El-Rahman is an organisation of volunteers currently helping to re-settle Palestinian refugees who recently arrived in Naarm/Melbourne. If you’d like to tangibly help improve Palestinian lives right now, they take monetary donations and have multiple drop off sites for supplies.

If you follow their Instagram, they will regularly update with what supplies are urgently needed, which range from furniture, to clothes, to sanitary pads.

Can't emphasise enough how important it is for people coming out of a warzone that their needs are taken care of. We should all strive to give a semblance of normalcy to these families who are traumatised and still going through immense suffering.

The left hand that was used to turn off the lights returns to it's rightful position which is somewhere on you and currently? It cups your face with the right hand that had not left its spot on the respective side, framing your face and easily drawing you in to him for another kiss.

While your kiss with Sun was eager at best and clumsy at worst, this one is far more delicate, careful. Mindful of your apparent softness as his thumbs absently press into the apples of your cheeks and gently drag downwards.

It doesn't last long, maybe half the time of the one you shared with Sun and there's a sneaking suspicion you hold that Moon took partial control into getting this ending...

But he was never going to tell you evidently as he pulls away with an appeased glint in his lidded ruby red eyes that speaks volumes of what he wont.

"So... Starbright." He begins in a purr, hovering his faceplate just over your face and you swear that typically unmoving smile becomes sharper as he continues.

"What was that on our face, hm?" Moon asks with an coy tilt of their head to the right.

Of course he'd be able to see through your ploy and you only have to think about it for two seconds at best before...

Mwuah.

You plant a playful kiss on his cheek, giggling at the the way his eyes shoot open wide like he's been shocked.

"It was me, I was on your face."

"...So you were... And we were on yours." He notes after a moment, leaning down before pressing his mouth to the crown of your head and nuzzling the spot some in an apparent kiss.

He still hasn't let go of your face and is still idly petting it. "But you're not getting out of cleaning the rest of this daycare."

"Wh- Moon!"

Your pleads fall on deaf ears as he chuckles, "The fun is over."

Just like that, the lights were back on leaving a frazzled Sun in Moon's absence and a bewildered you as your eyes adjust to the sudden brightness.

ME TOO ME TOO ME TOOOOOOO.;....;;;; my idea for it was that after baltimore abby told him to avoid talking for a few days to be safe and kevin just. kept going. at first it was two days, then it was five, then it was seven, until abby realizes he's still not speaking and tells him it's at a point where it'll be more detrimental if he doesn't try doing it again

and i think kevin does try! but it's like. well. i think when he opens his mouth he is overcome with fear and the idea of saying the wrong thing; his one protective stance against riko was to never say anything (you can't hurt someone for something they never said), but it'd still get him hurt nonetheless, and then with andrew.......... everything went downhill as soon as kevin opened his mouth.... so the first time he tries to talk again after that break feels absolutely terrifying!!!! kevin is just there, mouth open, trying very hard to get any words out and abby is waiting but he just can't seem to say anything. can't seem to make any noise at all

this is very interesting to me as a concept!!! i think its a very understandable fear, and a consequence most people wouldn't know what to do with, kevin included. he's just... ahghg.... kevin.... he didn't have it in himself to go with grace you see :( one of this fics main plot points is that some of the other foxes think kevin's silence isn't a psychological thing, and they (andrew included) believe kevin's vocal cords have been permanently damaged, so no one is having even the slightest bit of fun really. in fact i think this might be my most pathetic andrew yet because he's really going through it

SO YEAH UM I LOVE THIS FIC YOU SEE.... i think its just so interesting and such a sad but crushingly realistic concept...... so much of kevin's character is centered around talking and communicating and to imagine a version of him that just. can't. is very ahhh........ plus i think he's cute signing all angry. but that's more personal if anything!
