Spoilers for Ruin DLC below cut uwu

In my opinion, Eclipse was the original form/state of the dca. He probably had both daycare mode and a security/safety mode to protect children and deal with intruders. But then, for whatever reason (perhaps due to some last-minute decisions from management), he was split in half into Sun & Moon. Although I believe those two halves were incomplete?? Since compared to Eclipse’s voice, Sun & Moon's voices are much more robotic and kinda grainy, y'know? So maybe they were really incomplete as individuals. Sun's AI probably took Eclipse’s daycare mode, while Moon's AI took his security mode. That could be why Moon acts so aggressive while Sun seems so anxious and stressed. And since their AIs are separated (or so I think they are????), they can't use the other mode's features, meaning that Moon is not able to comfort children like he could if he had daycare mode and Sun is helpless to do anything to protect children and keep them safe like he could if he had security mode. So that could be why they need to be Eclipse in order to be "whole."

Also I made a headcanon for Eclipse :3:

He may be a twink, but he will fuck you up if he sees fit. Referring to my theory above, if Eclipse has both a daycare and safety mode, he is most likely very strong and can definitely bench press a charging station at least. Luckily for everyone, he isn't the type to resort to violence unless absolutely necessary. But that doesn't stop people from seeing his inhuman strength now and again. A child lost their toy under something heavy? He's lifted that shit up like it was paper, then grabbed the toy and gently set it back down.

With Sun's friendliness and Moon's mindfulness, Eclipse is never the kind of person to hurt anyone for no reason. So if given a reason it's most likely the poor fool who fucked up's fault XD

Studying together

Every chance and every little excuse to be with you was more than perfect for Remus.

Especially when it was just the two of you

Since his friends would usually tag along, because doing homework with the two best grades of the year would ensure that they’d get a good grade in that same homework,

When it was just the two of you, besides being a rare occasion, they were Remus’s favorite study sessions.

On good days you two could just jump right into getting homework done. Some other days it was just hard to concentrate.

Either way you two would chat back and forth, make a little jokes, giggle and sometimes the giggles would bet a bit too loud and you were often asked to either shut up or leave.

Remus would sneak a few kisses every now and then. Short make out sessions when you find yourselves in the recondite corners of the library.

When you’re too focused reading or writing, he will stare at you, thinking you’re too beautiful, too gorgeous, too precious and even go as far as to question himself how the hell did he manage to win you over.

You catch him staring, of course, with the most smitten face and soft blush on his cheeks.

“What?”

“Nothing,”

He looks away shyly.

If he is feeling confident, he’ll tell you something like: “you’re the absolute prettiest thing to ever exist”

Every so often he’ll kiss your head or hold your hand in boss and kiss your knuckles.

Rem is so touch starved he is clingy. And specially when it’s about you. Every time he sees you he feels like his heart is going to explode and he is going to puke butterflies. He has to hold you, kiss you, or tell you how much you mean to him.

He is IN LOVE

After you manage to get homework done between you getting distracted and Rem being too clingy and affectionate like a needy cat, you head to the great hall or the kitchen (using either of the many secret passages the boys have found scattered in Hogwarts) to reward yourselves.

As soon as Padfoot, Prongs and Wormtail find you, they ask for the homework, and go as far as bribing either of you to let them copy your homework.

Moo y loves his friends and he would just roll his eyes and let them copy his homework, but you always tell him to at least accept the bribe.

His friends always bribe him with chocolate, not really aware of the fact that even without chocolate, Moony would let them copy his homework.

Before you head to your common room, Moony walks you to the Ravenclaw tower and sometimes shows off by answering the riddle himself for the entrance to open.

He kisses you goodnight after you agree to meet up for breakfast or Olán your next study date.
