i want to cry but like tears of relief (because the only safe ways for me to release stress are crying and laughing but) like. driving with my parents was always such a stressful and dreadful thing, but driving with my boyfriend i can't even tell you how understanding and reassuring he is i want to sob lol. i know i can drive and i am a quick learner, but i have all this fear and shame in me because of my parents (also yrs of untreated anxiety but it didnt even matter to them whatever).

i make mistakes but it's never enough to endanger us and i know my limits of when i should be on the road. but he's letting me drive while we do all our errand runs together and not once did i ever feel like he wasn't giving me a chance to improve. i am so so thankful i am so. i am so grateful i love him som uch
