a/n: I'm having a lot of fun writing this series!

You took a deep breath and stepped out of your carriage in front of the Cowper residence.

Closing your eyes and gathering strength, you straightened your shoulders and released all the pent up air in your chest.

"Are you alright, my dear?" your mama asked, taking your arm in hers.

You gave her your best smile, that still turned out small, and answered "I'm perfectly fine."

She didn't believe you, but nonetheless nodded. You both walked around the house and greeted people you knew on the way to the gardens.

Candles were lit, floral patterns were freshly painted on the grass, and everyone was dressed in varied tones of red, orange and black. The invitation had said it would be a blazing event and that the guests should dress in the hues of fire.

There was said to be a never before seen surprise to do with the theme at the end of the night, but many disapproved, thinking it was too provocative for a ball.

You had thought it might be fun and were very excited to see what this innovative surprise might be.

You abandoned your family greens for a burgundy dress that evening. Madame Delacroix had truly outdone herself with your dress this time. The light fabric along with your hanging sleeves made it look like your clothes were dancing with your every move.

"There are the Bridgertons." pointed your mama with a nod of her head.

Sure enough, you saw the whole family except for the little ones.

They spotted both of you as you made your way over. You smiled and curtsied politely, trying to avoid Anthony's gaze. He made it impossible when he took your hand in his and bowed to kiss it.

'Has he ever kissed her hand?' you wondered.

'Of course he has, he was already kissing her neck. He might have even kissed her lips.'

"How are you this evening?" he asked.

"Perfectly fine." you said, but your voice was too weak, pitch too high.

"Alright then, if that is all." Eloise took your arm in hers and started dragging you away "We will be on our way."

"Do not linger too far!" called out Violet, but the two of you were already gone.

You leaned closer to your friend and whispered "Thank you."

"You looked like you saw a ghost, I had you get you out." she answered, looking around.

You spotted Penelope in a corner grabbing a champagne flute from a passing servant and gestured to Eloise that you had found her.

"Ah."

The two of you walked towards her and she smiles when she spotted you.

"There you are! I was beginning to think I'd have to spend the rest of the night in the company of plants." she quipped.

"I wish I could have stayed home," huffed Eloise, crossing her arms and glaring at a gentleman who passed by looking at her "You know how much I despise these sordid events."

You chuckled and nudged her with your elbow "Are you not the least bit excited for this surprise they have planned?"

"I am excited to finish my book. I am excited to lay down in bed and sleep."

"What are you reading?" you asked, looking forward to the topic.

The three of you were the only women your age you knew that enjoyed reading. Most ladies of the ton found that improving your mind with extensive reading was not an accomplishment, but a waste of time.

'Men do not want a woman who has read Shakespeare, they want a wife who can entertain them with the pianoforte or their voice. Men want women who can embroider and paint, not someone to discuss politics with.' was what you had heard a gentleman saying while you were at the bookshop one time.

"Wuthering Heights." she answered excitedly.

"What is it about?" questioned Penelope before taking another sip of her champagne.

"Vengeance." she smiled.

"I am very much afraid of you sometimes." you said and Pen nodded.

"Thank you," she touched her heart "but, in all earnest, it is a very good book. The both of you should read it."

"Can I borrow your copy after I finish my current read?" smiled Pen.

"Of course, I shall drop it off as soon as I finish it. What are you reading now?"

"Pride and Prejudice." she said and you gasped.

"So am I!" you exclaimed excitedly, gaining a few disapproving looks from other guests.

"What do you think of Bingley? she asked with a smile and a slight flush to her cheeks.

"I think he reminds me a bit of Colin," you leaned closer to her ear "and you remind me a bit of Jane."

"Oh, hush." she chided, but her cheeks had turned crimson and she grinned "Do you really think so?"

"I do." you nodded and turned to Eloise "And you, my dear friend, are Elizabeth Bennet."

She rolled her eyes, but a smile tugged the corner of her lips. "And who might you be?"

"Me?" you stopped for a second to consider your options "Well, I suppose I must be poor Mr Collins."

They both laughed and everything seemed so normal. When you were like this with your friends, it was like all your troubles faded away.

You did not have to marry the man who betrayed you, you did not have to worry about taking one step out of line with the fear of having to be wed to the oldest man you knew, you did not feel nauseous and anxious like you had the rest of the day. With Eloise and Penelope, you could just be.

That feeling of peace faded all too quickly when Anthony appeared in front of you and bowed "May I have your first dance?"

All colour drained from your face and you had to clear your throat before answering "You may."

He wrote his name on your dance card next to the first song. A quadrille.

At least you would not spend the whole dance with him.

He offered you his arm and you took it, giving your friends one last glance. They tried to smile encouragingly, but it looked more like they were grimacing.

You took a deep breath as you stepped into position. Four couples, including yourselves, stood in rectangular formation. You and Anthony on one side, a married couple to your right, Philippa Featherington and Finch to your left, and Benedict with Cressida Cowper in front of you.

Your shoulders were hunched, your muscles tense. Anthony's hand felt cold in yours and you remembered how it had touched the opera singer.

Benedict locked eyes with you and his gaze was warm. His eyebrows furrowed and he mouthed "are you alright?"

You forced a smile and nodded just as the song started. He didn't look like he believed you, but didn't say anything else.

The string quartet continued as you turned to Anthony and bowed to each other, you repeated the same with Finch. While the couples at your side met in the centre and danced around one another, switching partners then back, you stayed in place.

Benedict continued looking worriedly at you and you gave him a small smile.

Anthony interrupted your silent communication when he leaned close to your ear and whispered "I have to talk to you. About us."

"Are you sure this is the right time?" you asked and inwardly cursed him for bringing this up.

"This is the perfect time." he said before taking you to the centre of the group.

You briefly grasped both of Benedict's hands before passing by him and meeting with Anthony again. He held your left hand on his and his right held your waist. You stayed that way as you walked around the couples.

"Have you received the flowers?" he asked, a hopeful look on his face.

Anthony had sent you roses after you left the house that morning. Your mother had said it was romantic, you thought it was generic.

"I have." you answered, nodding curtly at Philippa.

'Does he even know that my favourite flowers are tulips?' you contemplated sadly. 'I was so blind to think he loved me.'

"Good, good. And are they to your liking?" he probed and you contained an annoyed sigh.

"They are perfectly fine." you stated, looking anywhere else but him as you stepped into your starting place again.

"I know that you have not forgiven me for what I have done." he whispered solemnly.

Your eyes burned and you stared at Cressida's hem, the couples on each side of you switched partners.

'I will not talk about this, I will not cry in public, I will not make cause a scandal.' you repeated the words over and over in your head.

When you said nothing, he continued "I do not expect you to forgive me, but I would be grateful if you would give me a chance to explain."

"There is nothing to explain." you spat then took a deep breath to calm yourself "I already know everything."

"But you do not." he insisted "You do not know the half of it."

You scoffed "If that was merely half, I do not wish to know the rest at all."

Stepping forward once again, Anthony and Benedict switched partners. One hand on your waist and the other holding yours, he leaned forward and his lips brushed against your ear, breath tickling your neck.

"Save your next dance for me?" he whispered and chills ran down your spine.

"Yes." you nodded as you switched brothers again.

"If you will not let me explain," he said, alternating his feet in front of him to the rhythm of the quartet's melody "at least let me say that I will no longer be seeing Siena."

"I truly do not care." you said between your teeth, attempting to hide your anger behind a smile "Do what you will, it does not matter to me. Not anymore."

Anthony pulled your body flush to his by the waist, searching eyes boring deeply into your soul.

"You hate me." he stated gravely.

"I do not hate you." you sighed.

"You do, I have wronged you and you have every right to hate me. What I do not understand is why you are choosing to marry a man you now despise."

Your voice was small and desperate when you answered "It is not a choice, Anthony."

The song ended and you untangled yourself from him. You curtsied and turned to walk as far away from a furrow-browed Anthony as possible.

Can someone please explain to me what "soft feminine power" is? This is not a rhetoric question and I'm not being ironic, I genuinely do not know what that means. In my language we don't have the equivalent of this. There is no feminine or masculine power, there is only power, either you have it or you don't. If you are a woman in a patriarchal society you can gain power up to a certain level by using """""feminine""""" means, but that's not "soft feminine power" that's literally victimized, restrained women trying to survive with the means that they have left. It's not something one should glamorize or wish for. It is just a reality for some women. When Barbara Stanwyck in Baby Face, a woman forced to prostitute herself by her father since she was 14 yo finally gets away from him and starts having sex with men for her own profit and to forward her own interests in order to climb the social hierarchy, that's not "soft feminine power". That is what a woman had to do to survive. She sold her looks and her body and her nice words, she manipulated men and used them in every possible way in order to gain power, and she did. She didn't start a feminist revolution, no, she didn't take a gun. But there is nothing "soft" here, this is the very opposite of soft. This is an extremely determined person who is resilient and hard as a rock and cuts through life like a razor. There is nothing inherently feminine in this either. It's something that women had to do because of patriarchy yes, but it is not a "feminine" trait. What about all these men that sell sex to survive, because they are homeless or underage or immigrants or very weak for whatever reason? If you are at the bottom of the social ladder and don't have any direct power to do absolutely anything to improve your circumstances then you have got to find other indirect ways to do that and you need to use manipulation and exploit yourself and your looks in order to survive. It is a necessity. It is not hashtag soft feminine power. It is not something to wish for especially today in the sense that, oh, actually I don't want to be direct and forward with what I want and what I believe I deserve, I prefer using my "soft feminine power" instead. You don't know what the fuck you are talking about. "A lady's armour is courtesy" is not something that should be even remotely associated with hashtag "soft feminine power". It's just what Sansa has been told from birth and it's the only thing she values about herself or others. Our problem with Sansa isn't that we dislike "soft feminine power" it's that she was a bully and painfully superficial and self-absorbed and reactive and her vices as a character were one of the factors that caused the horrible ending of the first book and nothing about this is even remotely "soft" or "feminine" or "powerful" or even close to getting her any form of actual power. It is literally not about that. I want Sansa to actually grow as a person and her arc is already about that and her journey in KL was very important and kudos for her because she managed to survive but people's dislike on her has nothing to do with the fact that she keeps her "femininity" but for the particularly negative role she played in the narrative of the first book and the fact that apart from surviving, she hasn't offered much thematically or narratively, yet.

My point is, the phrase "soft feminine power" literally has no meaning and is either used to 1) glamorize the struggles of marginalized individuals to survive or 2) conceal actual character flaws like lack of backbone or extreme conformism.

Broken hearts and wounds run deep, do not expect to surrender fully immediately, Give yourself time to push the boundaries, learn to collaborate not compromise. This won’t just attract romantic love, this will improve all your relationships. Just little gestures that you remember them helps like “Was thinking about you, hope you are well” works just as well. This tells them they are on your mind, don’t be afraid to text or reach out first. This will be different for everyone. A good place to start this shift is to see how your parents/primary caregivers relationship affects your views about relationships, find what doesn’t align to your path to love.

My heart goes out to you, you believe that there isn’t enough love for you. You are the person who cheers up everyone and tells them to be optimistic, tells them that things can happen for them, but doesn’t believe them for yourself. You somewhere carry the belief that it can’t and it won’t happen for you. You are quite stubborn and set with this as well. Whenever you catch yourself feeling or thinking this just say “I have just as much chance for love as anyone else”. This is a good start, you might not believe it at first but keep repeating it. This is a good start as it doesn’t brew a romantic notion of life or is this pessimistic. It is simple, just straight up facts. You have as much chance. Your lack mindset might also be stopping other forms of abundance to enter your life as well. Surrender this belief and see the magic happening. I know that current world state, divorce rates and what not, do not let you dream of love but remember the media doesn’t show you the full story, there are people who love and loyalty have stood the test of time, you just don’t know about them.

The truth is you cannot control every variable and yes that does scare the shit out of you, but listen to me once: you do not control your heart, yet it beats and keeps you alive, you do not tell your lungs to breathe yet they do. The point is to get power or control you must first relinquish it, things will fall in place. Moreover surrender to the wisdom of your body, the healthier you are the more you attract love. If you feel uncomfortable/weak after meeting someone take note, you body gives you signs, you just need to listen, and this will happen once you relinquish control and try to stay physically, mentally and emotionally fit. These are interconnected. Small steps go a long way, all you need to do is surrender and listen to the signs, yes it is really that simple.

My thoughts on Spy x Family Chapter 79

So, as I've been more active on the SXF fandom and specially here on Tumblr, I thought I could make a short (spoiler: it was everything but short) post of every new chapter coming out. It's not really an in depth analysis, rather a personal view on the chapter as someone who is amazed by this manga and everything related to it, so let's go.

Quick disclaimer, before we start. I'm doing this in English, as I believe it's easier to reach out to others (rather than in Portuguese, my mother language), so, if you encounter some grammar or spelling mistakes, it's probably due to me being a bilingual mess, sorry about that.

I absolutely loved the fact that it was Sharon who noticed about Yor being more communicative with them (and it was her the one doing a lot of other things I will be mentioning here later) which really surprised me. It's really fun to see how the relationship of Yor and her colleagues are improving (and considering chapter 1 and 2, that was a hell of an improvement, specially Camilla).

Okay, I relate to Yor a lot. Mainly because I recognize someone with low self-esteem when I see it. And the fact that she believes it's a bother to be more communicative with others and apologized has got me, but I'm glad Sharon said what I was thinking (girl, you are a precious baby, why a bother?). It's also nice to see Sharon worrying about Anya.

This part is absolutely awesome. Sharon asking if Yor was coming with them, leaving Millie and Camilla surprised. It was definitely a first, as Millie said, so it got me even sadder when I realized that Yor was not at all expected to be invited, which makes me believe it's something that has happened before. And it happened a lot, her being left out by her colleagues. Totally breaks my heart (cause I believe Yor is a peanut and deserve to be protected, if you haven't noticed it yet), so I'm really glad to see some improvement.

I love the fact that she worries about calling Loid. Specially because she doesn't need to pretend for him, okay, sure, she wants to appear normal, to not be seen as an assassin, but with Loid her guard is getting down and down, which is very good (ship wise). I truly believe that her calling him wasn't for the looks, but due to her actually worrying about him or Anya waiting for her to have dinner. It's really cute.

She is so adorable, what the actual heck? Okay, moving on.

Someone pointed this out (I don't know who, I'm really sorry) about their drink glasses. While Yor has a quite small cocktail-ish glass, Millie, Sharon, and Camilla have big beer cups, which, again, is a detail. However, I absolutely love Endo's sense of detailing on this manga, to show Yor's weak for booze in subtle ways.

Yor immediately blushing after Camilla simply asks if her and Loid are getting along is pure gold. I truly believe it is not solely her drunk blushing (since it goes all over her face and chest sometimes, while on this she is blushing only on her cheeks). Then, Millie realizing it, puts more fire on it (poor Yor, yet go Millie, at least this time).

And Yor coming up with something that I value her for thinking about, which is a child perception of intimacy in her home, is awesome.

It's cute how she thinks that about Loid, it's actually quite cute. Something NOT CUTE is Camilla and Millie still thinking crap about Yor's marriage. Specifically Millie, she wants to tell Yor to dump her hubby, why tho? Is everyone in freaking Berlint wanting Loid? (can I judge them? Yes! But also no!). Girly Yor, I'm ready to be jealous and defensive for you.

Yes, Yor, he is absolutely perfect, he does everything. Can we, please, talk about the "why don't you take a hot bath?" part? No? Overreacting much? Okay.

Please, Yor, no one believes you hate everything about Roid. Opsie, Loid. It's pretty much the opposite, actually. Who are you trying to fool, girl?

I believe this bit is self-explanatory. I laughed so much my tummy hurt. No much else to say here. The incoherency of Yor's drunk mind had me rolling.

LOOK. AT. THAT. MAN! Woof. Is this how Loid is 24/7 on Yor's head? Cause, girl, I'm worried about you. Truly. Other than that, can we please talk about how comic is her with that knife? How non-threatening it looks? (I mean, kinda, look at those eyes).

No comment, they are being so nice here. I'm surprised by Millie, mostly. They can be good friends, it just takes a while and more intimacy to be built around them, I believe, hope I'm not wrong.

Poor Yor, not even a welcome home kiss? That's a valid statement, Sharon. You rock! Sharon is the number 1 twiyor fan and nothing can change my mind about it.

Her mind is so fried. Again, poor Yor!

Too many things happening here! First, Yor's colleagues recognizing she is actually fun to be around and probably Sharon suggesting that they should invite her out again some time. I'm truly happy about the end of this chapter, her co-workers wise, because It's such a big improvement. Yor would not communicate with them, and they would be so bitter with her (specially Millie and Camilla). Look how far we've got! That's some major improvement and I'm proud.

Now, to the most important thing ever of this chapter, the kiss attempt! Okay, a little before that, when Loid asked if she had a good time. Am I overreacting to the bare minimum, or there is something else about him? He is so adorable and such a great husband (for the mission). Look at that confused little face.

I bet all the 25 cents I have that Endo was cracking up drawing this face. I laughed way more than I should, oh, poor Yor

It's been 79 chapters, my folks, and we got a tiny bit of happiness. They are so adorable! Look at them? Kiss NOW. One thing I noticed is how big Loid is compared to Yor, look at his body, at that hand size difference. That's… Quite nice, it's all I'm going to say about it. (Is it hot in here? No? Okay).

The second bar is up and rising!

Even though Yor has a tremendous high tolerance to pain, I would not be surprised If she woke up to a big bulge in her head in the morning. And worse, probably she won't even remember a thing, which takes us to the scale zero again. Damn it, it's hard to see these two idiots realizing they are so in love for each other. However, this chapter was all my heart needed. We begged for twiyor, Endo laughed at us and prolonged our suffering. I want more of that, sir, if you don't mind.

My hope is Anya bringing up this on the breakfast morning. That would be quite interesting.

That's all, folks. It ain't much, but it's honest work. This turned out to be way longer than I expected, but also incredibly fun! Hope you guys had fun reading as well.

♥︎ chart everything. Cal logs, w3ight log daily never skip a day, never skip a count. Every cal counts, cuz even if u skip it, ur body won't. It also makes it easier to plan when ur gonna reach a w3ight and it's nice to see it all laid out. Also if ur ashamed to count the cals in something, u prob shouldn't be having it. This is why tracking is amazing, do it daily!!!

♥︎ omad is ur best friend. Treat it nicely. less then 1400cals is still a deficit. U can still lose.

♥︎ Learn about urself!!!! Learn about ur b1nge triggers, what makes u turn to food, learn what food u have no control over + how u can work to control urself around these, what motivates u to keep going with 4n4, etc... Learning more about urself. So then u can counteract those triggers and impulsiveness to eat!!! When u start to get cravings or mental hunger, Work out!!! replace b1ng1ng habits with stuff to actually improve ur body. It take 15+ days for a habit to form. Keep working with it until ur reaction to being hungry, or even thinking of f00d, should be to work out or go on a walk, etc... When u lose motivation, look at the reasons why u started in the first place. Who are u trying prove a point too?

♥︎ do not neglect ur vitamins. And don't be lazy, actually research what u specifically need. One thing will work for one person but won't do the exact same thing for another. So please know urself and get ur levels checked. (im currently being prescribed iron supplements cuz of my fainting issue. So please do ur research.♡)

♥︎ 3L of water a day. Never feel hungry again, always get full off of three bites whenever u do eat♡ also helps with skin, keeps u full and content through ur day. Generally, water is the best♡ If u struggle with getting ur water intake, every time u see ur water bottle/anything mentioning water/randomly remembering water exists. Chug it. U won't remember to drink the amount u should, so chug it.

♥︎ when u do eat, chug lots of water while u eat. Like 1.5L water when u eat. Make sure to chug lots in between bites. This makes the food move through ur system like it's nothing, make sure u have access to a toilet after. It'll be like 5-15mins when it all comes out. U can't control it♡ but hey ur not consuming as many cals as u would've!!! (I love this tip for whenever I b1ng3, makes u full aff and get what u b1nged on out♡)

♥︎ Work out!!! 1 lbs of muscle burns 100cals on top of ur BMR *the cals ur body burns to keep it functioning on a daily basis.* Trade fat for muscle, say goodbye to skinny fat (and if ur fat already ,actually fat not yall twiggys; this will help kinda customize ur body? if that makes sense. Like it's easier to shape fat into what u want ur body to be than it is to build off of a lean/skinny body. so if u wanna be slim thicc, work out!!) Working out should absolutely be part of ur daily life. Working out first thing in the morning and really waking up ur body, letting ur body function!! Work out a little bit through the day, cardio especially!! and then one major workout 3-4h after ur dinner. Wait 3-4h after eating to work out. It helps burn the cals instead of right after eating since u won't burn much. literally work out bruh, it'll help with everything so much. BE EXCITED TO WORK OUT ITS A PRIVILEGE AND U SHOULD BE THANKFUL FOR IT!!!!! the burn in ur lungs, the ache in ur body, is a proud sign. It means ur doing good. Don't wanna ache anymore? work out♡ Working out also acts as appetite repression for some people♡

♥︎ If u smoke weed and can't deal with munchies. Train urself not to be♡ Influence urself while high to crave sk1nn1!!! Train urself to instantly get up and start working out when ur high♡ this is amazing since I'm a stoner and dont like gettinh the munchies, training out my munchies was one of the easiest things to do. It just takes a little bit of time and discipline. But once they're out, they're gone♡ It's been two years since I did that and now I be working out hard-core while stoned lmfaoo It's possible♡ How to train urself, get high and force urself to work out, scroll endlessly through 3d tags and th1nsp0!!! these two really helped me. look at ur own pics and vids. In general just think a lot about ur w3ight. That's what really triggered my cravings and munchies away. (Plus with the anxiety of weed after not smoking, it causes me to not 3at and be hyper. So, cals burning and no appetite♡)

♥︎ If u want to b1nge. B1nge. Hate urself more to really prove to urself how much u deserve to feel this way. Hate urself more now? Good, why not eat one more bag of chips, eat eat eat!!! U wanted this, eat more u fucking pig. Cuz ur gonna b1nge regardless, as if ur gonna learn from the mistakes of the past. U know urself, you will b1nge, so why not get it over with and b1nge as much as u can rn, remind urself of how much u hate f00d, how much u hate urself. Get fatter♡ Keep gaining since this is the only way to motivate u for a couple of days. Just to repeat it all again, in like what? two days? lmfao u can't even make it to four days. ♥︎ ACT LIKE UR ALREADY AT UR UWG, 3at like ur at that goal. Would u at ur ugw 3at that? would u at ur ugw be sitting on ur ass rn? What would they be doing? Do it too. Start shrinking ur appetite and portions now, what? u think just cuz ur 🌟ving, ur automatically ur gonna be one of those th1n ppl that barely ever 3at, and when they do 3at its just a bite of something, then they're full. U think that's going to be u? with how much u eat when the fªst ends. Yeah, no. ain't gonna be u, So start working on it now♡

♥︎ Take every opportunity to burn more cals!!! You'd be surprised at many cals u burn by just taking every opportunity to burn. cleaning, even if ur just sitting in ur room. Move ur arms around, do laying down leg workouts, keep moving!!! Ppl have told me I'm more fun to be around when I'm just saying 'yes' to wherever someone wants to go. And everyone knows how much fªsting and restricting turns u into an asshole with no patience. So this works on balancing that attitude.

♥︎ one hour of cardio daily!!! no matter what. In general, getting in ur cardio is amazing, it helps so much with just feeling better. I love the runners high♡ Fall in love with the process, not just the results. Love 4n4 and 4n4 will do everything right for u♡

Standing tall next to them while they weigh a quarter of what u weigh, u can clearly see how toned their arms are compared to ur arm fat flapping in the wind next to them. U can see their toned body next to ur fat oozing out of ur clothes. How their clothes barely hold onto their body while ur suffocating in urs, trying to make urself as small as them when only ur an eyesore next their blessing figure.

♡ Ever wonder how many people are only friends with u to get to your beautiful sk1nny friend? How many people only had an interest in u to get on ur friend's good side? if they can see they treat u human, ur friend will love them♡ cuz everyone knows, fat people are only treated like human to impress others. So some reminders; 4n4 coaches aren't ur friend. They're just creeps who want n00ds from mentally ill people, especially from minors.

Tumblr, I've found to be the worsee for ppl preying on mentally ill ppl, minors especially. There are really no real 4n4 coaches unless they have 4n4 themselves. (but as always stay safe, and don't trust any of them. no matter what.) And ik a lot of yall don't listen and only wanna lose, so If ur gonna be stupid and trust 4n4 coaches, here's how; if ur minor never send pics, no matter what (it will count as €P, so just dont.) and if ur adult, do not send pics still. just because ur desperate does not make u easy access, personal p0rn for these creeps.. Never give real info about urself. Make up everything, including ur stats *if u don't already have them on ur acc* (this is to test them- the 'coaches'). If they are instantly asking for pics, BLOCK THEM, if they cant just accept things as they are from the beginning, BLOCK THEM, If they cant just accept ur stat w/o pics, BLOCK THEM. THEY ONLY WANT N00DS. There are many professional personal trainers who never see their clients but yet speak with them all the time. SO PICS ARENT NECESSARY. SRS PICS ARENT NEEDED FOR COACHES. STATS ALONE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH!!! . If they are focused on anything else but weight, f00d habits/plans, work-outs, and listening to you!! Its extremely helpful to learn from the past. What you've done in the past to lose, but something didn't work or went wrong. If they dont care to listen and only wanna speak like they know everything about u already. BLOCK THEM, or if they start getting side tracked with u, BLOCK THEM. 4N4 COACHES ARENT UR FRIENDSS, They are just supposed to help u get to ur goal. Treat them like a doc check up, they help u form a plan that u both form together, its a plan that is based on u, not on them, based on ur activities and eating habits, etc.. this plan is for u, built off of u. Once the plan is good enough, where u feel confident about actually going to go through with it, do it for a week, and then check in at the end of the week. there shouldn't be daily talking or talking about anything other than how the plan is working, what u can work on for the next week, what ur goal for the end of the week is. If the plan needs to tweeked, if something is not working, how u feel!!! Never neglect how u feel cuz w3ight loss does affect ur emotions (and neglecting ur feelings will only cause u to turn to f00d, b1ng1ng) etc.. it should always be about how ur feeling with everything and what u feel like should be done next. Do not get attached to the coach OMFGG. Do not, Ur setting urself up for failure. And if ur not seeing anything different with urself but ur just getting asked to be showing off ur bones (especially ur hips, ribs, chest!!! and private areas. These places are easiest to be like "show more" or they start throwing m3ansp0 at u to get u to send n00ds.) or progressively getting asked about sending naked b0dy ch3cks. BLOCK THEMM. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND ENERGY ON SOMEONE WHEN U COULD BE LOSING INSTEAD!!!! No one is worth possibly gaining or b1ng1ng for.

You can lose just fine on ur own, the only person who's stopping u, is u. You can find ways to sneak past the guards of people. manipulation and lying is second nature for rexies♡ You got this!!!

HIGH RECOMMEND JOINING 4n4 SERVERS!!! The servers are usually pretty good cuz you're surrounded by people who all have a common goal, tips and tricks, people who u can talk with about this stuff, people who can help keep u accountable, etc.., creeps are usually picked out instantly. Plus, it's good to have people around u who understand this side of u. Who u can ask if someone is overstepping, get their opinions if ur unsure.

General question from me, cuz i dont understand: Why owe ur w3ight loss to someone else, when u can proudly say u did it by urself? Nothing feels better than when ur 40lbs lighter and everyone is asking how u did it. being able to proudly say "I did it all by myself." It took ur dedication, ur time, ur effort, ur patience, it took strength to do by urself. But u did it. Soo Why owe ur greatest success to someone else? Why let someone else take credit for ur work? "OH i let someone control my eating and my entire being for get me to this w3ight!! :)" Sorry, but that's just sad...honeyy that devastatingly sad omgg please never allow that. I feel like I'm looking at drowned malnourished kittens omgg pleasee never say that sentence or anything similar. Don't even think that. Just do it urself, it's much more fulfilling!!!

‘6 months later...’

 Aviators POV

“Ghosty! Give us a chance for Christ’s sake!! You keep shooting us down and making the number of our pushups increase!!!” 

  Fanboy whined to Ghosty as she replied with a cheeky smile,

 “Hey Fanboy, it’s not my fault that you and Payback made a bet on me that was way out of your league! You know I’m a Striker kiddo!”

 “Ahhh Ghosty!! Just one break please, let us win just one time!”

Throwing her head back in laughter at Payback begging her to give them a chance she finally agreed,

 “Fiiiine... just one time ok!?”

 Rooster’s voice then came through as he was flying under Ghosty with Bob and Phoenix next to him, 

“Ok so we’re starting the game all over then? Cause if we are, you gotta give us a head start this time to fly away and get some good distance at least.”

 Bob agreed with Rooster as he kindly asked,

 “Will you do that for us Ghosty? Please?”

 Another of Ghosty’s weak spots was hearing Bob be so sweet and polite. So of course she said yes,

 “Alrighty then, you all get a good five minute head start, let’s see if y’all are fast enough to get a good distance.”

 Hangman fist pumped the air as he flew above Ghosty while saying,

 “Thank you!! Though you only said yes because it’s Little Robert, the baby of the team-“

Phoenix was quick to defend Bob as she came for Hangman,

  “Hey hey Bagman, leave my Bob alone, he’s just sweeter and so cute, very polite too.”

 Bob blushed happily in the back of his seat as he heard Phoenix come to his rescue. Ghosty awed in appreciation of Phoenix’s words for Bob as she played along,

  “Phoenix is right Hangs... only because he’s sweeter I say yes to only him all the time.”

 Giggling Hangman bit back with a snarky comment,

 “Oh is that so? Cause that’s not what you said the other night-“

 Coyote was immediately fake gagging as he nearly screamed,

 “NUH UH! Not here Hangman!! You do that stuff in your guys’ room!! HELL NO!!”

 Everyone around either laughed or fake gagged, and Ghosty knew Hangman was going to pull such a comment at some point, though he was right in the end, but she cut him to the chase as she threatened,

  “Alright Hangs you asked for it, just know that you’re going to be the first one down!!!”

 “Wanna bet?! Ha! Come and get me sweet cheeks!! On three we all go!! Count with me fellas!!”

  “”1... 2... 3!!!””

Mavericks POV 

 Maverick stood outside basking in the San Diego sun as he looked around, listening to the radio as he heard his aviators play along in the skies like kids. Though as always, Cyclone came trying to ruin the fun as he approached Maverick while asking,

 “Captain Mitchell, What is this?”

Not sparing Cyclone a glance, Maverick simply replied,

  “They’re playing a game, sir.”

Looking around at the empty field of Jets Cyclone questioned,

  “I don’t see them here playing.. dogfight football? Is that what you called it?”

 Nodding Maverick replied

 “Yeah, it’s called dogfight football, but no. That’s not what they’re playing today, their playing dogfight tag, but in their jets in the sky, sir.”

  Forgetting the fact that the aviators were playing a game with the jets, Cyclone was more curious about ‘dogfight tag’ as he asked,

  “Dogfight tag? What the hell is that?”

Explaining simply Maverick put forth,

 “So basically, they all kinda like the fact of Ghosty being a Striker, so they play tag, though Ghosty is always ‘it’. They fly around each other using their Need For Speed or Danger Zone skills to try and get away from their Striker, and I’ve seen an improvement sense they’ve been playing. They’ll use special skills and ways to get away from her, I made up the game and now they won’t stop playing it during flight maneuvers.”

 Huffing a short laugh of approval, which was super weird coming from Cyclone, he then questioned,

  “And what’s happens to the loser, how do they lose?”

 “First one caught loses, and the last one to be caught picks a number of pushups they loser has to do, along with the loser has a shorter time to have a head start the next time they play.”

  “Seems fair to me... oh! looks like they’re making their way back now.”

 It the distance you could see them all coming in for a landing, so Maverick and Cyclone moved out of the way as they began to watch them all come in one by one. The wind brushed hard against them as they came by in quick speed, but they were in perfect formation and sync, as their wheels touched the ground. Maverick smiled proudly at the team he had, they were all like his family, special and unique in their own ways, he had aviators to call his own. Cyclone patted Maverick on the shoulders before walking away saying,

  “You got a great team Maverick... Iceman would be proud of you.”

 Maverick sent him a nod of appreciation as he watched Cyclone walk away. He was grateful that over time he had gotten on Cyclones good side. Soon his attention was turned towards his aviators that came walking towards him with goofy smiles and laughing amongst one another,  Phoenix had her arm thrown over Rooster’s and Bob’s shoulders, Fanboy and Payback were next to each other almost tripping over one another as they nudge each other’s ribs quite harshly but over all playfully, Coyote looked like the only drained one as he barely moved his feet acting like if he had ran a 300 meter race, and lastly, the lovebirds, Hangman had Ghosty on his back as he gave her a piggy back ride, he had a toothy grin on his face as she subtly gave him sweet kisses on his neck and head. Maverick embraced the moment as he closed the gap between them all as he asked,

  “So who’s doing push-ups today?”

Coyote took a deep breath before breathing out,

  “No one is sir, Ghosty’s time to catch us ran out, meaning we all won, she couldn’t get us.”

 Maverick’s jaw dropped at that new record as he saw Ghosty jump off of Hangman’s back as she wink at him admitting,

  “I only did that because if any one had to do pushups, we’d be here all afternoon, and I want drinks. Who’s up for Hard Deck?”

 Letting out whines and sighs of happiness and agreement they all said,

  “”I’m in!!!!””

Though Rooster didn’t let Ghosty slip up as he said,

  “Hey hey so you mean you actually let us win? Just so we can get drinks?”

 Pointing her finger on his chest Ghosty put forth,

  “Rooster if I had played fairly, you’d all be doing pushups. Now let’s go shower before we go. And don’t get used to this, next time I’ll beat you all.”

 Hangman laughed at Rooster who was rolling his eyes and pouting, he then wrapped his arm around Ghosty while giving her head a kiss,

  “Oh you setting us up for a big challenge huh?”

 Holding onto his hand that rested on her hip Ghosty smirked,

  “Indeed I am Hangs..”

Penny’s POV

Especially today the Hard Deck seemed pretty quiet, very few customers here and there, and Penny kinda missed Maverick and his wing buddies today. They usually lit up the place with their loud laughters and teasing, they all kept her on her toes, and she liked that more than anything. She even thought of closing it early, sense no one else seemed to be coming around anytime soon, that was u to she heard the door swing open and a loud voice holler out,

  “The Calvary has arrived!!! Rooster go sit your ass down and play us some music, I feel like dancin’!!”

 Of course, the one and only Hangman who sported an orange Henley with dark jeans and cowboy boots would be the crazy one shouting such just upon walking into Hard Deck. Penny’s face lit up as she came around the other side of the bar and received the hugs that were given to her by every aviator. And lastly she hugged Maverick and squeezed him extra tight as she said in his ear,

  “I really missed you guys, I’m happy you came.”

 Giving her a kiss on the cheek Maverick smiled back,

 “I missed you too Penny.”

She then saw how most of the aviators had taken a seat and ran back to her favorite spot as she shouted happily,

  “Alright let’s start serving some drinks! What are we having today, cause it’s on the house!”

 They all dropped their jaws in surprise before cheering like kids at a pizza party, they then one by one politely asked for their drinks and soon were happy drinking away while chit-chatting and playing their favorite hobby, 9-ball.

  Hangman’s POV 

 Hangman had left the pool table to go get a new drink for himself and Ghosty, he insisted that he’d get it for her, so she can stay seated prettily while talking with Phoenix were his words. What made Hangman call her pretty this time was Ghosty who wore his button down shirt as a coat over her white tank top that was tucked into her Jean shorts, so wearing that just made Hangman’s heart soar even higher for her. Upon arriving at the bar he sent Penny some dreamy eyes as he asked sweetly,

  “Penny my dear, can we get a refill please?”

 Happy to tend to one of her favorite customers Penny replied cheekily while handing him two new beers,

  “Of course sweetie, here you go.”

“Thank you ma’am, much appreciated.”

Hangman happily walked back to Ghosty who was now sitting by herself as Phoenix had gone to be with Rooster who was playing the piano with soft tunes. He placed a kiss on her cheek as he sat down next her while handing her her drink,

  “Here you go gorgeous, cheers?”

Hangman waited for Ghosty to reply but it never came, her eyes and mind were on someone else, and soon his eyes found who, it was Catherine Jeffries who was standing in the distance. Hangman looked back at Ghosty who was now tense and cowering into her seat, and he understood how Ghosty felt, Jeffries had hurt him too. But instead of shying away, Hangman brought out his usual boosted ego and pride, and grabbed her hand to get her attention on him, which she did when her eyes found his as she realized he had caught her, but before she could say anything Hangman said,

  “Don’t do that... don’t hide. You be happy and be here, present, no matter who’s around ok? You’re mine, and I’m yours.. and there’s no shame in that.”

 Ghosty nodded as she mirrored Hangman’s cute smile, then Hangman pulled her up as he said,

  “C’mere baby girl, sit here.”

Pulling her onto his lap and making her rest her back against his chest, Hangman cuddled Ghosty and began to tickle her neck with kisses, wanting to hear her laughter that he had grown addicted to. He was successful when it came out so freely and beautifully, as Ghosty held onto the arms that wrapped around her so securely. 

  Ghosty’s POV

 Ghosty sunk into Hangman’s arms as he held her tightly, and could only feel so happy to have him in her life, because together they had both learned to love one another more and cherish life, embrace their differences and grow. And the moment she knew that she had to spend the rest of her life with him, was when Hangman whispered in her ear lovingly,

  “I’ll always keep you safe, and be your wings for you so you can soar high, above everything that wants to hurt you ok? I love you so much, and I’m grateful that you’ve saved me, loved me.. and taken a chance on me.”

  Moving her head to give him a warm kiss on the lips, Ghosty then replied,

  Hangman’s POV 

Hangman didn’t realize that the next words Ghosty said, was going to be one of the main reasons of why he was sure, that he was going to spend the rest of his life with her,

  “And I love you too Jake...so much. And I’ll mend your wings and help you hold them up forever as we fly together. As much as you’re the wings to my heart, I will be for yours... forever. Because you saved me too.”

3. What fandoms do you write for? currently only jjba, i don't anticipate anything else for a long time since my major interests tend to last for years

15. What’s a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will? UGH I HAD a dinopants university au that i started over a year ago but i ended up using one of the previously written scenes for my recent fic so i doubt i'd ever finish the original one. for the most part i finish what i start, though.

16. What are your writing strengths? DIALOGUE !!! at least to me, anyway. i think i'm really good at getting into a character's head and analyzing them and how they'd handle social situations, which is funny bc i have trash social skills. i fucking love character analysis in general

17. What are your writing weaknesses? i think i tend to overuse words sometimes... maybe lean too heavily into dialogue.. i'm always always always trying to get better, so in a way i think i look at everything as a weakness that i'm constantly working to improve

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? i've tossed in little fragments of Italian when i write gyro but other than that i don't think i'd personally do it.

19. First fandom you wrote for? realistically? naruto 💀 my original old-ass clunky desktop had several word docs of deidara fic, i'm like 99% sure. too bad limewire and heaps of viruses killed the damn thing

20. Favorite fic you’ve written? atm i think it's gotta be extra hot, well stirred, light foam :')) i was so iffy about it while writing but i think it's such a perfect balance of funny and sexy and i'm quite proud of it. it would make sense to say a fic from a while ago but i don't like my writing from back then.. i just think i've gotten so so so much better

i still have rotting asks in my inbox about the infinity train au that i never answered. theyre like 2-3 years old at this point? sorry about that... but ill answer with what i thought of at the time. (im sure there were more, maybe, but i think i cleared my inbox at some point?) ive gotten worse with answering asks over the years but sometimes the original post gets sudden notes from time to time.. it blows me away!!

notes about finn's part (parts 1-2 combined):

finn gets on the train because of his parental issues/internal struggles that he has in the late seasons

jake (as a passenger - he also works well as a denizen) comes along solely because of his concern for finn. in reality he doesnt actually need to be on the train at all (think of him as kinda jumping in the portal on instinct, betty-style). i think his number would be like. 1. hes too unbothered

finn losing his arm so fern can be in the real world mirrors tulip losing her pocketknife for lake. fern would come from a sort of "topiary car" where the leaves can "mirror" you (idk how else to explain this one.. think of it like these mechanical mirrors, maybe)

betty would be amelia. chicle would be the other metal cop.

notes about pb/marcy's part (part 3):

in general i didnt see bonnie dying at the time because... i love bubbline LMAOOOOO im weak im sorryyyy. her dying would be on brand tho and i love tragedy

i never thought of bonnie and marcy as killing denizens intentionally, but they would definitely still "claim" the train as theirs... the apex would instead be like their "kingdom", with them as the "princess/queen"

marcy might have little regard for denizens, while bonnie might see them more as things to "examine". i think instead of intentionally trashing each car, bonnie would try to specifically "improve" them how she sees fit (which messes them up anyways)

fp might start out like... hiding out in another car, having run away from the car she came from (flame kingdom) with the help of cinnamon bun. she was trapped in the kingdom but didnt know that bonnie trapped her there in the first place (part of her "improvements").. bonnie, of course, lets her "join" them, but actually wants to re-trap her.

betty, as amelia, instead of making turtles (trying to revive/save simon), kept making flame people -> leads to fp's existence.

unfortunately nothing for part 4! i made this au way before that and i dont really feel like figuring it out right now.. but ill leave it to you all!

if im being honest i think lake would lowkey dislike him/find him disturbing? to them i think he would seem like a gigantic asshole with how he treats finn, even if his problems are very relatable to them. LOL

but in a goofier world where digestion is possible for all species they would probably be like drinking buddies

Unlocked Bone Ship - CR18 Undead

A Pathfinder Unlocked version of the bone ship.

Unlocked Monsters are my series of redesigns of official Pathfinder monsters to make them more interesting and interactive to fight.

The bone ship is, as the name might suggest, an undead ship made of bones, which comes from Bestiary 5. Ghost ships are a classic staple of many types of adventure stories, and the ship itself being an intelligent accursed undead thing that can lash out at you on its own is a very cool idea.

Unfortunately, the creature has the problem of being, you know, a ship. A vehicle that creatures can ride, and that players are very likely going to try to board, not stab in the hull with a shortsword. The original stat block really doesn't support this at all. This is my solution. I wanted to make something that not only could be boarded, but that actually rewarded players for doing so, while still being somewhat able to fight back. I also wanted to make something that made more sense in a setting without cannons, in case you're using this in a low-firearms or no-firearms setting.

Oh, and here's a fantastic battlemap or token you can use for it. Note that this is way bigger than 30 ft., and not square like most creatures. Because it's a ship. The official art clearly shows a much bigger ship, but its space is only 30 ft in Bestiary 5, because Paizo was scared to make an irregularly sized and shaped creature. I'm not.

Bone Ship CR 18

Muscle holds together the large bones that form the hull of this ship. Rotting sails hang from masts crafted from gigantic spines. The water within 400 feet of it is stained red, and seems to be made of blood.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Blood Wake (Su) The frothing, churning waters around a bone ship are stained crimson with blood. Creatures entering the bone ship’s aura must attempt DC 30 Fortitude saves. Those that succeed at their saves become shaken for 1d6 rounds. Those that fail become shaken and staggered as they feel themselves drowning and envision themselves pulled down into the bloody waters. staggered creatures take an additional –4 penalty to AC, on Reflex saves, and on Swim checks. Creatures can attempt a new save at the start of each of their turns to resist this effect. Those that succeed at their saving throws are immune to the bone ship’s aura for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting fear affect, and works only when the bone ship is in the water. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Bound Souls (Su) The souls of numerous sailors and sea creatures form the bone ship’s collective consciousness and hull. A bone ship is immune to spells and effects affecting a specific number of creatures (but not those that have attack rolls). Any creature attempting to communicate with a bone ship, such as through telepathy, hears only the anguished cries of the imprisoned souls and must succeed at a DC 30 Will save or be driven insane as per the insanity spell (CL 20th). The save DC is Charisma-based.

Cannot Submerge The bone ship floats and cannot swim underwater or otherwise submerge, although its hull extends 15 ft. underwater while it floats.

Energy Rifts (Su) The bone ship can create three energy rifts anywhere along the sides or bottom of its hull as a swift action. These function as ranged attacks with a +3 enhancement bonus, which deal 3d6+9 points of force damage and 3d6+9 points of negative energy damage, and have a x3 critical multiplier. The energy rifts have a range increment of 30 feet, and target touch AC within the first three range increments (up to 90 ft.). The bone ship can fire all three energy rifts as a standard action. The bone ship's Strength modifier is added to the damage, and both this bonus and the enhancement bonus are split evenly between the force and negative energy damage; this is already included in the statistics above.

After firing its energy rifts, the bone ship cannot fire them again for 1 round, as they recharge.

Ghostly Boarders (Su) Once per minute as a one-round action, the bone ship can disgorge the souls of the sailors bound within it. This ability can be interrupted as if it were a 6th-level spell; the bone ship has +26 to concentration checks to maintain concentration on this ability (CL 20th, +6 Charisma).

At the end of the casting time, the ghostly boarders appear as spectral entities and slaughter all living creatures in and around the bone ship. Living creatures within 40 ft. of the bone ship take 20d8 magical aging damage (DC 30 Fortitude save halves), and if killed by this effect, their souls are dragged into the bone ship. Creatures slain in this manner can be restored to life only by a miracle or wish spell. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Rideable (Ex) Enemy and ally creatures can safely stand on - or even inside - a bone ship, riding it like a normal ship.  A bone ship cannot perform melee or ranged attacks against an enemy that is riding on top of or inside it.

A creature adjacent to a bone ship can attempt to grab onto the side of it with a grapple check or a climb check rolled against its CMD.  A creature holding onto the side of it in this way can then climb up the side of the bone ship; it’s 20 feet up from the surface of the water to the top deck where a creature can safely stand.  The Climb DC for the exterior of a bone ship is 20 (a slippery surface with handholds).

Rotting Heart (Ex) A bone ship's interior is a 25x95 ft area (the same size as the bone ship) containing a massive rotting heart with countless tendrils of blackened flesh connecting to the bones that make up the exterior hull. This interior can be reached through a hatch accessible from on top of the bone ship.  The hatch is locked with a superior-quality lock (DC 40 to open with Disable Device).  The hatch has 5 hardness and 15 hit points.  Damage dealt to the hatch counts as damage dealt to the bone ship.

A creature inside a bone ship's interior treats the bone ship as flat-footed, ignores its hardness and spell resistance, and automatically deals a critical hit with any attack it makes against the bone ship.

A creature inside the bone ship's interior is considered to be riding the bone ship.

Slow Turning (Ex) The bone ship can only turn 45 degrees per round.

Supercolossal (Ex) The bone ship gains an additional +4 size bonus to CMB and CMD, a -4 penalty to AC and attack rolls, and a -16 penalty on stealth checks, on top of those normally granted to a colossal creature. It gains a +200 bonus to its maximum hit points. These modifiers are already included in its statistics above.

Spectral Energy Cannon (Su) As a standard action every 2d4 rounds, the bone ship can combine all three of its energy rifts into a spectral energy cannon that deals 18d6 points of negative energy damage to creatures in a 180-foot line (Will DC 30 half). The save DC is Charisma-based.

Unholy Repair (Su) By spending 1 full day inactive, the bone ship can heal itself to full hit points by scavenging the bones of dead sea creatures within a 10-mile radius, pulling the bones up from the bottom of the ocean to join its hull.

OC Interview: Introductions (Adelle)

Today we'll be interviewing Adelle Fairchild, one of the main characters from my story Blue Butterfly!

1. Describe your character's appearance. What do people notice first about them? Are there any aspects of their appearance that they hide from others?

The first thing people notice about Adelle is her bright blue hair, and the fact that she dresses almost exclusively in blue. She has almost unnaturally pale skin and a round face with big blue eyes. She's short and petite, and wears cutesy outfits with a fondness for short skirts and sweaters.

2. Describe your character's personality. What are people's first impressions of them? Are there parts of their personality that they keep hidden? How hard is it for others to get to know them?

Adelle is bubbly, extroverted and hyper-active. She talks a lot, is curious about everything, and is cheerful and friendly to a point that people can find either endearing or annoying. She's a pretty open book, but has a chaotic element to her that can make her hard to predict.

3. What is your character's occupation? (job/school/duties/etc.) Do they enjoy it? What would be their ideal occupation?

Adelle is a member of Dove, an organisation that combats magical crime (I'm currently lowkey restructuring how Dove works exactly so for now that's as specific as it gets)

Her ideal job would be the in-universe equivalent of one of those Youtubers who just make videos explaining and analysing whatever thing they happen to be interested in at the time.

4. What does your character do for fun? Do they have any hobbies or special interests? Are there any activities they'd like to try but don't have enough time/resources for?

Adelle has about a dozen hobbies that she bounces between like a maniac but her biggest ones are gaming and fashion. She really likes putting together new outfits and playing around with different hairstyles.

5. Where does your character live? Do they like it there? How do they furnish/decorate their personal space?

Adelle lives at the Dove Organisation, and has since she was a kid. It's a bit of a weird place to grow up but she really likes all the people there. Her bedroom is decorated to the max, with posters and photos on every flat surface and shelves of books, games and collectibles. For furniture I think she has one of those bunk-beds with a desk underneath and a bunch of comfy chairs.

6. What is your character's family situation like? Which family members (if any) are they closest to, and which ones do they have conflict with?

As far as Adelle knows, the only relative she has is her mother, who she only remembers vaguely, though she knows she's a Fairy.

7. Who are the most important people in your character's life? Do they have any close friends? Are they in love with anyone? Do they have any enemies?

Out of everyone at Dove, Cass is probably the closest to Adelle. After the story starts, the other members of Blue Team become her most important people.

8. What are your character's best skills and virtues? Did these come naturally to them, or did they have to work hard to achieve them?

Adelle's best virtue is probably her compassion, which comes pretty naturally to her, though she did have to work on figuring out how to actually make people feel better when she knows they're unhappy.

9. What are your character's worst flaws and weak points? Are they working to overcome their flaws, or do they let them fester? Is there anyone they rely on for help with their weak points?

Some of her flaws are that she can be quite naive and oblivious. She's also a little too complacent when it comes to working on improving herself.

Her main weak point in combat is that she's pretty much useless in close quarters or without her magic, and she relys on the other members of her team to make up for that and keep her protected (mainly Jackson and Marianne)

10. What are your character's goals? Do they set long term goals for themself or do they prefer to live in the moment?

Adelle's main goal is to reunite with her mother, though she doesn't have a very clear idea of how to accomplish that. Besides that, she's not much of a long term planner, preferring to just go with the flow.

If there was one thing Yuuji was weak for, it was Tadashi. They were dating 4 month, when Yuuji had finally worked up the courage to tell him about the kink.

"I... Like bigger people...", he said quietly

"Do you want me to gain weight?", Yamaguchi asked his boyfriend after this confession.

"No, only if you really want to"

Tadashi nodded and told his boyfriend that they can try "fatten him up". Terushima always loved baking, so Tadashi already gained a few pounds over the last four month. He gained not more than unnoticeable 2 to 4 pounds.

Now Yuuji started to treat Tadashi a lot. During their first session Tadashi only managed to eat one slice of chocolate cake, before feeling completely full. Terushima rubbed his stomach gently afterwards.

"what did you put inside this cake?", Tadashi asked, heavily breathing but his partner only grinned.

"you know what would help me eat?", Tadashi asked one day. "How about you feed me", Tadashi suggested.

Terushima baked maybe 30 Donuts next. "Babe, come get your snack", Terushima said after glazing all the Donuts. Since the chocolate cake Tadashi only gained another 3 or 5 pounds, so he was very excited for Terushima to feed him now.

The blonde boy took the first donut and held it for his boyfriend. Tadashi started eating. With his boyfriend feeding him the donuts, he didn't notice how many he ate.

"wow babe. What an improvement. You managed half of the donuts!" Terushima was proud and Tadashi stuffed to the brim. His shirt had rolled up at some point, exposing a bit of skin. Yuuji's hands glided over the tight stomach turning him on. Much to Tadashi's surprise he too was turned on by the feeling of his full stomach and his boyfriend's hands gently stroking his stomach.

Tadashi finally started piling on the pounds, as his appetite increased. The weight gain was now visible, but Tadashi didn't know how much he had gained in the last 5 months of their little experiment. Tadashi only knew he went two sizes up.

"let's check your progress my love", Yuuji had bought a scale. Tadashi stepped on, thinking he only gained 10 maybe 15 pounds. He gasped as the numbers went up. He had gained 37 pounds already.

"that's great!", Yuuji exclaimed, bringing in more sweets for Tadashi, to treat him for his progress. Yuuji fed him all the good stuff. Muffins, Donuts, pastries everything topped with a thick layer of cream. "Maybe I should stop feeding you. Look how fat you've gotten. If we keep doing that, I'm afraid you might burst", Terushima loved teasing his boyfriend when he started to get turned on.

"please don't. Keep feeding me", Tadashi responded with a slight moan, that came from a mix of arousal and the feeling of his once again full and stuffed stomach.

It didn't took them long until Tadasi had gained a total of 86 pounds. It left both of them in a constant state of arousal. "Do you want to keep going?" Tadashi asked.

"No. I want to keep you like this for now", Yuuji explained while his hands roamed all over Tadashi's big, soft body.

Major spoilers for danganronpa 2 ahead!!! (If anything said here is incorrect to canon, my bad. I’ve only played the first and second game and am currently on the 3rd trial of the 3rd game. I also haven’t seen the anime or any other bonus stuff. So if anything is incorrect, just take it as a canon divergence or something)

I don’t have the time or motivation to write this fic yet so I’m gonna put my overall ideas here and if anyone wants to write or do something with them, feel free to (with credit, obviously)

So I feel very opinionated about how Byakuya and Hiyoko should be best friends and that they’re the only ones who can truly relate to each others struggles family wise. So with that being said, just hear me out on this

Post danganronpa 2, the remnants of hope decide to return for a bit to the island after being informed that the others have woken up, basically to have them undergo some rehabilitation. All of them are making progress, opening up about what caused them to fall into despair etc, and working to be better people. And then there’s Hiyoko, who of course is still being actively rude to everyone, refusing to cooperate, continuing with her toxic behaviour, etc. All the remnants are getting absolutely sick of her behaviour and not knowing what to do. Enter Byakuya -I recognise this attitude- Togami who is like “yeah you’re all idiots, you’re not gonna get her to improve through kind words and trying to appeal to her. So Byakuya goes to Hiyoko, meeting with her alone to talk to her. Hiyoko naturally tries her usual insults but when she sees that he’s not affected and can even return such insults, and also that he isn’t affected by her fake crying, she loses interest. Hiyoko questions if he’s here to give her “anothet stupid therapy session” to which Byakuya is like “no, why would I do that? I already know everything I need to about you and you wouldn’t cooperate with me anyway.” Hiyoko just scoffs and tells him he doesn’t know anything about her, to which he responds saying how “your name is Hiyoko Saionji. You are from a very famous family, the Saionji clan, and as such you had a lot of pressure put on you from a very young age and your life was repeatedly put in danger because you were part of this family. You have witnessed more violence and malicious acts than most had at a young age. You have a strained relationship with your family, not being allowed to see a lot of your blood relatives and hating the ones who you could see. While you appreciate being cared for, you hate that you now don’t really know how to care for yourself as most of it was done for you. You put up walls and push people away as best you can as a defence mechanism, not wanting others to know how weak you really are. You felt the weight of your family’s expectations put on you at a young age and resent them for the trauma they inflicted and yet, despite that, feel completely lost now that they are gone and don’t know what to do next.” Hiyoko brushes him off, accusing him of being a creep and a stalker as she does, Byakuya obviously saying that he’s no such thing. Byakuya then goes to leave but as he does, Hiyoko asks what made him say all that, to which he simply responds “because I was no different” and leaves. Cut days afterwards and Hiyoko at first she denies any similarity between her and Byakuya, still insulting him. But slowly she starts to speak to Byakuya more, gradually opening up. Byakuya makes a point of repeating what Makoto said to him to Hiyoko and giving her space to talk about her problems but in a way where they’re able to relate to each other as opposed to putting Hiyoko on the spot, effectively making them equals as opposed to her being the only one being vulnerable. And for the first time they have someone in their lives who truly understands their experiences, not just sympathising or pitying them

Byakuya essentially becomes to Hiyoko what Makoto was to him, a source of hope and a sign that things can improve

How many fics have you written?

I’ve published 24 for the Schitt’s Creek fandom, and 2 under a pseud for Outer Range. I cannot believe that number!

When did you publish your first fic on AO3?

July 9th, 2021. 

Describe your writing process from “Oh, I have an idea” to pushing publish on AO3. 

I typically start with a pretty strong idea of where I want my story to begin and end, and then I map out a few plot points along the way. From there I usually go and plug in dialogue, because it’s what comes easiest to me. I then work through adding in some description and exposition, and send it off to my beta to (lovingly) rip apart. The final step, of course, is boarding the struggle bus to write a summary, add tags and come up with a title. Those are the worst parts of the whole process. There is much whining. 😂

Tell me about your most recent fic? What do you love about it? Is there anything you think you could have done better?

It’s a 5 + 1 from Clint’s POV (You Might Say I'm Here for You) that takes us through a weekend where David and Patrick are visiting The Brewers. Patrick and Cint have some much needed conversations over the course of the visit. I love it because it’s not necessarily something I would typically write, but I wrote it as a gift for a dear friend, and tried to hit a bunch of her jams in doing so. It came out really sweet and I think that I did well with hitting the notes of Clint’s POV. I think I could have fleshed out the emotions of some of the scenes a bit more with more description. That’s an area I generally recognize as a weakness and am always trying to improve. 

What advice would you give to someone who’s thinking about publishing their fic for the first time?

Write the stories that you really want to tell and read. Writing for yourself will help to keep the joy in writing, because it can be tough out there sometimes.

Do you use a beta? Why or why not? Do you beta for other people?

I do. My beta makes everything I write a million times better than it started out. She helps me troubleshoot when things aren’t working out, brings a fresh set of eyes to catch things that I’ve missed, and gives me so much encouragement about what I’m writing. It's such a special relationship to me. I do beta for others, and I’m also a professional flailer.

Alexis is trapped in a drug lord’s palace and you have to convince her captors to read your fic in order to free her. What’s your best sales pitch for your favorite fic?

I’m going to cheat and choose my Stevie & Patrick are Buds series. As a Gen series, the stories will never be the most popular, but every single one of them is written with so much love. Stevie and Patrick’s friendship is very important to me, and I think it comes across in every story I tell about them. Also, many of them are utterly ridiculous, and laugh out loud funny, if I do say so myself.

Is there someone(s) who has made your writing better? In what way?

I have an amazing community of writer friends, and can say without a doubt that they are all much stronger writers than I am. Spending my time talking with them and getting their input on writing, as well as reading their work, makes me a better writer. 

Do your IRL friends and family know you write fic?

They know I write all the time, and know I have an online community of friends that I share my writing with. My writing has always been for me, and I think they inherently know that, so no one has ever asked the specifics about what I write, and I haven’t offered it. If someone was to ask, I  would tell them. I don’t think reading and writing fic is anything to be embarrassed about. People should be able to do what brings them joy. 

Tell me about your current WIP if you have one.

I’m sure everyone who answers this question is going to say that they have many current WIPs, and I’m no different. The one I am trying to devote the majority of my time to right now is my first multi-chaptered long fic. It’s a post-canon story where Patrick reinvents himself as a first responder. Schitt's Creek faces a major natural disaster that puts their community and their lives as they know them to the test. David and Patrick need to work out how to come back from the life-changing events that take place. There’s only the slightest bit of angst, and lots of banter and sexy times throughout. 🔥

Personal Study Update

みなさん、久しぶりですね。元気でしたか？

朗報がありますよ。先に勉強やめましたけど、もう一度始めることにしました。

Basically, I stopped studying Japanese for 1.5 years. I started this blog on the same day I began studying Japanese, a little over 2.5 years ago. That means I’d actually halted my studies for longer than I’d been studying in the first place.

So, it’s safe to say my journey isn’t the most linear. I’ve noticed some weird improvements, like I don’t translate to english as much, reading clicks more (I’m reading coherent sentences, not just a bunch of words next to each other! who woulda thought?) and I realized I remembered more than I thought I would.

But still, there are obvious gaps in my memory and various weaknesses I had prior to pausing only really got worse. A lot of the vocab I once knew have been erased from my memory, with a faint ghost of it still there, for me to confuse with other words I almost remember.

However, I won’t let these setbacks bring me down. The advantage I have is that I’m studying Japanese for fun, and no amount of mistakes I make will ever take that joy away from me.

A few weeks ago I started casually studying again. Using Bunpro, I’ve reviewed all N5 grammar. Once I finished that, I realized that there’s still a lot of work to do, and it’s sitting in my face, waiting to get conquered so I can finally reach an intermediate level Japanese.

I’ve spent the last couple of days curating a new study routine for me to follow every day so that I not only catch up with N5 vocabulary quickly but also speed through N4.

I’m heavily relying on Bunpro for both grammar and vocabulary. Now that I have N5 grammar in the bag, I just need to complete N5 Vocabulary, N4 Grammar, and N4 vocabulary to reach this subgoal.

My daily routine:

1. Finish all WK reviews / Learn more

2. Finish all Bunpro reviews

3. Minimum 3 new (N4) grammar points on Bunpro. I’m using it to follow along with my Genki II textbook, despite the N4 grammar option, because I also have the Tobira textbook and would like my knowledge to follow the path of what I’d previously paid for lol.

For each grammar point (provided I don’t already know it) I write down the rules in my notebook, read the bunpro explanation AND my textbook explanation, and finish it off by listening and reading around 10 example sentences 3 times each. First time slow, second time normal speed, third time normal speed with english translation.

4. Learn 10 new N4 vocabulary words on Bunpro. I just need to learn them by the end of the day, so I may break this up to prevent brain fatigue.

5. Review 25 N5 words on Bunpro. I used to know them so I’m being kind of hard about it, as it’s easier to pick them back up.

6. I’ve forgotten a lot of basic N5 stuff, so I try to go over something I should know that Bunpro won’t hand to me in a deck format. For example, days of the month.

7. 1-5 are the bare minimum, but I also like to get in some reading, practicing writing, or watching a show in Japanese. Some supplementary/enrichment study.

I track myself with an app called Habit Tracker, since it’s a daily task list. It’s crucial to continue it daily! Why? Because I’m trying to significantly improve my Japanese and I gave myself a deadline: March 1st. By then, I should be confident in all areas of N5, know all of Genki II Grammar, and should know 360 more words from N4. That’s a lot to do in less than 5 weeks.

It will be a while, unless of course Season 2 ends this year for my Season 2 Retrospective to come out. But I’m pretty sure I’ve got some interesting things to say. As not only I’m looking back at the arcs but also my journey as I really was with Season 2 from start to finish. I will also try to prove that while Twisted Sister has flaws, definitely and my A rating from back then was pure CRINGE, it’s not the Oncoming Storm of Season 2 like Mod thinks it is. - Review Anon

//I don’t need anybody to tell me about the flaws of my early stuff, because at this point I’m intimately familiar with them all and I know where the weaknesses are. And honestly, I like mining those flaws for potential future story ideas, rather than deleting everything and started completely over.

//It always takes time to find your craft as a creator. Nobody is ever going to immediately know exactly what they’re doing on their first attempt at something, but at the same time, you might look at those early attempts with fondness and see how far you’ve come ^^
