A- After Care (what their like after sex)

-Sweetest and most caring woman ever after sex. She’ll make sure your hydrated, comfortable, cleaned up and even fed if your hungry after. She’ll even help you take a bath or shower if needed

B- Body Part (what’s their favorite body part of their partner and themselves?)

-For her? She likes her thighs. In sex or out of sex. It doesn’t really matter. She enjoys having you touch and sit on them, grind on them or simply rest on them.

-She’s smooth, and if you already couldn’t tell, she’s pretty thin too. Uhh breast size, not so big either but it’s not like it matters.

Y-Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)

-Not very high. She has a pretty low sex drive. She’s usually not in the mood or too busy. This doesn’t mean she doesn’t have desires, it’s just not often.

Z-Zzz (How quickly do they fall asleep?)

Val's lower arms come to rest on Vox's thighs. The tech mogul repositions himself along Val's hips which earns him something between a grunt and a growl. The moth's upper arms reach up, one hand curling around a lean shoulder and the other pulling at the lapel of his blazer to yank him back into a kiss. As Vox leans in, his screen flickers just slightly. It's slight. Barely noticeable if you weren't paying attention. But Val is always paying attention. His tongue glides up the flat, smooth surface, feeling the strange static hum on his tastebuds. "Mm, trouble, amorcito?" he asks as his tongue snakes back into his mouth.

Vox peeks a red eye open, "Huh?"

Val's smile sharpens. "Nothing."

He pulls Vox closer by the hips, digging his fingers in hard enough to bruise. He feels like starting a fight. It'll make this so much sweeter. Vox is always so much sexier when he's on edge.

Shoving back, he yanks his head away from Vox's mouth and narrows his carmine eyes.

"You're distracted," he accuses.

Vox blinks. He looks surprised, then his expression flattens into annoyance.

"The fuck? No I'm not."

"You are. You think I don't know?"

There's that flicker again. It's a little more pronounced this time. A whisper of static around the edges of his screen, as if someone just gave the side of his box a good whack. Vox is oblivious to it, or at least he's pretending to be. Arousal pools in Val's gut.

"I have plenty of other people I could be fucking, Vox."

"Why do you always fucking do this?" Vox complained, "I was just getting into it."

"Then why are you doing that?"

Another wobble of his screen. It passes in an instant.

"Doing what?!"

Val scrapes a gold plated claw down the edge of his casing. Again, the screen twitches and this time, it comes with a soft, uneven inhale on Vox's part.

"Hhih..."

"You're all...glitchy," Val grins.

Vox wrenches out of the path of his hand and recovers, "Fuck off, no I'm not. Are we doing this or can I get back to work?"

Val leaned back into the chair, smug. "That depends." "On what?" Vox snapped.

"If you're going to just get it over with and sneeze already."

Vox's hypnotic eye went wide and crazed for a moment, the other tightening in clear aggravation.

"I'm not--" "Oh, but you are," Val murmured, dropping his voice low, "I know you, baby."

As if enticed by the mere suggestion, Vox's screen flickered again. This time, he acknowledged it with a slight twist of his expression. He blinked hard and shook his head. Val could hear his fans whirring in earnest.

One of his hands went up the sinuous curve of Vox's waist. He felt his ribs expanding in his palm. "Hiih..hhh..." Vox's screen began to fade with his breath, winking out as he slowly lost control.

"Mmm, I thought so," Val grinned.

Vox's screen went completely black before he whipped to the side with a face full of grey, crackling static and--

"H’AEHHZZSCH'ah!"

"Hey," Val murmured as he watched Vox's expression slowly filter back onto his screen, his pixelated eyes squinting in itchy limbo. Val grabbed the side of his face, turning the Overlord towards him with a forceful tug. "Don't turn away from me."

Vox gasped, planting a hand in Val's chest to try and put some distance between them as his head snapped down with a poorly contained second sneeze.

"hH’NGXtssh!"

"And what have I told you about holding back?"

"For fuuuhcks saake, Val," Vox managed to roll his eyes as his screen glowed erratically.

Val pulled him closer, listening to his fans working overtime, the whine of his internal processors trying to dispel the irritant. There was one heavy inhale, and then another. Vox's chest pressed against his desperately.

"Ghh...hg..."

As much as he wanted to be close, he enjoyed the show far too much to miss the front row seat. Val leaned back once more and watched hungrily as Vox's expression snapped and popped with stray tendrils of wayward electricity.

Finally, he gave in, sneezing freely into Val's lap.

"eH'HTZ҉Z҉S҉H҉IEW!" The power in the building whined as it overloaded and filled every room with blinding light. Somewhere overhead, a lightbulb popped. Third time this fucking month.

Vox groaned in the aftermath. His expression returned to his screen, slightly dazed, undoubtedly annoyed.

"So sneezy," Val praised him his arms pulling the other Overload close once more as he sniffled scratchy, static sounds into his ear.

"Fuck you," Vox muttered in a congested voice. But he melted into Val's touch, rubbing the flat surface of his screen along his shoulder for some relief.

"Are you done?"

"Think so." "Shame."

We start off the episode with this shot of Superman with the drawn on glasses. A good homage to what Lois did in the 1980 Superman II movie...

where she not only drew the glasses but also a full suit and hat on a picture of Superman.

Next we see Jimmy waking up and seeing someone debunking his conspiracy theories on Sub-Diego.

Sub Diego was an actual place in the DC universe before the New 52 reboot. In Aquaman #15 and #16 (2003) , shown here (W: Will Pfeifer, P: Patrick Gleason, I: Christian Alamy, C: Nathan Eyring, L: Jared K. Fletcher for issue 15, Nick Napolitano for issue 16). The underwater city is actually San Diego, but is buried underwater thanks to a tidal wave and makes its first appearance in Aquaman #15 (2003). There was a lot of casualties from this.

When we get to our title its "You Will Believe A Man Can Lie" a reference to the tagline for the 1978 Superman movie.

As seen here on the poster, it says "You'll believe a man can fly".

Next we see our villain, well one of the villains, for the episode, Heatwave.

In the comics Heatwave makes his first appearance in Flash 140 (1963) (cover art by Carmine Infantino, Murphy Anderson, and Ira Schnapp). Heatwave aka Mick Rory is a Flash rogue usually acting as a rival to Captain Cold aka Leonard Snart. In MAwS, their Heatwave shares the same last name and powers, but MAwS Heatwave is gender flipped. You might have seen Heatwave in the CW DC comics shows where he is played by Dominic Purcell in The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow.

Lois, later in the episode, name drops Heatwave's name. Gotta be honest when Heatwave showed up I was like is that Rampage? Cuz the MAwS design looks vaguely like Rampage.

If she does show up in MAwS, I'll talk more about her in another post, but for now, Rampage aka Karen Lou "Kitty" Faulkner, makes her first appearance in Superman #7 (1987) (full page here: W&P: John Byrne, I: Karl Kesel, C: Tom Ziuko, L: John Costanza).

Steve drags Jimmy to film his debunking Flamebird videos and references Starro who I talked about here.

Lois, later runs around with the Daily Planet police scanner trying to catch Superman and the dispatcher reports that a robbery is in progress at McGuinness Luxe Garage.

This is a nice reference to Ed McGuinness who was the artist for Superman, Action Comics, and Superman/Batman in the early 2000s. If you've seen Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, then you'll know the movie takes inspiration from his character designs in the first arc of the Superman/Batman comic series. The Superman/Batman #1 (2003) cover here is done by Ed McGuinness, Dexter Vines, and Dave Stewart. I like Ed McGuinness's pencils, very stylized.

Heatwave name drops Livewire and the Gazzo mod family. Both of whom I've talked about here and here respectively

Heatwave has been running away from Deathstroke here who has been taking our her crew. Notice that Slade Wilson doesn't have the half black half orange helmet yet that almost every Deathstroke depiction always has.

He, Amanda Waller, and the General who I totally think is General Sam Lane, Lois's dad, are fans of DBZ cuz of the scouters they're wearing.

Later in the scene we see the General again he's totally General Sam Lane. I'll talk more about him when we get a double confirmation through a name drop/reveal in a later post calling Amanda Waller, Mandy. What a fucking bold thing to say to Waller! Like damn! power move right there!

Superman and Deathstroke are fighting under a highway and we see the traffic is heading to Bludhaven!

Very good reference to my favorite character in all of pop culture, Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. Nightwing makes Bludhaven his city to protect. The city makes its first appearance in Nightwing #1 (1996) (the panel here - W: Chuck Dixon, P: Scott McDaniel, I: Karl Story, C: Roberta Tewes, L: John Costanza). Fun Bludhaven fact, its crime rate is WORST than Gotham! Also HIGHLY recommend reading the new Nightwing run cuz its fucking amazing! Won a few Eisner Awards (think the Oscars but for comic books) recently and I am not just saying that because I am a Dick Grayson fan.

Near the end of the episode, we see Lois willing to jump off a building to prove that Clark is Superman. A lot of discourse was happening online over this, but I do want to say this is pretty on brand for her to do.

In Superman II, Lois does something similar and Clark saves her. its just in MAwS, Clark flies to save her thus ruining the secret identity, while in Superman II, Clark does save her but he is still able to get away with it thanks to him playing it more subtly.

Don't know why people we're in such a fucking fit over something that Lois has done before.

In the after credits scene, Jimmy, who planned a sasquatch finding adventure with Lois and Clark, but they were dealing with their shit and Jimmy was by himself, decides to do the finding on his own and meets a giant gorilla. In the first episode Jimmy mentions an intelligent gorilla in France and my guess is this is Monsieur Mallah. You can read more about him here. But as for the newest ones!

Spectr (Transcendtale Sans): The color of his magic is technically all the colors, the full ‘spectrum,’ so that works. …He also has a tendency to lurk and wander like a restless spirit—and it’s not like he doesn’t think of himself as exactly that most days—so the last little bit drops off and that’s what he goes by.

PapAIrus (Transcendtale Papyrus): Just like any Papyrus, he would prefer to keep his original name—so he does! With just a bit of wordplay cleverly inserted into the middle to distinguish him from the original. He doesn’t mind going by just AI (pronounced ‘eye’), if further distinguishing is needed though.

Xanth (Ascendswap Sans): Going by color is always complicated when there’s more than one at play, but the word ‘xanthic,’ meaning ‘yellowish’ seems like it would work well enough to describe the flecks and streaks that run through his magic. Xanth it is! …Though he’d respond to just about anything, he always seems to know when someone means to refer to him, even if they just say ‘Sans.’

Piper (Ascendswap Papyrus): Following in the example of another Papyrus who ran out of name fragments and picked a nickname based on what he does (or did, at least), he chooses Piper, a reference to the story of the Pied Piper and a nod to his special ability. It’s a name with two ‘p’s in it, just like the original, so it shouldn't be too hard to switch to responding to.

Carmine (Underfell Fruition Sans): Colors? Sure, carmine red, easy peasy. What, like picking a shade of red is hard? Skill issue. 😎

Tank (Underfell Fruition Papyrus): His first suggestion, upon the realization that a nickname will be needed, is that he’s used to responding to the designation 2P. ...Absolutely no one likes this idea, and his brother suggests a nickname he uses for him, Tank, ‘cause he’s fuckin’ huge and built like one, and already accustomed to answering to the name. This is deemed a better solution.

Vi (Swapfell Fruition Sans): A shortening of the color ‘violet,’ it’s quick and easy to say as just a single syllable and he’s perfectly satisfied with that. No further work-shopping is needed.

Hunter (Swapfell Fruition Papyrus): He looks at what King and Piper did for their nicknames and follows suit. Pick what you do, and what he does is hunt, so Hunter it is. There’s no need to elaborate on what he hunts, don’t worry about it.

Kohl (Descendtale Sans): So many shades of black to choose from and kohl is the winner. It already sounds like a name—(char)coal was also in consideration for the same reason, but the ‘k’ has a harder edge to it that he likes the sound of a little bit better than the ‘c.’ (Skeleton monsters can understand the distinction, even if the human ear might not catch it…)

Bram (Descendtale Papyrus): He decides to choose a nickname for himself after one of his distinguishing features over the other Papyri—Bramble, for the cool and distinguishing spikes along his arms. It shortens nicely to Bram, which is also the name of a famous human author, so he’s quite pleased to wear the moniker!

He went to turn to face her, expecting her to have just gotten pass the gate...

Skin: Fair, but tan easily. Considering how much time she spends outside, people tend to assume her skin is darker than it actually is (on this point the screenshots aren't very accurate since they don't show her tan but that'd be a nightmare to represent accurately XD)

Tattoos/scars: No tattoos whatsoever. She's got plenty of scars, most aren't really remarkable, but there are two that are special: one from Zenos' blade when he stabbed her in Rhalgr's Reach (it's not just her ego who got bruised that day, sorry MSQ), and one from her cesarean section while she was on the First. Don't worry: nothing creepy happened while she was unconscious, G'raha just had the worst timing ever.

F A M I L Y

Parents: Her father lives peacefully in Tural. She has no idea where her mother is, if she's still alive or even who she was since she left when Aïcha was still an infant.

Edmont de Fortemps also counts (haha) as a paternal figure in her life.

Siblings: None by blood. She does consider Alisaie and Alphinaud like her siblings, however. Artoirel and Emmanellain are more like extended family.

Grandparents: Long dead of her father's side. No idea on her mother's.

In-laws and Other: Well, she's in a relationship with Estinien so I suppose Alberic counts as her father in-law. The moment both realized that their respective father would have to meet eventually was glorious, because the dad jokes will be neverending and mostly at their expense.

Officially, they also have a kid together born during her time on the First.

Officially, because Estinien offered to adopt the kid and pretend he was the biological dad. Only three people know who said bio dad truly is, none of them is the man in question, and Aïcha would rather die than say it out loud. It's one thing to make dubious life choices, another one to let the world know about it...

(I haven't decided on the name or gender yet, but we can thank @gatheredfates for the prompt she sent me. It got completely out of hand but I'm having a lot of fun with the idea it gave me.)

Pets: None

S K I L L S

Abilities: Excellent shooter, although her mechanical skills don't go much further than what she needed to maintain her guns. She hasn't touched one in years and has no intention to change that.

Excellent dancer given that she's trained since childhood. She dances about as much for the artistry of it as for the self-expression it allows without having to speak her feelings out.

She also went through the GLD/PLD quests in Ul'dah, and that's mainly how she's been fighting since then.

She's also a surprisingly good poet and singer, albeit that's not known to many people.

Hobbies: Writing or reading poetry, singing, dancing and trying out new food (including the kind of food that even the most adventurous people hesitate to put in their mouth). She's pretty receptive to art in general to be honest and will gladly watch plays or go to concerts if she can.

Post about the relationship and history between c!Wallace and Marri of the Otterverse

because I can't get them out of my head and i need to write this down

warning for child abuse and human experimentation

okay so in another post i made that was a letter from Marri to c!felix, i mentioned the two grew up in the same cellblock.

they were in the same hospital for the same reason: they met the weird requirements for some strange -now discontinued- experiment.

this experiment resulted in both of them getting a disease from an experimental vaccine. every kid on the facility got this disease, and not many survived.

this vaccine was meant to kickstart mutations in the kids that could be useful to human survival. every kid in the facility started out human.

instead the vaccine caused a disease that mutated the kids in wild -often negative- ways.

the disease has a list of symptoms somewhere im too lazy to grab, but one of the things it did was kill the brain.

c!wallace got the disease and was deemed "useless" so he was incinerated.

marri continued living in the facility until c!wallace emerged from the vat of lava he was thrown into and caused a riot resulting in the hospital burning down and many kids escaping.

c!wallace and marri didn't cross paths for many years after that.

the two met again when c!wallace was running from the IDG ( inter dimensional guard ). marri had been following around the division in hopes to find the people he was after.

to explain marri's actions a bit: everyone who escaped the facility still carried the disease dormantly. it doesnt effect them anymore but it cam still spread to anyone with the right requirements to host it. this could kill the person or give them the ability to kill other people or do nothing.

marri had been on a quest for many years: kill everyone who escaped that hospital, and then himself. he wanted to eradicate the disease for good and get rid of all of their "kind".

he attempted to kill c!wallace in the name of "helping the IDG", but c!wallace got away.

over the years, marri hunted down other escapees and killed them successfully, but he could never finish off c!wallace.

the times c!wallace did die, he would reappear not too long after. marri began to get frustrated, and c!wallace caught onto what he was trying to do.

the two entered a game of cat and mouse thats lasted over a decade. only 4 hospital escapees remain, and all of them are in The Union ( the settlement in otterverse s3 )

if you're curious those four people are: c!wallace, marri, carmin aloys and the mystery kid

( also: all hospital escap can be identified by their bright yellow eyes that have a slight glow to them )

marri and c!wallace hate each other. c!wallace believes the hospital escapees earned their freedom, marri believes none of them would have lived and that theyre trying to play a game with death by simply living.

marri particularly hates how c!wallace seems to think he's immortal because he can reform after being killed.

the two frequently fought in the past, running into each other almost every other week. sometimes they would discard whatever weapons they had just to beat the hell out of each other personally.

their hate went past whatever their morals/beliefs were and almost just became their own fucked up coping method. c!wallace had a history in fist fighting as stress relief, and marri tended to use a punching bag when he was upset.

c!wallace was well aware marri was tracking him, and started setting up encounters on purpose just so he could fight someone who could actually hurt him badly

this only seemed to anger marri more. he even killed c!wallace once or twice out of rage, knowing he would come back to life anyway.

when c!wallace met leon k. the two didnt see each other for a long while. marri befriended leon online and got close to him in hopes of finally catching c!wallace

in season 2, marri first appears to c!felix as a seemingly chill guy looking for his friend in an unfamiliar city. he speaks to c!felix and c!otter and isn't seen again after.

he is gonna show up in s3 at some point though (: where ever c!wallace is, marri is bound to show up at some point

its like 1am and i have no idea if i covered everything so i might add more if i remember tmr!
