God...” Y/n was stunned, “What are we going to do? He has total power over the Senate!”
“We’ll worry about that later, my angel. What’s important right now is the fact that I was almost fully seduced to the dark side, blinded by his lies... and the dream I just had made me realize that.”
“What happened in the dream?” she scanned his blue eyes, and noticed how scared and worn out he looked.
“You and I were looking for something called a Wayfinder. We had to go to a ruined spaceship called the Death Star to find it, and we were accompanied by a young Jedi named Rey. You found the Wayfinder, and you saw an evil version of yourself. She fought you and almost...” he looked down, taking a deep breath, “she almost killed you. And then a man in a black suit came out. He was so cold... so evil,” he winced, “...and he was me.”
“Anakin-“
“Then... I-I choked you. Nearly to death. I think, I think I did kill you, actually,” Anakin gripped the sheets with his metal hand, sighing. “I cant put you through that pain to watch me turn into a monster. I won’t let myself go down that path, and you too.” he held her hands and squeezed them gently, “I love you too much to let both of us go down a dark path.”
“Anakin, I promise none of that would ever happen.” she smiled and pressed a soft, gentle kiss to his lips, “You won’t lose me to the dark side. And you won’t ever turn into a monster, Ani. I promise.”
He nodded and simply held her close to his chest, all the thoughts he had about joining the Chancellor fading away. That dream made him realize how evil the dark side really was - and all his recent dreams made sense now.
Rey was a recurring character throughout them, as were strange people by the names of Luke, Leia, and Kylo Ren. Their stories were affected by Anakin’s choice to become that man, and he was going to make it absolutely certain that he would never, ever turn into that monster.

                                                Minors DNI!
Tumblr media
My steps were silent as I made my way down the halls of the Temple to his room. My thick robes wrapped around me were warm, but not comforting, not like he was.
He was my greatest joy in life, and I often found myself wishing we weren’t sworn Jedi, wishing he and I could be more than friends, more than fellows in the Order. More.
It was my greatest joy, and my greatest shame…
My knuckles tapped quietly against his door, I knew he’d be awake still, probably studying a Holorcron or some old book.
His door opened and I was met by his concerned azure gaze a few seconds later. “(Y/n)? It’s late, Little One.” He said quietly, though there was no irritation behind it.
His voice never failed to make my heart jump in my chest.
“I had another nightmare…” Was all I had to say, and he was opening his door to let me in, locking it behind me, not for fear of someone walking in, but for my own peace of mind.
He was so used to my appearances at his door that at this point he didn’t even try to turn me away. He did once and it ended with me falling asleep in the Archives to avoid going back to bed.
He sat down on his bed and gestured for me to sit with him, wrapping his arms around me once I had. “Do you want to talk about it?” He questioned softly; his concern rang in my heart.
I shook my head. “It’s the same as it always is…Darkness, fear…pain…I’ve talked to Master Yoda about it and he says I need to meditate on it more, it could just be stress. But it doesn’t help. I can’t focus…” I answered tiredly as I rested my head on his shoulder.
“I’d suggest training to relieve the stress, but that tends to be stressful itself.” He sighed, his large hand coming up to pet over my hair soothingly.
“I can think of other ways to relieve stress…” I thought but didn’t dare say.
He gave me a squeeze and stood. “Get some more rest.” He ordered before going back to his desk, where I saw a Holocron sitting.
“What are you studying?” I asked as I laid down.
“Premonitions through the Force, I’m looking for techniques to control it…” He answered as he opened the Holocron.
I nodded, though I knew he couldn’t see me. I hoped that that wasn’t what was happening to me. If so, I wouldn’t be able to look at Anakin the same way ever again.
Letting my eye drift closed and slipping off into darkness, I was thankful that no more nightmares would plague me that night.
A while later I woke to the sight of him sleeping next to me, his face was so peaceful, I don’t know how he did it, it made my heart clench.
I watched his lips, just slightly parted with his soft breaths, and wondered what it would be like to kiss those lips. To feel his facial hair brush my skin.
Before I knew it, I was pressing my lips to his with a touch so feather soft that I almost only felt his body heat.
But it was enough to wake him because when I opened my eyes, I was met with his looking back at me with shock and confusion, and something else I couldn’t name.
“(Y/N)…?” He murmured with sleepy confusion.
My chest clenched with regret as I sat up. “I’m sorry…” I said murmured as I bolted from his bed and made for the door. I hadn’t even gotten the lock off when I felt his hand wrap around my wrist and turn me around.
I’d just barely processed that when his lips pressed to mine.
I froze.
When he pulled away and looked down at me. “What…?” I breathed, my mind spinning.
“I thought I was alone with these feelings…” He said as his large hands cupped my cheeks.
“Really…?” I whispered, praying this wasn’t some cruel, sweet, dream.
He nodded and pressed his forehead to mine gently before claiming my lips once more, his hands drifting down to my hips.
My hands flew to his hair, making it even more a mess than it was from sleep, something I’d always wanted to do.
I hadn’t noticed we were moving till my back was pressed to his door and my hands were pinned above my head as his lips attacked my neck, careful not to leave marks. “Leave it to us to have the same secret.” He murmured against my flushed flesh.
I whimpered and pressed back against him, desperate to feel him in any way I could.
He backed up and removed his shirt before pressing back into me, his hands gripping my hips. I nipped at his lips, asking ever so sweetly for entrance.
Our tongues tangled as I slipped my robes off, letting them fall to the floor silently, leaving only a thin sleep shirt separating our skin.
My fingers ran over his shoulders and my nails bit lightly into his skin.
His hands drifted slowly down from my hips to the backs of my thighs, and I only had a second to react when he lifted me, my legs wrapping securely around his hips.
He smirked at my surprised gasp and walked us back to his bed and laid me down, taking a moment to look down at me, his warm eyes full of love and desire. I took the chance to slip off my pants and toss them away.
Then he was there, hovering over me, his lips claiming mine once more before working their way down to my neck, his hot skin pressed to mine.
My nails raked down his back and pulled a sigh from him that fanned hotly across my skin, his beard scratching at my hypersensitive skin.
I softly pressed a hand to his chest so I could sit up and remove my undershirt, tossing it on the floor. Then he there again, one hand massaging one of my breasts while his lips lavished attention on the other and my hips ground against his wantonly as the shocks of pleasure moved southward.
Then I felt his hand leave my breast and slowly slip down my body to tease my core through my panties. He pulled back to look down at me, taking in my facial expressions. “May I…?” He whispered, his sapphire eyes smoldering down at me, as he slipped a fingertip under the hem.
I nodded and lifted my hips so he could pull them down my legs.
He sat back once they were off and looked at me, his eyes devouring me in all my naked glory and it made my skin feel all the hotter.
“Gorgeous…” He whispered reverently before his lips found mine again, but only for a moment before they were kissing their way down my neck, down my chest, down my stomach, coming to a stop at my thighs, where he applied gently pressure to coax them open for him. “So wet for me, Little One…” He said, using his nickname for me in the lewdest way possible, it sent a shiver through me.
Then his tongue was on me, and my hand was pressed to my mouth to keep the desperate sounds from escaping. “Obi…” I whimpered against my palm.
I almost couldn’t handle the things he was doing with that smart and dangerous mouth of his.
“Obi…Please…” I begged quietly.
“Please what, Little One? What do you want?” He teased gazing up at me.
“Please…I need you…” I begged, looking down at him, my eyes pleading.
His smirk was predatory as he kissed his way back up my body, his hips pressed flush to mine, and kissed me deeply, the taste of myself on his lips hotter than it had any right to be.
His eyes met mine in that serious manner that he had. “Are you sure?” He asked carefully, like he was scared to hurt me. But he didn’t just mean about the sex, he also meant was I sure about him.
I cupped his cheek and nodded. “Surer than I’ve ever been.” I promised.
He seemed relieved to hear that as he stood and took his trousers and underwear off before taking his place over me again. He took himself in his hand and pressed his tip to my entrance. “I love you, so very much.” He said before pressing in.
He held still for a few moments, both for me and himself, before setting a slow gentle pace. “Gods…So hot…” He breathed hotly next to my ear.
My nails dug into his flesh as I begged for more, his slow pace was sweet torture, but I needed more.
He smirked and slung my knees over his shoulders and set a harder, faster, pace that had him reaching places that I didn’t even know existed. It pulled a choked off cry from me that he swallowed with a kiss, his tongue twisting with mine desperately.
Soon I was fighting off that ever so urging coil in my belly that just begged to break, and he smirked down at me. “You’re getting tighter…” He breathed, teasing, his eyes rolling back for a second at the sensation. “Look at me…Let me see you come undone…” He ordered, slowing slightly till I complied.
I had to fight to obey but when I managed it I was met with the glorious sight of every muscle in his abdomen and arms flexed in effort, his hair mussed and sticking to his forehead with sweat, and his eyes filled with so much love and desire that it was almost too much for me.
Not even three trusts later I was overcome with ecstasy and my world went white and all my nerves lit up like electricity.
He followed one thrust later and I could feel him fill me up, but I couldn’t find it in me to care.
I don’t know how long we stayed like that, unable to tell where I ended and he began, too wrapped up in us. Nothing but pure force and love.
He pulled out and lay next to me, dragging me closer to him and pulling me back to reality as I looked up at him, memorizing everything about him in this moment. The way his auburn hair stuck out wildly, the way his flushed skin glistened with sweat, the way his smiled softly down at me.
“You’re staring…” He teased.
“I’m gazing, there’s a difference.” I replied just as teasing.
He shifted lightly and ran his fingers through my hair. “How do you feel?” He asked sweetly.
“Good...” I breathed blissfully, shifting my hips slightly only to wince as I felt his spend coming free. “Messy.” He chuckled at that and pressed a kiss to my forehead.
“Wait here.” He said softly as he stood and disappeared into his private restroom for a minute and then returned with a damp rag and a glass of water in hand.
He handed me the glass of water. “Drink.” He ordered softly before taking the wet rag and gently cleaning me up. I jumped a little at the sensation on my oversensitive flesh but soon relaxed.
Once the glass was half empty, I offered it back to him. “Drink.” I mimicked his order teasingly. He smirked and took the glass, draining it and setting it aside before laying back down and pulling me with him.
“I love you, Obi…” I murmured in the silence of the room.
“I love you too, (Y/n).” He whispered back as he kissed my forehead.
We slipped into sleep without a single thought of what tomorrow would bring.

The Code-(Obi-Wan Kenobi)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Characters: Mace Windu, Yoda, Padmé Amidala, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and (Y/N)
Pairing: Obi-Wan Kenobi x Reader
Warnings: Obviously breaking the Code, the Code later gets eradicated(for the sake of this story, I know it’s unrealistic but it’s fanfic let me be)
Word Count: 3065
Summary: What happens when Obi-Wan gets the courage to invite (Y/N) to a fancy event held by the Congress? And what happens when the one rule that’s keeping them apart is abolished?
Across the Glaxies, it was a well-known fact that Anakin and (Y/N) Skywalker, the hellish pair of twins, were a force to be reckoned with. Whilst Anakin had the strength, the undeniably terrifying strength, (Y/N) had the brains. She was regarded as the smartest padawan around, her intelligence and wisdom  bordering the one of Master Yoda himself. Though that’s not to say that Anakin isn’t cunning, and (Y/N) isn’t a killed fighter. But the twins balance each other out well. And that’s something Obi-Wan Kenobi first noticed when he saved them from slavery on the planet Tatooine. He watched the two flourist over the years, as he himself trained Anakin and Master Windu trained (Y/N). And over the years, he watched himself slowly break the code, slowly fall in love.
“You know, you’re way too smart for your own good.” Anakin grins over at his twin as he once again finds her in the library, reading something from the datapad, not an uncommon sight. You could ask the girl the most obscure question and she’d still give you a straight answer within seconds. And Anakin always admired that about his sister.
“It would benefit you if you hit the books once in a while too.” She teases him with a smirk, knowing fine well her brother would much rather be out fighting than reading.
“Is there a particular reason you’re here?” (Y/N) asks, brows raised. Anakin’s supposed to be training with his Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi right now. Just the thought of that man makes (Y/N) want to smile.
Being a padawan, a future Jedi, feelings are forbidden and should be repressed. Like the feeling she gets whenever he says her name, it rolls off his tongue with such ease  that it often leaves her breathless. Or the feelings she gets when her of Master isn’t able to train her so she trains with her brother and Obi-wan. But (Y/N) has never been one to obey the rules.
“That tongue of yours is going to get you in trouble one day. But yes, there is going to be a grand meeting tonight, something like a ball, and Obi-Wan asked me if you would be interested in attending. He’d pick us both up.” Anakin grins at his sister, younger by four minutes, knowing fine well that just by mentioning Obi-Wan’s name would be enough for her to make up her mind.
(Y/N)s eyes widen a little. Did Anakin’s Master actually request her specifically to join them at the dinner? ‘Goodness, that leaves a few hours to get ready, I better go’ she thinks to herself as she quickly passes a few datapads to her brother, muttering a quick ‘I have to run’ before disappearing down the long hallways to the room of one person she knows can herlp her in this crisis, Padmé Amidala.
The frantic knocking on the door pulls Padmé out of her thoughts, which are mainly preoccupied with Anakin these days, and the senator rushes to open it. She’s surprised to find (Y/N) Skywalker, looking frantic and desperate.
“How can I help you? Is everything alright?” Padmé asks the girl as she pushes past her and walks into her room.
(Y/N) flashes a quick, guilty smile. “I’m so sorry to bother you and be such a burden, but I was hoping maybe you could help me.”
The Senator looks at the girl with raised eyebrows. The two weren’t the best of friends, yes they got along well but they never had much in common, apart from their mutual love for Anakin, which (Y/N) was well aware of.
“I need to dress to impress, and I was hoping I could borrow a dress?” (Y/N) asks as she plays with the hem of her sweater. Yes, she is aware of her brothers relationship with the former Queen, but it still feels weird asking for a favour. She’s still royalty to her.
Padmé smiles a little, catching on to why her friend is fretting so much. Anakin did mention a connection he felt between his sister and his Master. She just didn’t think it would be so strong.
“Of course, follow me. I have just the right dress in mind.” She smiles at (Y/N) before intertwining their arms and dragging her to her closet for the epic makeover to begin.
“Right, I’m sure this dress would be illegal on some planets.” (Y/N) gawks at her reflection, now almost unrecognisable, if it weren’t for the lightsaber she has strapped to her hip.
(Y/N)s hair is curled, it cascades down her shoulders and frames her face, which is sporting eyeliner and bright red lips. The dress she’s wearing is long, with a slit up to her thigh and the front is low-cut, only complimented by a necklace with a mini skull pendant. And the heels are to die for.
Padmé admires her work with a huge grin. “Now, the dinner starts in a few minutes, so you better be off. I’m sure a certain someone will be expecting you.” The former queen claps her hands together as she ushers (Y/N) out of her room, the girl barely having enough time to argue that there isn’t a certain someone, never mind thanking the girl for giving her a makeover. But of course, she’d just be lying to herself if she said that this ensemble wasn’t intended to impress a certain Jedi.
(Y/N) makes it in time to her sleeping quarters to see Anakin and Obi-Wan just about to leave, thankfully they notice her just in time.
Obi-Wan has gotten used to his feelings towards (Y/N), he’s learned to repress them so he can focus on missions. But seeing the girl, no, woman, in front of him makes him feel all sorts of ways. The dress hugs all of her curves perfectly and even shows off parts of her he’s sure only she’s seen. But the Jedi Master wasn’t about to complain.
“What makes you think you’re going out dressed like that?” Anakin snaps Obi-Wan out of his thoughts and causes him to grin at the sibling exchange.
(Y/N) crosses her arms over her chests, unintentionally defining her assets more than they already were, as she raises an eyebrow at her brother.
“What makes you think you can command me?” She retorts. Next to Anakin, Obi-Wan tries his best to not look at the woman in front of him, because he knows the things she’s doing to him are wrong. But perhaps, if he lets himself feel, just for tonight...
“I’m older than you, so go change.” Anakin glares right back at his sister.
A small smirk tugs at her lips. She wasn’t too confident wearing this outfit, but knowing it pisses her brother off is yet another reason to wear it.
“And I’m more mature, so kindly keep you opinions to yourself and shove them up your-” Before (Y/N) can finish off, she’s interrupted by her twins Master.
“Please, this arguing isn’t improving anything. We’re late as it is.” Obi-Wan coughs and extends his arm out for (Y/N) to hold, as does Anakin. With a fluttering heart, she grabs a hold of the Jedi’s arm and rolls her eyes at her brother, but holds his arm nevertheless.
The three make their way to the grand room often left empty, and only used on special occasions. Though neither of the twins know what the special occasion is, they both look forward to attending this dinner. Each have been once before, and can confirm with ease that these events are extraordinary. The food is delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the Jedi’s let loose. Well, as loose as they can whilst still following the Code.
“You look wonderful today, (Y/N).” Obi-Wan smiles at the padawan next to him, the warmth from his eyes spreading to his heart. He’s tried to follow the Jedi Code, so hard in fact that there was a time where he shut (Y/N) out completely, but not even the most skilled and wise one would succeed. She’s his weakness, and though it took him a long time to admit it, it feels good now. Like weight has been lifted off his shoulders.
“Thank you, Master Kenobi. You don’t look too shabby yourself.” (Y/N) grins back at the Jedi Master and discreetly squeezes his arm, causing his heart to jump-start. But he hides the feeling, before either of the twins can pick up on it. They are the most promising of padawans, after all.
Anakin walks ahead and opens the door to the room, where many are mingling and laughter can be heard. Obi-Wan leads (Y/N) into the room with a small, but proud, smile as Anakin splits off to go talk to Padmé by the grand piano.
“Well, shall I leave you to mingle?” Obi-Wan asks the woman next to him with a small, polite smile. It’s the last thing he wants to do.
At those words, her heart sinks a little. She wanted to spend tonight by his side, talking to him and getting to know him better than she already does. Hell, he’s the reason she got all dressed up. But instead of letting go of his arm and striking up conversation with another Jedi or Senator she has no desire to talk to, she grips him a little tighter. Perhaps it’s the dress that’s given her the extra courage.
“I’d rather be with you, Master Kenobi. No offence to the Senate, but they can get rather boring.” (Y/N) chuckles and looks up at the man next to her. Obi-Wan isn’t the tallest of people, but even with her heels, she’s still smaller than him.
Obi-Wan reciprocates the smile and leads the two of them to the dance floor, where a few are already dancing to some classical music, including Padmé and Anakin. There is a trait that the older twin possesses that (Y/N) herself doesn’t. And that’s the ability to dance.
She looks up at her crush of many years in panic and the thought of just running away from the dance floor seems like a good idea.
“Master Kenobi, I-I don’t know how to dance.” She stutters as the two of them stop right in the middle. People dance around them gracefully, and she has to hold back a giggle when she sees her own mMaster dancing with a Senator.
“Darling (Y/N), how many times do I have to tell you to call me Obi-Wan? And don’t fret, I happen to be quite good.” The Jedi Master rolls his eyes before grinning cheekily and pulling the padawan closer. He wraps his hand around her waist, bringing her even closer, and with the other hand intertwines their fingers.
(Y/N)s mind races at light speed as Obi-Wan presses his body against hers and slowly starts to move rhythmically, though she thinks to herself, this music has no rhythm. She feels heat creep up her neck and onto her cheeks at the nickname the Jedi had given her.
The two sway from side to side, occasionally taking a few steps to this side and that. (Y/N) keeps her eyes on the ground, afraid that if she were to look directly at Obi-Wan, he’d be able to tell how deeply in love she is. How deeply wrong that is.
“May I ask you a question, (Y/N)?” Obi-Wan asks and briefly disconnects their hands so he can lift her face by her chin so she looks at him. As his eyes marvel upon her beauty, he gets a feeling of overwhelming adoration and longing. Her makeup, no doubt done by Padmé, makes her features stand out, and make her look even more mature than she already is. It truly is a gift for Obi-Wan to be in the presence of a woman so beautiful yet dangerous.
“You just did.” She grins and the Jedi rolls his eyes at her awful joke.
“Well then, another one?” He asks, his fingers drawing absentminded circles on the small of her back, causing shivers to tingle up her spine, unbeknown to him.
Once again, the padawan laughs. “You just did, again.”
Across the room, Padmé rests her hand discreetly on Anakins. As she gazes at (Y/N) and Obi-Wan, a small smile tugs at her lips.
“You can feel it too, can’t you?” She asks her secret lover of many months. Being together comes with a price, one that doesn’t let them be together in public, but if it means they can be together in the long run they’re more than willing to pay it.
Anakin bites the skin around his thumb in deep thought. “She loves him, that much is obvious. As wrong as it is, I’m not one to judge. But he loves her too, maybe more than he should. And it scares me. What if she gets hurt?” He ponders aloud, his girlfriend listening intently.
She takes a hold of the hand thats biting his thumb and slowly walks to the dance floor with him. The two mimic Obi-Wan and (Y/N) and begin to dance slowly.
“My love, she will get hurt. He will get hurt. It’s inevitable. But we should be happy for them. It’s rare when two people have a love that pure. It’s even rarer when the two people are in the position they are.” Padmé whispers to Anakin. He looks down at her, every part of him wanting to kiss her. She’s perfect. Instead of worrying about his twin, Anakin loses himself in Padmé’s eyes.
Obi-Wan once again rolls his eyes at the woman in his arms, so carefree and happy it makes him fill with joy. “If you could break the Code, even for a little while, what would you do?”
(Y/N)s heart skips a beat and she almost takes a step back in surprise at the question. But her eyes merely widen. Should he be asking these sorts of questions? Should she answer? If she were to be honest, he might distance himself. He may push her away and never even spare her a glance. But at the same time, she feels like the weight would be lifted off of her shoulders. Could she tell him? Should she?
(Y/N) steps closer to the Jedi and wraps her hands around his neck, a small smile playing on her lips. Just as the Jedi absentmindedly traces patterns on her back, she plays with the curls at the nape of his neck.
“Now, why would I tell a Jedi Master that?” She questions, a cheeky smile on her lips.
Obi-Wan grins down at the woman in his arms. She’s always been a mischievous one, a quality which almost deemed her unfit for a future Jedi, until Yoda convinced Windu to take her on. Though now Obi-Wan is beginning to wish that Yoda had assigned her to him for training.
The two sway in the rhythm, (Y/N) now comfortable with dancing since she has an amazing partner to lead her.
“If I tell you, will you return the favour”? The Jedi asks, a small smile of his own forming on his lips. Before either of them have a chance to say anything, they are interrupted by the loud, booming voice of Master Yoda, who’s had to adjust the microphone stand significantly so he can speak into the microphone.
“Very thankful I am for your presence, very important news I have to share.” The Masters wise voice intrigues the guests, which seem to have grown in size a great deal since they had arrived. As (Y/N) looks around, she sees that all Jedi are present, every padawan, every Senator. This makes her grow uneasy. What could possibly be important enough for all of these crucial people to be present?
Sensing her grow anxious, Obi-Wan discreetly takes a hold of her hand. Almost immediately, he can sense her getting calm. And it makes him think that he already knows the answer to his previous question.
“The Code, so very dear until now, partially eradicated will be. ‘There is no passion, there is serenity’ true no longer will be.” Yoda speaks into the microphone, and the words hit (Y/N) deeply.
This one rule of the Code she had followed almost religiously, despite hating it with all of her might. This one rule prevented her from acting on her love and adoration towards a certain bearded man. This rule almost broke her, and now it was being broken.
Obi-Wan almost faints, right then and there, as he hears the Master speak. This surely has to be a mistake. Out of all of the rules in the Jedi Code, that was the most treasured one. Why would they abandon it on a whim? That’s not to say that he wasn’t happy. The mere thought of being with (Y/N) excited him, almost to the point where it was ridiculous.
Master Windu replaces Yoda on the little stage and bends down to adjust the microphone stand to his height before he speaks, a rare smile on his face.
“It has been decided that this rule will no longer apply, effective immediately. We judge that the performance of Jedi’s and padawans alike will greatly improve by the abolition of this one rule.” The Master finishes, before music once again fills the air. And after a few brief seconds of silence, the entire room erupts into chatter.
Out of the corner of her eye, (Y/N) sees her twin brother kissing his girlfriend so passionately and fiercely it leaves her heart aching. What she wouldn’t do to be kissed like that by a certain bearded Jedi. But she’s tired of waiting. All she’s done in the last few years is wait.
She turns to Obi-Wan with a small smile, and sees he has one of his own. Her hands wind them self around his neck once again, but instead of keeping her distance, she leans in and presses a gentle, tentative kiss on the older mans lips.
An undeniable warmth fill both of them, one that they knew they were craving but was forbidden until mere seconds ago. And now that it’s allowed, neither want to stop. Neither want to let the other one go.
As they pull away, Obi-Wan gently caresses (Y/N)s face, admiration and determination filling his eyes.
“Does this answer your question?” She laughs lightly, before pulling the Jedi in for another kiss, this one more urgent and demanding than the one before.
From the other side of the room, Padmé smiles up at Anakin, who’s got his arm slung around her shoulder casually. “I told you, love. What they have is rare and beautiful. Now stop brooding and kiss me some more.”

Tabula Rasa AU - Could we see Obi-Wan flay the instructors? Or maybe Anakin hiding away in their rooms? Or Qui-Gon's next meeting with Obi-Wan? (And is Qui-Gon just that dense that he doesn't manage to sense the entire Temple's disapproval? Or has no one bothered to bring it up with him? Goodness knows he probably /is/ dense enough to miss the mood. Hopefully the meeting helps somewhat.)
@ladyteldra
Obi-Wan did not know what was worse, his headaches that he sported since awakening this morning, or the silently crying child on his bed.
“Anakin,” he said softly, reaching out to the blonde, who buried his face into the older male’s chest.
Jon-Ral was sitting nearby, unsure what to do. He had briefly told his Master about the accident that had transpired - Anakin had accidentally destroyed a statue that was at least as old as Master Yoda - and he had received the scolding of his life. Not only that, but a few insults had been thrown his way as well, though Obi-Wan was not sure if they had come from the Masters, or from others of his age.
Blue-green eyes met midnight blue ones and over their bond, the ginger haired Knight told his Padawan to call Qui-Gon. Someone with a lot more experience was needed here. In understanding did Jon-Ral nod and he quickly scrambled out of the bedroom, leaving Obi-Wan and Anakin alone.
“I know Anakin, this is hard… but I need you to calm down to tell me what exactly happened.” The blonde shook his head in denial, his tears were starting to wet the beige tunics of the older male.
“I don’t want to talk about what happened,” said Anakin. “I hate it here.”
“You ARE at fault as well, you know,” Obi-Wan was aware that these were hardly the words that the young Padawan wanted to hear, but those words needed to be said eventually. And somehow the ginger haired male had the feeling that NOW, was the perfect time to do so. “You arrogance, your false pride and the way you seem to see yourself above everyone else… that is the reason, why people don’t like you. That is the reason, why your agemates avoid you… were you more friendly to them, they would return your kindness.”
The now angry Padawan pulled away abruptly and while he glared evilly up into blue-green eyes, Obi-Wan returned the look calmly.
“It is the truth,” Obi-Wan continued, “and deep down, I am sure, that you know that.”
“What do you now of this?” spat the blonde. “Why would you even care? I was your replacement, you should hate me.”
“Hate you? Hate is not the Jedi way.”
“You just pretend to like me, don’t you? You hate me as well, like everybody else,” he would not listen.
Obi-Wan’s headache was getting worse. “If I truly hated you, why do you think did I scream at your instructor last week? I did not only do it for Jon-Ral,” he shook his head, “If you would just learn to look beyond your nose, you would see that the galaxy is not as bad as you might think.”
Whatever Anakin wanted to say, it was interrupted by the sound of a certain pair of footsteps. Obi-Wan did not need to look that Qui-Gon had arrived.
“Anakin?” he sounded worried as his eyes saw the tear-stained face and the angry flush on the boy’s cheeks.
“I think it would be best, if you give your Padawan some time to think and meditate, Master Jinn,” Obi-Wan cut in. “And while you do so, I would like to talk to you in private.”
Qui-Gon was obviously taken aback by the serious and demanding tone of his former Padawan. It took a moment, but then he nodded. “Padawan, return to your room and calm yourself, until I return.”
Defiance was clearly written on the blonde’s features, but Obi-Wan shot him a warning look and surprisingly, he gave in and left.
Fr a while, Obi-Wan remained sitting on his bed, with his legs crossed beneath him. He was staring at his wall, without really seeing the ugly beige tapestry.
“Obi-Wan?” the Knight in question flinched as a large and warm hand made contact with his shoulder. “Is everything alright?”
“That depends,” the accented voice began with a sigh, “There is so much going on and I don’t know where to start.”
“At the beginning,” Qui-Gon offered with amusement and he too, sat down on the soft mattress, so that their knees were touching. Obi-Wan barely kept himself from pulling away.
“There is none, not really.” He cleared his throat. “I want to talk to you about Anakin, but also about Jon-Ral and… and about myself as well.”
The long haired Jedi looked pensive for a moment. “Why don’t you start with yourself?” he suggested.
“That would be selfish,” replied Obi-Wan automatically.
“Then be selfish, just this once,” there was something in the deep baritone voice that made the younger male compliant.
“Alright,” he tilted his head back and stared at the dark blue ceiling. He had painted a couple of stars on it that would actually glow during the night. He had always loved gazing into the stars. “Then let me begin with… Naboo.”

Sup guys, who wants to see a movie about Obi Wan? Personnally, even if I LOVE the sith and the empire, Obi Wan will always be one of my favorite character in the entirety of the whole Star Wars franchise. So, recently, I decided to watch Stupendous Wave and Star Wars theory again and even if I find their videos very short, I still like them and I got inspiration from them. So yeah, Obi Wan as always been a fascinating character to me, he's not a perfect jedi because his master died and he's very flawed when it came to training Anakin. Also, like a lot of the jedi in the prequels, they are not good people, Mace Windu was way too agressive, Obi Wan was a little bit too attached to Anakin and in general, they were too much involved in the Clone Wars as Yoda said in the original trilogy. Anyway, I really like Obi Wan and I would REALLY like to see a movie about him, Ewan McGregor did an amazing jobs when it came to portraying him.
