Luis: Yes!
Scott, whispering: Kurt, you're secretly in charge
Kurt: Obviously

Okay sooo can we kill off Everett’s mom in the next season? And beat the shit out of his dad too? Both of his parents are trash. His mom really cried them fake ass tears and his dumbass dad ate it up. Now they really trying to put my boy Everett in a psych ward.

Hope: What is the first thing you did after the attack?
Hank: I called your mother to let her know I was okay.
Hope: And what did Scott do?
Hank: He ate a banana.

I like Kathyrn Newton as an actress and all but in my opinion she was just not the right person to play Cassie Lang. I feel like they should have either stuck with the girl who played her in Endgame, or waited a little longer to start filming because the original Cassie is literally a teenager now.

Scott: Let me show you a picture from last night that really upset me
America: Okay, but in my defense, Cassie bet me 50 cents I couldn’t drink all that shampoo.
Scott: That’s not what I wanted to- you drank SHAMPOO?!

Marvel's site posted the intro to Scott's book, Look Out for the Little Guy!.
Some bits of note:
- Re: CW: "I don’t want to get into the details of the conflict (and in fact I am under legal obligation not to), but let’s just say I might have been on the more “badass” side of it." (Dude's Team Cap for life and I love it so much.)
- "Including, last but not least, putting my precious Hope back together with me!" (*explodes into hearts*)
- "Clint answered, 'You, Scott. You’re the guy who got scooped up in all this pretty recently. You’ve still got one foot in their world. And you’re a guy everyone likes . . . and trusts.'" (So Scotty's Miss Congeniality? lol. No, but seriously, I love this.)
- "Maybe it’s because I didn’t get the chance to be around my daughter Cassie for so many chunks of her life, to share what I’d learned with her. I’m still working on that, but it’s hard now that she’s a grown-up herself who’s already seen and experienced so much without me to guide her. I missed the boat on that one, but believe me, you are in for an entire book of “Dad wisdom” just burning for a home." (Just punch me. I'm getting FF flashbacks.)
This makes me even more eager for my crumbs. I apologize in advance if I end up spamming everyone to hell once this book is in my hands. XD

((Something I love about the whole Ant-Dad dynamic is that the movies don't make it seem like Cassie's an annoyance or in the way of Hope and Scott getting together. There are some movies/shows where the kid is brushed off in favour of the romantic pair, but that doesn't seem to be the case with Ant-Dad.
I mean, it doesn't seem like Hope is 'jealous' of Cassie and she doesn't think she's in the way, doesn't want to get rid of her, etc etc. I really like that, because I find it so frustrating that some shows/movies (and sometimes books) totally overlook the kid or make the kid the 'enemy' of the OTP.
Don't know if this is the same for the comics because I don't read them, but I don't care. I'm just glad there's SOME media out there that showcases the fact that the kid isn't an 'enemy' of an OTP. Sorry for the rant lol. I think this needs to be said if it hasn't been already.))
((No, Anon, you’re totally good and I completely agree with you. They did a good job building healthy relationships among the Ant-Fam, especially Cassie and the step relatives.
I’ve always appreciated how those movies showed good coparenting and good relationships after a divorce and all of that stuff.
And I definitely appreciate how Hope wasn’t written as like that one lady from the Parent Trap who would ship Cassie off first chance she got.
Her. ☝🏻At least in the remake. The original is just as good a movie tbh. I love both versions. But I digress.
Hope and Cassie have a good relationship and I appreciate that.))

Hope: Scott, that’s a horrible way of telling people we’re married.
