hello! I saw that you had your requests open, so could I ask for headcannons of what Tai lung would be like in a relationship? Thank you!

In a relationship with Tai Lung

When we talk about being in a relationship with Tai Lung, we start in the past. When he was still young and training under Shifu's wing

At that age he was disciplant about his kung fu training, resilent and hard working. But when could find a moment of rest or to catch a breathe, he would go to you. For him, you were a source of calm and peace; the only one who can think about anything else besides kung fu and making his master proud

It was always small dates. Walking together at the valley, eating rice and veggies under the peach tree in bloom, or just talking about trivial or silly things under the same tree. This was his favorite moments, but his pride won't let him admit it. Why? Because your beautiful voice was so soothe to his ears, that he would fall asleep next to you. And he would purr at your touch when you carress him gently.

Time passes and the training intisifies. Oogway would soon decides if Tai Lung it's worthy to be the Dragon Warrior. Sadly, that means that you both couldn't see each other as much you wanted; but he assures you that he will be the Dragon Warrior, and that he would celebrate with you and Master Shifu. He wants to introduce you to his father, as his fiance!

But... That day wouldn't ever happen

That horrible day happened when you has to do some errants out of the Valley of Peace... When you arrived, it was like there was a war! You couldn't belive what was happening... And wort part, the villagers were screaming "It's Tai Lung! Tai Lung it's attacking the valley!!"

No, no... You couldn't belive it... You would say that he wouldn't never... But, you saw him! You saw your lover beserk, attacking the villagers, destroying houses and carts-- anything in his way. Oh, if he could have a moment of sanity-- just a brief moment when you called his name... And stare you terrerfied and heartbroken... Would it made him stop?

When Master Oogway defeated Tai Lung and the guards came to take him to Ghorh-Gom Jail, you were devastated. You pleaded to Master Shifu to free his son, that he truly didn't meant any damage ... But he did not listened to you, and shamed you fir being blind by love toward him.

You came to Ghorh-Gom, and he knew it. Before he was moved to the bottom of his jail, he heard you screaming from... Aboved? Down?? At the gates? He was still numb by his defeat, by his ángel, by the point-pressure shell... He could hear you screaming at the rhino guards, demanding to see him. Crying your name! All he could do was to endure. Endure it. ... Finally, when he was at the bottom, and no longer could hear you... He cried in silent without any tear

“What do you like about him?” someone asks you.

Po is the Dragon warrior of the valley of Peace, of course everyone loves him, but no one loves him more than you do.

When you and Po make it official, he basically would talk about it NON STOP.

Out on a mission? He tells the furious 5 that he misses you already, even though he just left the valley a minute ago.

AND can see your figure in the distance, watching him wave farewell by the bridge

Out to another part of China and staying at an inn? He’d tell the innkeeper about having a partner and would tell them all the amazing things about you

Maybe even the embarrassing ones too, but not on purpose!

He just pays close attention to you, loves you and every part of you

He fights enemies? Po had always been one to talk during battle. So to no one’s surprise, as he’s kicking butts he’d tell the enemy that he has a partner that he so adores, and who he misses so much

It gets pretty annoying for the enemies to the point they just have the urge to beat him up even more. Not they can but oh well.

One of Po’s favourite moments is when he sees your face when he comes back from a mission

Your smile and the way you’d run up to him to give him a big hug.

You're smaller than him, but even they he could feel how tight you wrap your (wings/paws/arms) around him.

Just by your hug alone he can tell how much you missed him as well

“Po you're back! How was the mission? Were you hurt?” you’d ask while checking his whole body for any cuts, injuries and bruises.

If you catch him come back home with an injury no matter how small, you’d yell and panic while dragging him back to the village to attend to him

Even if he tell you over and over it’s fine and that it doesn't hurt as much, you refuse to let him walk around with an injury

He loves that you care so much about him.

Po loves to bring back souvenirs for you as well when he goes out on a mission.

Be it keychains, posters, food or anything.

If he sees something cool that he knows you’d like he’d get it.

You appreciate all of the gifts he gives you and keep it on a shelf in your home that you have dedicated to the stuff Po gives you.

Whenever he visits your place, he’d take a glance at that shelf and smile to himself.

Happy that you appreciate his gifts enough to dedicate a whole shelf for it.

Po makes some of the best noodles in the village

He is the son of Mr. Ping, the goose who owns the best noodle shop in town

Whenever you both decide to have a chill date, you’d both go up your favourite hill and enjoy some of Po’s noodles

“Po seriously you can do EVERYTHING! Kick butts, save the world and make noodles!” you praised him, while gulping down his noodles

“Nahhh my dad makes the best noodles, but I am very good at kicking butts and saving the world" he chuckles, acting all so humble.

You don’t argue though

because even if he thinks he doesn’t make the best noodles, he is right about being good at his job as the dragon warrior.

Po also appreciates that you don’t date him just because he is the dragon warrior.

You don’t treat him like a trophy, make his job the main focus of everything.

You see Po for Po, and you are with him BECAUSE he is him, not the dragon warrior.

If Po starts doubting who he is as a person, you gently remind him and lead him back to the right path and show him who he truly is.

“Never lose sight of who you are, Po.”

When the valley is in danger, his very first instinct is to find you and protect you. He knows that the safety of everyone else in the valley is in good hands… paws and wings.

He’d (try) run to where you live and when he finds you he will be very relieved.

If you are unharmed this is how he’d react:

“(Name) I’m so glad you're safe” and just like you, he’d check your body for any injuries. “I’ll get you out of here okay? Just stay with my dad and I’ll find you once this is all over.”

“Okay, please be careful Po,” you nodded in agreement, holding his paws with a worried expression.

“I promise.” He would do anything to keep his promise. Po couldn't bear to break it

If you are harmed this is how he’d react:

When Po finds you harmed, be it with any of your body parts stuck under rubble or getting an injury that causes you to be in pain…

He’d panic and the anger sets in

He’d save you first, carry you bridal style and run away from the scene leaving the enemy (if there is any) with the furious 5 “You're going to be just fine (name)! I promise you so don’t leave me now!”

It’s clear in his face that he is very, very worried for you and your wellbeing

Po would put the blame on himself if he ever lost you.

Will think it's all his fault that he wasn't by your side to protect you

You being attentive as always even when in pain, realise this and gently smiled at him with all the strength you have left

“Po, I’m going to be just fine, okay? Don’t worry. I won’t leave you”

With your whispered reassurance, he becomes less tense and nods. Believing your words.

There was just no way you’d leave him here all alone. You will be with him through every step of the way, and him with you.

When everything is done and he defeats the enemy, he’ll find you ( and his dad) immediately.

Overall, Po would be a wonderful boyfriend. He may not be smart, but he does make you feel loved, safe, happy and content.

And that is truly, all that matters.

Shen will try test your limits and see if you just unleash your powers out of pure emotion,he has morbid curiosity

He likes to spar ALOT

He likes to talk to you about how he created the cannons aswell as what he did to get the result

Hes very clingy and will often hang around you

Should anyone speak bad about you if you dont handle it,he will gladly

He finds a sick kind of pleasure from having so powerfull by his side

Although he finds your white feathers beautiful he also feels threatened

The pure reason for this is power

Hes been a star student for so long,the best of the best and you show up and have more power than him

Hes very stand off ish at first

He warms up to you eventually,its just a case of him getting there

He comes to find the brutality and accuracy of your fighting method

He trains with you at any given chance,hes not afraid to fight someone stronger than him and he will most likely go in blind,refusing to learn anything from his opponent

He asks if your methods can be taught and is a bit sulky if it cant

Hes not going to underestimate you by a long shot,hes more likely to overestimate you

He finds you feathers pretty and can momentarily find himself losing focus in training

If you gave him a feather he'd treat it as if it were his life sorce

He believes that when he achieves the dragon scroll you two will finally be even

Other than oogway he hasnt seen such powerful chi before

Nor has he seen the types of power you weild

Your a mystery at first,a mysterious white peacock shows up one day and has practically limitless power?

Hes going to be after your chi,no doubts

After awhile it's much like having a frenemy

"Still havnt given up your chi,(name)?""still havnt defeated oogway,kai?"

Its can go back and forth like this for a very long time,which it usually ends with you slipping through solid matter to escape

It gets to the point whether hes unsure if he still wants to take your chi

It would give him so much raw power but hes grown...fond of you

Which he hates to admit and probally wont

Once you become acquaintances tho it will turn into sparring seasons often

He brings his jombies out every so often to spice things up

He likes how smoothly you execute your kung fu moves/attacks

Kung Fu Panda Villains x Reader || Drabbles

Plot / Includes: The common theme is tea XD

General Kai x Immortal!Reader: After coming back to the living plain as a spirit warrior, Kai’s first stop is to find you, an immortal ex-lover. Will you be happy to see him, though??

Lord Shen x ChildhoodFriend!Reader: You make Shen some tea because he’s always so uptight, and you crave a nice moment with him ^^

Tai Lung x Reader: The first thing Tai Lung does after escaping prison is visit you, his girlfriend/boyfriend/romantic partner from before he was imprisoned- and you’ve been waiting for him ^^

Annnnd, this is my first attempt at writing any of these guys, so I’m sorry if they aren’t quite right!

Warnings: I guess Tai gets a little frisky with you? But not really XD He’s just happy to see you!! XD

General Kai:

… A spirit warrior. This man leaves you for war, starts stealing peoples chi, doesn’t come back for 5 hundred years- and when he finally does come back, he is something called a spirit warrior??

You are deeply unamused. And he knows it- how could he not? You are standing in your doorway looking up at him with a scowl on your lips. He better be intimidated.

“So… “Your voice is as cold as ice, eyes narrowing in distaste as he rubs the back of neck in nervousness at your reaction to him after all these years. Not because he is nervous, but because he has the good sense to look it. “how did it go??”

“Wh- uh… the war??”

“Yes.”

“Well, I um… Oogway banished me to the spirit realm… “

“I heard… “

“Oh, you know. So- uh- you know, that’s why I haven’t been around… not that I didn’t wanna see you, or forgot you or, or anything… “

“Uhuh… “

“Look, can I come in?” He suddenly snaps, dropping his large arms to his sides and moving in closer to you, letting go of the façade of nervousness. “I got other places to be.”

“Oh! You have other places to be??” Immediately Kai realises he has said the wrong thing, when you light up like this. “Great! Go there!”

Then you slam the door in his face. You think he was so close that it knocked his nose- you hope that it knocked his nose. You stay by the door just long enough to hear him grunt on the other side, before sweeping off further into your house to start forgetting he came at all. You spent over 500 years missing him, he can’t just come back one day and treat you like a stop along the way.

Also- what he did, what he is no doubt still trying to do, is unforgiveable. And you refuse to be party to it. No way.

When your door literally flies off the hinges behind you, slamming into the ground with a huge, loud THUD, you whip around with wide eyes and take in a deep breath- ready to yell at this bastard for knocking down your goddamn door-

But he strolls on in, breaking your door further when he steps on it, and holds a hoof up to your face- silencing you. “Y/N… Come on, lets just talk about this.” As you stay completely silent then, Kai takes the opportunity to soften a little bit, using those bovine eyes on you in that way he knows used to make you melt once upon a time. “I missed you.”

… damnit, it still has an effect on you. Not quite the same effect, you’re still holding together - you’re still pissed, - , but that little part of you that was there since you saw him today that desperately wants to accept him back- get a little bit louder.

Now, you can’t do that, you can’t just forgive him, but you can hear him out. On your terms, but… you can be okay with him being in your house… at least. You guess. So, straightening up, you brush his hoof out of your way with the back of your hand, relishing inwardly in the way his face drops at the motion, and head towards the kitchen.

“… fine. Fix that door and if you manage to do that before I finish the tea, you can have some. Deal?”

“I’m on it.”

Lord Shen:

“Shen? I made tea, and thought you might want a cup before you leave?”

“Tea?... I don’t need your tea- “

“Agree to disagree. Sit down.”

This made Lord Shen look at you as if you grew 3 heads and shat on the rug for a good long moment, but you don’t remove your gaze from his even though he’s scary, and after a few moments, he narrows his eyes at you and sits down on the other side of the mat. Success-

“Just a sip.” He tells you, in that hushed voice of his that can be goddamn terrifying depending on what you’ve done, as he picks up a cup in is wing. “I’ve never had tea from you, before… Wonder if it’ll be palatable.” He thinks out loud, half to himself and half to bother you, peering into the cup.

Oh, now- Rolling your eyes, you raise a cup to your own lips, feeling the warmth in your hands, and nod to him. Go on. “Well only one way to find out.” You’ve known Shen for a long time now, you grew up together, so his meanness doesn’t do quite the same thing to you as it does to others. Also, you’ve always been rather resilient, and a little naïve. No matter how hard someone may try to convince you, you cant truly believe that Shen is evil. Evil doesn’t really exist, and if it does then surely it has worse things to do then live inside Shen.

You feel like people calling him evil is just an easy way for them to compartmentalize, and you would rather know him. Which you do. That’s how you kept up eye contact with this insane bird-

“Right… “

As you take a sip yourself, and feel the warm liquid slide down your throat and fill your insides with lovely heat, you wait patiently for Shen to do the same. It takes him a moment, scowling at you as you drink your tea, before he lets out a dramatic sigh and tries it himself. “Alright, alright.” You watch his pretty face change, no longer does it look like he smelt something awful- it actually looks… surprised. Vaguely pleasantly surprised, as a matter of fact, as he looks back into the cup. “… hm.”

“Hmm?~ “

“Its… well, I’m not dead.”

“Did you really think it would kill you, Shen? That I would try to kill you?” You deadpan, but raise your brows expectantly when he raises his eyes to you.

… He pauses. “… well- “

“Shen!”

“You’re right, you wouldn’t have what it takes, would you? No… “ Smirking, Shen takes another sip of his tea. “Thank you, though. This tea is remarkably edible.”

… sighing, you roll your eyes look away as you take another sip yourself. “Thanks. You’re welcome.”

Shen steals your attention again, though, as he drains the last of his tea and holds out the cup to you, an oddly adorable - yet still crazy, - expression on his face. Soft, and almost pleading. “… Can I have some more, then?” His voice, of course, is still terrifying.

A slow grin spreads across your face. “… I thought you were on your way out?”

“Oh shut up, and pour me some tea.”

Tai Lung:

“Y/N!” A familiar voice yells, banging at your front door.

“Tai??” You ask, wide eyed and shocked as you pull the door open and see him standing there.

“Y/N.” He says again, unbelievable and desperate relief in his tone as he pulls you against his chest in the warmest hug you’ve ever experienced- well, since you last saw him. 20 years ago. He breathes in at your head, taking as much of your scent as he can. As he breathes out, he releases a growl, but it is not an unhappy one- its full of comfort. When he speaks, his voice pitters into a bit of whine, at the end. “It’s been too long… “

You just squeeze him closer to you, burying your face in his shoulder and closing your eyes. Its unbelievable to you that he’s here, with you again. How did he get out?? You don’t even care. You don’t even care if he should be out, or what he’s going to do now that he is, you just want to stay here tucked away in him, listening to his heartbeat and holding on to it.

After a few minutes, though, you begin to get nervous someone will see him and call someone- and he would be taken away again- so, sniffing, you pull back gently, and flash him a warm smile; nodding inside. “Do you- do you want some tea??”

Still holding onto your hands/the ends of your wings/paws/etc, his paws being so much larger than what you have, he keeps you close to his body and warmly grins. “I don’t want to let you go, little one.”

“You don’t have to.”

“Alright then.”

You lead him inside and he closes the door behind you both, and while you’re pouring the water into the kettle he wraps his arms around your body from behind and sets his head on top of yours, curling his tail around one of your legs as well. He purrs.

Chuckling against you, and brushing his tail against you, Tai nods. “Yes, but when I was thinking of you… “ He suddenly squeezes your waist in his paws, making you yelp. “You were the only thing, on my mind… “

“Hmm,” You just him, leaning your head on his chest.

After a few more moments of blessed enjoyment of each other’s company, each other’s touch and warmth, Tai speaks up again. This time, there is a hint of nervousness in his voice that causes you to lift off of his chest in order to watch his face; Concerned. “Were you… uh, I mean, have you… “ Sighing, he looks away for a moment and gathers himself. Then looks back, serious. “Is there anyone else?... “

The look on his face is saying that he wouldn’t blame you, if their were. You were without him for a long, long time. And he would prefer you be happy, with someone else… then depressed, and alone. It would hurt him… but he loves you.

It tells you that you made the right decision in waiting all this time.

With a small, sad smile, you shake your head at him. “I promised you- I would wait. I’m yours, Ta- Ah!“ He kisses you then like he cant help it, growling into your mouth.

When he pulls back, his paw on your jaw, theirs a pleased grin on his face- but unbelievably fond look in his yellow eyes. “… I’m yours too, Y/N.”

.He has the whole major issue of NEEDING to prove himself to not only you but himself. 

.He needs you to know that he is the best man for you. 

.Also he needs to prove that to himself so he is worthy of you. 

.He still will beat the fuck up out of his rivals that is for sure. 

.When he does confess to you, he is very blunt and straightforward about it. 

.If you say yes, and accept his love, then he did it, he proved to you that he is worthy and you are his now, forever and ever. 

.But, if you say no and turn down his love, he takes it as a betrayal. After all his hard work and all he has done to prove his love for you! 

.This is where he would snap and he would kidnap you.

The Happy Bunny Tavern, a small joint nestled in the middle of nowhere, trees seemingly sprouting from its log walls and golden lanterns. Bunnies of all kinds are employed to carry drinks, take orders, and be anything short of a table to house a customers tankard of ale.

Even then, it was common for the weakest of bunny barmaids to be yanked by their ears and placed under a bounty hunter's boots as a footstool. The pub hosted mostly a series of regulars or dangerous drifters, patrons finding suspicion in any newcomers who were too bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to fit in. 

Whether they be half-human hybrids or full pure-bloods under a black hood to keep their disguise, creatures of all kinds came to relish in the bars established cinnamon whiskey and cute bar staff who weren’t unfamiliar to being used and abused. Even the tavern’s owner, a vicious grim burgundy stoat who was no stranger to a few scars, was quite verbally profound when it came to ordering around her staff. She had amped up their marketability over the years, changing regular tan uniforms to hiked up shorts that showed off the staffs bunny tails, and bows clipped to each pointy ear, often which the right of a bunny waiter’s is cut in order to show their domestication to the tavern. 

You were new, looking for any job you’d be hired for, a poor preyed creature who was turned away for being too lithe,” not enough muscle on your bones”, as each potential employer put it. But maybe no job was better than this job, a slave to your boss and any lowlife who walked in the door wanting a bunny playtoy. Whether it was sitting on a silvertailed wolf’s lap to nurse their drunken kisses and laps at your cute neck, or strung up on the dart board for sly weasels to throw pins and needles at, you were the equivalent of a stressball for any assassin, bounty hunter, or prey seller looking for a harmless treat to sink their teeth and claws into. 

And you, a new sight for sore eyes, easily became a house favorite amongst those most sadistic. You were lucky when they only wanted company, or perhaps to see your cheeks puff out from tugging at the base of your ears, but the worst of the worst came when your least favorite customer, a thinly sharp coyote entered the tavern to request your presence to drink with him. You’d be down a cup of ale, room spinning and hazy-eyed whilst forced to put on a shameful strip show for him, his claws raking at your apron and thumbing your hiccupping mouth. The laughs and warm hands that smelled of dirt and dried blood became familiar, thin eyes of every canine, feline and aviary creature that wanted you for themselves digging into you.

At least the pay was nice, even if you had to pick yourself up in pieces after every shift.

It felt like it was ages ago when I had first met him, a life time ago.

I was about the age of eight, just moved to the valley of peace with my family. It truly lived up to its name, a lot calmer compared to the big city. A very welcome change.

A young (y/a) emerges from a building which was covered with posters. In her paws/feathers/claws were a (f/c) colored fan.

My mother was a traditional dancer, a famous one at that. She use to perform at theaters near our old home. I wanted to be just like her.

The small creature stumbles through the villages, watching as other pass by. Her (e/c) look up and latch onto a mountain with a Cherry Blossom tree on it.

Her eyes sparkle in fascination. She picks up the pace, and almost begins running. Unknownly, she almost jumps into a geese who was carrying a crate full of vegetable.

Finally after a few minutes was carrying herself up. She reaches the top of the mountain. It was really high, she could even see her house from here!

I sometimes wonder if I never went to the mountain on that faithful day, I most likely would've never met him.

The (f/a) moves to stand in the beginning pose, she in- and exhales like her mother taught her. She carefully moves her arms/feathers, feeling the wind flow past her form.

She couldn't imagine how amazing she looks as feels cherry bottom leafs flow through the breeze.

Her grip on the fan loosend and she accidentally drops it on the moss covered rocks. She was about to retrieve her when a pair of paws grab them.

She looks up, meeting two kind golden eyes. Those belonging to a snow leopard that seemed her age. He shyly bends down on one knee "I think you've dropped this" He holds out the fan for her grab.

(Y/n) reaches and takes it from him, feeling her wing/paw brush against his. "Thank you, um..." She says, not knowing his name.

"Tai...Tai lung!" He introduces himself, seeming to have trouble with his words. He seemed shy and excited at the same time.

There was something special about him, but (Y/n) couldn't place her feater/finger on it. "Thank you, Tai Lung" A smile appears on her face. "May I ask what brings you here?"

"I might have had a burst of anger and my jiaolian had send me over her to meditate and dim my anger" Tai Lung explains, akwardly fiddling with his paws.

(Y/n) resumes the begin pose, holding the fan tightly "Why don't join me, dancing always makes me relax"

Hesitantly, Tai Lung moves to stand next to the other. He copies the begin pose, looking at his arms and legs to make sure he was doing it correct.

His eyes watch (Y/n)'s movements, observing the dance. He follows her moves, soon they were moving in sync. Tai Lung realises how peaceful he felt, feeling the wind flow through his fur.

Not so far away stood Shifu, proud to see his student was able to calm the burning rage in himself.

For years, (Y/n) and Tai Lung met on the mountain. Dancing and training togheter, Tai Lung was even able to teach (Y/n) some fighting moves. (Y/n) became a better dancer and Tai Lung became a greater fighter.

But it came all to an end on the day he told me about his 'Destiny'.

(Y/n) sits calmly ontop the mountain, her eyes were shut. She in- and exhales through her nose. From behind she could hear someone approaching, she knew those footsteps all too well.

She turns just time to be grabbed by the waist and held up. The one holding her up was Tai Lung himself, seeming very happy for some reason.

(Y/n) couldn't help but let out an excited giggles, gripping into his strong arms as support "What has you so overjoyed?"

Carefully, Tai Lung places the (y/a) down back on her feet "The next time you will see, I will have the title of the Dragon Warrior!"

"Fancy title, will you get a metal of honor along with it?" (Y/n) Jokes, smiling at her companion.

Tai Lung chuckles, shaking his head, amused by her remark "Maybe, If I'm lucky. I know you'll be proud of me"

"I already am, I always have been"

After he left, I waited for him. It was so quiet underneath the cherry Blossom tree. I missed his laughter, his snarky remarks that would always brought a smile to my face.

(Y/n) looks at the letter she was holding, she was planning to give it to Tai Lung. She sighs and places it in a drawer, closing it after.

Rumors grew, stories about him destroying a nearby village. They would follow me everywhere, as many knew how close we were. Most of my shows had town.

Years past, the rumors became less and less. Until he left everyone's mind, but not mine. Fifteen years later, I had walked out of theater I usually perform at.

The infamous (y/a) strolls out of the building, holding her trusty (f/c) fan by her side. She pauses when she hears crashing nearby.

A figure gets flung infront of her, only a few meters away. They use their fist to bring their motion to a stop. It was Tai Lung.

As if feeling her presence, he turns his head to look at her gaze. Their eyes widen at the sight of the other. Tai Lung didn't get much reaction as he was punched in the stomach by Po, making him fly out of sight.

Scared, (Y/n) rush out, trying to find her old friend. She follows the trial of destruction, going all throughout the valley.

She found it stopped in the middle of the street, with a huge crater in the street. She turns to a pig standing nearby "Have you seen a snow leopard by any chance?"

"The dragon Warrior had defeated him a few moments ago, you just missed it" The pig explains to her.

Next to pig were three bunnies, jumping up and down, excitedly. "It was so cool, he went like pow pow pow!" "Then he did skadoosh!" "It was like send that cat to another dimension"

Hope dissapears in her eyes as the possibility of him being dead. After all these years she sees him finally, only to hear that he could already be dead.

A few years later

One by one, the old enemies return to the spirit realm. General Kai flies into the golden portal, leaving Tai Lung to be the only one left.

"Guess it's your turn now" Po turns to his old foe, holding his staff with a tight grip.

Tai Lung shakes his head "I won't, atleast not yet, Dragon Warrior. I have some businesses to take care of" He turns and walks up the stairs. The Bandits, along with po's dads stand aside to let him walk past.

"Should we just let him walk out of here like that?" Zhen asks Po, using her thumb to point towards the leaving snow leopard."I mean, what is the worst he can do now that he isn't out for revenge" The panda replies, shrugging his shoulders.

Meanwhile (Y/n) was in her home, pouring some tea in a small cup. She pauses when she hears rummaging, it sounded like it was near.

Turning around, she finds her old friend bend down on one knee. Tai Lung had his head lowered, not meeting her eyes.

"Tai Lung..." (Y/n) mumbles underneath her breath, taking the few of someone she hadn't seen for so long.

"I have down many reckless and irresponsible things. All I ask for you is your forgiveness, only if you think I deserve it" Tai Lung says, not moving an inch.

(Y/n) stays quiet, not sure what to say. The snow leopard takes the silence as rejection, he was about to get up and walks away.

When he was brought in to en embrace by one other than the (Y/a) "You don't know how much I've missed you"

Everyone knew of Tai Lung. He was the adopted son of Shifu and the soon to be Dragon Warrior

At least that is what Shifu keeps on saying. But no one doubted it, Tai Lung was absolutely amazing and strong.

Many girls fell for him, and of course you did as well. But the differences between you and them, was that you successfully got Tai Lung’s heart

Everyone knew that although Tai Lung was strong, he had the temper of an eruptive volcano. Which is why MOST of his admirers wouldn't dare to confess their love to him.

Tai Lung fell in love with your confidence. The next dragon warrior was not stupid. He knew that most of the villagers were scared of him, despite admiring him.

You basically strolled up to him one day when he was walking down the streets of the valley of peace, and thanked him for his hard work.

“Hi Tai Lung, my name is (name) and I just wanted to say that I admire you and thank you for protecting the valley of Peace from danger.” you smiled

“You’re.. Welcome.” He nodded, holding a bag of groceries. Tai was stunned someone had the confidence to even look his way when he was on the streets of the valley

He finds himself smiling at the memory whenever he has time to himself. From that moment on, you started seeing each other more often and finally made it official.

Now that he has you, his partner, the hot headed leopard would come over to your place without saying a word.

He didn’t have to of course, because he knew that you would understand right away. Which is all he needed honestly. I don’t think that he would have the patience to explain the full situation.

Tai Lung would NEVER admit it to you though,because his pride won't let him. But he loves how gentle you are with him.

The way you spoke to him when he was having troubles

“Tai, I understand Shifu made you upset, but you have to understand where he’s coming from.”

The way you held his paw in your own

His shoulders become less tense whenever he sees how soft your gaze is when you look at him.

Those eyes are just full of patience, love, empathy and understanding. Qualities that he does not have (Except love)

If youre having a hard time Tai Lung would sense it straight away.

You both know that he isn't the best with his words

He can be awkward and stiff, but for you? He’ll try his damn best.

He’ll buy your favourite food, and even stop by mister Ping’s noodle shop to get you something warm for your tummy.

The Leopard would visit your place and take you by the lake at night to watch the stars in the sky as you feel the breeze of the wind hit your (feather/fur/skin/scales)

“Thank you Tai… for this.” You smiled at him as you took a bite out of the food he brought for you.

Tai Lung would nod stiffly “No problem.”

Honestly he wasn’t happy that he wouldn't comfort you with sweet words like you would do for him when he was upset.

“You know. I used to come here often to take time for myself. The first time I came here was to find inner peace in myself, but I couldn't, which frustrated me even more…” Tai lung started, he took a glance at you to see if you were listening

“I then decided to stop my meditation and look up at the sky. And what I saw was the beautiful stars shining brightly up there. Only then, did I find my peace even if it was for one night. In fact,” he looked up at the sky as if he was signing to you to do the same “the stars up there are shining just as bright as when I saw it for the first time.”

Your eyes trailed up to the sky and immediately you saw what your boyfriend was talking about.

“Wow it’s beautiful” you whispered in awe as Tai Lung saw the stars twinkling in your eyes.

“Just like a certain someone I know..” he’d whisper back, admiring your features and admiring you.

He was so lucky to have you by his side and he knows it damn well

No other words were exchanged between the two of you.

You scooted closer to your boyfriend and leaned into his shoulder for warmth and comfort. Tai Lung didn’t push you away, instead he pulled you closer.

Whether or not Tai Lung knows it, you started to forget your worries right then and there. It seems like he knows how to comfort you after all.

All right so obviously I have to change some things around in terms of story. In this Tai Lung when finding out he is not the Dragon Warrior decides to continue training at the Jade Palace as a master, he is considerably less violent but will still be sassy, and in this au he is actually good friends with Po. This one will be small do to a lack of specificity on what you want and nothing to really base off of.

3rd Person P.O.V.

Sounds of kung fu could be heard from the pool of sacred tears as Master Tai Lung was training with the Dragon Warrior, Po.

“If that is all you can do Panda I just might claim the title of Dragon Warrior yet,” Tai Lung jokingly mocked as the two dueled.

“Don’t start thinking this fight is over just yet Tai Lung, KICK OF AWESOMENESS!!!!” Po yelled as he kicked at Tai Lung’s stomach.

“Po you know I can easily block that right?” Tai Lung said as he flips Po over him.

“Yeah but it gives me the chance to do this,” Po revealed as he stepped on Tai Lungs tail.

“AHH! Mother of - ”

“Tai Lung are you still training!” A voice yelled, one that is able to strike fear into the hearts of legendary warriors such as Tai Lung, Po, and even Master Shifu himself.

1st Person P.O.V.

Here I am walking all the way up to the pool of sacred tears when Tai Lung said he would be done training hours ago, after the recent attack on the Valley by Kai he started training more and more and it is like I barely see him any more. I get he wants to train to protect the people of the Valley but I still want him to come home before I go to sleep.

Once I get to the top of the mountain I see Po and Tai Lung shivering which is weird because even if we are this high up it is still pretty warm out.

“You promised to be home hours ago,” I angrily reminded my partner.

“I’m sorry dear you see we just lost track of time,” He said honestly and guiltily.

“Heroes of the Valley my butt you two would lose your heads without me and Shifu here to make sure you don’t overwork yourselves come,” The statement came from a place of care as me and Tai Lung were partners in every way, romantically, as well as in Kung Fu. While I do not train in the ancient art and am smaller than the likes of him and Po, and would likely easily lose most fights, I make sure Tai Lung takes care of himself.

“You’re right dear, let’s go home and rest,” He suggested.

We ate dinner in silence and were now in bed, also in silence.

“Are you still made at me Y/N?” He asked.

I growled in response, confirming his question.

“I’m sorry that we were training for so long, and I know it probably does not make up for it but we did genuinely lose track of time,” He apologized.

“But why do you have to train so much? I want you to be home more,” I asked.

“When Kai attacked I was almost powerless to stop him, I didn’t want to have that feeling of you not being safe anymore, I want to always be able to protect you,” He said.

I suddenly curl up into him and bury my face into his chest, “Just shut it you big lug,”

Is absolutely flabbergasted

Hes extremely surprised,hes lived for 500+ years and has never seen anything like you

Other than himself of course,although his powers are strictly different from yours,he steals chi whilst you steal lifeforce

Hes rather star struck by your bright colours and he can get slightly distracted

He asks alot about your powers and how yours and his powers differentiate from eachother

Hes not very interested in having or gaining your powers,though as his goal is not to obtain life sorce

Although again you gain power out of life force,chi is easier to obtain and collect

Hes interested on how you can stand on one leg so easily,if he tried I think we all know what would happen

He can come of quite self centred and brash

Mainly because hes annoyed someone has similar powers to himself

Will ask if you can join him,and/or spar with him

Sparing will happen often though of course you wont be able to use your ability.

They are very pur-sistant(/j) persistent about asking you what the source of your power is and if you are able to teach them
