“So you’re gonna be my pitcher, seventy-nine?”
“It’s Ellie.” She felt her cheeks flare in annoyance, fingers taut on her laces. “I guess so. I’m pretty good.”
Dina’s smirk was infuriating. “I know I am, but what are you?”
Ellie stared for several seconds, unimpressed, before looking back at her cleats.

the younglings from the gathering arc probably didnt survive order 66 and that makes me so sad because those were kids we got to know by name and personality and they were all precious and they admired the jedi so much and they were so young—
i have never cried harder

every time i close my eyes i see john pork. his oinks linger in my head. i wake up in a cold sweat, having mistaken my alarm for the "john pork is calling.." ringtone. when i talk to my friends, they ask me to stop mentioning john pork even though i thought i mentioned john pork a perfectly conversational amount of times. he is around every corner. he is in every cabinet. every step i take, i have to look down to make sure i don't step on his twirly tail.
